Stop the Political Prosecution of President Trump

Donald J. Trump, a former President of the United States, was just arraigned on unprecedented criminal charges by a rogue Soros-backed prosecutor in New York City.

The American justice system is supposed to be about fairness, not politics. This is a despicable case of political prosecutors taking out candidates they don’t like.

As ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow argued at the Supreme Court on behalf of President Trump, we can’t allow 2,300 local prosecutors to harass a President for politically motivated reasons.

OTC Derivative positions Q4 2022-Goldman Sachs takes the 'top' spot from JP Moran

This report came out a few days later than normal-they got it out the door on 0331 when it usually is a few days before the end of the Qtr. This is a lagging report as it covers the close of Q4 2022 so we will get Q1 2023 at the close of the 2nd Q for 2023, and closed December 31st.

The biggest change (and never seen it before) is that JP Moran is now in position #2 and does not have the biggest amount of derivatives..that title goes to Golman Sachs now (who has always had the smallest amount of assets backing the biggest amount of derivatives). That is now at $486.967B "backing" $52.637T in value and the change is largely because of two factors-JP Moran shedding $4.825T in total derivatives while Goldman Sachs added $1.671T from Q3 to Q4 '23. Also of note is that the total amount of 'assets' Goldman Sachs has backing this shit pile decreased by $26.938B in the same time period

Cap#2 is current report and Cap #3 in from Q3 '23 so you can see the changes. Goldman Sachs actually had a little moar than this in derivative exposure during the 2008 market event but since they did hold a banking license they did not have to report that to this reporting structure..since then they have a commercial bank called Marcus (big time fail dhere). It doesn't really matter as they just take this information and publish it-in no way, shape or form does the regulator actually do anything wit this.

The other notable thing is that the silver derivatives keep decreasing and you can see that in Cap #4-even though they obfuscate those (they placed Gold back to the 'Precious Metals" bucket when it was located in the FOREX area-in January 2022 see yellow highlight on Cap#4 and they did that on purpose so that you can't really see what is going on with that swap arrangement between Bank of America and JP Moran for Physical Silver-those are all short term leases (the orange in Cap#4) that began expiring last year (and that deal between BofA and JP Moran was done all throughout 2021 as it was placed on immediately after JP Moran got the DOJ fine for manipulating the Metals market in 2020-fined for $920m but then booked about the same amount in other commodity trading-this is how it's done…you 'lose' on one side but 'gain' on another and they ALL do this.) You can see the steady decrease in that all year and it's not becasue they are doing less gold manipulation…this is the silver short term leases expiring and since that change was made you can't quantify exactly how much it really is but it is going down.

Cap#5 shows that the top 4 hold the bulk of all derivative contracts and after #5 (Wells Fartgo) it drops off substantially

After multiple executive members of the Manhattan DA office were exposed for their political bias against President Trump, the Manhattan DA Office has completely purged their Executive Team page.

Last week the TGP exposed Manhattan DA Chief Assistant for liking tweets that called for Americans to “dump Trump” and “drive out everything Trump represents”.

This resulted in Reiss to delete her Twitter account.

Yesterday TGP’s Cullen Linebarger reported Manhattan DA Jordan Stockdale had a Twitter profile that was filled with liked tweets calling for Trump to be impeached.

After being exposed multiple times ,the Manhattan DA Office has had enough and completely scrubbed their page.

Before the Meet Our Team page was deleted it featured brief biographies of several executives members’.

The page started off by introducing Chief Assistant District Attorney Meg Reiss, who many believe is calling the shots inside of the Manhattan DA Office.

Last week The Gateway Pundit did a deep dive into Reiss’s Twitter account and it was discovered she liked several anti-Trump tweets.

Reiss liked tweets that read “Trump is a bad person” and “we need to send Donald Trump packing”.

After TGP exposed Reiss she locked her Twitter account and proceeded to delete it.

Emails obtained by the US Virgin Islands reveal that JPMorgan executives joked about Jeffrey Epstein's pedophilia while the disgraced financier was a client of the bank, according to claims made in a new court filing.

In an amended complaint filed in New York on Monday, the US Virgin Islands said that Epstein's behavior "was so widely known at JPMorgan that senior executives joked about Epstein’s interest in young girls," the Financial Times reports.

JPMorgan is battling two combined lawsuits over Epstein - one from the US Virgin Islands, and another brought by an Epstein accuser known as Jane Doe. The cases have a provisional trial date set for October.

Included in the filing is a 2008 email to Mary Erdoes, a 27-year JPMorgan veteran who runs the asset and wealth management division where Epstein was a client.

The bank, meanwhile, said in a March filing that Erdoes "always acted with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism," and had "informed this client 10 years ago that his relationship with our firm was being terminated."

