The subject matter of this Motion for a Preliminary Injunction and its devastating effects on members of the military compel me to conclude and conduct accordingly as follows:

a) None of the ordered Emergency Use Covid 19 vaccines can or will provide better immunity than an infection-recovered person;

b) All three of the EUA Covid 19 vaccines (Comirnaty is not available), in the age group and fitness level of my patients, are more risky, harmful and dangerous than having no vaccine at all, whether a person is Covid recovered or facing a Covid 19 infection;

c) Direct evidence exists and suggests that all persons who have received a Covid 19 Vaccine are damaged in their cardiovascular system in an irreparable and irrevocable manner;

d) Due to the Spike protein production that is engineered into the user’s genome, each such recipient of the Covid 19 Vaccines already has micro clots in their cardiovascular system that present a danger to their health and safety;

e) That such micro clots over time will become bigger clots by the very nature of the shape and composition of the Spike proteins being produced and said proteins are found throughout the user’s body, including the brain;

f) That at the initial stage this damage can only be discovered by a biopsy or Magnetic Resonance Image (“MRI”) scan;

g) That due to the fact that there is no functional myocardial screening currently being conducted, it is my professional opinion that substantial foreseen risks currently exist, which require proper screening of all flight crews.

h) That, by virtue of their occupations, said flight crews present extraordinary risks to themselves and others given the equipment they operate, munitions carried thereon and areas of operation in close proximity to populated areas.

i) That, without any current screening procedures in place, including any Aero Message (flight surgeon notice) relating to this demonstrable and identifiable risk, I must and will therefore ground all active flight personnel who received the vaccinations until such time as the causation of these serious systemic health risks can be more fully and adequately assessed.

j) That, based on the DOD’s own protocols and studies, the only two valuable methodologies to adequately assess this risk are through MRI imaging or cardio biopsy which must be performed.

k) That, in accordance with the foregoing, I hereby recommend to the Secretary of Defense that all pilots, crew and flight personnel in the military service who required hospitalization from injection or received any Covid 19 vaccination be grounded similarly for further dispositive assessment.

l) That this Court should grant an immediate injunction to stop the further harm to all military personnel to protect the health and safety of our active duty, reservists and National Guard troops.

EU finds J&J COVID shot possibly linked to another rare clotting condition

Reuters) -The European Union's drug regulator on Friday identified a possible link between rare cases of blood clotting in deep veins with Johnson & Johnson's COVID-19 vaccine and recommended the condition be listed as a side-effect of the shot.

The European Medicines Agency also recommended that immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), a bleeding disorder caused by the body mistakenly attacking platelets, be added as an adverse reaction with an unknown frequency to the J&J vaccine product information and to AstraZeneca's vaccine.

J&J did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Both vaccines have previously been associated with a very rare combination of blood clotting and low platelet counts known as thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS).

The two products are based on harmless vector viruses that instruct human cells to make a protein that primes the immune system against future coronavirus infections.

EMA said the new, possibly life-threatening clotting condition known as venous thromboembolism (VTE) to be included on the J&J product label was separate from TTS.

VTE typically begins by a clot forming in a vein of a leg, arm or groin, which then travels to the lungs and blocks the blood supply there.

Regardless of any vaccine use, VTE is most commonly caused by injury or lack of movement in bedridden patients. Birth control pills and a number of chronic conditions are also seen as risk factors.

The preliminary injunction is the next step in the legal battle to protect our military. This filing is for the purpose of ceasing any further involuntary vaccinations, based on evidence of the associated adverse health events and risks that are becoming increasingly pervasive. Those side effects include life-threatening blood clots and myocarditis, pericarditis (inflammatory conditions of the heart). These adverse events are listed on the Pfizer/BioNTech’s own fact sheet and the evidence of this widespread harm, especially in younger persons, has become irrefutable.

Indeed, Dr. Grams provided sworn testimony that both the Pfizer BioNTech and Moderna Emergency Use only COVID “vaccines” contain substantial and significant amounts of these toxic ingredients. “It’s no wonder people are having debilitating allergic reactions to these shots,” said Dr. Grams. To prove the case, Dr. Ralph Grams used state of the art mass spectrometry laboratory equipment to make his findings. These key ingredients are known carcinogenic toxins and numerous studies have found anaphylaxis reactions to the PEG compounds in peer-reviewed scientific journals.

