On Saturday, Bevelyn Beatty, an outspoken conservative business owner, and preacher took her fight against the bogus Black Lives Matter movement to the streets of New York.

In the video below, Beatty and her best friend, who appear frequently together on social media, can be seen pulling up to the street in front of Trump Tower with a vehicle filled with paint and paint rollers. When prompted by the NYPD officers, Beatty refuses to move her car and instead, grabs a can of black paint and begins dumping the paint on the yellow “Black Lives Matter” message painted by BLM activists, including Socialist Mayor Bill de Blasio and race-baiter-for-hire Al Sharpton.

In spite of the half-hearted efforts of the NYPD officers to remove her from the scene, Beatty remains steadfast in commitment to covering the “Black Lives Matter” message on the street. As police officers grab at her arms, Beatty scuttles away shouting, “Refund the police!” and “Jesus Matters.”

Beatty was eventually arrested by the NYPD officers, but her battle to expose BLM is far from over. Today, on Instagram, Beatty announced that she is now taking her fight directly to those who hold the pursestrings for BLM and is asking anyone who’s been directly affected by BLM to contact her and join a class action suit against BLM.

Chinese Nationals Caught Burning Documents Shortly After US Orders China Consulate in Houston Closed Due to Espionage and Theft

Individuals in the China Consulate in Houston were filmed burning documents after being ordered shut down by the US government for accused efforts of espionage taking place there.

The Chicago Tribune reported this morning:

The United States said Wednesday that it has ordered China to close its consulate in Houston “to protect American intellectual property” and the private information of Americans.

China strongly condemned the move, the latest in a series of steps by the Trump administration as it ratchets up pressure on the world’s second-largest economy over trade, technology, human rights and security.

Firefighters responded to reports of papers being burned on the consulate grounds Tuesday night but were barred entry, according to Houston news media reports.

The U.S., in a brief statement, did not provide any details on why the consulate in Texas was targeted.

“The United States will not tolerate (China’s) violations of our sovereignty and intimidation of our people, just as we have not tolerated (its) unfair trade practices, theft of American jobs, and other egregious behavior,” said the statement, which was attributed to State Department spokesperson Morgan Ortagus.

The U.S. also said it would not reopen its consulate in the city of Wuhan, which was closed in late January at the height of the coronavirus outbreak in China, a Trump administration official said.

Video of the China Consulate in Houston was released showing what appears to be fires inside the Consulate reportedly shortly after the US ordered it closed.

The leadership of China simply cannot be trusted.

Senate Committee Unanimously Votes To Bar TikTok From Devices Issued To Federal Employees

Just hours after Washington's order to shutter a Chinese consulate in Houston triggered a panicked document fire on the building's balcony, the Senate's Homeland Security Committee voted unanimously on Wednesday to approve a bill (put forth by Missouri Sen Josh Hawley) barring the social media app TikTok from being installed on smartphones used by federal employees on federally-issued devices.

TikTok's Chinese ownership and explosive popularity in the US have led to several companies to reportedly bar employees from installing the app on corporate-issued devices, due to fears - so far mostly unsubstantiated - that Beijing is using the app for widespread spying and data collection, Reuters reports.

In a statement from his press office, Hawley said that many federal agencies have already recognized the threat posed by TikTok.

The White House has discussed banning the app outright (something that has been ruled out for being too controversial) and the DoJ and FTC have launched investigations into data privacy abuses involving children.

‘It’s called freedom’: Fox’s Carlson & Hannity share AWKWARD moment of disagreement over Bezos wealth, and one is apologizing

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity shared a visibly uncomfortable exchange as the latter questioned the former’s criticism of Amazon’s Jeff Bezos growing his net worth by a whopping $13 billion during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The tense moment between the two hosts followed a segment on Carlson’s show where he slammed news of Bezos’ increased wealth.

“But at least one person has become extremely rich [during the pandemic], richer than any man in history from all of this, including a lot of the suffering,” he said. “Now 20 years ago if that had happened, if a captain of industry had made $13 billion in a single day while the country got poorer, the Democratic Party would have something to say about it. Not anymore, because people getting rich are members of the Democratic Party.”

He then went on to say that Bezos was “pretty smart” in his decision to buy the Washington Post, as it guaranteed that he “never [gets] criticized.”

As Carlson’s show was ending and he was introducing Hannity’s program, the latter took a moment to push back against Carlson’s segment on Bezos.

“People can make money,” Hannity said. “They provide goods and services people want, need, and desire. That’s America. It’s called freedom, capitalism, uh, and as long as it’s honest, right? People decide.”

