The land of Naval Weapons Station Yorktown is rich in colonial history. The station sits amidst a setting of natural beauty surrounded by the distant echo of the first settlers in Virginia and the battle cries of the Revolutionary War. The site of the weapons station was acquired for the Navy by a presidential proclamation on August 7, 1918, and was at the time the largest naval installation in the world, its land area covering about twenty square miles. In 1932, the Navy Mine Depot became the Naval Mine Depot in recognition of expanded ordnance support. Then, on August 7, 1958, on the Station’s 40th anniversary, the name was changed to Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, again in recognition of a much expanded mission for naval ordnance. Today, the installation and its tenant commands continue to provide critical fleet ordnance support for the Navy.

EXPLOSIVE REPORT! WE CAUGHT THEM AGAIN: New Findings Shows Coordination and Collusion Between PA and GA in 2020 Election Steal

We obtained a report showing what appears to be a coordinated effort in posting results in the 2020 Election between the states of Pennsylvania and Georgia. The timestamps of updates to the 2020 Election results in these two states are too similar to be a coincidence.

The report below shows a comparison between the Presidential results recorded for Pennsylvania and Georgia in the 2020 Election. Per a review using the Edison data released after the election, the report shows tabulations in the election which are far too consequential.

Below is a chart of the results of the Presidential election for each state. The charts are similar and show similar patterns at first glance, especially noting the time from when counting started in the election.

Next, the study shows these same timestamps which are only minutes apart between states in most instances. The chart shows that not much activity was reported in the time periods between timestamps A and B, between C and D, and between E and F which was unique. This indicates that the elections between the states of Pennsylvania and Georgia may have been coordinated.

Also, the pauses that occurred between A and B, C and D, and E and F are to date unexplained. Why was there a pause in reporting during these time periods that occurred at the exact same time? Was there coordination of reporting taking place?

The report notes that the time period needed to count ballots in Ohio, for example, was 6.5 hours for 5.6 million ballots. Why did it take so long for Pennsylvania and Georgia to count their ballots? The study overall shows that there was a coordination in counting procedures between states.

Teen sex trafficking victims from Houston land major court win against Facebook

The Texas Supreme Court ruled Friday in a Houston case that Facebook is not a “lawless no-man’s-land” and can be held liable for the conduct of pimps who use its technology to recruit and prey on children.

The ruling came in a trio of Houston civil actions involving teenage trafficking victims who met their abusive pimps through Facebook’s messaging functions. They sued the California-based social media juggernaut for negligence and products liability, saying that Facebook failed to warn about or attempt to prevent sex trafficking from taking place on its internet platforms. The suits also alleged that Facebook benefited from the sexual exploitation of trafficking victims.

Swiss AG latest investigating Glencore for corruption

Glencore announced it is under criminal investigation by the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG) over corruption allegations, adding to the growing list of scrutiny the multinational commodity trading and mining company is facing.

On June 19, Glencore said it had been informed by the OAG that the office was probing Glencore International “for failure to have the organizational measures in place to prevent alleged corruption in the Democratic Republic of Congo.” Glencore added that it will cooperate with the investigation.

In December 2019, Glencore announced it was under investigation by the U.K. Serious Fraud Office. In confirming the investigation, the SFO said its focus was on “suspicions of bribery in the conduct of business by the Glencore group of companies, its officials, employees, agents, and associated persons.”

In April 2019, Glencore announced the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission launched an investigation into whether the company and its subsidiaries violated certain provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act and/or CFTC regulations through corrupt practices in connection with commodities.

In July 2018, Glencore Ltd, a subsidiary of Glencore plc, announced it received a subpoena from the U.S. Department of Justice to produce documents and other records concerning potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and U.S. anti-money laundering statutes. The company said the requested documents “relate to the Glencore Group’s business in Nigeria, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Venezuela from 2007 to present.”

Glencore was cited hundreds of times in the Panama Papers. It then came under heavy criticism in the Paradise Papers—the sequel to the Panama Papers—which revealed Glencore loaned tens of millions of dollars to Dan Gertler, an Israeli businessman with close ties to Joseph Kabila, former president of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Mayorkas falls on sword for Harris over El Paso trip decision

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas tried to shield Vice President Kamala Harris from some of the heat she has received for flying to El Paso, Texas, on her trip to the southern border as opposed to the Rio Grande. US Marshals in Georgia Rescue 16 Children Believed to Be Victims of Sex Trafficking

A series of raids conducted by U.S. Marshals in Georgia resulted in the recovery of 20 missing and endangered children, with over a dozen of the victims suspected of being sex trafficking victims, authorities announced.