The inoculations are being forced on all service members including those who have already recovered from COVID-19. This, despite the fact that numerous studies show proof that COVID-recovered patients have natural immunity. It is common sense and scientifically supported that those who have recovered do not require a vaccination. The military regulations agree on this point and the defining regulation (AR 40-562) actually excludes people with prior immunity from compulsory vaccinations; it also excludes people who are allergic to any ingredient. “This policy has been regulatory law in the military since 1908, so what has changed that would cause the secretary of defense to annul such a common sense rule?” This is the question posed by Colton Boyle, who is another lawyer on the case.

“There is a long history of safe and effective alternative treatments, approved by the Food and Drug Administration, which are proven worldwide to be highly effective in preventing and treating COVID-19,” according to Dr. Simone Gold, who heads America’s Frontline Doctors. Attorney Dave Wilson, another case attorney and retired Army JAG officer questions “how an Emergency Use Authorization was ever granted in the first place.” In order to invoke the EUA statute, the Secretary of HHS has to find that no safe, available and approved drug exists to treat the medical emergency. “According to our best experts, there are many such already FDA approved drugs and remedies that show tremendous effectiveness in treating and even curing the underlying infection,” states John “Lou” Michels Jr., who also argued and won the preceding Anthrax case against Secretary Rumsfeld. The American government continues to block these safe and effective therapies and continues to favor recommending dangerous experimental vaccinations.

Today America’s Frontline Doctors legal team filed a preliminary injunction in Federal District Court, before Judge Raymond P. Moore. This follows the filing and subsequent denial of a temporary restraining order submitted and ruled on nearly four weeks ago. The Injunction aims to immediately halt further COVID-19 vaccinations for all military personnel given the extraordinary findings of the Plaintiff’s expert witnesses in their sworn testimony.

The Preliminary Injunction Motion along with the Amended Complaint seeks to broadens the class of Plaintiffs to include DoD contractors and is based on the now-proven fact that Covid-recovered people have superior immunity to all other forms of treatment. The latest pleadings in the suit claim that Covid vaccines actually harm the Covid recovered rather than help them.

The evidence presented includes expert witness testimony from two military doctors and a well-credentialed professor of pathology that have found that both the Pfizer and Moderna Covid 19 vaccines contain a pathologic toxin (poison) commonly called PEG (polyethylene glycol). Each such vaccine lists either ALC 3015 (Pfizer) or SM-102 (Moderna) as key ingredients of the billions of nanoparticles in each dose. The Safety Data Sheets relating to these two primary ingredients are abundantly clear and demonstrate the ingredients’ toxicity and danger to human users. In fact, they caution that such ingredients are not for human or veterinarian use.

In yet another piece of evidence thatwe are in fact living in a simulation,special operations soldiers training at an airport in the Mojave Desert were reportedly attacked and wounded by "a sword-wielding man dressed as a ninja" and forced to shelter in a hangar, Stars and Stripes reports.

The absurd incident reportedly took place sometime after 1 a.m. on Sept. 18, "according to what appears to be a military incident report shared on Instagram and Reddit," writes Stars and Stripes. Ridgecrest Police Department records also appear to confirm some of the details in the social media documents, which suggest the wounded victims — a staff sergeant and a captain — to be members of "the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, an elite helicopter unit known as the Night Stalkers," per Stars and Stripes.

According to the photographed report, which has not been independently verified, the staff sergeant was outside smoking a cigarette when he was approached by "an unknown person wearing full ninja garb," who asked, "Do you know who I am?" and "Do you know where my family is?"

After the solider answered "no", the "person in ninja garb began to slash at [the soldier], striking his phone and his knee and leg," per the report. As the staff sergeant then took off running, the man dressed as a ninja began kicking and punching doors and windows, then reportedly threw a block of asphast through a building window. The captain, inside, was stuck by the block, according to the social media document.

What is an internet kill switch?

An internet kill switch is a device/software/configuration that allows one to shut down all internet access within a region or country indefinitely. If activated, the kill switch would prevent everyone from checking social media, shopping online, using online messenger services, sending emails, or anything else involving an internet connection.

In many cases, this may also include any form of phone contact (it varies).

Which countries have already used the internet kill switch?

Hackers have the ability to down the entire internet system, as we have seen with op article and op article. However, governments around the globe have also resorted to shutdowns, claiming it to be necessary for public safety.
