Drone-like objects spotted over Kolkata on Monday night; espionage angle under probe

21.05.25, 12:49 PM

Several drone-like objects were recently spotted hovering over the night sky in Kolkata, prompting the police to investigate the matter from all angles, including the possibility of espionage, officials said on Wednesday.

At least 8-10 such objects were found flying over the Hastings area, the Vidyasagar Setu and Maidan on Monday night, they said.

The Centre has also sought a report from the West Bengal government over the incident, a senior bureaucrat in the state administration said.

A Defence official said the “reports of drone sightings over Kolkata have been received and are currently under investigation”.

"Efforts are underway to ascertain the veracity of this event," he said in a statement.

Personnel at the Hastings Police Station first spotted these flying objects having similarities with drones, police sources said.

"These drone-like-objects were seen flying from the direction of Maheshtala in South 24 Parganas district late on Monday.

They hovered over the Hastings area, the Second Hooghly Bridge (Vidyasagar Setu) and Fort William (the army’s Eastern Command headquarters)," a police officer said.

Such flying objects were also seen over Park Circus area in the eastern part of the metropolis before disappearing, he said.

The Special Task Force (STF) and the Detective Department of Kolkata Police have already initiated an investigation, he said.

"We are probing the matter from all angles, including the possibility of espionage," the officer said.

The Vatican, the Desert, and the UFO Nobody Wants to Talk About

Updated: 21 May 2025 • 12:08

There’s something strange happening in the skies. Not just over Arizona, where an F-16 fighter jet recently collided with a glowing UFO, but also behind the locked doors of the Vatican’s secret archives.

The two seem worlds apart – one a dry, windswept military zone; the other a centuries-old fortress of spiritual authority. But what if the truth is suspended somewhere between them?

A Recent UFO Crash That Wasn’t Supposed to Happen

On a quiet day in January 2023, an F-16 Viper was forced to make an emergency landing. Its canopy shattered mid-air.

The reason? An orange-white orb – described as a “metallic,” “uncrewed aerial system” – smashed into the jet somewhere over Arizona.

The pilot survived. This was one of the four similar incidents reported that same day.

According to FAA reports and multiple military pilots who have since come forward, this wasn’t a one-off.

These UASs – or UFOs, let’s stop dancing around the word – have been swarming American skies for years.

They fly in groups. They shimmer. They move like they know we’re watching.

Military brass suggests these might be cartel drones. If that’s true, the cartels have leapfrogged DARPA in propulsion tech.

Because these things don’t fly – they move at speeds, altitudes, and with coordination we can’t explain.

The Vatican Knows. Or Suspects.

Half a world away, Pope Leo XIV has reportedly received a curious chest. Inside? A centuries-old document about unexplained phenomena involving UFOs.

If the claims are true, it’s classified beyond belief – sealed behind Vatican walls and protected like a divine secret the world was never meant to know.

But dig around and you’ll find references to glowing orbs, divine messengers, and aerial “disks” scattered across Church reports from the 1600s onward.

So – again, if the claims about the file are true – why are the Vatican so secretive? What would they stand to lose? Or gain?

A Unified Theory of Weird?

It’s tempting to write all this off. The military collision as a drone mishap. The secret Vatican Church files as religious folklore. But something doesn’t add up.

Not when elite fighter jets are grounding themselves because of “unidentified” collisions, and not when the Catholic Church quietly catalogues hundreds of sightings with language that eerily mirrors modern UFO descriptions.

Here’s a question worth asking: What if these phenomena – military, mystical, metaphysical – aren’t so separate? What if they’re parts of the same story?

The difference is how they’re framed. The military calls them security threats. The Church calls them miracles. Scientists call them anomalies.

But all agree on one point: they’re real, and no one fully understands them.

There’s a storm coming.

Phone companies failed to warn senators about surveillance, Wyden says

Government surveillance of lawmakers, though legal, raises concerns that members of Congress cannot effectively legislate when they are being spied on.

Alfred Ng 05/21/2025, 12:07pm ET

Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) revealed in a new letter to Senate colleagues Wednesday that AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile failed to create systems for notifying senators about government surveillance on Senate-issued devices — despite a requirement to do so.

Phone service providers are contractually obligated to inform senators (what about Congress Members), when a law enforcement agency requests their records, thanks to protections enacted in 2020.But in an investigation, Wyden’s staff found that none of the three major carriers had created a system to send those notifications.

“My staff discovered that, alarmingly, these crucial notifications were not happening, likely in violation of the carriers’ contracts with the [Senate Sergeant at Arms], leaving the Senate vulnerable to surveillance,” Wyden said in the letter, obtained first by POLITICO, dated May 21.

Wyden said that the companies all started providing notification after his office’s investigation. But one carrier told Wyden’s office it had previously turned over Senate data to law enforcement without notifying lawmakers, according to the letter. When reached for comment, spokespeople for AT&T and Verizon defended their companies against accusations of noncompliance.

“We are complying with our obligations to the Senate Sergeant at Arms,” said AT&T spokesperson Alex Byers in a statement. “We have received no legal demands regarding Senate offices under the current contract, which began last June.” Said Verizon spokesperson Richard Young in a statement, “We respect the Senator’s view that providers should give notice to Senators if we receive legal process regarding their use of their personal devices, but disagree with his policy position.”T-Mobile did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Despite the positive outcome of the staff inquiry, Wyden warned senators that holes in the system still exist, specifically when it comes to personal devices.Major carriers are required to disclose government records requests only for Senate-issued devices, but lawmakers commonly use devices outside of that scope.

