Brisbane campaigners oppose medical apartheid in march to QLD government HQ

A group of pro-choice campaigners have taken to the streets of Brisbane’s CBD today, protesting against incoming restrictions for the unvaccinated on December 17.

The crowd held signs rejecting “medical apartheid” and “coercion”.

One protester was seen waving an Australian flag upside down, and another held aloft a Eureka flag, while the action prompted the next-door Queensland Parliament to lock its gates.

Some protesters stood at Parliament fence and shouted: “stop protecting the paedophiles”.

Triccy Triddy, event organiser, read from a prepared statement calling on the government to drop its plans to bar unvaccinated people from dining in at cafes and attending live music events after December 17, or once the state hits an 80 per cent ‘full vaccination’ rate.

During the march, the group stopped outside the government HQ on William Street, hoping to speak to Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk. The crowd began booing when it became clear she would not meet with the crowd, before the motto “you serve us” was chanted in unison.

A jury has found Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty on all counts in his murder trial connected to the shootings of three people during unrest in Kenosha during the summer of 2020.

The decision comes on the fourth day of deliberations as jurors weighed charges against Rittenhouse in his murder trial, aiming to determine whether he was the instigator of a night of bloodshed in Kenosha or a concerned citizen who came under attack while trying to protect property.

The jury of 12 had deliberated for three full days without reaching a decision.

Rittenhouse, 18, is on trial for killing two men and wounding a third with a rifle during a turbulent night of protests that erupted in Kenosha in the summer of 2020 after a Black man, Jacob Blake, was shot by a white police officer. Rittenhouse said he acted in self-defense, while the prosecution argued he instigated the bloodshed.

Even as the jury weighed the evidence, two mistrial requests from the defense hung over the case, with the potential to upend the verdict if the panel were to convict Rittenhouse. One of those requests asks the judge to go even further and bar prosecutors from retrying him.

Rittenhouse, 18, faces life in prison if convicted on the most serious charge for using an AR-style semi-automatic rifle to kill two men and wound a third during a night of protests against racial injustice in Kenosha in the summer of 2020. The former police youth cadet is white, as were those he shot.

Debate Spurs Outside Kenosha Courthouse Amid Rittenhouse Deliberations

Rittenhouse testified he acted in self-defense, while prosecutors argued he provoked the violence. The case has become a flashpoint in the U.S. debate over guns, racial-justice protests, vigilantism and law and order.

The jury appeared to be overwhelmingly white. Prospective jurors were not asked to identify their race during the selection process, and the court did not provide a racial breakdown.

Rittenhouse was 17 when he went to Kenosha from his home in Antioch, Illinois, in what he said was an effort to protect property from rioters in the days after a Black man, Jacob Blake, was shot by a white Kenosha police officer.

In a fast-moving series of clashes in the streets, Rittenhouse shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, and wounded Gaige Grosskreutz, now 28.

During closing arguments Monday, prosecutor Thomas Binger said that Rittenhouse was a “wannabe soldier” who set the deadly chain of events in motion by bringing a rifle to a protest and pointing it at protesters just before he was chased.

But Rittenhouse lawyer Mark Richards countered that Rittenhouse was ambushed by a “crazy person” — Rosenbaum.

Rittenhouse Judge Defends Rulings, Decisions That Sparked Media Coverage During Trial

Rittenhouse testified that Rosenbaum chased him down and made a grab for his rifle, causing him to fear the weapon was going to be used against him. His account of Rosenbaum’s behavior was largely corroborated by video and some of the prosecution’s own witnesses.

As for Huber, he was gunned down after he was seen on video hitting Rittenhouse with a skateboard. And Grosskreutz admitted he had his own gun pointed at Rittenhouse when he was shot.

In his instructions to the jury, Schroeder said that to accept Rittenhouse’s claim of self-defense, the jurors must find that he believed there was an unlawful threat to him and that the amount of force he used was reasonable and necessary.

European Medicines Agency Data Shows 1,163,356 Adverse Drug Reactions and 30,551 Fatalities by COVID-19 Vaccinations

The official European Union database of suspected drug reaction website is now reporting 30,551 fatalities and 1,163,356 from COVID vaccines Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson, and AztraZeneca through November 13, 2021 based on the data submitted to its system.

