This building is the old head office of the Automobile Association. It was known as Fanum House. The AA used to have an aviation unit and provided services to plane owners pilots in the early days of flying up until 1980's.

Consider the meaning, as per Q, of #QANON sticker found at BUS SHELTER 'S'.

The Black Box Pic was posted by Q on the 27th Of July 2018 [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1725] in Reply to the WARNING Stay alert post back in February 2018.

Anons found the black box stands alongside bus shelter 'S' by Westminster Abbey in London. Its precise location is outside No 4 Victoria street. No 4 Victoria Street used to have a branch of the corrupt HSBC bank and Anons found out it is the home of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC House). Other tenants of the building seem to have links to Iran. The building across the street from the black box is the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The black box is about a 11 minute walk from Thames House, the home of the Security Service [MI5] and a 23 minute walk from the Secret Intelligence Service [MI6]. Q's Picture of the box featured a Qanon sticker with a White Rabbit, the text said "The Storm is Coming". Subsequent pictures of the box always shows that lots of stickers have been put on the box, it seems to be a popular "Slap Tagging" location but Anons think this could be a form of discreet communication either by White Hats or Black Hats. A recent visit to the box by an anon shows the box in desperate need of repainting because it has been constantly scrubbed clean by street cleaners indicating a massive amount of stickers has been put on the box in the last 2 years.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Here is a very rough panorama of the KFC shopfront at the scene of the Red Bus pic, as captured from images in GAVIN 31-DEC-2013-T video. Blurry, but the main features are recognizable, I think.

Looks like the awning on the left side, near the Cafe, was extended that night. Can make out both windows and the entrance in between; as well as the corner entrance past the bus stop sign. The camera was approximately where the front of the double decker bus was in the Q pic.

Above the level of the windows and doorways there are few features that can be found when comparing with other images, such as those from SV. There is the Cafe overhang, the left awning nearby, the bottom of the KFC sign that hung perpendicular to the entrance near the window on the right.

And then the lower edge of the "fringe" of the awning over the window on the right. This is tough to see, really. There is a gray area that seems to match the left awning i colour and texture; and it is approximately where would expect to see an extended awning. Unfortunately it is a bit ambiguous because the camera movement blurred the brightly lit area and because the bulk of the awning would have been just above the top of the camera frame.

I could be mistaken. The awning might have been retracted and above the window. The view does not show the top of that window. On the other hand, not sure what else that gray object could have been if not the edge of the second awning.

Okay, so if this description is accurate, more or less, and both awnings were extended on 31-DEC-2013, then it is not a fair Q match. It seems to me that in Red Bus at least one of the awnings, the one over the window on the right, was retracted as per the mirrored reflection in the panels of the double decker bus. Again, I could be mistaken on that point.

1. Anons, does it look to you that the awning in GAVIN is extended or not?

2. And the awnings in Red Bus, open or closed?

3. Does it look like the view of the security camera on the top corner of the Cafe entrance nearest KFC would have been obstructed by the open awning if it had been aimed toward GAVIN's camera?

If on #3 the answer is yes, obstructed, then, next consider if the second security camera at the Cafe entrance, closer to the Casino, would have been obstructed by the open awning if the camera was pointed toward GAVIN?

Images of the KFC front with awnings open/closed to match Q pic are few and far between. No surprise, right?

This exercise was an attempt to find a Q match and, if not with GAVIN, then to keep digging for one with the awnings helping to set a new interval. As it stands, I think the Red Bus interval is now 24-NOV-2013-T (or more recent) to 31-DEC-2013-T (or later).

24-NOV-2013-T, old bus sign and no overhead decorations.

31-DEC-20130T, new bus sign and overhead decorations. PLUS the police viewing platform.

So I figure it would be reasonable to hedge a bit on both bookends, say a couple of days either way due to installation of sign, lights, and platform each of which may have happened on a different day during the interim: 26-NOV-2013 to 29-DEC-2013, for an interval of 33 days give or take.

What say you, Anons?

What was the weather like in London during December 2013? The wind and the rain and such? Well, as we already have learned, there was heavy rain and high winds especially around Christmas week.

And so that would fit with the notion that the awnings would have been pulled up, which is also what appears to have been captured in the Red Bus pic. On the ground, however, can't say that I detected much rain in the Q pic. And pedestrians hadn't covered their heads to guard against rain and wind - no inverted brellas and no long hair flying about and no toupees rolling across the street. Still, when the news media goes full on with weather warnings, shop owners might react accordingly regardless. The previous December was very harsh with flooding and the like so prolly keep that in mind, too. That the Q pics may have shown dull light, as in overcast skies, would not surprise even in the best of times in London. However, I do think that the reflections on the double decker suggest at least a brighter moment on Coventry Street even if the weather was overall on the dismal side. IDK.

In the attached charts, have highlighted 21st to 27th just to orientate. AND after I snapped the charts I asked myself, what is a legend and when is a legend useful. Kek. See pic.

So during those 7 days London had light to heavy rain (heaviest 23/24 as we already know) along with winds of 20 to 60 km and gusts of up to 90 km (heaviest 23/24). On either side of Christmas week there were other periods of fairly heavy weather as well.

