We received 111 pages of records from Wellesley Public Schools in Massachusetts which confirm the use of “affinity spaces” that divide students and staff based on race as a priority and objective of the school district’s “diversity, equity and inclusion” plan. The school district also admitted that between September 1, 2020 and May 17, 2021, it created “five distinct” segregated spaces.

We obtained the records after filing a May 17 Massachusetts Public Records Law request for records concerning the number of affinity spaces, the policies regarding their creation and use, the topics discussed, and any analysis of whether affinity spaces that exclude certain races are consistent with state and federal law, which would include the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the MA Equal Rights Amendment and/or the MA School Attendance Law.

The Wellesley Public School records include a document detailing the school district’s “Equity Strategic Plan 2020-2025,” which includes a “District Equity by Design” plan with the stated goal of amplifying student voices by providing “opportunities for affinity spaces for students with shared identity.” …the school district admitted that it does not have any records analyzing whether such segregated spaces violate the U.S. Constitution, the Massachusetts Constitution or any other law.

These documents confirm how Wellesley Public Schools segregated students and staff by race in pursuit of extremist critical race theory agenda.

Wellesley marks the latest battle in our fight to expose the hard-left “Critical Race Theory” agenda being pushed nationwide.

‘Likely Violates Constitutional Due Process Rights’ – Federal Judge Scolds Feds, Blocks Them From Seizing Safe Deposit Boxes

U.S. District Judge R. Gary Klausner, a George W. Bush appointee issued a temporary retraining order preventing the federal government from seizing safe deposit boxes from four individuals who are seeking the return of their assets until the feds can provide the “specific factual and legal basis” for trying to initiate civil forfeiture.

The judge scolded the feds and said the planned forfeiture likely violates the individuals constitutional due process rights.

Just the News reported:

U.S. District Judge R. Gary Klausner issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) preventing the feds from initiating civil forfeiture against four individuals who sought return of their valuables until prosecutors provide the “specific factual and legal basis” for the action.

He gave the government until Tuesday to explain why the judge should not issue a preliminary injunction, which would halt planned forfeitures until the merits of the case were decided — a process that could take months.

It’s a black eye for the feds, who claimed USPV intentionally lured criminal activity and that its customers were an undifferentiated mass of drug dealers and money launderers. The government did not charge any customers with crimes, however, as it seized their belongings.

The backstory:

The feds seized $85 million in cash, precious metals and family heirlooms stored in about 800 safe deposit boxes in Los Angeles.

A class-action lawsuit claimed the FBI “exceeded the search warrant approved by the court” when it raided storage provider, US Private Vaults (USPV) and snooped through the contents of the safe deposit boxes.

USPV was indicted by the feds for conspiracy to sell drugs and launder money, however the owners of the boxes are not accused of committing any crimes.

The search warrant only authorized the FBI to inspect the safe deposit boxes to “identify their owners in order to notify them” about claiming their property.

This is the “most outrageous Fourth Amendment abuse that the Institute for Justice has ever seen,” Frommer, the IJ attorney, said when it announced the case. “It is like the government breaking into every apartment in a building because the landlord was dealing drugs in the lobby.”

Indian Bar Association Sues WHO for Lying About Ivermectin and Killing Indians — Will Fauci and CDC Be Next?

It’s been over a year since the WHO declared the coronavirus a pandemic after originally downplaying the viral threat. It is no secret that both the disease and the response to combat it following this SARS-CoV-2 outbreak in late 2019 have turned our world upside-down. Mandates, lockdowns, and guidelines seem to change every time Dr. Fauci opens his mouth. All of these unprecedented rules were put into place, we were told, to stop the spread of a disease that today is linked to the death of over half a million Americans in just over a year.

You would think that a disease that is a death sentence for the elderly, the obese, those with preexisting conditions, and that has forced children to avoid school, mask up, and get vaccinated would have certainly been faced with ramped-up research into prophylactic and therapeutic solutions since its arrival to the United States.

One would think that after all this time there would be a consensus in the hospitals, in the nursing homes, and in other treatment centers on how to treat a Covid positive patient or resident. This is not the case.

There still is no agreed upon treatment plan for elderly patients who catch coronavirus to assist in their recovery.

And Dr. Fauci and the CDC blocked use of proven treatments, including hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, that could have saved tens of thousands of American lives.

The Indian Bar Association sued the WHO Chief for preventing use of ivermectin that would have saved millions of lives.

Could this happen in America? Are Dr. Fauci and the CDC next?

The Indian Bar Association (IBA) sued WHO Chief Scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan on May 25, accusing her in a 71-point brief of causing the deaths of Indian citizens by misleading them about Ivermectin. There is also an updated legal notice on June 13, 2021.

Point 56 states, “That your misleading tweet on May 10, 2021, against the use of Ivermectin had the effect of the State of Tamil Nadu withdrawing Ivermectin from the protocol on May 11, 2021, just a day after the Tamil Nadu government had indicated the same for the treatment of COVID-19 patients.”