According to European Medicines Agency, an official website of the European Union, the data of adverse reaction from COVID-19 vaccines were posted in ADRreports.eu portal that “allows users to view the total number of individual suspected side effect reports (also known as Individual Case Safety Reports, or ICSRs).”

All the data shown in the website and individual case report forms were taken from EudraVigilance, “a system designed for collecting reports of suspected side effects, used for evaluating the benefits and risks of medicines during their development and monitoring their safety following their authorization in the European Economic Area (EEA).”

The information were submitted electronically to EudraVigilance by “national medicines regulatory authorities and by pharmaceutical companies that hold marketing authorisations (licences) for the medicines.”

Pharmaceutical companies that hold the marketing authorisation of a medicine, as well as medicines regulatory authorities in the EEA, are legally required to submit reports of suspected side effects to EudraVigilance. This includes reports received from healthcare professionals and patients. This excludes non-serious side effects occurring outside the EEA.

The web report does not include reports from studies (e.g. clinical trial, non-interventional study) or other types of reports (i.e. only spontaneous reports).

A side effect is classified as ‘serious’ if it (i) results in death, (ii) is life-threatening, (iii) requires hospitalisation or prolongation of existing hospitalisation, (iv) results in persistent or significant disability/incapacity (as per reporter’s opinion), (v) is a congenital anomaly/birth defect, or (vi) results in some other medically important conditions.

A report from Health Impact News mentioned that the database maintained at EudraVigilance is only for countries in Europe who are part of the European Union (EU), which comprises 27 countries. That means, adverse reaction from the COVID vaccines would be much higher if we include all countries in Europe.

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said Friday that Israel will begin to vaccinate children aged 5-11 starting Tuesday, after a delivery of kids-sized Pfizer-BioNTech doses had been delayed by a week.

“I know there is a certain sensitivity around this matter. There are a lot of people who are afraid to vaccinate children, and they are not necessarily ‘anti-vaxxers’ or those who buy into conspiracy theories,” Bennett wrote in a lengthy Facebook post.

“My answer to these concerns: Total transparency,” he said.

“We will reveal all the… scientific information to you, the parents — and you will make a decision,” Bennett added.

On Wednesday, the Health Ministry notified the country’s health management organizations that the delivery of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines for children, which had been scheduled to arrive the previous evening, would not reach the country until next week.

The Health Ministry was still waiting for an explanation for the delay, the Kan public broadcaster said.

According to Hebrew media reports Friday, the first shipment with hundreds of thousands of doses will arrive Sunday.

When the adult doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech shots were first approved for use last year, Israel secured a place high on the list of receiving countries, with then-prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu personally negotiating deals with the company’s CEO.

Vaccination with two shots and a follow-up booster is already available to all those aged 12 and up in Israel.

The Israeli approval of the shot for children came days after the United States Food and Drug Administration granted the vaccine authorization for the 5-11 age group. So far, more than 2.6 million children in the US have been given the shots.

In Israel, 6,263,415 people have so far received a first vaccine dose and 5,761,459 have received two doses. Of those, 4,038,711 people have been administered a third booster shot, Health Ministry data showed on Friday.

Meanwhile, the reproduction rate (R-number) rose on Friday to 1, indicating the virus is again spreading, even as serious cases continue to wane.

Since testing positive, 78 residents and staff have recovered.

A nursing home in Connecticut has caused national concern after 89 residents and staff tested positive for coronavirus; 87 of the infected were fully vaccinated and 8 died. The outbreak began at the Geer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in North Canaan, Connecticut in late September.

The eight individuals who died had “serious underlying health issues.” 78 residents and staff have recovered since the outbreak began. “We are encouraged to see only 3 active cases of covid-19 remaining within our nursing home. Of the total 67 residents affected over the course of this outbreak, 56 are fully recovered and off isolation. Sadly, we have lost 8 individuals with serious underlying health issues to Covid” said CEO Kevin O’Connell.

