In another development that could be relevant to this mysterious new Chinese weapon, the country's state-owned Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) announced yesterday that its FL-64 wind tunnel had passed a series of calibration tests, a major step toward making it fully operational. FL-64, which AVIC's Aerodynamics Research Institute operates, can simulate speeds between Mach 4 and Mach 8.

"The wind tunnel can meet the test requirements of hypersonic aircraft such as conventional force/pressure measurement, air inlet, dynamic simulation, weapon separation and release, aerodynamic heat and flow display," according to a machine translation of a story from China Aviation News, an outlet that AVIC owns. The specific mention of "weapon separation and release" is, of course, particularly interesting in light of this recent report regarding this novel Chinese hypersonic weapon.

Hunter Biden's investment fund BHR co-purchased Michigan's Henniges Automotive with Chinese military contractor AVIC in 2015. On Sept. 15, 2015, the investment fund announced the completion of the acquisition of Henniges Automotive, which gave AVIC 51% control and BHR 49%. The $600 million acquisition was one of the largest Chinese takeovers of an American automotive company in history.

In other words, Hunter Biden was helping one of the Chinese military contractors now involved in China's "mysterious" hypersonic weapons acquire US companies only six years ago. I will never understand how the Biden Crime family took $1.5 billion from the Bank of China and were still allowed to steal the presidency.

The Biden Administration has previously admitted that it is not the federal government’s role to enforce vaccine mandates.

“This vaccine mandate is unlawful and does not reflect the Land of the Free,” said General O’Connor.

“We are grateful for the support of the Legislature and the Governor in the State’s efforts to block the overreach of the Biden Administration,” General O’Connor said. “Their support and funding for this lawsuit protects hardworking Oklahomans in federal jobs, and our Oklahoma National Guard members from Biden’s reckless and unlawful vaccine mandates.”

Critical race theory has been fully institutionalized at the California high school district that tried to reeducate me six years ago when I first pushed back.

While documenting my former high school’s attempt to indoctrinate me with critical race theory six years ago, I remarked that now, several years later, “the situation has undoubtedly worsened.” Worsened it has. Now, Campbell Union High School District has promoted more than 100 “equity resources” to students and staff, including a document that taught students how to put a curse on those who say “all lives matter.”

Colorblindness, Cops, and Curses

The page serves as a vast library for CRT resources and features 60 different links, including a Google Drive folder with 45 different documents. The list made sure to include the full range of CRT buzzwords, with links like Raising Race Conscious Children, the infamous 1619 Project, Anti-Racism for Beginners, and Social Identities and Systems of Oppression, among others. 

One link takes you to an “Anti-Racism Resource List,” which teaches about “white fragility” and claims that racism can only be perpetrated by white people. One of the “resources” provided was a Trevor Noah speech labeled “Why rioting makes sense,” followed by an unhinged anti-white rant from Sonya Renee Taylor, demanding that white people “throw your white body” on police officers and “put their bodies on the line for the purpose of justice.”

The list also addresses white people when it says, “We are socialized into white supremacy from the moment we are born” before going on to say “It is about completely dismantling how you see yourself and how you see the world, so that you can dismantle … white supremacy.”

Samuel Martin graduated from CUHSD’s Branham High School in 2019 and was appalled by the district’s actions. He told The Federalist, “The idea that white students must ‘dismantle themselves’ in the context of their personality is cultish. Not only is it cultish, but it is deliberate in that this school system wants its’ white students to hate themselves. Do these people honestly think that drilling racial identitarianism into childrens’ heads from a young age is going to make them less racist?”

One section titled “Hex” tells the reader, “Hexing people is an important way to get out anger and frustration.” It becomes increasingly deranged, suggesting that those who say “all lives matter” or commit “microaggressions,” should be targeted. “Write your own hex poem, cursing that person,” it instructs. 

When asked her thoughts on the document that instructed K-12 students to use witchcraft on political opponents, Branham teacher Meredith Allen told The Federalist she hasn’t read the documents her district recommends, so she “can’t comment,” but that she is generally “opposed to the ‘all lives matter’ message.”

Another section labeled “A World With No Police” cites police and military as “systems or institutions that … contribute to oppression.” It asks “What would the world be like without them?” before telling the reader to write a poem discussing “a world without these institutions.”

“The Black Radical Tradition,” is a 565-page e-book that includes articles from the Communist League and Noel Ignatiev under the pen name Noel Ignatin. Ignatiev was a Marxist who argued that “abolishing the white race is … so desirable that some may find it hard to believe that it could incur any opposition other than from committed white supremacists.”

Then there’s a slide show entitled “What is the Black Lives Matter Movement?” which is made for children and was produced in part by teachers at LAUSD. It includes a glossary of terms like “white supremacy,” the definition of which includes the line, “systems, like schools and jails, have white supremacy built into them because white people have had so much power for so long.”