“[S]ignificant gaps remain, especially for the campaign and personal phones used by most senators,” Wyden wrote.

AT&T and Verizon told Wyden thatthey will now provide notice of surveillance only for phone lines issued by the Senate, while T-Mobile agreed to also provide notice for senators’ personal and campaign devices.

In the meantime, Wyden recommended for senators and their staff to consider switching to mobile providers that offer surveillance notifications for both their personal and campaign devices. He also flagged cybersecurity concerns within the Senate, pointing out that senators’ personal and campaign devices don’t have the same protections enjoyed by agencies like the Departments of State and Defense.

This all comes as Wyden is seeking to secure new regulations in the legislative branch appropriations bill that would allocate government resources to protect senators’ personal devices. He proposed legislation to this effect in 2019 with Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) in the wake of Russian hacking threats from the 2016 election, but the bill never advanced out of committee.

While it’s legal for the government to conduct surveillance of lawmakers in certain situations, it raises concerns that members of Congress cannot effectively legislate when they know are being spied on.

A Justice Department watchdog report published last December revealed that the first Trump administration had requested communication records of 43 congressional staffers. That confirmed a 2021 report in the New York Times that Trump officials had subpoenaed digital records from members of Congress and their families. The DOJ report found that the surveillance threatened “Congress’s ability to conduct oversight of the executive branch.” (They fail to mention that Nunes, Patel and many others were tapped by Rosenstein and the FBI, this was not approved by TrumpShouldn't the citizens be treated the same way?)

'A Quarter of a Mil' - Rep Burchett's Bombshell Autopen Claim Says We'll Find That Autopen Staffers Sold Pardons

For those of you who don’t recall, Biden’s list of pardons and grants of clemency were extraordinarily broad. In addition to pardoning his own son, Hunter Biden — who he said he absolutely wouldn’t pardon after his convictions on felony charges — his White House publicly advertised that the president went on the “largest single-day grant of clemency in modern history” in December 2024, then preemptively pardoned controversial Biden-era figures like former GOP Rep. Liz Cheney, Dr. Anthony Fauci, former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Gen. Mark Milley, and others.

Among those receiving pardons or clemency included a Pennsylvania judge who sold minors into for-profit prisons as part of a bribery scheme and multiple murderers.

Tucker Carlson Interviews Podcaster Shawn Ryan

May 21, 2025 | Sundance |

Perhaps it is because I understand the journey Shawn Ryan is traveling, but this is an interesting conversation. Tucker Carlson sits down with Shawn Ryan who is about 5 years into his journey looking at the political landscape and questioning all of his previous assumptions.

I have long described the DC political machine as aPotemkin village, essentially a stage where the politicians are actors playing roles. In the back of the stage the real decisions are made, and the performance is intended to give the illusion of democracy. The performance is real, but there’s a script and the results are pre-scripted. When Ryan says, “it’s all fake” he appears to be hitting on this theme, albeit in a newer stage of realization.

The voting audience wants to see certain things, the actors (politicians) want to deliver those things, but the producers and the directors have other ideas.

The influence and motive about money really are at the core of every performance. It’s a long interview but does have some value as many of the thoughts expressed by Ryan will likely affirm your own personal journey. WATCH: https://youtu.be/7KufJvBEYZQ

Once more into the breach dear friends. Today I’m traveling quickly back to DC and will check in later tonight.

(Anon comment: I listened to this yesterday and it was an very interesting interview, and Shawn is right, question everything and everyone.)

Astronomers Claim To Have Found Even Stronger Evidence That Alien Life Lies On Distant Exoplanet

May 20, 2025 11:26 am

Last month, astronomers claimed to have found the strongest evidence ever of alien life on a distant exoplanet named K2-18 b.

They believe that exoplanet, which was discovered in 2015, has chemicals in its atmosphere that are only created on Earth by living organisms.

“There may be processes that we don’t know about that are producing these molecules,” Nikku Madhusudhan, Professor of Astrophysics and Exoplanetary Science at the University of Cambridge, said about their discovery.

“But I don’t think there is any known process that can explain this without biology.”

Unfortunately, not everyone in the scientific community agreed with those findings. In fact, several scientists thought Madhusudhan and his team jumped the gun a little bit with their claims.

“Life is one of the options, but it’s one among many,” Dr. Nora Hanni, a chemist of the Physics Institute at the University of Berne, told The Guardian. “We would have to strictly rule out all the other options before claiming life.”

Fast forward to this week and Madhusudhan and his colleagues have reanalyzed their data and claim to have even more evidence that these chemicals could only have been produced by alien life.

“Our exploration includes 650 molecules, spanning a wide range of trace gases, including biotic, abiotic, and anthropogenic gases on Earth,” the scientists wrote in their research paper published on the preprint server arXiv.

“We investigate possible evidence for any of these gases using three metrics: (a) evidence in the JWST mid-infrared spectrum, (b) evidence in the JWST near-infrared spectrum, and (c) plausible sources of production.

“We find three molecules, including DMS, which appear promising across the datasets considered.

The two molecules besides DMS are diethyl sulfide and methyl acrylonitrile, which are more complex than DMS, biogenic on Earth, and have no significant sources known beyond Earth.

A few other gases also provide comparable fits to a subset of the data considered but again with limited known plausible sources.”

Madhusudhan doubled down on his team’s original findings that they found evidence of alien life on exoplanet K2-18 b, telling New Scientist, “After our most recent work, I am slightly more confident.”