Some caution: The data for this report comes from the London Heathrow Airport, not within the City or Westminster. Close enough for rock 'n' roll. And the charts are based on modelling of that data which has its own caveats. See the website.

Site also has gud interactive tables for lunar and solar evidence, amongst other factors.

Early DEC 2013, Biden and CHICOMS.

According to reports, Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden flew on Air Force Two for the official trip to Beijing in December 2013. The records obtained by Judicial Watch from the Secret Service show Hunter Biden arrived in Tokyo on December 2, 2013 and departed for Beijing two days later. While it is typical for the families of the president and vice president to travel with them, questions have been raised about whether Hunter Biden used the government trip to further his business interests.

In the upper left corner of Red Bus, there were details in the higher reaches of the Comm Bldg that the camera caught but which in the end results were 'bleached' out. The image has been enhanced here to make those details more obvious. Also an SV image of the same area is included for comparisons.

1. This evidence suggests that the Q pic was manipulated to ensure the more shaded foreground was readable.

2. On the other hand, could just be the camera settings which were adjusted for the typical midday sunshine at that location; the window shades were prolly installed for that reason, too.

But sticking to just the direct evidence, this infographic helps viewer recognize the features that would later be shrouded during the demolition of the old (Comm bldg) and the construction of the new (LSQ). It is possible that this bleaching out was a sort of hint to look for the shroud in future to prove past.

For our purposes, this evidence may help figure the line of sight from Q cam vantage to the other side of Whitcomb Street.

I think this diagram makes the strongest case for excluding the casino cams as a bearing to the sign post. It is a singular and most direct bearing, easy to make out compared with long distance pics.

Observe how we must have 'purse girl' to the left of BUS POLE and be able to see a bit of the white vehicle LIMIT LINE and YELLOW LINE (at this point, no matter which yellow line you choose) and I think she has just made the curb by the look of the pavement underfoot. But no matter. One must still keep her LEFT of BUS POLE.

I think any bearing from the casino entrance to the bus pole, keeping purse girl to the left, and showing a bit of white limit line behind her is impossible.

I have made a large generous pink area to show where the purse girl may be, as well as a black circled area where she may have made 'curbfall'.

The KFC window bearing allows for a bit if the white and yellow lines behind purse girl while keeping her to the left of the bus stop sign.

To illustrate the two-approaches-similar-results, here is a variation on the infographic. The yellow lines represent lines of sight on either side of the bus stop sign.

The vantage is the light blue circle at KFC; beside it is a red circle at Cafe. The lines of sight cross through the lady at kerb and the red phone booth. And beyond they reach the approximate positions of the McDonnie's log and last 1-2 windows at ground level of the Comm Bldg.

Compare with previous infographic.

The look for the open awning in the GE-JUL-2013 image. >>128016

Pretty sketchy to have camera pointing toward these markers, including all of them and excluding the markers we know are there but out of RB frame, while that awining is extended.

Then take into account the height of the markers in RB, such as the flag on the bust stop relative to the traffic lights at the pedestrian crossing on the kiosk side of Coventry.

Could it be done? Maybe. With one of the sec cams mounted on the shopfront? Maybe, just maybe.

Retract the awning and the problem goes away, for all three sec cam vantages. Could it be just that simple?

If yes, or if the chances are high that it could be that the awning was not extended, then, we will count ourselves fortunate to dig up an image showing the awning closed during the target interval in Dec-2013.

Heavy rain and years of 'benign neglect' may have caused Apollo Theatre roof collapse.

Owner of the playhouse had previously admitted that London’s theatre buildings had 'suffered years of benign neglect'.

Friday 20 December 2013

https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/theatre-dance/news/heavy-rain-and-years-of-neglect-may-have-caused-apollo-theatre-roof-to-collapse-9019032.html

Investigators were on Friday trying to discover if heavy rainfall played a part in Thursday night’s ceiling collapse at Apollo Theatre which injured 79 people.

It emerged that the owner of the playhouse had previously admitted that London’s theatre buildings had “suffered years of benign neglect” and had poorly maintained roofs. The warning had come from Nica Burns, co-owner of Nimax which owns and operates the Apollo on Shaftesbury Avenue and five other theatres in central London.

The collapse at the 112-year-old venue sent 10 square metres of ornate plasterwork and masonry falling on the audience after reports suggested water had been dripping through cracks in the Grade II-listed theatre’s ceiling. There was heavy rain and thunder in the area earlier in the day, which may have weakened the structure.

Forecasters said there was an “abnormally high concentration of rain, hail and lightning strikes” on Thursday evening and almost 15 per cent of the average monthly rainfall for one area in December fell in a single hour.

London Ambulance Service confirmed that 79 people had been injured, of whom 56 were taken to hospital, nine with serious injuries. A spokesman for Nimax announced that an investigation was under way into what caused the “shocking and upsetting incident”.

