MI Attorney Gives Incredible Behind The Scenes Account Of Forensic Examination of 16 Dominion Machines In Antrim County

On November 16, several members of the MI State legislature sent a letter to Michigan’s Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson requesting that a full, independent audit of the accusations prior to the certification of the vote. This was after reviewing hundreds of sworn affidavits by GOP and Independent poll challengers and evidence of vote switching by Dominion voting machines in Antrim County, Michigan. The radical Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, who has a reputation for not telling the truth, ignored their request.

Gateway Pundit reports – On November 23, Matthew DePerno of DePerno Law Offices, LLC filed a lawsuit on behalf of Central Lake resident William Bailey, demanding Antrim County allow a forensic investigation of the Dominion voting machines after it was discovered that thousands of ballots cast for President Trump were counted as votes for Joe Biden.

Additionally, ballots were re-run through the Dominion tabulator machine after a 262-262 tie on a vote for a ballot initiative that would allow a marijuana establishment to be located within the Village of Central Lake. While ballots were being inserted into the machine, 3 of them were destroyed and were not placed through the tabulator. At the conclusion of the recount by the tabulating machine and with three fewer votes, the result was 262-261, and the initiative passed. Of course, this result could only be possible after 3 of the ballots were destroyed.

Two more unexplainable vote counts in Antrim County also left voters questioning the outcome of the vote result by Dominion.

In his lawsuit, Mr. DePerno asks the 13th Circuit Court to provide Mr. Bailey with the ability to perform a forensic study of the 22 Dominion Voting machines used in Antrim Co., MI to process the ballots in the November election. DePerno, who based his estimate of machines on the number of school boards in Antrim County, later discovered there were only 16 Dominion voting machines that were used in the election.

“Based on all the allegation of fraud, statutory violations, and other misconduct,” DePerno wrote, “it is necessary to immediately permit the plaintiff to take a forensic image of the 22 precinct tabulators, thumb drives, related software, the Clerk’s “master tabulator,” and conduct an investigation of those images, after which a manual recount of the election results and independent audit of the November 3 election may be ordered to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the election.”

Matthew DePerno claims in his lawsuit that based on the evidence they have provided to the court, Dominion Voting Systems “committed material fraud or error in this election so that the outcome of the election was affected.”

At 5:30 PM on Friday, December 4, 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer granted permission to William Bailey and his team of IT experts to conduct a forensic study of the 16 Dominion voting machines, tabulators, thumb drives, related software, and the Clerk’s “master tabulator.” In his court order, Bailey was also granted the ability to conduct an independent investigation of the images they obtained in their examination. According to DePerno, it would take approximately 6 to 8 hours to obtain the forensic copies, and it made sense to do the work on the weekend when most government employees and residents would not be in the building.

Matthew DePerno was able to quickly assemble a team of seven highly trained forensic IT experts who agreed to arrive the next day (Saturday) to conduct the forensic examination.

Netherlands: Three Polish Supermarkets Bombed in Two Days

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) – An explosion damaged a Polish supermarket in a Dutch town near Amsterdam early Wednesday morning, the third such blast in two days.

Police said the explosion happened at a store in the town of Beverwijk, 30 kilometers (18 miles) northwest of Amsterdam. Nobody was injured, but the store was badly damaged in the explosion at 5:15 a.m. (0415 GMT).

Dutch media reported that the owner of the store also owns another Polish supermarket in Aalsmeer that was gutted by an explosion and fire early Tuesday. The same night, another explosion hit a Polish supermarket in the southern town of Heeswijk-Dinther.

Police are investigating the blasts and have not revealed a possible motive.

All three stores were called Biedronka, but are not part of a large network of budget stores of the same name in Poland.

Jeffrey Sprecher, chair of the company that owns the New York Stock Exchange, had been selling stocks since coronavirus began ravaging the United States - and his wife was accused of corruption as a result of his trades.

In April he and his wife sold their individual stocks, and it was unclear how much money had been made from his mid-March trades.