Again, though, there are naysayers. One of them, Luis Welbanks at Arizona State University, told New Scientist that this new research “is a major change in interpretation within just one month, with no new data, no new retrieval framework, and no newly available [laboratory molecule] data” and that it “strongly suggests the original interpretation was not robust.”

Madhusudhan, of course, disagrees, but his team did at least state in their research paper that their “study highlights the need for further observations to distinguish between possible trace gases in K2-18 b and theoretical work to establish their plausible sources if confirmed on this planet.”

Congress To Seize Control Of AI: States Stripped Of Regulatory Power

...buried deep in the 1,116 page “One Big Beautiful Bill Act”

Section 43201 of the bill, blandly titled the “Artificial Intelligence and Information Technology Modernization Initiative,” doesn’t just fund the federal government’s full-scale AI expansion—it removes every state’s right to regulate artificial intelligence for the next decade.

Let that sink in: For the next ten years, no state in America—not even your state—will be allowed to create its own safeguards, protections, or liability standards for how AI is developed or deployed.

“No State or political subdivision thereof may enforce any law or regulation regulating artificial intelligence models… during the 10-year period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act.”

- Sec. 43201(c)(1) of the bill

This is not a theoretical threat.

It’s a federal ban on local AI regulation—handing the reins to the very bureaucrats and corporate tech giants already embedding AI into military systems, healthcare, financial markets, education, and law enforcement.

This section of the bill is a preemptive strike against state sovereignty.

It neuters legislatures and governors from protecting their own citizens—just as powerful corporations and federal agencies rush to install AI systems into every layer of society.

It’s not just overreach.

It’s a federal power grab dressed as “modernization.”

And President Trump is now marching on Capitol Hill to personally demand the bill’s passage—pushing the very legislation that would shield his $500 billion Stargate AI surveillance grid from any state-level resistance.

GLAAD Claims Free Speech Surge On Social Media Undermines LGBT Safety

One of the most detrimental self-sabotage efforts of the woke movement was their rabid push to control public speech online. In the case of gay and trans issues, any criticism no matter how factual or logical was met with Orwellian oversight. For most major social media apps, simply engaging in debate with LGBT activists could mean your account would be flagged and silenced for days or weeks at a time. Refusing to use a trans person's preferred pronouns could result in a permanent ban.

Such policies were established hand-in-hand with federal government efforts to codify LGBT language and make gay and trans people a privileged class protected from any and all scrutiny. Governments and social media platforms partnered up to institute speech controls that might not be possible otherwise. Under the guise of "protecting LGBT people" from discrimination, the door to arbitrary censorship was opened.

This is why in the US there is no such thing as a legal definition for "hate speech". Classifying any speech as "hate speech" would represent a clear violation of the 1st Amendment. Yes, you can "yell fire" in a crowded theater, and yes you can call people whatever pejoratives you want to call them. Hurt feelings are irrelevant to the law, and this is a good thing.

GLAAD, the gay and trans lobby group, thinks otherwise.

Trump to huddle with Johnson and hard-liners to seal deal on megabill

The president sees Andy Harris and Chip Roy as key holdouts on the “big, beautiful bill” who need to be flipped.

By Meredith Lee Hill and Jake Traylor 05/21/2025, 12:56pm ET

Speaker Mike Johnson and House Freedom Caucus members will head to the White House for a 3 p.m. meeting today, according to three Republicans with direct knowledge of the matter.

The high-stakes gathering will come after talks with hard-liners blew up overnight over the fate of the “one big, beautiful bill” House Republican leaders still say they want to pass before the end of the day Wednesday.

According to a White House official granted anonymity share private conversations, President Donald Trump is narrowing in on Freedom Caucus Chair Andy Harris and a vocal member, Chip Roy, as two key hold-outs to sway.

The House Rules Committee has been meeting for almost 12 hours to pave the way for floor consideration of the party-line package of tax cuts and extensions, border security investments, energy policy and more. But final bill text remains at large amid fights over cuts to Medicaid and repeals of clean energy tax credits, among other outstanding issues.

https://www.politico.com/live-updates/2025/05/21/congress/speaker-hard-liners-to-white-house-00362637

So Trump promised them this yesterday, and Johnson wouldn’t do it:

Rep. Andy Harris of Maryland, who leads the House Freedom Caucus, said the holdouts had “accepted the White House’s offer last night,” referring to a handshake dealto speed up Medicaid work requirements and the phase-out of Inflation Reduction Act tax credits, but then said their concerns had been “inadequately” addressed by House GOP leadership. He cast doubt on passage of the bill Wednesday.

(Johnson is Liar, I know Trump think’s he is great, but he’s as deceptive as McCarthy. There’s no way to get corruption out of the Congress in both houses. If you want to keep your soul, NEVER get elected for office in DC, or elsewhere. I think it might be helpful if Trump met with Harris & Roy, to hear them out.)

EU Funded $750M Anti-Free Speech Campaign.