Because 87 of the 89 were fully vaccinated individuals, leaders are “obviously concerned we experienced some level of waning immunity.” O’Connell said they had boosters scheduled for November 2, but the outbreak pushed it back.

“We’re following the guidance of the Department of Health…and they do not recommend providing booster to anybody with active infections for 14 days after the outbreak,” said O’Connell. Therefore no booster shots can be made available until there are no new positive cases for two full weeks.

The CDC currently recommends that all individuals, 18 and older, who live in long-term care facilities, receive a COVID-19 booster shot, given the fact that residents are likely to live closely together, and are often older adults with underlying medical conditions, which cause them to be at “increased risk of infection and severe illness from COVID-19.”

Officials from the home said over the weekend, “We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates for residents, staff, families and community stakeholders as the situation changes.”

Moderna, the world’s hottest new Big Pharma giant, now has four of its top players sitting on the annual Forbes list of America’s 400 richest. In early 2020, Moderna had none.

Moderna’s Forbes 400 billionaire quartet owes its current good fortune completely to the company’s Covid-19 vaccine. And who made that vaccine possible? U.S. taxpayers. Moderna’s Covid vaccine, as Public Citizen research director Zain Rivzi puts it, “would not exist without the massive contribution of the federal government at every step of the way.”

The Biden administration’s chief science officer for the Covid response, David Kessler, calculates that the federal tax dollars handed to Moderna for vaccine development, testing, and initial manufacture total about $10 billion. And that figure doesn’t include the brainpower of the scientists at the U.S. National Institutes of Health who spent four years actively collaborating with Moderna’s researchers.

Moderna has now filed for a patent on the key vaccine breakthrough these scientists helped produce. The company’s patent application makes no mention of the NIH scientists, a snub that could, notes a Wired analysis, have “major ramifications.”

What sort of ramifications? With a patent that gives the federal scientists the credit they deserve, the U.S. government would be able to “license out the technology” for Moderna’s vaccine to “developing countries where vaccination rates remain low.”

But if Moderna gets its way — gets approval for a crucial patent that denies credit to federal NIH scientists — the company’s billionaires would have “sole control” over the Covid vaccine technology that U.S. scientists and tax dollars did so much to create. That control would enable Moderna to continue placing profits ahead of people. Way ahead of people.

Over the course of this year’s first six months alone, Michael Hiltzik of The Los Angeles Times points out, Moderna “pocketed $4 billion in profits on $5.9 billion in revenue, almost entirely from its Covid vaccine, its only product.”

Abstract

COVID-19 vaccines have brought us a ray of hope to effectively fight against deadly pandemic of COVID-19 and hope to save lives. Many vaccines have been granted emergency use authorizations by many countries. Post-authorization, a wide spectrum of neurological complications is continuously being reported following COVID-19 vaccination. Neurological adverse events following vaccination are generally mild and transient, like fever and chills, headache, fatigue, myalgia and arthralgia, or local injection site effects like swelling, redness, or pain. The most devastating neurological post-vaccination complication is cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. Cerebral venous sinus is frequently reported in females of childbearing age, generally following adenovector-based vaccination. Another major neurological complication of concern is Bell’s palsy that was reported dominantly following mRNA vaccine administration. Acute transverse myelitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, and acute demyelinating polyneuropathy are other unexpected neurological adverse events that occur as result of phenomenon of molecular mimicry. Reactivation of herpes zoster in many persons, following administration of mRNA vaccines, has been also recorded. Considering the enormity of recent COVID-19-vaccinated population, the number of serious neurological events is miniscule. Large collaborative prospective studies are needed to prove or disprove causal association between vaccine and neurological adverse events occurring vaccination.

Conclusion

Post-authorization, a wide spectrum of serious neurological complications has been reported following COVID-19 vaccination. The most devastating neurological complication is cerebral venous sinus thrombosis that has been reported in females of childbearing age following adenovector-based vaccines. Another major neurological complication of concern is Bell’s palsy that was reported dominantly following mRNA vaccine administration. Transverse myelitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, and Guillain-Barré syndrome are other severe unexpected post-vaccination complications that can occur as result of molecular mimicry and subsequent neuronal damage. Most of other serious neurological complications are reported in either in form of isolated case reports or small cases series. A causal association of these adverse events is controversial; large collaborative prospective studies are needed to prove causality.