The ADL’s linked document “George Floyd, Racism, and Law Enforcement” defines racism as “the … oppression of people of color based on a socially constructed racial hierarchy that privileges white people,” a definition that reinforces the malicious lie that white people can’t be the victims of anti-white racism.

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), a key ally of former President Donald Trump, will not run for re-election in 2022, a source with knowledge of his plans confirmed to The Post on Monday.

Russian S-400s have been delivered to India, despite American threats

With President Vladimir Putin on a landmark visit in India, New Delhi has confirmed that deliveries of Russian S-400 missile defense systems, which caused a furious backlash from Washington, are going ahead as planned.

Both countries signed a $5.4-billion deal for five of the surface-to-air systems in 2018.

“Supplies have begun this month and will continue to happen,” the Indian foreign ministry said, as Putin arrived on Monday.

According to NDTV, the first units of the weapon, once branded a “booster dose” by India’s Air Chief Marshal Birender Singh Dhanoa, are already being deployed by the country’s military.

India has proceeded with the S-400 contract despite pressure from Washington, which passed a law in 2017 making anyone buying Russian weapons systems potentially subject to US sanctions.

“We witnessed attempts on the part of the United States to undermine this cooperation and to make India obey the American orders, to follow the American vision of how this region should be developed,” Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told Indian news agency ANI on Monday.

Back in October, however, a group of US lawmakers introduced a bill that would exempt New Delhi from the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA) law, as Washington continues its efforts to play India off against China.

Another major weapons deal that has been finalized during Putin’s visit would license Indian production of Kalashnikov AK-203 rifles, in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh.

Imagine the audacity it takes for a company who is ostensibly helping to stop a pandemic to tell people they can’t have their “life-saving” medicine unless said company can harm them with impunity. There is no need to imagine, as this is the situation in which we currently find ourselves.

It is no secret that removing someone’s liability also removes their incentive to create safer products and actually encourages careless behavior. Vaccine manufacturers are no stranger to this process and since 1988, the U.S. taxpayers have shelled out over $4 billion to pay for the damages caused by vaccines — not the manufacturers.

In 1988, largely due to vaccine makers lobbying the government to alleviate their liability, The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) was established.

After an uptick in lawsuits in the late 80’s, the vaccine manufacturers essentially held the government hostage and threatened to stop making vaccines unless the government took on responsibility for vaccine injury lawsuits — and NVICP did just that.

You can actually prove that you or your child were harmed from a vaccine yet the vaccine maker is completely shielded from liability. Even if you are awarded monetary compensation through the NVICP, the taxpayers are put on the line, not the vaccine makers. This removal of liability has created the incentive to turn out new vaccines with very little testing, as the companies don’t have to worry about financial hardships for injuring people, which in turn has shaped the situation that we find ourselves in today. In the last 2 decades, we’ve witnessed a near 300% increase in the number of CDC recommended vaccines.

Now, we have companies like Pfizer turning out a vaccine that was developed and approved in only eight months and they had absolutely zero incentive to devote resources to the in depth study of its safety. In fact, as we reported, the British Medical Journal published an incendiary report exposing faked data, blind trial failures, poorly trained vaccinators, and a slow follow-up on adverse reactions in the phase-three trial of Pfizer’s Covid jab.

Seems like a company who has no worry of liability, doesn’t it?

The NVICP doesn’t go far enough for Pfizer, however, and with the Emergency Use Authorization of its product last year, an entirely new form of immunity was rolled out. If you are injured by one of the COVID-19 jabs, you don’t get to use the NVICP because no COVID-19 vaccine is on their list of “covered vaccines.”

Instead, last year under Donald Trump, then Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP). The 2005 law empowers the HHS secretary to provide legal protection to companies making or distributing critical medical supplies, such as vaccines and treatments, unless there’s “willful misconduct” by the company. The protection lasts until 2024.

The company said its priority is “protecting their patients” and they did that by firing healthcare workers.

CBS Boston reported:

About 200 UMass Memorial Health employees are out of a job because they missed the health care system’s COVID vaccination deadline.

UMass Memorial announced the mandate over the summer with a deadline to get vaccinated or receive an exemption by November 1.

Employees were let go on December 1 if they did not get the vaccine.

The hospital said it hoped everyone would get their shots, but the priority is protecting patients and other caregivers.

According to Business Insider the SEC has requested documents about “meetings of the partner company’s board of directors, “policies and procedures relating to trading,” identification of certain investors, and copies of communication between the partner company and Trump’s new organization.”

Donald Trump’s new social media company forecasts it may have 81 million users by 2026, or nearly 7 million more people than voted for him in the last U.S. presidential election.

The projection was filed on Monday with securities regulators by the company trying to bring Trump Media & Technology Group to the stock market. The company, Digital World Acquisition Corp., said over the weekend that it has lined up $1 billion in promised investments for the former president’s new venture from a group of unnamed institutional investors, and it filed a copy of the presentation used to pitch investors and analysts.