Carlson was visibly confused by his colleague’s interjection, something many on social media were quick to point out, including the Daily Caller, the conservative news outlet Carlson co-founded in 2010.

House Passes Defense Bill Renaming Confederate Bases, Setting Up Showdown With Trump

Who would have thought that in 2020 famous Army base names like Fort Hood or Fort Bragg might hold up America's central and crucial defense spending bill?

On Tuesday President Trump said he would veto this year’s National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) if it strips Confederate names from military bases. The issue which would see iconic longtime base names ditched for their Confederate 'taint' became front and center after months of George Floyd and Black Lives Matter protests rocked the nation.

This after the House passed it Tuesday in a 295-125 vote. The White House subsequently warned in a statement: "President Trump has been clear in his opposition to politically motivated attempts like this to rewrite history and to displace the enduring legacy of the American Revolution with a new left-wing cultural revolution," according to Politico.

Another provision Trump reportedly objects to is limiting spending on Afghanistan, which he's previously expressed a strong desire to pull out of, and what's seen as other Democrat-led attempts to curb his authority.

The current $740 billion is considered "must pass" legislation given it sets next year's policy and spending for the Department of Defense, including pay for troops and defense hardware and combat gear acquisitions.

The Senate defeated an amendment which would have blocked the program.

A hearing for a restraining order was held in Federal Court to stop POTUS from using Federal Law enforcement in Oregon. Keep eyes out for a ruling ( should have come immediately but didn't )

According to AP , the request includes “declare it not acceptable for federal officers to use unconstitutional police state-type acts to detain citizens of Oregon without cause.”

That request in and of itself is not needed to be ordered because it would already be against the law and you don't ask a court to declare it illegal to violate the law.

If a Judge grants this request for a TRO, the Judge is ruling that these law enforcement professionals committed crimes before they have every been charged or tried in a Court of law.

This is the screwiest TRO request ever filed.

To get a restraining order you need only prove by a preponderance but in this request it would result in finding them guilty of crimes that would otherwise require beyond a reasonable doubt

Twitter users found themselves locked out of their accounts after using the Star of David in their profile images.

The Star of David has been deemed "hateful imagery" by Twitter, which is locking the accounts of users who display it in their profile pictures. The Campaign Against Antisemitism has reported that several Twitter users have contacted them in recent days to report that their accounts had been locked by the social media platform. The reason given? According to messages they received from Twitter: "We have determined that this account violated the Twitter Rules. Specifically for: Violating our rules against posting hateful imagery. You may not use hateful images or symbols in your profile image or profile header. As a result, we have locked your account." The images in question ranged from a white Star of David in a graffiti style, to a superimposition of the modern blue star on the flag of Israel spliced with the yellow star Jews were forced to wear by the Nazis, to a montage of yellow stars.

Stephen Silverman, Director of Investigations and Enforcement at Campaign Against Antisemitism, said: “So often social media companies claim that they lack the resources to tackle hate on their platforms, but Twitter has put the lie to that claim by demonstrating that it does have the resources, but chooses to target the benign symbol of a victimized minority instead of the countless racists who use its platform with impunity. “Twitter must immediately restore these accounts, apologize to the owners, and pledge finally to take robust action against the antisemites whom it has enabled for so long.”

This is not the first time that Twitter has come in for criticism over apparent endemic antisemitism. Last week the platform was accused of inciting anti-Jewish hatred after it refused to take action when the hashtag #JewishPrivilege began trending. The tag was used to promote antisemitic messages on the platform such as “#JewishPrivilege is being born into a world where your ancestors have ‘progressive-ly’ transformed an entire civilization into a Jewish ‘utopia’ by inverting its formerly Christian values into their exact opposites,” and “#JewishPrivilege is running the Slave Trade, owning the Slave Ships and owning the Cotton Plantations but constantly blaming Slavery on White people with the very media that you completely control.”

Eventually Jewish Twitter users fought back, using the tag in an ironic manner to highlight the antisemitism that they and their family had faced over the years. Silverman added: "It is deplorable enough that Twitter consistently fails to act against antisemitism on its platform, but now it is taking action against Jews for the simple crime of showing pride in their identity by displaying a Star of David. It never fails to astound just how low Twitter is prepared to go."

I have been on my personal Twatter for some time now. Being that it is my decade-+-old personal twatter with my actual full name, I have always followed a few rules with it.

1) Never state as fact anything you are unable to defend in a court of law. Ask questions instead. State the bits that are indisputable and leave it to the reader to connect.

2) Never make direct threats or obnoxious attacks. Sometimes reserved disgust is more powerful than belligerent outrage.