Neurological side effects of SARS-CoV-2 vaccinations

Abstract

SARS-CoV-2 and adverse reactions to SARS-CoV-2 vaccinations show a tropism for neuronal structures and tissues. This narrative review was conducted to collect and discuss published data about neurological side effects of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in order to discover type, frequency, treatment, and outcome of these side effects. The most frequent neurological side effects of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines are headache, Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS), venous sinus thrombosis (VST), and transverse myelitis. Other neurological side effects occur in a much lower frequency. Neurological side effects occur with any of the approved vaccines but VST particularly occurs after vaccination with vector-based vaccines. Treatment of these side effects is not at variance from similar conditions due to other causes. The worst outcome of these side effects is associated with VST, why it should not be missed and treated appropriately in due time. In conclusion, safety concerns against SARS-CoV-2 vaccines are backed by an increasing number of studies reporting neurological side effects. The most frequent of them are headache, GBS, VST, and transverse myelitis. Healthcare professionals, particularly neurologists involved in the management of patients having undergone SARS-CoV-2 vaccinations, should be aware of these side effects and should stay vigilant to recognize them early and treat them adequately.

3 RESULTS

Neurological side effects of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines collected from the literature are listed in Table 1. They include headache, Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS), venous sinus thrombosis (VST), transverse myelitis, facial nerve palsy, small fiber neuropathy, newly developing multiple sclerosis, and some others that have been reported only in a few patients (Table 1). By far the most frequent of the neurological adverse reactions to SARS-CoV-2 vaccinations is headache, followed by GBS, VST, and myelitis (Table 1). Neurological side effects develop after any of the commercially available anti-COVID-19 vaccines but myelitis predominantly after application of the AstraZeneca vaccine (AZV).

Alison Nathan, a federal judge for the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, by late morning Thursday had questioned more than 80 jurors about their lives, personal views and knowledge of Maxwell and Epstein. The judge has narrowed the pool down to 58 people and will choose 12 jurors and six alternates on November 29.

On Thursday, Nathan dismissed an unidentified middle-aged man from jury duty because he had met Epstein years ago while working in the finance industry. The middle-aged man said he works as an arbitrator and that a colleague setting up an investment fund introduced him to Epstein.

‘Epstein was an investor in it,’ the man told Nathan. ‘He was one of the larger investors.’

The judge also dismissed a female juror who said she was not sure she could be completely impartial considering what she had heard about the case.

‘I believe the defendant shouldn’t be judged based on Mr Epstein’s actions,’ she said.

The corrupt West Australian bureaucrat at the centre of Australia's single biggest case of public sector fraud has been sentenced to 12 years in jail for masterminding the theft of $27 million of taxpayers' money and using it to fund a lavish lifestyle.

The crimes were committed over an 11-year period

Some of the funds were spent on gambling and racehorses

Paul Ronald Whyte, 58, appeared at the sentencing hearing via video link from Hakea Prison, where he had been held since he was taken into custody.

He was wearing prison greens and appeared to have lost weight during his two years behind bars.

Whyte will have to serve 10 years behind bars before he is eligible for parole, and with time already served, he will first be able to be released in 2029.

He committed his crimes over 11 years while he was one of WA's top public servants in the state government department that looks after public housing.

But instead of ensuring that the state's most vulnerable people had access to a roof over their heads, he siphoned millions of dollars into his own accounts and used it to live beyond his means, including buying a riverside mansion and extravagant betting.

The funds were taken through an elaborate fake invoice scheme, which involved three shell companies — with no workforce or employees — repeatedly submitting false invoices to Whyte's department.

The companies were not listed as official state government contractors, but the invoices — for various sums — were paid after being approved by Whyte, whose job it was to oversee the department's corporate operations.

The funds were paid into accounts that Whyte had access to and spent on an extravagant lifestyle that was well beyond the means of what his public service salary would have allowed.

