UK breads have focussed on, among other things, the series of Q's LONDON PICS. These have been throughly analyzed and it's clear that all but one of these pics were taken during the winter of 2013/2014. This is earlier than previously thought, given the understanding of the origins of SPYGATE and the UK connexions.

Today is 8 DEC 2020.

The one pic amongst the series of LONDON PICS which was not taken during the winter of 2013/2014 was taken during PRESIDENT TRUMP's first term. We have not narrowed the date on which it was taken, yet, but indications so far suggest it was taken between JAN and JUL 2018. That time interval would include the short presidential visit to LONDON in summer of 2018.

In the digz on the LONDON PICS much ground has been covered regarding IRAN and, moar recently, regarding companies connected with vote counting devices/software. Other topics have drawn off the details within the various pics, including a connexion between voting devices/software and ROMNEY's son; also connexion between one Q pic in particular and ROMNEY's own company, BAIN. Lots to explore in the various UK breads. It's not all pics all the time. Kek.

This post is to bring attention to those topics and to the work of UK ANONS over the past couple of years in the UK breads. Possibly, by posting in UK #26, Q has drawn attention to this work. The vid may have greater meaning than this, of course, while serving this purpose.

Here is a list of UK Sites that the US deemed as Critical to Americas interests.

This was 2009 I do believe but was leaked in 2010. NOTE 11 of the 16 are communications centres. Most are Cable Landing Stations that were tapped for intercept by GCHQ and fed into the NSA - Remember Edward Snowdens mission was to get the mass surveilance shut down so they could continue to communicate and coordinate. It was because of the bulk collection they were using Ham radios and Star Wars games!

If the cables are cut the intel stops flowing to the white hats, they could then possibly communicate easily via alternative methods undetected. Starlink being US controlled could in theory just hoover up 100% [if all countries were using it because the fibre network is down], This would bypass in theory GCHQ who were cut off from the NSA in the infamous GCHQ Bude Q Drop.

Speaking of GCHQ, I wonder if they have undergone House Cleaning yet?

U.K. Labor Party: £470M Worth of COVID-19 Contracts Linked to Tax Havens

The U.K. Labor party called for “urgent clarity” over the £470 million (US$624.35 million) it found to have been doled out by the government for ten COVID-19 contracts to companies that are either listed, or have a parent company, in a tax haven, it said in a Thursday press release.

Its recent analysis found that these contracts for personal protective equipment (PPE) were from companies listed in countries such as Malta, Mauritius, Luxembourg, and Dubai – known for their secretive or low-tax financial services industries.

“Taxpayers deserve to know their money is being handled with great care – and that any risks of its misuse through tax havens is carefully handled by this government,” Shadow Minister for the Cabinet Office, Rachel Reeves, said.

The U.K. government’s public procurement process, she added, “lacks important transparency, we are seeing no real moves to increase clarity or trust.”

Labor’s dissatisfaction over the government’s opaque COVID-related spending has been previously vocalized alongside members of parliament from the Green and Liberal Democratic parties.

In October, several MP’s launched judicial review proceedings against the government with The Good Law Project, demanding that it publish details on a roughly £3 billion ($3.92 billion) black-hole of COVID-19 contracts, whose recipients had yet to be revealed despite being legally required to do so within a 30-day period.

The contracts that have been under public scrutiny have also drawn criticism. The Labor party, in its press release, asserts that the Tory-led government has fast tracked hundreds of contracts, and that over £1.5 billion ($2 billion) has gone to friends and donors of the party.

When pressed about this issue in an interview with Andrew Marr on the BBC, Rishi Sunak, U.K.’s Chancellor of the Exchequer – the government’s top finance official – declined to acknowledge that the government had misused public funds.

“When you’re in the midst of a crisis and you’re trying to ensure that you have enough PPE… it was right to try to do everything we can, and I’m not going to apologize for us acting in that way,” he said.

Facing allegations that some of his own wealth may also be stashed in offshore tax havens, Sunak, a former investment banker at Goldman Sachs, has been pressured to reveal where his funds are located in order to avoid any potential conflicts of interest while in office.

