The real implications of this dig are hard to pin down.
There were two BIG transactions that happened within 13 mos of the 2020 election: the sale of 18 patents to HSB (Sept 2019) and the brokering of a deal for $400mil (Oct 2020).
* What did Dominion need so badly that it was willing to stake ALL of its intellectual property in order get a LOAN a year before the election?
* How could Dominion swing such a big deal ($400mil) during the Covid pandemic ONE MONTH before the election? And with only ONE (unknown) investor?
* To what degree Staple Street Capital - the official "owner" of Dominion - still owns Dominion's assets at this point?
* What the influence is of the shadowy Carlyle Gp or Cerberus?
There is a lot here being concealed. Dominion's defamation suits are to deflect from more people asking questions, imo. Same thing with the recent protection order on Eric Coomer's testimony. Too damning, i imagine.

HSBC was founded in 1865 in HongKong to finance the opium trade - not surprising if it's still in the same business. Probably pretty proficient after a century and a half to perfect their operations. 2nd largest bank in Europe, bigger than UBS AG.

Sounds like - generally speaking - to the extent that we see any of these transactions publicly recorded (even when there is missing info), it's because of legal advantages that the participants don't want to forego.

In the coming months, the expansion of the BISIH to Frankfurt and Paris, London, Stockholm and Toronto, and our strategic partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, will provide further impetus to our CBDC work programme.

Fully vaccinated were more likely than unvaccinated persons to be infected by variants carrying mutations associated with decreased antibody neutralization.

Dr. Vanden Bossche has been using Israeli data and showing how the widespread vaccination rates were creating pressure on the virus to mutate into variants with higher levels of contagion. The unvaccinated group has been keeping the pressure down by defeating the virus and carrying natural immunity. However, as the unvaccinated population is increasingly made smaller, the pressure on the virus to mutate increases. Subsequently, these mutations stay at higher or more effective levels of infection.

These new regulations define the duties and powers of the Chair of the BoCC, spending authorities, spending limits, the succession of authority, government continuity of operations, and alternative meeting locations for the BoCC – during a County Declared Disaster.
Although not stated in the article, the resolution gives the County unheard-of rights:
3 – allows County to prevent the sale of anything
4 – allows for closing ‘nonessential’ businesses
5 – prevents the sale of alcohol, firearms
16 – allows County to accept gifts from non-profits and private organizations

Kash Patel appears on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the latest developments in the John Durham probe. Patel formerly worked on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) with Chairman Devin Nunes, and was one of the key figures who authored the Nunes memo in early 2018.
Mr. Patel is optimistic in his discussion with Council on Foreign Relations member, Maria Bartiromo, and states that from his experience large conspiracy indictments can take several years to assemble. Patel believes Special Prosecutor John Durham, now 30 months into his investigation, is working his way through the investigative material and could bring indictments against DOJ and FBI government insiders in roughly six months or more.
Patel’s perspective should make the ‘trusty planners’ very happy. CTH does not have that same level of optimism or positive perspective for the primary reason of Robert Mueller. However, presumably Kash Patel would know much more accurately about what took place from his central position next to Chairman Devin Nunes (2017/2018/2019), then next to Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe (2020), then next to Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller (’20/’21). In an analysis Morningstar published on Sept. 24, Morningstar also said UBS Group AG (UBSG.S) and London-based Ashmore Group PLC (ASHM.L) funds retained significant holdings in Evergrande debt, based on data current at August-end. Funds run by Fidelity and SinoPac held sizeable investments, it said.
BlueBay told Reuters its holding was "very limited" and that it has been reducing it since August-end. None of the other asset managers provided comment.
Evergrande owes $305 billion and has run short of cash. Some investors worry a corporate collapse could pose systemic risks to China's financial system and reverberate around the world.

A massive leak of millions of documents has exposed the secret offshore financial arrangements of the world's rich and powerful, including billionaires, political leaders, celebrities, sports stars, and public officials.
Launching today,The Pandora Papersis a major international investigation by dozens of media outlets including the New Zealand Herald that reveals how wealthy elites used complex offshore structures – including New Zealand-based trusts – to shelter assets and move money around the globe.
Among the prominent figures whose financial arrangements have been exposed are 35 country leaders including the King of Jordan, around 330 politicians and high-level public officials, and 133 billionaires.
Believed to be the biggest data leak in history, the Pandora Papers will intensify international debate about the enormous scale of offshore finance at a time of rising concern about economic inequality.
While it is not illegal to use offshore entities to manage wealth, critics say they allow the super-rich to obscure the true extent of their holdings which reduces the amount of tax governments collect. In some instances, they are used to conceal the proceeds of corruption or criminal activity.
The leak will also bring renewed scrutiny to New Zealand's small but significant role in the offshore industry, which was exposed by an earlier major leak, the Panama Papers, in 2016.
The Pandora Papers began when an anonymous source shared 2.94 terabytes of confidential financial files with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, a non-profit network of investigative reporters based in Washington DC.
Provided in several batches over months, the vast collection of data contained nearly 12 million documents from 14 service providers that set up and manage companies and trusts in low-tax jurisdictions around the world, including New Zealand.