Are James J. Morrison and Irene Byon just MSNBC's next Ben Collins and Brandy Zadrozny?

MSNBC is in some hot water after someone who was allegedly sent by one of the network’s producers reportedly got arrested while following the bus carrying the jury for the Kyle Rittenhouse trial and was suspected of trying to photograph them. The judge has since banned MSNBC from the courtroom for the rest of the trial.

The man, who reportedly identified himself as James J. Morrison and said he was instructed to follow the jury by MSNBC’s Irene Byon, was pulled over and issued citations for running a red light. Police say that although they suspected he was attempting to take pictures, he didn’t obtain any photographs of the jury. NBC tried to run damage control and issued a statement saying he “never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them.”

But why would Morrison run a red light behind the bus if not to make sure he didn’t lose it? And why was Morrison following the jury if not to photograph or contact them?

The investigation is still open, so we don’t know the whole story, but the situation stinks of foul play: of jury tampering, obstruction of justice, and potential jury intimidation or doxxing.

Not only would this be consistent with the posture of the rest of the corporate press, which has made it their mission to adopt and amplify the prosecutors’ talking points, but it would also fit into NBC’s gross track record of doxxing regular people by digging up their personal and private information and using it against them. What better way to ensure the left’s preferred outcome of a high-profile, politicized trial than by making sure the jury knows that the media know who they are and where they are — and reminding them that the media have the power to let the rest of the world know too?

Perhaps the most notable example of this doxxing habit is NBC’s so-called “disinformation” reporter Brandy Zadrozny (NBC News and MSNBC are both a part of NBCUniversal, a subsidiary of Comcast). While Zadrozny has devoted much of her attention to QAnon, it seems her overall objective is to flag online information she doesn’t like to get it censored.

The Clinton campaign is attempting once again to sweep important questions under the rug about top aide Huma Abedin, her family ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and to Saudi Arabia, and her role in the ballooning Clinton email scandal.

The Clinton surrogate group Media Matters claimed predictably there was “no evidence” that Ms. Abedin or her family had ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, and that Trump campaign staffers who spoke of these ties were conspiracy theorists.

To debunk the evidence, Media Matters pointed to a Snopes.com “fact-check” piece that cited as its sole source… Senator John McCain. This is the same John McCain who met Libyan militia leader Abdelkarim Belhaj, a known al Qaeda associate, and saluted him as “my hero” during a 2011 visit to Benghazi.

Mike Lindell announces election lawsuit will be brought to Supreme Court on November 23

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell announced that multiple state attorneys general will bring an election fraud lawsuit before the United States Supreme Court on Tuesday, Nov. 23.

Lindell told RSBN in September that he planned to bring the case before the nation’s highest court by Thanksgiving, hoping that the court would then completely nullify the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Mike Lindell stated that he hopes the U.S. Supreme Court nullifies the results of the 2020 presidential election, hoping that the court ousts President Joe Biden from the White House and reinstate President Donald Trump.

Lindell revealed that rather than suing on behalf of himself, the states involved in the lawsuit will be considered “plaintiffs,” and he wanted as many state attorneys general as possible involved in the lawsuit to put pressure on the court.

According to the MyPillow CEO, at least six state attorneys general are on board with the lawsuit, although he said that he could possibly get support from as many as 30. Lindell also explained that he would not reveal the names of those attorneys general currently on board because he feared they would be attacked by the news media.

Lindell told the HuffPost earlier this month that all of the attorneys general would sign the lawsuit together on November 23 before officially filing it with the U.S. Supreme Court at 9:00 a.m. Lindell told RSBN that he believed the court would vote unanimously to examine at the lawsuit.

“I believe it’ll be voted nine to zero—that they’re going to vote to look at it,” Lindell told RSBN. “If we don’t get rid of these [Dominion Voting Systems] machines and fix 2020 first, we don’t ever have another election again.”

The U.S. Supreme Court had previously rejected a lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in December of 2020 after he called for the court to invalidate the election results from Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, which reportedly made last-minute changes to their election laws, citing the pandemic, violating their constitutions. The Supreme Court tossed out the lawsuit, citing that Texas did not have legal standing to challenge election protocols from other states.