A newly released report alleges that the European Commission, the European Union’s unelected executive, has funneled the equivalent of around $736 million of taxpayer money into hundreds of projects designed to regulate online speech under the pretext of combating “hate speech” and “disinformation.” The document, titled Manufacturing Misinformation: The EU-Funded Propaganda War Against Free Speech, was authored by Dr. Norman Lewis, a specialist in digital communication and regulatory policy, and published by the Hungarian think tank MCC Brussels. It accuses the Commission of promoting a “soft authoritarianism” by funding 349 projects through non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and universities. According to the report, this spending exceeds the EU’s annual budget for transnational cancer research by over 30 percent, a discrepancy the authors describe as deliberate. “The EU Commission regards stemming the cancer of free speech as more of a priority than the estimated 4.5 million new cancer cases and almost two million cancer deaths in Europe in 2022,” the report warns. “This is a top-down, authoritarian, curated consensus, where expression is free only when it speaks the language of compliance established by the Commission,” the report states. The report criticizes the Commission’s use of vague, euphemistic language—dubbed “NEUspeak”—to obscure its intentions. Project names like FAST LISA and VIGILANT are described as deliberately misleading, with MCC Brussels stating that such initiatives aim to suppress politically undesirable speech in real time using artificial intelligence (AI). “VIGILANT is an AI surveillance suite aimed at monitoring, classifying, and profiling speech, users, and networks,” the report states, contradicting claims from its designers that the system is ethical and user-focused. The report further highlights programs targeting young people, which it describes as indoctrination disguised as civic education. These initiatives allegedly train youths to act as “speech police” in a system designed to enforce narrative compliance. Dr. Lewis argues that taxpayer-funded research is being used to affirm political orthodoxy rather than encourage genuine inquiry. “Research that systematically ‘proves’ this assumption is not research; it is the manufacturing of propaganda,” he writes. The alarming report comes as the EU routinely regulates speech on social media platforms. Elon Musk, the billionaire owner of X, previously stated that the EU had offered him an illegal secret deal to censor posts on the platform.

Zelensky to Trump: ‘Ukraine Is Ready for a Full and Unconditional Ceasefire’

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky declared in a statement following a conversation with President Donald Trump on Monday his country “is ready for a full and unconditional ceasefire,” asserting that Russia, the invading country, must be convinced to agree to one.

President Trump spoke to Zelensky on Monday before and after a separate phone conversation with Russian strongman Vladimir Putin, which the American president spoke favorably about. Trump’s direct conversation with Putin followed a chaotic week for Ukraine peace talks in which Putin initially proposed a ceasefire, Zelensky responded by flying to Turkey and challenging Putin to meet him in person, and Putin rejected the invite. Low-level Ukrainian and Russian delegations held talks in Istanbul of Friday that did not lead to any meaningful reduction in violence.

“Russian demands are detached from reality and go far beyond anything that was previously discussed. They include ultimatums for Ukraine to withdraw from its territory for a ceasefire and other non-starters and non-constructive conditions,” an unnamed Ukrainian official complained, the U.K. Times reported.

Russia first invaded Ukraine in 2014, colonizing its Crimean peninsula, and has been actively backing “pro-Russian” separatists in the eastern Donbass region since. In 2022, Putin announced a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, arguing that Zelensky, who was democratically elected, was an illegitimate “Nazi” dictator. That invasion has led to the Russian conquest of the entire Donbass region and the Ukrainian territories of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia.

Under former President Joe Biden, the United States effusively financed the Ukrainian war effort and did not effectively advocate for an end to the conflict. President Trump has prioritized dialogue leading to an end in the video and proposed several potential mediating entities in addition to America, including Turkey and the Vatican.

Zelensky announced in a message posted to social media on Monday that he held two separate phone conversations with Trump, the second a conference call also featuring several heads of government around the world including French President Emmanuel Macron, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.

Feds Caught in Wild $40B Credit Card Spending Spree on Crazy Stuff You Won’t Believe

House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) have launched a joint inquiry into questionable federal government spending after a Department of Defense (DoD) audit revealed billions in unmonitored credit card transactions, some of which were made at casinos, nightclubs, cruise lines, and other high-risk vendors.

In a letter sent Friday to U.S. Comptroller General Gene Dodaro, Comer and Ernst requested detailed information about the oversight and use of government-issued credit cards across federal agencies.

The letter cited a Department of Governmental Efficiency (DOGE) audit which identified a staggering 4.6 million active federal charge cards and accounts.

During the last fiscal year alone, these accounts were used to spend a total of $40 billion.

Comer and Ernst expressed concern over what they say is a lack of modern oversight tools in government agencies to detect or prevent wasteful or fraudulent purchases.

According to the letter, DoD officials responsible for monitoring these purchases were unable to provide clear examples of how they tracked spending or flagged misuse.

“This lack of oversight is further underscored by a recent DoD Office of Inspector General (OIG) report, which found 7,805 transactions at known high-risk merchants, including casino ATMs and mobile application stores,” the letter stated.

“The report also found 3,246 purchases made at ‘Bars, Lounges, Discos, Nightclubs, and Taverns-Alcoholic Drinks merchants’ during holidays or major sporting events. We are skeptical these charges were for legitimate purposes or in service of the DoD’s mission for which the cards were issued.”

Another “Conspiracy Theory” PROVEN TRUE about mRNA CLOT SHOTS reveals tricked human cells keep producing DEADLY SPIKE PRIONS indefinitely

We called it at the beginning, when Big Pharma and the CDC were lying through their teeth, claiming that the mRNA “technology” would only have your cells create spike proteins for a short amount of time, just long enough for your immune system to create antibodies, and then end the production of the virus-mimicking prions. Big fat lie.

First off, the prions don’t just remain at the site of injection. That was a lie. The spike protein prions spread throughout the vascular system, invade the cleansing organs, the brain and the ovaries, and use light to join together to form white, rubbery clots that drive all-cause mortality rates to skyrocket.