Senators report stock sales within dollar ranges, making it impossible to say precisely how much the couple made.

But Sprecher bought over $1 million in stock which would benefit, analysts said, from the CARES Act - a $2 trillion emergency stimulus package, which was signed into law on March 27.

The terms of the CARES Act were still mostly a secret, but were known primarily to Republican senators while members of their party crafted the legislation.

Sprecher managed to invest in several industries - insurance and energy - that were poised to take advantage of the bill's very specific provisions.

He purchased between $250,000 and $500,000 in shares in Assurant, a financial giant that sells life, catastrophe and property insurance.

Some states are pushing back after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention asked them to share records on COVID-19 vaccinations, with New York's governor claiming the information could be used to deport people.

Ahead of the rapid nationwide rollout of Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine, CDC officials have distributed a 'data use and sharing agreement' to state agencies to track who receives doses of the vaccine.

The CDC says it needs the information to track vaccine rollout, identify any under-vaccinated communities, and monitor safety and efficacy of the vaccine.

However, some governors, including New York's Andrew Cuomo, are crying foul and insisting that the personal details could be abused by the federal government.

'This is just another example of them trying to extort the state of New York to get information that they can use at Department of Homeland Security and ICE that they'll use to deport people,' Cuomo said at a press briefing last month.

'That is what this is. I will not do it. I wouldn't do it when they extort me on Trusted Traveler Program, and I won't do it now,' he added, referring to a conflict over providing driver's license data for the federal flight safety program.

In Minnesota, officials are also refusing to report any identifying details to the CDC. The state says it will submit anonymized data about the number of doses administered on a daily basis.

At a briefing on Monday, officials from Operation Warp Speed, the government's vaccine initiative, defended the plan.

'There is no social security number being asked for; there is no driver's license number,' said Deacon Maddox, who runs the operation's data and analysis system, according to the New York Times. 'The only number I would say that is asked is the date of birth.'

Officials said all but a handful of states had signed the data agreements, and the rest would sign by the end of the week. Some states that sign the agreements may still withhold personal information.

Trump’s legal team showed a video from the State Farm Arena tabulation center after poll workers were told to leave at 10:25 PM. The poll workers signed sworn affidavits saying they were told to leave at that time.

A few liberal election “workers” stayed behind and were seen pulling suitcases full of ballots out from under tables to be tabulated after the GOP inspectors and media left the room!

This was the most explosive video of the entire campaign season!

Ralph Jones, Sr., Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss as three of the suspects in the suitcase ballot scandal.

It was a planned effort to count the hidden ballots. One worker was even seen pushing the same votes through the ballot counter three different times.

But the Facebook “fact check” group Lead Stories said the “suitcase” scandal had been debunked and that the GOP observers and media were not told to leave the area and go home.

Lead Stories we now know is funded by Facebook and a Chinese company. So it makes sense that they would target any conservative outlet that reported on this explosive video.

Gun violence hits 14-year high in New York City with more than 1,400 shootings - double the number in 2019 - as NYPD top cop blames bail reform for surging violence

The commissioner of the New York Police Department says that the city is on pace to end 2020 with the highest level of gun violence since 2006 and that the state's new bail reform law is to blame.

New York's top cop, Dermot Shea, made the comments as official data from his department indicates that shootings have soared 96 per cent this year compared to 2019.

At this time last year, there were 735 reported shootings. This year, that number has nearly doubled to 1,433 incidents of gun violence.

The last time there were this many shootings in a single year was in 2006, when the NYPD reported 1,427 shootings.

'I wish I had better news on gun violence specifically… we're looking to close out the year on a 14-year high,' Shea told NY1 on Tuesday morning.

'This has been a year like no other.'

In November alone, there have been a total of 115 shootings - a 112 per cent jump compared to the same time last year.

November also saw 28 murders - a 38 per cent rise compared to November 2019.

In the latest string of violent incidents, on Monday, a 76-year-old nursing home patient was hit by a stray bullet while he was sleeping in a nursing home in Corona, Queens, according to the New York Post.

