Trump Issues Emergency Declaration In Washington DC
US President Donald Trump has issued an emergency declaration for the national capital here ahead of his successor Joe Biden's inauguration on January 20, amidst threat perception to the event by federal agencies.
In a statement on Monday, the White House said the President's action authorises the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to coordinate relief efforts to alleviate the hardship and suffering caused by the emergency on the local population.

General Order No. 1 for the surrender of Japan was prepared by the United States Joint Chiefs of Staff and approved by President Harry Truman on August 17, 1945.
It was issued by General Douglas MacArthur to the representative of the Empire of Japan following the surrender of Japan, and then issued by Japanese Imperial General Headquarters to the forces of the Empire of Japan on 2 September 1945.[1] It instructed Japanese forces to surrender to designated Allied commanders, reveal all current military deployments, and preserve military equipment for later disarmament.[2] It also specified the occupation of Japan and Japanese-controlled areas by forces of the Allied Powers.
It also had the effect of leading to the eventual division of Korea at the 38th Parallel in that Japanese forces to the north of this parallel were ordered to surrender to the Commander in Chief of Soviet Forces in the Far East, and those to the south were directed to surrender to the Commander in Chief, U.S. Army Forces in the Pacific, in accordance with Section 1, paragraphs (b) and (e), respectively.

No, maritime law doesn't "apply" in space per se, as there is still to this day disagreements on what constitutes air and space(I could be missing more modern definitions just going off wht I remember), there were some quickly made UN treaties during the 60s space race that probably need to be reformed. There also were older ones in regards to "air space" above each country's physical borders circa the 40s. It is interesting that Trump did place Space Force under the Department of the Air Force. Had they been put under the Navy, they would have been potentially subject to Maritime Law out the door. Currently the only real laws regard the moon. But the decision of what becomes law, has to do with who becomes the dominant force. Effectively we need to have that dominance in order for our own presence and future return to a Republic and Constitutional Govt with common law, vs Civil law and Maritime Law.

In 1801, the land, formerly part of Maryland and Virginia (including the settlements of Georgetown and Alexandria), officially became recognized as the federal district. In 1846, Congress returned the land originally ceded by Virginia, including the city of Alexandria; in 1871, it created a single municipal government for the remaining portion of the district.

The bill submitted for this pur- pose by the select committee was adopted by both houses of Congress and became law on June 20, 1874.
The existing government was abolished. Governor, secretary, legislative assembly, and board of public works disappeared; the delegate in the House of Bepresentatives was withdrawn, but the delegate then serving was permitted to continue for the term for which he had been elected. Three commissioners, appointed by the President of the United States were vested with all powers formerly exercised by the governor and board of public works, but were strictly forbidden to make any contract or incur any obligation "other than such contracts and obligations as may be necessary to the faithful administration of the valid laws enacted for the government of said District, to the execution of existing legal obligations and contracts, and to the protection or preservation of improvements existing, or commenced and not completed at the time of the passage of this act."

However, the post was flagged by Facebook for giving false information.
A Korean-American, David Cho is the Secret Service agent leading the presidential detail of President Biden. According to Washington Post, David Cho, known as a perfectionist supervisor, rose to become the second-in-command of the protective detail during the Trump administration.
Cho was awarded the Department of Homeland Security's gold medal for exceptional service in 2019 for his negotiations with North Korean officials to arrange security for Trump's historic visit there, while still overseeing security planning at the White House complex, reported the outlet.

On Monday, President Donald Trump signed a new executive order to help protect law enforcement, judges, prosecutors, and their families. In the comments, President Donald Trump said that the federal government could do more to protect these groups and make it easier for them to protect themselves with a concealed carry firearm.
Some of the text to open the executive order is below.
Under the Constitution and Federal law, our Government vests in judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers the power to make decisions of enormous consequence. Because of the importance of their work, these public servants face unique risks to their safety and the safety of their families. Some who face or have received an adverse judicial decision have sought to intimidate or punish judges and prosecutors with threats of harm. Moreover, judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers are symbols within our communities of law and order and may be targeted for that reason alone. And at times, family members of public servants have become victims.
Accordingly, I am ordering enhanced protections for judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers. Federal law already allows Federal and State law enforcement officers to protect themselves by carrying a concealed firearm, but the Federal Government can do more to cut the red tape that Federal law enforcement officers must navigate to exercise their right.

So it is no surprise that this corrupt agency is advertising on billboards across the country insinuating the Capital protests a few weeks ago the most egregious act since 9-11. The above billboard was in Florida. Others have been reported across the country. Syracuse. com reports:
The FBI has put up a billboard on Interstate 690 near Syracuse as part of a national campaign to identify those involved in the Jan. 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol.
The billboard, which went up Friday near the interchange of I-690 and the New York State Thruway in the town of Geddes, asks passing motorists to call or leave an online tip identifying people who participated in the insurrection that resulted in five deaths.
What the above report does not tell you is that one policeman who is included in the death count at the Capitol died the next day of natural causes. The remaining individuals were innocent Trump supporters who we still don’t have much information on how they died. One Trump supporter was shot dead by a Capitol policeman whose name has remained hidden. This is believed to be because of his suspected prior allegiances to BLM.
Instead of investigating how the individuals died during the event, of why the Mayor of DC didn’t call for more help ahead of time, the FBI is producing billboards sharing Democrat talking points that Trump and his supporters are violent. This is despite ample evidence that the violent actions on January 6th in DC were committed by Antifa goons who inserted themselves in the event.
The FBI will never report this. They to date haven’t investigated much related to BLM or Antifa for the billions in losses and multiple deaths in 2020 related to their riots.
The FBI is a broken agency and it shows when it resorts to advertising lies insinuating President Trump and his followers are violent while Hillary, BLM and Antifa are given a pass.