If the Supreme Court strikes down his lawsuit, Lindell told RSBN that he had other lawsuits lined up that he would announce shortly after the court’s decision.

Do you get a decently stocked minibar when you book the Royal Penthouse, the finest suite at the Corinthia Hotel, just a step from London’s Trafalgar Square? Don’t be daft.

There’s nothing mini about the full-sized bar that comes as part of the package. It’s stocked with the finest cognac and champagne. Oh, and the suite also has its own wine cellar should you require a specific tipple.

The scale of the place becomes apparent when your personal butler points out the internal lift that whisks you between floors. Yes, floors, plural.

So how much bang do you get for your buck in a place like this? Well, for starters you get four bedrooms, a dining room that seats ten, an office where there are not one but three TV screens on the wall (hotel manager Thomas Kochs suggests guests who stay here like to keep up with the stock markets) and your own private spa.

The main bathroom has a bath the size of a plunge pool and the surfaces are fashioned from honey onyx and Skyros marble. And suffice to say none of the furnishings have been sourced in Ikea.

Every piece in these rooms has been hand made. The dining table is Makassar ebony, the bed frames are walnut, and the expansive bookshelves are leather-lined. Oak parquet floors run throughout, and bouquets of fresh flowers are everywhere.

So, what does it cost to stay in a place like this? Well, this suite will set you back £22,000 a night. Blimey! Can anyone afford to stay more than one night? ‘One client stayed for six months,’ says Mr Kochs, deadpan.

It’s jaw-dropping to see such wealth close up. The Corinthia is the latest of the big London hotels to open its doors for the fly-on-the-wall documentary treatment.

Award-winning filmmaker Jane Treays, the woman behind the hugely successful series on Claridges (in which Mr Kochs, then the general manager at that hotel, became the break-out star) who has also made films on the Queen and the Duchess of Cornwall, was the obvious choice to direct the two-part production.

So did she get to stay in the Royal Penthouse for the duration of filming? Alas no. ‘I didn’t stay in the hotel at all,’ she says, ‘although we were there for filming a few times in the middle of the night. There is something quite lovely about that, when all is still.’

Still-ish. The silence in this hotel is regularly broken by the arrival of the room service trolley.

Who knew that guests here can order thousands of pounds worth of room service food at a time – and in the middle of the night? Middle Eastern guests like to eat during the night, we are told.

Some guests can’t find a thing they like even on the copious menu, and there’s an eyebrow-raising sequence where a celebrity guest (we are not told who) asks reception staff to arrange a takeaway from one of the capital’s leading restaurants.

No matter that the establishment doesn’t do takeaways – it does on this occasion, rather proving the adage that the guest is always right.

Kyle Rittenhouse may have been acquitted by a jury of his peers in the shootings of three men who were attacking him during the riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin last year, but those who’ve spent the past year demonizing the teen as a white supremacist, racist, insurrectionist aren’t just going to accept that verdict. They’ve got too much invested in that narrative to do anything like that. Instead, far-Left pundits like Joy-Ann Reid are already railing against the injustice of the justice system.

If that was actually true, the case never would have gone to the jury to begin with. Judge Bruce Schroeder had every reason to grant a mistrial based on the prosecution’s behavior, but he didn’t do so. Instead, he handed the case over to the jurors, and even during deliberations let them view the drone footage that defense attorneys had objected to.

A more accurate statement would be that pundits like Reid were part of the prosecution’s effort to convict Rittenhouse, but honestly the media was doing that before Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger had even filed charges. MSNBC has been one of the worst offenders, including the stunt pulled by an NBC News reporter that ended up with the network barred from the Kenosha County Courthouse on Thursday.

The multimillionaire founder of a software company that employs Princess Beatrice stepped down last night after a female member of staff accused him of attacking her in harrowing testimony to the US Congress.

Beatrice is now facing calls to follow David Cameron - who has quit as an adviser to the firm - and resign from her role as vice president of strategy and partnerships after the allegations emerged.