Clot shots altered the injected humanoids to be walking prion factories who are dying of all-cause mortality that all boils back to the mRNA Trojan Horse “technology”

Millions of nanoparticles are created by tricked cells for indefinite periods of time, possibly forever, and the injected humanoids around the globe are suffering mass health detriment. That’s right, Moderna and Pfizer clot shots hijack the immune cells, rewrite your DNA and RNA, and prolong spike protein prion production POSSIBLY FOREVER, in the shortened life of the billions of gene-altered humans who succumbed to the plandemic scam. What a shame.

A groundbreaking study published in Nature has upended long-standing assurances from health authorities that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines quickly degrade in the body. Instead, the research reveals that Pfizer and Moderna shots reprogram immune cells to extend their genetic instructions, forcing prolonged spike protein production — contrary to official claims that effects would last only "a few weeks." The findings, led by Polish researchers (Krawczyk et al., 2025), expose a hidden mechanism that could have serious long-term health implications, raising urgent questions about safety, transparency, and regulatory oversight.

The study found that immune cells, particularly macrophages, activate an enzyme called TENT5A in response to mRNA vaccines. This enzyme rewrites the vaccine’s genetic code, doubling the length of its poly(A) tail — a molecular timer that determines how long mRNA survives. In some cases, Moderna’s mRNA tail extended from 100 to 200 nucleotides, drastically prolonging spike protein production.

"This wasn’t just persistence—it was amplification," said Dr. Peter McCullough, a cardiologist and vaccine safety advocate. "The body is essentially tricked into editing the shot’s instructions to make it last longer. This was never part of the clinical trials."

Public health officials, including CDC advisor Dr. Paul Offit, previously asserted that spike protein production would last only "a couple of weeks." Yet studies have since detected spike protein in blood samples for up to 709 days post-injection. Moderna’s own 2024 internal documents acknowledged "unacceptable toxicity" risks, yet regulators fast-tracked the shots without addressing these concerns.

Molecular biologist Dr. Jessica Rose likened the process to "giving someone a self-replicating memo. The memo was supposed to be read once and discarded. Instead, the recipient photocopies it endlessly."

Unlike mRNA vaccines, Novavax’s protein-based shot — which delivers pre-made spike protein — does not trigger TENT5A activity. Immunologist Dr. Byram Bridle explained, "The lipid nanoparticles in Pfizer and Moderna’s shots are the Trojan horse. They smuggle synthetic mRNA into cells, but the payload doesn’t just fade away — it gets enhanced by the immune system."

The Nature study challenges the foundational safety claims of mRNA vaccines, revealing a mechanism that could lead to prolonged spike protein exposure and unknown health risks. With mounting evidence of regulatory oversights and undisclosed dangers, the findings demand urgent scrutiny. As the scientific community grapples with these revelations, millions who received the shots now face unanswered questions about their long-term well-being. The era of blind trust in rushed medical interventions may be over—but for many, the consequences are just beginning.

Explosive revelations on COVID-19 Origins from Professor Emeritus Dr. Angus Dalgleish

In a gripping discussion, Dr. Angus Dalgleish, Professor Emeritus of Oncology at St. George’s, University of London, unveils a disturbing narrative surrounding the origins of SARS-CoV-2, pointing to an orchestrated cover-up led by Dr. Anthony Fauci. Drawing from redacted transcripts and insider correspondence, Dalgleish exposes a critical telephone call where Fauci dismissed the lab-leak hypothesis as a “conspiracy theory,” despite compelling evidence to the contrary.

Dalgleish highlights the unprecedented presence of a furin cleavage sequence in the virus—a molecular “hedge cutter” never seen in this class of coronaviruses, making it suspiciously infectious. Notably, virologist Dr. Jeremy Farrar’s wife, a scientist, flagged this anomaly as indicative of a potential lab origin, yet Farrar and others remained silent. Why?

Dalgleish alleges Fauci manipulated key scientists, including Anderson, to publish the now-infamous “Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2” paper in Nature, which he deems “the worst paper I’ve ever read.” Within days, Fauci brandished it in Senate to assert a natural origin, while the authors secured hefty NIH grants.

The plot thickens: Dalgleish claimsFauci funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan via EcoHealth Alliance and USAID, bypassing Obama-era bans by offshoring experiments. American scientist Ralph Baric, a pioneer in seamless RNA engineering, was a frequent co-author on Wuhan papers, leaving no genetic “fingerprints.” This, Dalgleish argues, enabled the creation of a virus with no obvious signs of manipulation.

Why the cover-up? Dalgleish suggests Fauci and allies labeled lab-leak proponents as racists to suppress debate, protecting their roles in funding risky research. The excuse? The pandemic’s urgency demanded focus on containment, not origins—a“globalist playbook” sacrificing science and democracy for “the greater good.”

Dalgleish’s account, rooted in his scientific expertise and meticulous analysis, demands accountability. The evidence points to a lab-engineered virus and a deliberate effort to silence dissent. Will the truth prevail?

What if there were cures

Scientists Just Discovered an RNA That Repairs DNA Damage – And It’s a Game-Changer

Our DNA is constantly under threat — from cell division errors to external factors like sunlight and smoking. Fortunately, cells have intricate repair mechanisms to counteract this damage.

Scientists have uncovered a surprising role played by long non-coding RNA, particularly NEAT1, in stabilizing the genome. Their findings suggest that NEAT1, when highly methylated, helps the cell recognize and repair broken DNA strands more efficiently. This discovery could pave the way for new cancer treatments targeting tumors with high NEAT1 expression.

