New Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni pledged during her campaign to safeguard Italy and stop ships harboring illegal aliens from Africa. Fortunately for Italians, this lady’s not for turning unlike most of her European counterparts.

Italy has been ravaged by illegal crossings this year thanks to their previous government caring more about the European Union’s feelings rather than protecting the ports. Meloni highlighted this heinous crime as part of her campaign to secure Italy’s borders.

Meloni’s government so far has refused safe port to four ships in the Mediterranean Sea carrying over 1,000 illegal African migrants combined. This marks a return to the policy under former Interior Minister Matteo Salvini from 2018-2019, which saw illegal immigration into Italy plummet by 96% in two years. Migrant deaths at sea also went down because of the border controls, proving that secure borders save lives.

This has irked the EU open borders fanatics. A spokesman for European Commission stated “it must be stressed that it is a moral and legal obligation” for members of the EU to rescue unwanted illegal aliens. The German government also blasted Italy for not allowing one of the boats, Humanity 1, to dock though the vessel flies under the German flag.

The deployment of federal agents comes amid heightened concerns about election integrity in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, which faced widespread accusations of voter fraud.

The Department of Justice announced on Monday that it will monitor polls in select municipalities across 24 states during the 2022 midterm elections to ensure compliance with federal voting laws.

"Since the passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, the Civil Rights Division has regularly monitored elections in the field in jurisdictions around the country to protect the rights of voters," a DOJ press release read. "The Civil Rights Division will also take complaints from the public nationwide regarding possible violations of the federal voting rights laws through its call center. The Civil Rights Division enforces the federal voting rights laws that protect the rights of all citizens to access the ballot."

Present at the polling places will be monitors from the DOJ's Civil Rights Division and the U.S. Attorneys' Offices, alongside monitors from the Office of Personnel Management in some locations.

Among the states in question are several battlegrounds, including, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

The deployment of federal agents comes amid heightened concerns about election integrity in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, which faced widespread accusations of voter fraud.

A Total Lunar Eclipse Over Tajikistan

If the full Moon suddenly faded, what would you see? The answer was recorded in a dramatic time lapse video taken during the total lunar eclipse in 2011 from Tajikistan. During a total lunar eclipse, the Earth moves between the Moon and the Sun, causing the moon to fade dramatically. The Moon never gets completely dark, though, since the Earth's atmosphere refracts some light. As the featured video begins, the scene may appear to be daytime and sunlit, but actually it is a nighttime and lit by the glow of the full Moon. As the Moon becomes eclipsed and fades, background stars become visible and here can be seen reflected in a lake. Most spectacularly, the sky surrounding the eclipsed moon suddenly appears to be full of stars and highlighted by the busy plane of our Milky Way Galaxy. The sequence repeats with a closer view, and the final image shows the placement of the eclipsed Moon near the Eagle, Swan, Trifid, and Lagoon nebulas. Nearly two hours after the eclipse started, the moon emerged from the Earth's shadow and its bright full glare again dominated the sky. Later today or tomorrow, depending on your location relative to the International Date Line, a new total lunar eclipse will take place – with totality being primarily visible over northeastern Asia and northwestern North America.

I’ve watched three elections being stolen in Pontiac, MI, under the guidance of the former City Clerk Sharikia Hawkins, who moved on to the city of Southfield, one of the largest cities in the state of Michigan, where she was charged with six voter felony charges.