The filing also said that the deal has attracted some scrutiny from regulators. Digital World Acquisition, which is often referred to by its trading symbol of “DWAC,” said it is cooperating with “the preliminary, fact-finding inquiries” by the Financial Industry Regulation Authority and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Financial Industry Regulation Authority, or FINRA, asked in late October and early November for a review of trading in its stock before the Oct. 20 merger deal was announced. That announcement sent shares of DWAC surging from $9.96 to $94.20 in just two days as Trump supporters and investors looking to make a quick buck piled in. The shares have since pulled back to roughly $43.

A German registry established in March 2020, shows 1.5 million German children or adolescents were infected with Sars-Cov-2 between March 2020 and May 2021.

Not a single healthy child died from the virus.

The probability of a healthy child requiring intensive care for COVID were about 1 in 50,000, researchers at Cold Sring Harbor Laboratory concluded in a study published to the medRxiv prepping server on Monday.

The odds of children 12 and older requiring intensive care for Covid were 1 in 8,o00.

“Overall, the SARS-CoV-2-associated burden of a severe disease course or death in children and adolescents is low. This seems particularly the case for 5-11-year-old children without comorbidities,” the study notes.

While no healthy children died from the coronavirus in Germany, 14 Germans under the age of 18 with serious preexisting conditions died of Covid during the 15 month time period.

Former New York Times journalist Alex Berenson called attention to the study, warning, “If you let your healthy child or teenager receive the mRNA Covid vaccine, you are insane.”

“Given the known risks of vaccine-induced myocarditis in young men, the fact that Pfizer tested its mRNA vaccines on barely 3,000 children 5-11 and followed most of them for only weeks after the second dose, the German data again raises the question of how health authorities can possibly justify encouraging children or teenagers to be vaccinated,” he wrote. “But they have.”

More people have died or suffered from Covid 19 vaccines than any other vaccine in recorded history, according to the CDC’s own data.

As of Nov. 26, 19,943 people have died from receiving the experimental mRNA vaccine in 2021, while 605 people died of vaccines prior to the administration of the gene-modifying Covid inoculation.

According to VAERS, 1,782,451 are suffering from adverse side effects after receiving the vaccine.

On Sunday, GOP Senator Ron Johnson slammed Dr. Anthony Fauci for his disastrous COVID response and for sabotaging early treatment using cheap, available, generic drugs.

“I ask a simple question, did Dr. Fauci’s response to COVID-19 work? 788,000 lives lost, many because he ignored and sabotaged early treatment using cheap, available, generic drugs in favor of a vaccine that is not as safe or effective as we all hoped it would be,” he wrote on Twitter.

This past year, there have been numerous reports on the effects of hydroxychloroquine in treating the COVID-19 virus.

There have now been 67 Ivermectin COVID-19 controlled studies that show a 67% improvement in COVID patients.

There have been 298 Hydroxychloroquine studies that show a 64% improvement in patients for COVID-19 patients.

Despite the science, Dr. Anthony Fauci and the medical elites have blocked the use of these effective treatments for coronavirus patients.

Instead, Dr. Fauci is promoting the ineffective, unsafe and totally experimental COVID vaccines. .....

Today’s Google Doodle is celebrating one of the world’s most popular foods – pizza.

The interactive Doodle tasks you with slicing up a range of pizzas, from classics like margherita and pepperoni to more off the board choices, like Hawaiian and teriyaki mayonnaise.

Why is there a pizza Google Doodle?

Google says: “Today’s interactive Doodle celebrates one of the world’s most popular dishes – pizza! On this day in 2007, the culinary art of Neapolitan ‘pizzaiuolo’ was inscribed on the Unesco Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

“This pizza puzzle game features a few of the most beloved pizza toppings from all over the world and challenges you to slice based on the type of pizza ordered. But keep a close eye on the requested toppings and number of slices—the more accurate the order, the more stars you earn!

“Although flatbread with toppings has been consumed for centuries in ancient civilisations from Egypt to Rome, the southwestern Italian city of Naples is widely credited as the birthplace of the pizza known today (dough layered with tomatoes and cheese) in the late 1700s. It’s here that the story of pizza begins: one that is baked together with centuries of global migration, economic development, and technological evolution.

“Today, an estimated five billion pizzas (350 slices per second in the US alone) are consumed internationally each year. No matter how you slice it, pizza is here to stay!”

The Doodle makes you use your mouse to slice up a virtual pizza, and you get stars depending on how well you follow the instructions.

What is a ‘Pizzaiuolo’?

A pizzaiuolo is the Italian name for a specialist pizza chef.

Unesco explains: “The art of the Neapolitan ‘Pizzaiuolo’ is a culinary practice comprising four different phases relating to the preparation of the dough and its baking in a wood-fired oven, involving a rotatory movement by the baker.

“The element originates in Naples, the capital of the Campania region, where about 3,000 Pizzaiuoli now live and perform.

“Pizzaiuoli are a living link for the communities concerned. There are three primary categories of bearers – the master pizzaiuolo, the pizzaiuolo and the baker – as well as the families in Naples who reproduce the art in their own homes.”