According to Ms Burns’s previously reported comments, Nimax’s theatres have been particularly vulnerable to water ingress and poorly maintained roofs. She also said that a carved stone muse at the Apollo was a “muse of destruction” when the firm bought it in 2005, although it has since been repaired. Her comments were made last spring in a Theatres Trust publication as Nimax unveiled a £2.45m restoration programme for its six properties in the capital that saw the repair of gutters, rusting steel beams and stone copings.

On Friday despite repeated requests Nimax was unavailable to further comment or confirm to The Independent what work had been carried out on the Apollo as part of the programme. The Society of London Theatre has said it would cost between £5m and £10m to fully refurbish a venue of the Apollo’s size.

Witnesses described “chaos and panic” as parts of the roof “began to crumble” around them just after 8pm during a performance of the National Theatre’s production of Mark Haddon’s The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-time. Historic theatres are required to undergo rigorous roof safety checks every three years and on Friday the leader of Westminster City Council, Philippa Roe, told The Independent: “As the investigation is ongoing, we are unable to comment further on specifics. However, we can say that the Apollo’s health and safety checks are up to date.”

She added: “Each historic theatre is unique and we have no reason to believe this is anything other than an isolated incident. We have confirmed that all theatres’ safety checks are up to date, however as a precaution, all historic theatres are carrying out further safety checks.”

A spokesman for the Society of London Theatre confirmed the West End was still “open for business”. They said: “On behalf of London’s theatre industry, our thoughts and sympathies go out to everyone who was injured and affected by Thursday’s incident.”

Close to final act: old venues in need of repair

The West End, which hosts more than 32,000 theatregoers nightly, is home to some of the world’s oldest venues.

As well as the Apollo, Nimax, which was formed in 2005 and has an annual turnover of £14m, owns and operates the Palace, Lyric, Garrick, Duchess and Vaudeville theatres in the capital, all of which were built between 1870 and 1929. In 2001 the Garrick basement flooded for a week when its Victorian-era drainage system failed.

Four of the venues were sold to Nimax by theatre impresario Andrew Lloyd Webber in 2005, who said he planned to use the revenue to spend £10m renovating his remaining theatre empire.

Alongside Nimax, Lord Lloyd Webber’s theatre company is the other major player in the capital, operating the Theatre Royal on Drury Lane, the New London, the Cambridge, the London Palladium, the Adelphi Theatres and Her Majesty’s Theatre.

According to the Theatres Trust’s at-risk register there are 48 playhouses in the UK in extreme disrepair or at risk of demolition, including the Derby and Dudley Hippodromes as well as the Brighton Hippodrome and the Alexandra Palace Theatre in Harringey, north London.

Probably has more than one

Hotel With A Past: Corinthia Hotel London

Officially, the Corinthia Hotel in London is a new hotel. But the building has quite a history—a long one.

The building housed Great Britain’s government offices in World War I, and in World War II it was an official spy agency, complete with secret tunnels that connected beneath London. After, it sat vacant for many years.

So how did it become a hotel? It starts with $490 million. That’s how much it cost to renovate this classic hotel in Central London—The Corinthia was one of the city’s largest reconstruction projects of the last decade. One reason has to do with the fact that the building contained so much history.

In fact, before the Corinthia was a government installation, it was actually a different hotel dating back to the 19th century: the Hotel Metropole. It was the largest hotel in Europe when it opened its doors in 1885 under Queen Victoria. The hotel had 600 rooms and stood seven stories tall. The concept of the super-hotel, already popular in America, was just emerging in Great Britain.

But in 1916 the Metropole’s purpose took a dramatic turn, transitioning into government offices. Due to its location at the heart of power in London, the hotel was turned over for use to guide the efforts for the first world war.

Before becoming prime minister, Winston Churchill worked in the offices during World War I. He wrote about looking out his window and watching hundreds of Londoners pour onto the streets to celebrate the end of the war while hearing Big Ben chime in the background.

During World War II, the hotel building was once again called upon for duty. The British secret service worked here, monitoring German internment camps and helping troops escape or avoid capture.

The building has some great stories and some secret stories. There are certain tunnels and passages under the road that lead officials to government offices that are in close proximity. Today, they are all locked up and remain top secret.

After world War II, the building continued as a government office for the Ministry of Defense.

The seriousness of war was no longer a threat, but there were many other activities that were commandeered from this area. One story is that right up until 2006 there was a special office in this building dedicated to the monitoring and sighting of UFOs.

Clear Channel is located "behind" the Q camera at Piccadilly Circus.

Behind the black box pic camera was/is Victoria Station from which a coach to Stanstead Airport traveled on Victoria Street toward and past Bus Shelter S, which is not a TfL bus stop for regular TfL buses but rather a coach stop operated by TfL.

https://www.stanstedairport.com/getting-to-and-from/by-bus-and-coach/

Note that "behind" the shoulder of the Corinthia Hotel is New Zealand House which is in the immediate vicinity of Canada House (CH) and directly across the street is another Bus Shelter S enroute to/from various destinations in the sand map of London Pics.

Note that Bus Shelter R is also behind the camera of the black box pic. Shelter 0133 0643.

Situated between these two bus shelters are two telephone booths, a pair with WiFi capability.