Genome Instability and Disease Risk

Every time a cell divides, its DNA is at risk of damage. To complete division, the cell must copy its entire genetic code — billions of letters long — which can lead to occasional errors. But cell division isn’t the only threat. Over time, exposure to factors like sunlight, alcohol, and cigarette smoke can also harm DNA, increasing the risk of cancer and other diseases.

Fortunately, cells have built-in repair systems to counteract this damage. This process, known as the DNA damage response (DDR), activates specific signaling pathways that detect and fix errors. These mechanisms help maintain genetic stability and ensure the cell’s survival.

UK Government Admits Climate Change Data ‘Falsified for Decades’

The UK’s Met Office, a pillar of global climate science, is reeling from revelations that climate change data has been falsified for decades. Independent investigations have uncovered that temperature records from 103 non-existent weather stations were used, undermining the credibility of data driving the UK’s Net Zero agenda and global climate models.

Scrutiny intensified after Freedom of Information requests exposed the Met Office’s inability to trace the sources of this fabricated data. These findings, coupled with flawed methodologies, raise serious doubts about the reliability of temperature records underpinning urgent climate policies. As questions mount, the integrity of international climate science faces a critical test.

Naturalnews.com reports: In May 2025, citizen investigator Ray Sanders revealed that the Met Office cannot name specific weather stations providing temperature data for 103 so-called “zombie sites”—locations that ceased operation decades ago or never existed. After submitting FOI requests, Sanders discovered the agency admitted it lacks records detailing the “well-correlated neighboring stations” supposedly used to estimate data for these non-functional sites.

Sanders highlighted two cases: Scole, a Norfolk station operational only from 1971-1980, which now lists temperature averages spanning 1959-2020-including a full decade before its establishment. The Met Office defended this by citing “regression analysis” to maintain long-term climate averages but refused to name the stations that supplied data for Scole’s 19902020 records, stating such information is “not held.” A similar issue arose with Manby, a Lincolnshire site closed in 1974, yet still listed with 60 years of temperature data.

“If the data isn’t real and relies on unverified estimates from unknown sources, it’s no better than fiction,” Sanders said. “Any scientist would tell you this breaches fundamental standards. Without verifiable sources, Credibility vanishes.

AGOA: The U.S.-Africa Trade Program

U.S. trade with sub-Saharan Africa has declined in recent years, prompting analysts to question the effectiveness of a preferential trade program for the region.

By Claire Klobucista Last updated March 18, 2022

Summary

Launched in 2000, AGOA is a preferential trade program that allows countries in sub-Saharan Africa to export products to the United States tariff-free.

Many experts say the program has failed to live up to expectations, and the region’s exports to the United States have dipped below what they were when AGOA began.

In 2022, the removal of several countries, including Ethiopia, from AGOA added to uncertainty about the program’s future.

Introduction

The cornerstone of U.S. economic relations with sub-Saharan Africa since 2000 has been the African Growth and Opportunity Act, or AGOA. The program offers more than three dozen participants preferential access to U.S. markets by eliminating import tariffs.

Policymakers hoped that AGOA, as the primary U.S. trade policy for the region, would foster economic and political development in Africa. However, the outsize roles of oil and apparel in African export growth have raised questions about whether AGOA can diversify the region’s economies and increase its competitiveness in global markets. Moreover, after peaking in 2008, U.S. trade with AGOA’s participants has dropped to near its pre-AGOA total. Meanwhile, African trade relationships with other countries, particularly China, have greatly expanded.

Why was AGOA created?

AGOA is a trade preference program established in 2000 as part of broader legislation President Bill Clinton enacted to strengthen U.S. trade ties with Africa and the Caribbean. The act is unilateral, meaning it does not require African countries to lower their own barriers to U.S. goods, though it encourages them to do so. President Clinton saw the policy as a way to boost growth and bolster democratic ideals across the continent. He also said it would strengthen the U.S. economy by opening markets with “hundreds of millions of potential consumers” to American producers.

The act is an extension of the Generalized System of Preferences, a U.S. trade preference system introduced in 1974 that allows more than one hundred countries, mostly low-income nations, to export many of their goods to the United States duty-free. AGOA goes even further, offering this access to more than six thousand products from its thirty-eight current participants. It also mandates the executive branch to increase U.S. development assistance to sub-Saharan African countries in areas including agriculture and HIV/AIDS prevention. It was set to expire in 2008 but has since been renewed four times.

Which countries take part in it?

Only sub-Saharan African countries are eligible to be beneficiaries of AGOA, and the legislation outlines requirements candidates must fulfill, such as upholding the rule of law and human rights and liberalizing their economies. However, U.S. presidents can disqualify countries at their discretion and have done so, citing reasons such as rights violations and protectionist policies. Participants graduate out of AGOA [PDF] if per capita gross national income reaches $12,535, the World Bank’s lower limit for high-income countries.

Of the forty-nine potential beneficiaries in the region, thirty-six countries currently take part. A dozen are currently suspended: Burundi, Cameroon, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Mali, Mauritania, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, and Zimbabwe. The Seychelles graduated out of the program in 2017.

What is the future of AGOA?

AGOA was last renewed in 2015 and is set to expire in 2025, though U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai has so far signaled that her office will try to improve upon the existing program as Congress considers AGOA’s future.

In early 2022, the United States removed Ethiopia, Guinea, and Mali from AGOA, citing human rights abuses and military coups in violation of the program’s rules. While Guinea and Mali send less than 1 percent of their exports to the United States, Ethiopia relies heavily on AGOA’s benefits to support its textile industry. The Joe Biden administration has emphasized that the countries can be readmitted if they return to compliance, but experts say the expulsion could push the countries to strengthen trade ties with other powers; some Ethiopian business leaders, for instance, have argued in favor of moving closer to China, given Beijing’s no-strings-attached approach to investment.