Part 1

I am extremely disappointed to let you know that this week the Supreme Court has decided to refuse to hear our appeal relating to a Judicial Review into lockdown.

The Supreme Court’s decision means that unelected Judges have set a precedent which now makes it all but impossible to challenge the Government’s use of the Public Health Act 1984 to trample over Civil Liberties and to emasculate Parliament in the process.

By not allowing the Appeal to go ahead, this puts a protective shield around Ministers and gives them a free run to lock up people in their homes using the Act, without having to worry any more that their actions in using the Act like this are illegal. This is a chilling development which should not be underestimated.

The Government's ruthless use of the 1984 Act is an effective destruction of democratic process on behalf of the public around the lockdowns we have suffered and any that may happen again in the future. Although lately there has been some pushback from MPs, the decision of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal gives the Government more power than it should rightfully have.

It threatens even to rip up the rights protected by the Magna Carta - the basic premise of you being free unless it is specifically unlawful has now effectively been changed, meaning that you now have to have the Govt’s permission to do literally anything. This goes against 800+ years of legal principle.

By criticising us for having a ‘Rolling Judicial Review’ case, it means that when a Govt in future uses these emergency powers, provided that they change the regulations every time they are challenged, they can keep avoiding the very mechanism – Judicial Review – that is there to provide a vital check and balance under the UK's unwritten constitution. It is ironic that in July of this year, the Government launched a wide ranging review into the scope of judicial Review chaired by Lord Faulks QC which has yet to publish its recommendations.

Part 2

Equally disturbing is how the lockdown Judicial Review cases have found a lack of willingness from the Courts to challenge Government; Judges have said all along “It isn’t the place of the Court to get involved in politics”. They didn’t make that claim when the Brexit case was going.

From the first directions order made in the Judicial Review claim, it was clear that our unelected judges were entirely dismissive of the notion that we should be able to protect rights in the midst of a Pandemic, or that the Government’s actions could in any way be disproportionate or illegal in terms of the real situation being faced.

No one is disputing the impact on public health as a result of the novel Coronavirus, but far more so the Government’s handling of it, however, I do not feel the judges engaged at all with the key points or the 1,200 pages of evidence that was submitted as part of the case. The judgments and judicial comments made throughout are strongly suggestive of an unwillingness to look at the evidence and to depart from a high level "media" view of the pandemic. This suggests the Courts have not taken the opportunity to scrutinise key statistics and facts around the case, effectively waving away vital points around misleading data being used to justify lockdowns and impose further restrictions.

While scrutinising this type of data was seen as almost being unholy in March, April and May of 2020, this case, the Dodgy Dossier and the recently and very quietly amended ONS stats used to impose Lockdown 2 on the nation, has shown that, as a seemingly democratic society, it is vital that we do scrutinise what we are being told and that we continue to do so. The Government has used data to terrify the nation into compliance over a virus from which, in the words of the Government’s own medical officers, the vast majority people recover from and many do not even show symptoms of having.

While the Supreme Court decision is a bitter blow, this fight on this particular action has not been in vain! We have scored many victories and helped give a platform to tens of thousands of people who felt their voices were unheard. We forced SAGE to produce its minutes, got the Government to concede it had not lawfully shut schools, and lit the fire on scrutinising data and information.

What started for me as a personal crusade against this Government and their shocking ineptitude quickly turned into a campaign for everyone. Many of those supporters have shared the devastating personal effect lockdown had and will continue to have on their lives. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for stepping up and joining the fight. Your support has been hugely appreciated.

We started Keep Britain Free to protect the basic freedoms of everyone living in the UK and it has become one of the fastest growing pressure groups in the UK, with thousands of you joining together to fight creeping totalitarianism. Our legal challenge has become one of the largest crowdfunded cases in UK legal history. We also believe our findings and evidence, while not considered properly by the judges, will be of use in the inevitable public inquires which will follow and will help history judge the PM, Matt Hancock and their advisers in the light that they deserve.

Here, we have no social commentators examining and highlighting what is going on. We now have no protection against tyranny.