Police said the man woke up bleeding from the right side of his neck and was rushed to a nearby hospital. He was treated and then discharged.

Investigators weren't sure what the cause of the injury was until Monday night, when a nursing home employee pulled up the blinds and noticed a bullet hole in the window.

On Sunday alone, 11 people across the five boroughs were shot - one fatally.

According to the New York Post, a 32-year-old man, whose name was not released was shot in the head just before 3:30pm on Sunday.

Other incidents of gun violence were reported on Sunday in Queens, The Bronx, and Manhattan.

Shea says that criminal justice reform initiatives including bail reform are to blame for the spike in violent crime.

'We have made staggering numbers of gun arrests, taking guns off the streets from felons, doing it almost always without a shot being fired,' Shea told NY1.

'But when you look three days later, four days later, those individuals are back on the street committing more gun violence.'

Shea told NY1 that progressive policies that encourage criminal justice reform are making the city more dangerous.

'Until we come to that realization as a society — is this what we want?' he said.

'It's good to have philosophical discussions about 'end mass incarceration' and 'end incarceration' but you don't want to do it by turning the innocent public into jails in their own apartments and houses.'

Shea's boss, Mayor Bill de Blasio, pushed back on the commissioner's comments.

The mayor told reporters at his City Hall briefing on Tuesday morning that the surge in violent crime this year can be pinned on an 'absolute perfect storm' that hit New York this year.

IDF court okays community service plea deal for soldier who killed Palestinian

Judges say no rationale for intervening in bargain that will see troop who shot two Palestinians he thought were throwing stones avoid any jail time

A military court approved a plea bargain on Wednesday which gives a soldier three months of community service for the wrongful shooting of two Palestinians, one of whom died.

According to military prosecutors, Alaa Ghiyada, 38, was shot in the stomach multiple times by the soldier in March on the side of a road near Bethlehem. The soldier, who has not been identified publicly, said that he had incorrectly believed Ghiyada was throwing rocks at passersby.

Ahmad Manasrah, 23, who arrived on the scene and attempted to help Ghiyada, was also shot by the same soldier and died of his wounds. All sides now agree no stones were thrown and that both Manasrah and Ghiyada were innocent.

Under the plea bargain, the soldier pled guilty to the military’s equivalent of negligent homicide and was sentenced to three months of unpaid military service, probation, and a demotion to private. The soldier was not charged at all for shooting Ghiyada.

The plea bargain infuriated Ghiyada’s and Manasrah’s families, who deemed the sentence far too light.

“The army is sending a clear message that soldiers who kill or wound Palestinians won’t be punished,” said the families’ attorney, Shlomo Lecker.

Dozens of former senior military officials disagreed, however. In numerous affidavits submitted to the court, former generals defended the soldier’s actions as “done without malice… as he was convinced that he was preventing a terror attack.”

“The soldier believed that there was a lethal danger to passersby. He acted as he was expected to, implementing the arrest procedure against stone-throwers,” wrote Meretz MK Yair Golan, a former IDF deputy chief of staff.

A previous petition to the High Court by the families was struck down, with Justice Menachem Mazuz writing for the court that the justices had no authority to intervene. Lecker said that the families had no intention of appealing.

Human rights groups in Israel have often accused both the military and judicial system of failing to sufficiently hold troops accountable for crimes committed against Palestinians.

“This is not a mistake, but a policy — a policy of covering up and protecting those who shot and killed without any justification, instead of protecting the victims. For Israel, Palestinian blood is worthless,” said the left-wing human rights group B’Tselem following the approval of the plea bargain on Wednesday.

Pompeo offers warning on China in Georgia speech ahead of Senate elections

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Wednesday raised the risk of China stealing academic research and intellectual property in remarks at a university in Georgia that come weeks before two Senate runoff elections in the state.

The setting of the speech at Georgia Tech in Atlanta had raised eyebrows given its proximity to the Senate races, which will determine which party holds the majority in the upper chamber.