Inefficient African Ports See Diverted Red Sea Traffic Slipping Away

By Colleen Goko (Bloomberg) — March 14, 2024

Africa’s inefficient and aging ports are hampering the continent’s chances of capitalizing on a surge in ship traffic that’s avoiding attacks by Houthi rebels through the Red Sea, logistics experts said.

The number of vessels sailing around the southern tip of Africa is up 85% from the first half of December, when the Iran-backed, Yemen-based terrorists intensified their attacks on ships, according to Clarksons Research. Some of the biggest beneficiaries are ports in South Africa, Madagascar, Mauritius, and Namibia, all of which have seen volumes rise, manufacturing and logistics company Fictiv Inc. said.

“However, most ports in Africa are inefficient and not in the best condition to be able to fully realize all the benefits,” said Vinny Licata, Fictiv’s head of logistics. “This is could be a real opportunity for Africa, but several ports were already congested due to inefficiencies. Investments are needed to enable them to compete.”

Merchant ships have largely avoided the route that would ultimately take them through the Suez Canal since the attacks started. Last week, a missile strike killed three crew members, the first confirmed deaths since the attacks began.

Currently, Africa accounts for about 6% of global maritime trade, despite approximately 90% of its imports and exports being transported by sea, according to Freight Right Global Logistics Chief Executive Officer and Founder Robert Khachatryan.

Freight costs from Asia to the US East Coast are projected to increase by 20% to 30%, with delivery times extended by two weeks due to the longer route around the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa, said Khachatryan.

It’s here that South Africa’s port-infrastructure problems — ranging from equipment breakdowns to staff shortages — hurt its competitive advantage. Shipping companies using the Cape route for east-west trade have largely avoided having to restock and refuel at South Africa’s maritime hubs due to their inability to provide services.

“This shift has directly benefited strategically located ports like Toamasina in Madagascar, Port Louis in Mauritius, and Walvis Bay in Namibia, which lie along the east-west route connecting Asia with Europe” as ships avoid South Africa, Khachatryan said.

Countries with the capability to quickly scale up port and logistical operations — such as Morocco and Ghana — could accommodate the increased demand for maritime services.

“Their investment in port infrastructure in recent years positions them to manage the surge efficiently,” Khachatryan said. For other parts of Africa, “concerns arise from sea-piracy incidents near Somalia and Nigeria as vessels navigate around Africa,” he said.

Fragmented Politics

Rising traffic around the Cape of Good Hope could strengthen South Africa’s position in the BRICS club of nations and potentially in global trade negotiations in the longer term, said James Hill, CEO of MCF Energy Ltd.

“African policymakers may look at port-development strategies that will help to build intra-African and international connectivity,” Hill said. “Even after the conflict in Israel ends, the danger in the Gulf may continue as the Houthis may choose to retaliate against the US for their counterattack, meaning these benefits may continue.”

Thomas Massie unloads on fellow conservatives as megabill negotiations continue

The Kentucky Republican has taken to social media to blast his party for plowing ahead on a bill nobody will have time to read.

By BEN LEONARD and MIA MCCARTHY

05/21/2025, 2:46PM ET

House GOP leaders and the White House are pushing for a final passage vote today on a roughly 1,100-page bill that hasn’t even been fully written — and one Republican lawmaker is taking notice in a very public way.

Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky, fresh from being called out by President Donald Trump the day before as a “grandstander” who doesn’t “understand government,” is using his social media platform to call attention to the path down which Republicans are headed.

“Major provisions of the big beautiful bill are still being negotiated and written, yet we are being told we will vote on it today,” Massie said in one X post on Wednesday. “Shouldn’t we take more than a few hours to read a bill this big and this consequential?”

In a follow-up, Massie noted, “it’s in our rules that we will have 72 [hours] to read every bill. Yet it’s been circumvented this week by a ‘manager’s amendment’ which substantially changes the bill but should only contain technical clarifications.”

That manager’s amendment would reflect the major policy changes leaders are currently discussing with conservative hard-liners. It would replace the base text of the GOP megabill that is currently being debated in the House Rules Committee, which needs to take a vote to pave the way for floor consideration of the party-line domestic policy package.

Leadership wanted to pass that bill before the end of the day. But the Rules panel has been meeting since 1 a.m. on Wednesday and shows no sign of concluding anytime soon. Speaker Mike Johnson and members of the House Freedom Caucus are also heading to the White House to meet with Trump on the megabill later this afternoon to try to break the impasse over the scale of spending cuts on the table.

In another X post, Massie applied his own captions to a popular meme — a photo of one man noticing a woman walking down the street, while another woman looks on horrified. In Massie’s version, the woman being admired is labeled “one big beautiful bill,” the man is tagged as “MAGA” and the other woman has the description, “no more omnibus bills.”

The Republican domestic policy package is not technically an omnibus, which refers to a piece of legislation that bundles together multiple appropriations bills. But fiscal hawks, including Massie, have raged over the megabill’s price tag, complaining that it doesn’t do enough to cut spending.

Syria facing collapse – Rubio

A civil war of “epic proportions” could erupt within weeks, the top US diplomat has claimed

Syria could face a surge of violence and total collapse within weeks, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has told lawmakers in Washington.

The top US diplomat has defended President Donald Trump’s approach to Syria, including the decision to lift unilateral sanctionsand meet in person with the new Syrian president, Ahmed al-Sharaa, despite his jihadist background.

