Based on Archbishop Vigano's presentation that the vaccine is in fact graphene Oxide, a metal, the supplement used to detox a person from heavy metals is NAC. This detoxes organs such as the liver, kidneys, and so on…

Are You Keeping Your DNA Healthy?

I assume you don't know much about your DNA, antioxidants or even how important they are to your overall health so let me quickly summarize. Our DNA is very important because progressive damage to the DNA is one of the primary reasons as to how we age.

We damage our DNA usually from oxidative stress and when this happens the way our bodies function at a cellular level becomes less efficient.

This is what leads to a poorer health status and makes us more prone to diseases and illnesses. The wonderful news is there are things we can do nutritionally to help slow down this damage to our DNA and allow us to live a longer healthier life.

How Do We Measure The Damage To Our DNA?

Through various studies and experiments scientists and doctors can measure molecules that indicate what is happening within our bodies. One molecule that has been studies quite a bit 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG). This is a biomarker of oxidative stress and is measured in your urine. It is also a risk factor for many diseases such as cancer and diabetes.

As we age 8-OHdG levels become higher. The amount we produce and excrete through our urine is determined by how we eat, what we eat, what we expose ourselves to, various toxin exposure, etc. For example those who live in polluted areas or if you are a smoker you will generally have as much as twice the levels of someone who doesn't smoke or live in a polluted area.

How Do We Protect Our DNA?

Since oxidative stress is one of the primary causes of damage to our DNA the easiest way to protect our DNA is to prevent the oxidative stress. You can do this by consuming higher levels of antioxidants and polyphenols as they protect our bodies from creating free radicals and oxidative stress.

A diet rich in dark fruits and vegetables contain higher levels of antioxidants and polyphenols which can decrease oxidative damage to your DNA and also possibly decrease your risk for certain cancers. Scientists conducted a study where the participants increased their fruit and vegetable intake to 12 servings per day. What they found was that 8-OHdG production decreased by 57% after two weeks (5).

Green tea which is loaded with polyphenols is also very effective at reducing your 8-OHdG levels. Four cups per day of green tea in one study decreased urinary 8-OHdG by 31 percent (6). If you don't like the taste of green tea you can also obtain these beneficial polyphenols through supplementation and extracts such as what you will find in Prograde Longevity.

Our DNA is one of those things that you don't see or necessarily feel in regards to is it healthy or not. This is why we usually don't pay attention to it until it is too late and we are diagnosed with some type of cancer. Understand that much of what we eat, how we live our life and what we expose ourself to may influence our overall health even though we don't notice the day to day effects of it all.

We have a multitude of ancient stories professing our genesis was a product of gifted geneticists' experiments. Look to those like Prometheus, Enki or Osiris, said to be the Father of Man. Two key Republican congressmen have dismissed suggestions that the new majority party in the US House of Representatives will cut military aid to Ukraine. They instead called for greater oversight over the billions of dollars’ worth of weaponry flowing to Kiev from Washington.

The government has refused to admit that it spied on its opponents, accusing them of fabricating the story for political gain

The Greek government planted spyware on the phones of dozens of politicians, journalists, state officials and businesspeople, according to an ongoing investigation by Documento, a Greek newspaper. A report on Sunday revealed that a police chief was targeted as well.

Documento, which has been investigating the scandal for several months, claimed that the former head of the Hellenic Police, Michalis Karamalakis, had ‘Predator’ spyware installed on his phone by the country’s National Intelligence Service (EYP), at the behest of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

The report brings to more than 100 the number of targets under alleged EYP’s surveillance. The list includes opposition politician Nikos Androulakis, prosecutor Christos Bardakis, journalists Tina Messaropoulou, Thanasis Koukakis, and Stavros Michaloudis, as well as a number of Mitsotakis’ own advisers and confidants.

Mitsotakis, who directly oversees the work of the EYP, denies any involvement in the scandal. After opposition leader Alexis Tsipras called on the PM to “stop hiding and give answers,” his spokesman, Yiannis Oikonomou, called the wiretapping claims “unproven and unsubstantiated.” Oikonomou accused Tsipras of “trying to create conditions of political anomaly” to justify “the looming defeat of [his party] in the upcoming elections.”

According to Documento’s reporting, Oikonomou also had his phone tapped by the EYP.

The scandal first emerged in early August, when Panagiotis Kontoleon, who led the EYP at the time, told a parliamentary committee that the intelligence agency had been spying on financial journalist Thanasis Koukakis. Earlier this month, a report by the European Parliament accused Greece and three other EU countries of utilizing the spyware to snoop on their citizens.

Developed by North Macedonian-based software firm Cytrox and linked to the Israeli defense industry, ‘Predator’ spyware is comparable to the Israeli-developed ‘Pegasus’ malware, which multiple governments and intelligence agencies were caught using last year. Both programs can access calls, messages, photos and files, and can secretly turn on target phones’ cameras and microphones.

We further calculated Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient between neutralizing antibody titers and inflammatory responses measured by averaged gene expression of genes associated with TNFα Signaling via NF-κB and interferon-α (type I interferon) responses. The results were 0.32 and 0.39 with P > 0.05 (Supplementary Fig. S4c), respectively, suggesting immune response changes and adaptive immune protection of the vaccine do not appear to be highly correlated. Whether antibiotics may influence vaccine efficacy remains to be determined. It is also rather interesting that while cohorts A and B had different anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody production profiles, their PBMCs scRNA-seq results were drastically similar, including their B-cell scRNA-seq data (Supplementary Fig. S5a–c). It should be noted that after vaccination, the majority of responsive B cells, particularly those producing mature anti-COVID-19 antibodies (IgG) including memory B cells, should be primarily located in peripheral lymphatic tissues such as lymph nodes and the spleen, while only a few mature B cells would exist in the circulation. Therefore, the B-cell population in PBMCs preparations may not reflect the whole spectrum of humoral immunity.

The analyses presented in this study, particularly, scRNA-seq of PBMCs had not been performed for previous vaccine evaluations, whether the changes in immune system function-related genes were COVID-19-specific or could be generally applied to other vaccines or other types of COVID-19 vaccines remained to be determined. However, these types of detailed analyses should be overall beneficial to vaccine development and applications. Our study postulates that it is imperative to consider the potential long-term impact of vaccination to certain medical conditions34 or to general human health.