The mission dubbed “Operation Not Forgotten 2021” was led in the metro Atlanta area over a two-week period and was the third of its kind, with the previous operation dating back to August 2020.

The Office of the Attorney General partnered with the U.S. Marshal’s Missing Child Unit (USMS) and Southeast Regional Task Force (SERFTF), the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), and state and local agencies during the operation.

“Our Human Trafficking Prosecution Unit was proud to again partner with our local, state, and federal partners on Operation Not Forgotten 2021, and we appreciate the U.S. Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force for coordinating this initiative,” Georgia’s Attorney General Christopher M. Carr, a Republican, said in a press release.

“Being embedded throughout the duration of this op allows our prosecutors and investigators to build the strongest possible cases against buyers and traffickers and allows our victim advocate to ensure those rescued get the critical rehabilitative resources that they need,” he added. “We will continue to find strategic opportunities like this to recover victims and put criminals behind bars.”

AZ Audit Update: Paper Analysis COMPLETED – Team Vacating Coliseum – What’s Next!?

It appears that the Arizona audit has finally finished with the paper evaluation phase and they are now removing tables from the floor as they vacate the coliseum.

Volunteers slammed a box closed and everyone cheered in celebration. We believe this was the last box.

There are only a few volunteers on the floor completing the quality control checks.

The audit team is still lacking the subpoenaed routers, logs and passwords, so litigation is expected in order to obtain that information. They will need this information to complete the full forensic audit. Legislative subpoenas for this data were issued on January 13, 2021.

Christina Bobb reported on One America News that she anticipates the results will be released in two phases. On Monday we may see a preliminary report, which details the accuracy of the number of certified ballots. Next, we should expect to see a full forensic report which details of the forensic images and ballot findings.

Upon release of the forensic report, we will know if Attorney General Brnovich needs to get involved and pursue an investigation.

Other states are looking to start a full forensic audit of their own but Republican legislators in these states are not standing up for their constituents.

Trump’s Thwarted Oil Buy Would’ve Given Biden $6 Billion Bonanza

A bipartisan compromise unveiled Thursday calls for selling oil from the U.S. emergency stockpile to fund billions of dollars in roadwork and other infrastructure.

But Democrats missed their shot at a bonanza and a $6 billion down payment on the infrastructure package by killing a plan last year to buy crude for the reserve at rock-bottom prices. The foregone purchase of as much as $3 billion worth of oil, which was urged by Republicans and the Trump administration as a way to help the industry reeling from a crude glut at the start of the pandemic, was blocked by congressional Democrats who didn’t want to use federal money to prop up fossil fuels. Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer crowed to his colleagues that the deal blocked a “bailout for big oil.” It was a missed buying opportunity.

At the time, buying $3 billion worth of West Texas Intermediate crude would have brought in 122.5 million barrels for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve at $24.49 each and likely require finding additional storage space. If sold at today’s price of about $73.60 per barrel, that crude would generate slightly more than $9 billion, for a profit of about $6 billion. Estimates are limited because it’s unclear when, exactly, sales and purchases would have taken place and such big U.S. government purchases might have boosted prices, as well as incurred additional transactional costs. Further congressional changes also may have been required to increase the reserve’s capacity. Still, a U.S. government purchase in March 2020 with a corresponding sale today would be the epitome of buying low and selling high.

Although the Strategic Petroleum Reserve was established after the Arab oil embargo in the 1970s to help the U.S. weather supply shocks, Congress has increasingly used it as a piggy bank, selling off stockpiled crude to pay for everything from medical research in 2015 and tax cuts two years later. On Friday, Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm defended the current plan, which President Joe Biden supports, casting it as commonplace during an interview with Bloomberg Television. Every year, she said, Congress uses the emergency stockpile “to pay for something or another that may not be related to the reserve itself.” Former President Donald Trump’s failed plan last year to buy crude represented a twist on that approach, as an effort to help the oil industry by taking supplies off a glutted global market.

But a March 2020 effort to tie the oil purchase to investments in clean energy as part of a Covid recovery package faltered in Congress.