Erdoes was questioned under oath as part of the pre-trial proceedings. Last week, the Financial Times reported that longstanding chief executive Jamie Dimon will in May also be deposed, despite attempts by the bank to prevent him from having to testify.

The US Virgin Islands’ complaint contains an internal communication which references a “Dimon review” into the relationship with Epstein, of which the bank says it has no record. -FT

Later this month former JPMorgan executive Jes Staley will be deposed. While not named in the above litigation, JPMorgan has sued him claiming he withheld details of his relationship with Epstein, including knowledge of the financier's sex crimes.

Clearview AI scraped 30 billion photos from social media to build its facial recognition database.

US police have used the database nearly a million times, the company's CEO told the BBC.

One digital rights advocate told Insider the company is "a total affront to peoples' rights, full stop."

A controversial facial recognition database, used by police departments across the nation, was built in part with 30 billion photos the company scraped from Facebook and other social media users without their permission, the company's CEO recently admitted, creating what critics called a "perpetual police line-up," even for people who haven't done anything wrong.

The company, Clearview AI, boasts of its potential for identifying rioters at the January 6 attack on the Capitol, saving children being abused or exploited, and helping exonerate people wrongfully accused of crimes. But critics point to privacy violations and wrongful arrests fueled by faulty identifications made by facial recognition, including cases in Detroit and New Orleans, as cause for concern over the technology.

Clearview took photos without users' knowledge, its CEO Hoan Ton-That acknowledged in an interview last month with the BBC. Doing so allowed for the rapid expansion of the company's massive database, which is marketed on its website to law enforcement as a tool "to bring justice to victims."

Ton-That told the BBC that Clearview AI's facial recognition database has been accessed by US police nearly a million times since the company's founding in 2017, though the relationships between law enforcement and Clearview AI remain murky and that number could not be confirmed by Insider.

In a statement emailed Insider, Ton-That said "Clearview AI's database of publicly available images is lawfully collected, just like any other search engine like Google."

The company's CEO added: "Clearview AI's database is used for after-the-crime investigations by law enforcement, and is not available to the general public. Every photo in the dataset is a potential clue that could save a life, provide justice to an innocent victim, prevent a wrongful identification, or exonerate an innocent person."

Only moments ago, the anti-American anarchist Lisa Fithian was caught on camera with a group of leftist activists standing near a massive banner in NYC with a message that reads: “TRUMP LIES ALL THE TIME.”

Of course, the message is meant to draw Trump supporters in and then, once they get an emotional reaction, catch them on camera attempting to remove or deface their banner.

The identity of their first victim is unknown, but she can be seen standing on the banner and attempting to remove it from the street. She is knocked down by one of Fithian’s disciples as others with her group descend on the woman. Suddenly, Fithian pops into the view of the person filming and keeps her hands in plain view to prove she is not assaulting the woman, as she uses her body to push her.

It’s not an accident that an incredibly large pool of individuals with professional cameras are standing by, hoping to capture Trump supporters reacting to the banner and, thereby, creating confrontations between Trump supporters and the far-left activists. Notice how one of the agitators knocks her to the ground when she pulls the banner out from under her feet and then immediately apologizes in front of the mob scene of individuals with cameras.

So, who is Lisa Fithian?

On November 16, 2003, the New York Times wrote about the professional far-left agitator who knows better than almost anyone how to push the buttons of the opposition as a means to engage them in an emotional and even violent response and then stand back and record them:

While most people have been ushered out of the downtown area, the 42-year-old Fithian wants to go into it, to do reconnaissance with three fellow activists. Weeks from now, she will be marching in these streets, and the police will no longer be practicing. ”For want of a better word, I’m a professional at this,” she says. ”My eye is trained. I walk through a city, and I see a parking garage, and I think, That’d be a great place to drop a huge banner, or I see an open restaurant, and I think, That’d be a good place to escape to if things get crazy. Sometimes places will tell me what they want.”

In other words, Fithian is a far-left radical who trains fellow radicals to engage with and shut down the opposition. We also wrote about Fithian in 2015 and about how a group that worked with Fithian to protest in Ferguson, MO, was paid by ACORN, a now-defunct Soros-funded group.

Yellen has pushed back against that fear, reiterating on Tuesday that the IRS will not increase audits on households earning less than $400,000 annually. "As I’ve said before, I have directed that these resources will not be used to increase the audit rate for small businesses and households making under $400,000 a year, relative to historical levels," she said. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban urged the embattled ex-president to “keep on fighting” as he prepares to face trial in New York

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban took to Twitter on Monday to show his support for former US President Donald Trump, who will appear in court in New York on Tuesday. “We are with you,” the conservative PM told his political ally.