Prince Andrew’s eldest daughter, 33, is vice president of strategy and partnerships at Afiniti, where boss Zia Chisti, 50, has been accused of pressuring a female employee into sex, and allegedly beating her during a sexual encounter.

Former employee Tatiana Spottiswoode, 28, has claimed that Mr Chishti effectively groomed her when she was 21 and then pressured her into sex and assaulted her, leaving her with cuts and bruises and symptoms of concussion.

She gave evidence about the alleged attack to the US Congress and submitted photographs of her injuries.

Brian Kemp says some audited results from state's largest county are "inconsistent" and erroneous. One count of 950 votes for Biden actually appears to be just 92.

In a rare act for a state chief executive, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp has referred the audited November 2020 election results in the state's largest voting metropolis to the State Election Board after multiple reviews found significant problems with absentee ballot counting that included duplicate tallies, math errors and transposed data.

Kemp referred Fulton County's risk-limiting audit results this week to election regulators, saying he was not asking for any changes to the declaration that Joe Biden beat Donald Trump but was alarmed by the level of sloppy vote counting in the county that includes the city of Atlanta.

The errors could have skewed the audit totals reported to the state by several thousand votes, according to a 36-item summary Kemp included with his letter. Biden was declared the state's winner by about 12,000 votes.

Kemp's referral comes several months after a Just the News investigative report first raised questions about the audited election tallies Fulton County reported to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office after conducting a hand count known a risk-limiting audit.

Just the News reported the tally sheets Fulton County used for the audit/recount absentee ballots did not match totals from ballot images, in some cases appeared to include duplicate counts, and used batch numbers that did not correspond to existing ballot stacks.

A separate review conducted by Georgia lawyer Bob Cheeley, likewise, found irregularities this summer.

The referral to the State Elections Board is likely to add fuel to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's push to place Fulton County elections into state receivership, meaning state officials and not county workers would supervise the next few elections.

UK Announces Deal To Sell Warships To Kiev, Raising Tensions In Black Sea

Tensions on the rise in the Black Sea. London recently announced that it will be selling warships to Ukraine. The vessels would be allocated in the Black Sea region. The possible deal belies a previous announcement by the British government that it would not sell arms to Ukraine and increases regional frictions between Ukraine, NATO, and Russia. The presence of modern and equipped Western ships in that area will generate a new escalation of instability, unnecessarily undermining international peace.

In a statement this week, UK Defense Secretary Ben Wallace gave a positive signal for heavy weapons sales to Ukraine. The equipment to be traded would be focused on modern warships with high destruction power. The aim is to significantly increase Ukrainian naval power amid a regional context of tensions in the Black Sea. To that end, the British secretary also said that Kiev could pay for the ships using the amount received from the loan taken by the Ukrainian government as part of a trade agreement signed between the two countries in early November. As there is a mutual geostrategic interest in this deal – given the UK’s ambitions to weaken Russian presence in Eastern Europe – there appears to be little concern on the part of the British over how the debt generated by this deal will be paid off.

According to the data released so far, the sale includes the negotiation of two mine countermeasure ships and the joint production of eight warships with missiles, as well as a new frigate. Possible aid from London to Kiev for the construction of a naval infrastructure platform, with the modernization of the weapons systems of current Ukrainian ships, is also being negotiated.

Both Ben Wallace and his Ukrainian counterpart Oleksii Reznikov, commenting on the case, emphasized the fact that the agreement is aimed against Russia, which makes the project a real open affront to the stability of Russia-Ukraine and Russia-West relations. However, in a joint statement, they both tried to be delicate in their words and said the aim was not to make the UK and Ukraine adversary to Russia, but that the move comes amid concerns about Russia’s presence in the border region: “Our governments have no desire to be adversarial, or seek in any way to strategically encircle or undermine the Russian Federation (…) We are concerned by Russia’s military build-up and activity around the borders of Ukraine”.

Following the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse, who plead self-defense in the fatal shooting of two men and wounding of a third during a night of protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in August 2020, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., called for a federal review of the verdict by the U.S. Department of Justice.