”The transitional authority, given the challenges they’re facing, are maybe weeks – not many months – away from potential collapse and a full-scale civil war of epic proportions,” Rubio told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Tuesday. “Basically, the country is splitting up.”

The secretary blamed former President Bashar Assad for the continued violence since 2011, when a US-backed effort to remove him from power led to a prolonged and bloody conflict.

Rubio said Syria had become “a playground for jihadist groups, including ISIS and others.” Al-Sharaa, who once led the Islamist group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) under the name Abu Mohammad al-Julani, rose to power after deposing Assad last year.

=Although the new Syrian leadership “didn’t pass their background check with the FBI,” Rubio said the US must support them to prevent wider regional instability==. He argued that pragmatic foreign policy means that the US human rights agenda is “different in certain parts of the world”than in others.

Lifting sanctions would allow foreign aid into Syria, potentially stabilizing the economy and encouraging millions of displaced Syrians to return, Rubio said. The White House, however, remains uncertain whether its approach will succeed.

”If we engage [the al-Sharaa government], it may work out, it may not work out,” Rubio stated.“If we did not engage them, it was guaranteed to not work out.”

US sanctions had aimed to stymie Assad’s efforts to rebuild the country after he regained control of most of Syria by 2015. Persistent issues had eroded the morale of the Syrian military, which largely refused to defend Damascus when HTS launched its offensive last November.

Al-Sharaa has pledged to uphold Syria’s ethnic and religious diversity as he courts Western backing. However, his rule has been marked by reported massacres of Alawites, Christians, and Assad supporters.

Israel has carried out multiple airstrikes in Syria in recent months, claiming the attacks were intended to defend Druze militias from fighters aligned with the new government.

Richard Grenell, appointed by President Trump to lead the Kennedy Center, revealed the discovery of $26 million in “phantom revenue” during a board dinner at the White House. Calling the discrepancy “fake revenue” and “criminal,” Grenell said the matter would be referred to the U.S. attorney’s office.

The issue was identified during a financial review led by newly appointed chief financial officer Donna Arduin. The investigation followed sweeping changes at the institution, including the removal of Biden-era board members, the ousting of longtime chairman David M. Rubenstein, and Trump naming himself chairman.

There are at least 10,000,000 illegal aliens in America.

A court hearing for each would take at least 30 minutes.

A judge would take at least 30 minutes to draft and issue an order.

That's at least 10,000,000 hours of judicial work.

There are 677 authorized federal district judges.

That equates to 14,771 hours for each judge.

Let's presume each judge works 2,000 hours per year.

If every federal district judge in America only worked on deportation casesand nothing elseit would take more than 7 years to get through the backlog.

Let's hope the Supreme Court understands the American people never agreed to this.

Not at our founding.

Not after the Civil War.

Not in any subsequent legislation.

Certainly not after the last election.

UK Contractor Extradited to U.S., Pleads Guilty in Massive USAID Fraud Scheme Tied to Pakistan Energy Program

by Jim Hᴏft May. 20, 2025

A UK citizen who ripped off American taxpayers through a U.S.-funded foreign aid program has been sentenced to time served after a brazen kickback scheme drained nearly $100,000 in USAID funds — and he’ll now be handed over to immigration authorities.

Stephen Paul Edmund Sutton, 53, of the United Kingdom, pleaded guilty in Washington, D.C. federal court Monday to conspiring to commit theft concerning a program receiving federal funds, a felony offense.

Sutton was a Logistics Operations Manager for a contractor implementing the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Power Distribution Program (PDP) in Pakistan — a five-year effort that was supposed to help modernize Pakistan’s failing electric utilities.

Instead, Sutton and his co-conspirator, who remains under indictment, lined their pockets by setting up bogus shell companies that funneled inflated contracts for forklifts and crane services — all under the guise of helping Pakistan’s struggling power grid. Sutton personally pocketed at least $21,000 in kickbacks.

More from DOJ:

According to court documents, PDP was a component of U.S. government assistance to the government of Pakistan to support its energy sector.

Launched in September 2010, the five-year program was designed to facilitate improvements in Pakistan’s government-owned electric power distribution companies through interventions and projects addressing governance issues, technical and non-technical losses, and low revenue collection.

The main goal of the PDP was to improve the commercial performance of the participating distribution companies through technology upgrades and improvements in processes, procedures, and practices, as well as training and capacity building.

Under the PDP contract, Sutton’s employer subcontracted through purchase orders with vendors in Pakistan for certain goods and services.

From May through November 2015, Sutton and his co-conspirator, an employee supervised by Sutton, participated in a kickback scheme by creating two companies, obtaining PDP purchase orders for forklift and crane services for the companies, and distributing the profits to themselves.

As part of the scheme, his co-conspirator arranged for low-grade local vendors to provide the services for at least half the contract rates, and Sutton ensured that the company paid the invoices despite suspicions raised by an accounts payable officer.

U.S. government sentencing documents indicate the agency was defrauded of almost $100,000 and that for his part, Sutton received at least $21,000 in kickbacks.

Sutton’s co-conspirator is also charged by indictment and his case is pending disposition.

This case was investigated by the USAID Office of Inspector General and was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Emily Miller and former Special Assistant United States Attorneys Scot Morris and Nicholas Coates of the Fraud, Public Corruption, and Civil Rights Section.

The Justice Department’s Office of International Affairs provided significant assistance in securing the arrest and extradition of Sutton from the UK.