If a trial in India finds WHO Chief Scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan guilty then the WHO Scientist could be sentenced to death or life in prison. Dr Soumya Swaminathan would have be charged with the threatened criminal prosecution and be found guilty on one of the those charges.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has published new treatment protocols for COVID-19 patients that leaves out the use of ivermectin, which had been included in a previous version. The new protocols describe three categories of COVID-19 patients based on the level of care they need: home-based, primary care and pre-hospital care. It leaves hospital care out. The tests to determine the category to which a patient belongs are oxygen saturation (SpO2) and respiratory rate.

US Blackhawks and Apaches train with Russian attack helicopters nearby

MIHAIL KOGALNICEANU AIR BASE, Romania — As Russian attack helicopters hovered menacingly near NATO’s eastern border in late spring, it became clearer to the American pilots at the Romanian base known as “MK” why they were stationed at this far-flung location on the Black Sea.

The Russian troop buildup in Crimea and on the eastern border of Ukraine in late March reached 100,000 troops. Tanks, rocket systems, fighter jets, and attack helicopters were also positioned. Vladimir Putin’s first test of President Joe Biden led to a phone call promise of withdrawal, followed by a summit in Geneva last week that included compliments of the American leader from the former KGB officer.

However, Russian attack helicopters remain, as do most of the troops. But America’s Blackhawks, Chinooks, and Apaches were already preparing to exercise nearby.

In May, American helicopter pilots conducted joint exercises with Romanian Puma pilots, quickly moving 300 ground troops from the Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, where several hundred American troops are stationed, to a nearby training area.

“We're no longer isolated nation-states or countries,” U.S. Army Capt. Erin Caverly, 27, told the Washington Examiner while standing in front of one of the Blackhawk helicopters she flies. “We're here to build that kind of ability to work with all our NATO allies.”

Romania, a former communist dictatorship and Warsaw Pact country, became a democracy in 1991 and joined NATO in 2004.

The Annapolis native played a key planning role in the complex operation to integrate 10 Romanian Pumas, eight American Blackhawks, and three Chinooks for the combined air assault exercise.

“We are here as part of the European Deterrence Initiative,” Lt. Col. Brad Gates, commander of the Army’s 3-1 Assault Helicopter Battalion, said.

The American program known as EDI has beefed up the military infrastructure of NATO members in Eastern Europe to the tune of $20 billion since 2014. That’s when Russia invaded Crimea and redrew European borders for the first time in a half-century.

Putin’s aggression in the region is seen as an ever-present threat by NATO partners on the eastern flank.

“It doesn't necessarily change the course of what we do,” Gates said of the exercises. “What we need to do is focus on improving our own readiness and improving our ability to have interoperability with our host and partner nations.”

Putin’s actions do change the course for NATO allies in the region, an official said.

Both Bulgaria and Romania spend 3% of their GDP on defense, with Romania posting the region’s only AEGIS Ashore missile-defense system and buying a range of American military hardware, such as Patriot missile batteries.

Romanian Defense Minister Nicolae Ciuca told the Washington Examiner that an additional $135 million is dedicated to military infrastructure investments at the MK base and premier training facilities meant in part to attract more American presence. MK has already played a vital role in assisting U.S. deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.

“We are supporting very much the rotational presence of the U.S. troops in our country,” Ciuca said at a meeting in Bucharest. “We also have a program to develop the MK air base. So, that's a very, very ambitious commitment of our country to develop the infrastructure within the base.”

Training 'harder, better, and more safely'

American soldiers serving on a nine-month rotation on the base told the Washington Examiner the Romanians are flexible and eager to learn, and the base and nearby training facilities offer opportunities not found at some American installations.

“Our ability to have an aviation task force that is able to operate out of here safely is pretty critical,” said Gates. “From an infrastructure standpoint, from a space available to the aircraft standpoint, it's certainly helpful to be able to train harder, better, and more safely.”

Amazon acquires secure messaging app Wickr used by Pentagon

Encrypted messaging application Wickr has been procured by Amazon for an undisclosed sum. The app, advertised as one of the most secure on the market, has been in use by multiple US government agencies.

The deal was announced by the two companies on Friday, with neither disclosing any figures.

“We are pleased to share that Wickr has been acquired by Amazon and is now part of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) team. We’re proud to have created highly trusted, secure communication solutions for messaging, video conferencing, file sharing, and more,” Wickr said in a statement posted on its website.

Founded back in 2012, the company is best known for its free app, allowing users to send encrypted messages, as well as make supposedly secure video and audio calls. The application also boasts an auto-burn feature, with messages getting deleted from user’s devices after a certain period of time. The company claims the mechanism is so secure that said messages “can never be recovered.”

Apart from maintaining the free app, Wickr has also offered paid plans for organizations, government agencies, and specifically for militaries. Among its “customers and partners,” the company lists the US Department of Defense, and Spirit of America, a US military-linked non-profit.

Amazon has said the purchase will not make any difference for Wickr users, with the application now immediately available through the AWS.

“AWS is offering Wickr services effective immediately and Wickr customers, channel, and business partners can continue to use Wickr’s services as they do today,” Amazon said in a statement.

The purchase will, however, probably make a difference for Amazon itself, as the tech behemoth has now entered the secure messaging app game. Moreover, the purchase will likely help the company to get even cozier with Washington, given that US government agencies already use its freshly procured application.
