The Vajra (Dorje) as a Symbol in Buddhism

The term vajra is a Sanskrit word that is usually defined as "diamond" or "thunderbolt." It also defines a kind of battle club that achieved its name through its reputation for hardness and invincibility. The vajra has special significance in Tibetan Buddhism, and the word is adopted as a label for the Vajrayana branch of Buddhism, one of the three major forms of Buddhism. Ritual Object in Tibetan Buddhism

The vajra also is a literal ritual object associated with Tibetan Buddhism, also called by its Tibetan name, Dorje. It is the symbol of the Vajrayana school of Buddhism, which is the tantric branch that contains rituals said to allow a follower to achieve enlightenment in a single lifetime, in a thunderbolt flash of indestructible clarity.

The vajra objects usually are made of bronze, vary in size, and have three, five or nine spokes that usually close at each end in a lotus shape. The number of spokes and the way they meet at the ends have numerous symbolic meanings.

In Tibetan ritual, the vajra often is used together with a bell (ghanta). The vajra is held in the left hand and represents the male principle—upaya, referring to action or means. The bell is held in the right hand and represents the female principle—prajna, or wisdom.

A double Dorje, or vishvavajra, are two Dorjes connected to form a cross. A double Dorje represents the foundation of the physical world and is also associated with certain tantric deities.

Tantric Buddhist Iconography

The vajra as symbol predates Buddhism and was found in ancient Hinduism. The Hindu rain god Indra, who later evolved into Buddhist Sakra figure, had the thunderbolt as his symbol. And the 8th-century tantric master, Padmasambhava, used the vajra to conquer the non-Buddhist gods of Tibet.

In tantric iconography, several figures often hold the vajra, including Vajrasattva, Vajrapani, and Padmasambhava. Vajrasttva is seen in a peaceful pose with the vajra held to his heart. Wrathful Vajrapani wields it as a weapon above his head. When used as a weapon, it is thrown to stun the opponent, and then bind him with a vajra lasso.

Symbolic Meaning of the Vajra Ritual Object

At the center of the vajra is a small flattened sphere which is said to represent the underlying nature of the universe. It is sealed by the syllable hum (hung), representing freedom from karma, conceptual thought, and the groundlessness of all dharmas. Outward from the sphere, there are three rings on each side, which symbolize the three-fold bliss of Buddha nature. The next symbol found on the vajra as we progress outward are two lotus flowers, representing Samsara (the endless cycle of suffering) and Nirvana (release from Samsara). The outer prongs emerge from symbols of Makaras, sea monsters.

The number of prongs and whether they have closed or open tines is variable, with different forms having different symbolic meanings. The most common form is the five-pronged vajra, with four outer prongs and one central prong. These may be considered to represent the five elements, the five poisons, and the five wisdoms. The tip of the central prong is often shaped like a tapering pyramid.

DNA activation, Upgrade and Ascension

DNA contains the instructions for a living organism to grow and function. It tells the cells what role they need to play in the body. It gives instructions to make your heart cells beat, for your limbs to form in the right place, your immune system to fight infection and your digestion system to digest your dinner.

DNA carries its instructions in a code made up of a four letter alphabet GAT&C. The sequence of these letters is known as the genetic code. A molecule of DNA resembles a twisted ladder. Each rung of the ladder is made up of two DNA letters. A always binds to T and G binds to C. The binding of the letters causes the whole molecule to coil up into a spiral staircase to form the double helix.

The Ascension process means the process of returning to 12 strands of DNA in our current human form. This is Ascension! It’s the process which the human body’s vibration is elevated a little bit at a time until it’s vibrating at the resonance of unconditional love.

During this process the 10 additional DNA strands are being reconnected within the circuitry of the body and the brain. So, as our bodies elevate in vibration and our new DNA is being connected our fear-based patterns and beliefs are being released simultaneously to make room for our, soon to be, higher vibrational existence.

These additional 10 strands are our inter-dimensional strands, now you can see why we have been cut off from them for so long.

We have two biological strands those are those two strands on the outside spiraling up (1st photo). The inter-dimensional strands are the ones bridging those two biological strands and as you can see in the 2nd photo they’ve been cut. So that means those inter-dimensional strands could no longer communicate with our biological strands this is what has been done to us. We have been cut off from all of our inter-dimensional abilities through DNA manipulation, splicing and dicing as I call it.

I have been quiet for the past few days, not because I haven’t been disgusted and outraged by the recent Balenciaga campaigns, but because I wanted an opportunity to speak to their team to understand for myself how this could have happened.

As a mother of four, I have been shaken by the disturbing images. The safety of children must be held with the highest regard and any attempts to normalize child abuse of any kind should have no place in our society — period.

Scientists from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute have found some male cancer cells, those with X and Y chromosomes, show signs of having their X chromosome silenced.

In normal mammal cells, the X chromosome is only muted when a female cell has a pair of Xs to choose from.

Randomly turning off an extra X is the body's way of balancing the chromosome dosage of both males and females. But if there is just one X chromosome, as with most male cells, neither the X nor the Y needs to be inactivated.