Trump departed his residence in Florida on Monday, bound for the city in which he built his fortune, New York. He is expected to turn himself in on Tuesday to face criminal charges relating to his alleged payment of hush money to porn star Stormy Daniels.

Crowds of supporters cheered the ex-president’s motorcade as it traveled to Palm Beach International Airport. Meanwhile, the Hungarian PM wished his former American counterpart well online.

Trump was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury last week and is facing 34 criminal charges, Yahoo News reported on Tuesday. The charges were “bumped up” from misdemeanors to felonies by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, the report claimed.

Bragg’s office argues that Trump falsified records of several payments to Daniels, recording them as legal expenses. Trump’s 2016 rival, Hillary Clinton, paid a fine last year for the same offense over her campaign’s financing of the so-called ‘Steele Dossier’ –a dubiously-sourced piece of opposition research that formed the basis for the FBI’s Russiagate investigation.

Trump's dealings with Daniels were under investigation by local and federal prosecutors for several years. However, the Justice Department opted not to prosecute Trump in 2018, and Bragg’s predecessor, Cyrus Vance, let the case slide during his tenure as Manhattan’s DA.

Trump has accused Bragg of “political persecution,” and described the charges as an attempt to hinder his 2024 campaign. Nearly half of all Americans believe that the charges are justified, according to an ABC News poll. However, roughly the same number believe that the case against the former president is politically motivated.

Orban is the *only EU leader to offer Trump a gesture of supportamid his legal struggle. Non-member joins latest EU sanctions against Russia

Norway has followed Brussels’ lead since the bloc began targeting the Russian economy

Norway has imposed a set of sanctions on Russiathat directly mirrorsthe EU’s tenth package of economic penalties. While the Norwegian government insists that this policy is harming the Russian economy, Oslo has also paid a price.

The latest set of sanctions was announced by the Norwegian government on Tuesday, five weeks after a near-identical package of sanctions was imposed by the EU. Norway’s new penaltiesblacklist 87 Russian individuals and 34 entities, forbid the import of several raw materials from Russia, and forbid the trade of “dual use goods,” a term used to denote technology and components with both civilian and military applications.

Every successive sanctions package imposed by the EU has been taped by Norway with slight alterations. Despite Norway not being a member of the EU, Foreign Minister Anniken Huitfeldt said that copying Brussels’ sanctions demonstrated “a strong and clear European response to Russia’s war of aggression in Ukraine.”

“Thesanctions are having an impacton the Russian economy and preventing key inputs from reaching the Russian war industry,” Huitfeldt stated. (KEK, such bullshit and they know it)

The EU’s sanctions, particularly its embargo on Russian fossil fuel imports,have thrown the bloc into a crisisof spiraling inflation and record energy costs. Meanwhile, the measures have failed to cripple the Russian economy, as Western politicians and experts had predicted. According to IMF figures,Russia’s economy will grow fasterthis year than Germany’s.

Like Russia, Norway is a net exporter of fossil fuels, and is therefore better positioned to weather the energy crisis than most of its EU counterparts. Oslo hasn’t been immune to blowback, however, and a$2.4 billion share of its sovereign wealth fund– a public pension fund made up of the surplus of its oil revenues –is currently frozenin a Russian bank due to Western sanctions.

President Donald Trump was arrested and charged today with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records and conspiracy.

As Cristina Laila notes, Manhattan District attorney Alvin Bragg charged Trump for every payment he made to his former lawyer Michael Cohen in connection with the so-called ‘hush payments’ to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal.

Of course, these garbage charges have nothing to do with justice but avenging Hillary Clinton’s loss to Trump in the 2016 Presidential election.

The indictment specifically claims the payments to the two women were made to silence them “in order to avoid those accounts harming his chances of winning the election over Hillary Clinton.”

Congressman Ronny Jackson (R-TX), the former White House physician under Barack Obama, was livid over the mockery of justice this afternoon.

Jackson also warned Bragg that this unwarranted aggression will not stand and took a shot at the morbidly obese DA in the process:

As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, the House Judiciary Committee has ordered Bragg to hand over communications, documents, and testimony that Bragg used to indict Trump.

Bragg’s disgraced office is currently stonewalling the committee, calling efforts to reach out to them bulls–t.

The next several weeks will prove quite intriguing. There is even a possibility Bragg could eventually find himself behind bars.

The Great Financial Reset

The future of the United States of America is at stake.

2023 Will be the year of a historic and global financial reset. Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) will be the new means of using our hard-earned money, and there appears to be very little we can do about it.

Banks are being bailed out by our government as opposed to being held accountable as part of a shift towards globalization and the CBDC system. We will continue to witness the elimination of small and mid-size banks, as the United States looks to the large banking systems that run the global economy.