Biden’s cheerleaders can be forgiven their victory lap on inauguration day. But Biden will be in charge for four years. If the media can’t be bothered to hound him like they did Trump, his administration will have carte blanche to impose whatever agenda it wants, while the press returns to its Obama-era cooing and mooing. How many Americans think Barack Obama’s tenure was “scandal free” despite seven foreign wars, the crushing of whistleblowers, gun-running and political spying? A significant number likely still do because the media was willingly asleep at the wheel for eight years.
And that’s the optimistic take. An infinitely more dangerous –and equally realistic– prediction is that the media will become a PR shop for the national security state.
Make no mistake about it, domestic repression is coming. The Capitol Hill riot has been milked for all its worth. Those who took part in what essentially was a goofy game of right-wing dress-up have been labeled “domestic terrorists” by Biden, with the mainstream media extending that description to Trump’s supporters as a whole. At least five people are dead after a large fire broke out at the site of the world’s largest vaccine producer located in western India Thursday.
Images from Reuters partner ANI showed black smoke coming from a building which was still under construction at the Serum Institute of India’s facilities in Pune. The fire was brought under control, but officials later announced five people had died.
Serum Institute of India has been contracted to produce about 50 million doses a month of vaccine developed by Oxford University and Astrazeneca at other facilities on the company’s complex. In an interview with The Associated Press last month, Poonawalla said he’s aiming to increase production from 1.5 billion doses to 2.5 billion annually by the end of 2021. The facility under construction was part of the expansion, but Poonawalla said the fire will not affect production of the vaccine, known locally as Covishield.
“I would like to reassure all governments & the public that there would be no loss of #COVISHIELD production due to multiple production buildings that I had kept in reserve to deal with such contingencies at @SerumInstIndia,” he tweeted.

As the newly elected racially diverse gift to the prison industrial complex duo assumes their respective thrones in the nation’s capitol, they can take solace in the fact that the mainstream media will be salivating over them as they take the torch from Trump and continue America’s worst policies.
The new face of the fascist American war machine has shifted from an R-rated orange baby and his sycophant dogmatic underling to a G-rated biracial team of woke warriors, ready to fulfil their roles by dropping hellfire missiles on hospitals and brown children from drones painted with BLM and LGBTQ flags.

MSNBC’s Eddie Glaude took a break this week while blaming Trump supporters for the 400,000 dead from COVID-19 and broke out in tears, literally comparing the new dynamic duo to God, citing Psalm 147:3.

After MSNBC compared Biden to God, CNN did it too, claiming the lights around the reflecting pool for the COVID-19 victim memorial were like “extensions of Joe Biden’s arms embracing America.”
Make no mistake, when mainstream media repeats this rubbish propaganda enough times, Boobus Americanus will start to believe it. Most Americans will go back to sleep and continue to unquestioningly support the US government’s worst and most murderous foreign policies.
When the corporate press says “things will be different under a Biden presidency” rest assured that what they really mean is “we will be different under a Biden presidency,” and it has already started.
This was the exact play by the corporate media under Trump’s presidency as well, except the leftist media roasted the president every chance they got instead of worshiping him. Trump left the Biden administration 2,500 troops in Afghanistan, deal calls for full US pull-out by Spring 2021
Joe Biden’s nominee for secretary of state, Anthony Blinken, said at a Senate confirmation hearing on Tuesday that the new administration will “thoroughly assess” the US-Taliban peace deal that was signed in February 2020.
The deal calls for a full US withdrawal from Afghanistan by the Spring of this year. The Trump administration left 2,500 troops and over 18,000 Pentagon contractors in the country for the Biden administration.
“We have to look carefully at what has actually been negotiated. I haven’t been privy to it yet,” Blinken said. “We must thoroughly assess the US-Taliban peace agreement, I still do not know the details of this agreement.”
The details of the deal that have been released to the public call for intra-Afghan talks between the US-backed government and the Taliban. The talks have been struggling but are still taking place in Doha. The Taliban also agreed to not allow groups like al-Qaeda and ISIS from gaining a foothold in Afghanistan, and pledged not to attack US forces.
It’s not clear if President Biden will go through with the complete withdrawal, and there are excuses he could find to stay, like the struggling talks and ongoing violence. He has previously said that he favors leaving a small counterterrorism force in Afghanistan, something Blinken hinted at in his comments.
“We want to end this so-called forever war. We want to bring our forces home. We want to retain some capacity to deal with any resurgence of terrorism, which is what brought us there in the first place,” Blinken said.