In some cancer cells, however, this rule of thumb is broken.

The study used publicly available DNA samples from cancer patients around the world. Analyzing thousands of genomes representing more than 30 different cancers, researchers found the gene responsible for silencing the X chromosome – known as X-inactive specific transcript, or XIST – is highly expressed in a wider variety of cancerous tissues than they'd ever suspected.

The gene is a non-coding sequence made of RNA found in the cells of placental mammals that plays a key role in the silencing of genes on X chromosomes.

In genetic males, the silencing of the X chromosome is rare but not unknown. It can occur in conditions where the chromosome is duplicated, such as in Klinefelter syndrome (where two or more X chromosomes accompany a Y chromosome). It can also occur in a scattering of cells early in development and, sometimes, testicular germ cell tumors.

Such sex cell cancers were strongly represented among the 4 percent of male cancers identified with a silenced X chromosome.

Yet surprisingly, a quarter of the remainder was associated with non-reproductive cancers, like those of the brain, skin, lung, and thyroid.

"We were very surprised by this result since XIST is a transcript typically used to classify female cancers, and so we wanted to ensure that this was not merely a result of misannotation," says cancer geneticist and oncologist Srinivas Viswanathan from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.

"Yet, we do, in fact, see that some male cancers of diverse subtypes activate XIST and display features of X inactivation."

Researchers aren't sure why that is, but they have a few ideas. Cancers proliferate rapidly, and this can lead to mistakes, like multiple copies of the same chromosome. For instance, the authors sometimes found two X chromosomes in male cancer cells.

Perhaps when this occurs, X inactivation is triggered to maintain genetic stability, allowing a cancerous tumor to better survive and thrive.

"Another possibility is there are some important genes on the X chromosome that, when silenced, enable the cancer to grow. We will investigate this in future studies," says Viswanathan.

It's not often that scientists consider how genetic differences between the sexes might impact cancer therapy and recovery, but the new findings suggest there is a distinction in how cancer cells invade the body and cause destruction.

Top scientists including Sir Patrick Vallance were warned that Covid-19 could have evolved in laboratory animals, but collaborated in a paper which shut down the lab leak theory, it has emerged.

The paper, “The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2,” published in Nature Medicine in March 2020, argued that a natural spillover event caused the pandemic, and was hugely instrumental in stifling debate into the origins of the virus.

But newly released emails from early 2020 show that in the weeks before publication the authors held lengthy discussions with experts, including Sir Patrick and Sir Jeremy Farrar, the head of the Wellcome Trust.

In those discussions, experts were advised that the unusual features seen in Covid-19 could have evolved in animals in a lab, as well as in the wild.

They were also warned that the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) had been carrying out research on bat-coronaviruses at worrying levels of biosecurity.

Yet by the time the paper was published, all reference to biosecurity problems in Wuhan had been removed, and the authors argued that lab evolution of the virus was unlikely.

Questions have arisen around the drafting and formulation of the paper since its publication.

The lead author of the paper, Prof Kristian Andersen, of the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, California, had earlier told colleagues that features of the virus looked as if they’d been engineered in a lab.

However, no mention of this was made in the paper.

Deus Ex is a 2000 action role-playing game developed by Ion Storm and published by Eidos Interactive. Set in a cyberpunk-themed dystopian world in the year 2052, the game follows JC Denton, an agent of the fictional agency United Nations Anti-Terrorist Coalition (UNATCO), who is given superhuman abilities by nanotechnology, as he sets out to combat hostile forces in a world ravaged by inequality and a deadly plague. His missions entangle him in a conspiracy that brings him into conflict with the Triads, Majestic 12, and the Illuminati.

Deus Ex's gameplay combines elements of the first-person shooter with stealth elements, adventure, and role-playing genres, allowing for its tasks and missions to be completed in a variety of ways, which in turn lead to differing outcomes. Presented from the first-person perspective, the player can customize Denton's various abilities such as weapon skills or lockpicking, increasing his effectiveness in these areas; this opens up different avenues of exploration and methods of interacting with or manipulating other characters. The player can complete side missions away from the primary storyline by moving freely around the available areas, which can reward the player with experience points to upgrade abilities and alternative ways to tackle main missions. Powered by the Unreal Engine, the game was released for Microsoft Windows in June 2000, with a Mac OS port following the next month. A modified version of the game was released for the PlayStation 2 in 2002 as Deus Ex: The Conspiracy. In the years following its release, Deus Ex has received additional improvements and content from its fan community.

The game received critical acclaim, including being named "Best PC Game of All Time" in PC Gamer's "Top 100 PC Games" in 2011 and a poll carried out by the UK gaming magazine PC Zone. It received several Game of the Year awards, drawing praise for its pioneering designs in player choice and multiple narrative paths. Deus Ex is regarded as one of the best video games of all time. It has sold more than 1 million copies, as of April 23, 2009. The game led to a series, which includes the sequel Deus Ex: Invisible War (2003), and three prequels: Deus Ex: Human Revolution (2011), Deus Ex: The Fall (2013), and Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (2016).