With over 20,000 commercial banks in the United States during the 1960’s and currently less than 5,000, it’s easy to see an obvious move to concentrate the wealth of many into the hands of few. The corporate world does its banking through roughly 1,000 corporations around the world and our current federal government won’t let those large corporations fail.

The second part of this equation has to do with what recently took place between China and Russia. Two powerful communist countries just signed an economic, military, and business agreement. Prominent in this agreement is increasing their use of "local" currency.

These events will lead to the accelerated destruction of the Unites States of America, and our freedoms and basic human rights. Until America rises back to the top of the economic ladder globally, we will continue to see this shift toward a globalized CBDC system and with it comes the loss of the US being the principal powerbroker on the world stage.

At the head of these global discussions are China and the World Economic Forum. China’s 100-year plan was established in 1949 and they currently appear to be well ahead of schedule. The renewal of China’s President Xi as the leader for life as well as some of his recent reorganizing of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party are evidence of his strengthening grip on not only China but the world.

It’s important to understand not only communism, but all the “isms” currently being debated. Communism, Fascism, Marxism, and Socialism are all the same form of dictatorship at the end of the day. The entire global system of government to include the United States, under this current administration are on the path to an anti-freedom system which enslaves its people in order to consume even more power and more wealth.

Daniels was previously ordered to pay $300,000 in legal fees after an unsuccessful defamation lawsuit, and an appeal against paying those fees was denied last year.

Eric Trump, the former president’s son, announced on Twitter that the 9th Circuit awarded Donald Trump $121,962.56 in attorney fees from Daniels. He added that this sum was in addition to the approximately $500,000 she already owes his father.

Harmeet Dhillon, a lawyer from Dhillon Law Group representing Trump, shared a copy of the order and congratulated Trump on his “final attorney fee victory” on Twitter. Dhillon stated that her firm has secured over $600,000 in attorney fee awards in favor of the former president as a result of the “baseless litigation initiated by Stormy Daniels.”

Following Tuesday’s decision, Daniels is now responsible for an extra $121,962.56 in legal fees, as per documents filed in the United States Court of Appeals and disclosed by the Dhillon Law Group. Trump’s eldest sons, Eric and Don Jr., shared their enthusiasm for the news on Twitter.

The requested $121,962.56 covers the 183.35 hours spent “defending against the appeal and preparing the fee application,” according to court documents. The court granted the considerable sum in favor of Trump and against “Stephanie Clifford,” Daniels’s legal name.

When Daniels was initially ordered to pay nearly $300,000 in legal fees in March 2022, she stated that her attorney, Michael Avenatti, had filed the defamation suit against Trump in 2018 “without my permission and against my wishes.” Daniels also declared that she would “go to jail” before paying “a penny” of the money owed to Trump.

As reported by RSBN, the indictment list against President Trump was finally unsealed after the president’s arraignment. The felony counts were related to allegations surrounding “falsifying” business records. Oddly, each accusation was centered on business dealings that allegedly took place in 2017, which would have been while he was serving as President of the United States.

Conservative Twitter account @DC_Draino remarked online, “He was inaugurated on January 20, 2017 and his business operations were transferred into a trust[.] Every ‘crime’ takes place after 1/20/17 when he was no longer running the company[.] Is this indictment an actual joke?”

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., also commented on social media, “If President Trump can be charged for ‘falsifying business records’ and hiding relevant information from voters in the 2016 election, then 51 people from the Intel community, who signed a letter stating the Hunter Biden laptop is fake, CAN BE CHARGED for hiding relevant information from voters in the 2020 election!”

SPLC to Face the Music for ‘Hate Group’ Defamation as Lawsuit Clears Major Hurdle

The Southern Poverty Law Center routinely brands mainstream conservative and Christian organizations “hate groups,” placing them on a map with chapters of the Ku Klux Klan, but most lawsuits aiming to hold the SPLC accountable for this alleged defamation have failed.

On Friday, however, a federal judge denied the SPLC’s motion to dismiss a defamation lawsuit, allowing the case to proceed.

The SPLC branded the Georgia-based Dustin Inman Society an “anti-immigrant hate group” in February 2018 after the SPLC had previously stated in 2011 that it did not consider the society a “hate group.” The society, named after a 16-year-old Georgia boy killed in a 2000 car crash caused by an illegal immigrant, aims to combat illegal immigration.

“After telling the Associated Press in 2011 that we were not a ‘hate group,’ the SPLC changed their mind and made us an ‘anti-immigrant hate group’ within days of their registering as active lobbyists against pro-enforcement, immigration-related legislation here in the Georgia Capitol,” D.A. King, the society’s founder and president, told The Daily Signal in an emailed statement Tuesday.

King claimed that the SPLC’s “goal was clearly to paint us as the extremists and to marginalize us in the eyes of state lawmakers and the media. That effort was largely successful.”