“This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by DOJ. Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protest,” Nadler wrote in a tweet posted Friday afternoon.

In order for Rittenhouse to face federal charges, there are several complicated factors that could make it unlikely for federal prosecutors to pursue a case.

For most homicide cases, federal law typically only applies in crimes that specifically violate federal law. According to Shouse Law Group, a criminal justice team in Los Angeles, the crime of murder “is prosecuted in state courts as a state crime. But murder becomes a federal crime when it occurs in violation of federal law, or when it takes place on a federal land or territory.”

A New York judge laid down the hammer on The New York Times by temporarily blocking the newspaper from publishing articles about internal documents from Project Veritas, which sued the newspaper for defamation last year. Project Veritas is a conservative media organization.

Westchester Supreme Court Justice Charles Wood’s ruling comes after a story last week by The Times published details from internal Project Veritas documents. A lawyer for Project Veritas suggested federal authorities leaked these documents to the Times after obtaining them during Department of Justice raids of three Project Veritas journalists’ homes earlier this month.

The DOJ claims the raids were part of an investigation into a diary by a Joe Biden family member. Project Veritas head James O’Keefe says his organization was offered the diary but decided not to report on it after an internal investigation.

The conservative media organization says it gave the diary to law enforcement and denied having anything to do with its publication by another right-wing site. Project Veritas said the Times “circumvented” the lawsuit’s official discovery process and called the decision to publish the letters “a bare and vindictive attempt to harm and embarrass a litigation adversary by completely disregarding the sanctity of the attorney-client relationship.”

According to a statement from Executive Editor Dean Baquet, The Times plans to challenge the ruling.

“This ruling is unconstitutional and sets a dangerous precedent. When a court silences journalism, it fails its citizens and undermines their right to know. The Supreme Court made that clear in the Pentagon Papers case, a landmark ruling against prior restraint blocking the publication of newsworthy journalism. That principle clearly applies here. We are seeking an immediate review of this decision,” Baquet wrote.

The order prohibits the Times from publishing “any of Project Veritas’ privileged materials” until Woods rules in a hearing set for Nov. 23.

Following the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse, who plead self-defense in the fatal shooting of two men and wounding of a third during a night of protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in August 2020, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., called for a federal review of the verdict by the U.S. Department of Justice.

“This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by DOJ. Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protest,” Nadler wrote in a tweet posted Friday afternoon.

In order for Rittenhouse to face federal charges, there are several complicated factors that could make it unlikely for federal prosecutors to pursue a case.

For most homicide cases, federal law typically only applies in crimes that specifically violate federal law. According to Shouse Law Group, a criminal justice team in Los Angeles, the crime of murder “is prosecuted in state courts as a state crime. But murder becomes a federal crime when it occurs in violation of federal law, or when it takes place on a federal land or territory.”

Andrew Cuomo’s Ominous Reaction to the Rittenhouse Verdict

Amid the numerous insane reactions on the Left to the verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, the one from disgraced former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-Nursing Homes) didn’t rate high on the hysteria meter. Nonetheless, Cuomo’s words revealed a great deal, likely more than he intended, about the mindset of the Left today and its sinister agenda for the future.

Cuomo tweeted: “Today’s verdict is a stain on the soul of America, & sends a dangerous message about who & what values our justice system was designed to protect[.] We must stand unified in rejecting supremacist vigilantism & with one voice say: this is not who we are.”

A man who left thousands of people to die of COVID in nursing homes and is accused of multiple incidents of sexual harassment would be well-advised to think twice before talking about stains on the soul, but far worse is that Cuomo would have us believe that the acquittal of a man who clearly acted in self-defense “sends a dangerous message about who & what values our justice system was designed to protect.” Despite the fact that no evidence whatsoever was presented at the trial to support the establishment media claim echoed by Old Joe Biden that Kyle Rittenhouse is a “white supremacist,” Cuomo still decries “supremacist vigilantism.”

It is enlightening to imagine Cuomo’s ideal world. Apparently, he is trying to convince those who still take him seriously, if there are any such people, that Rittenhouse was acquitted because he was white, and that his acquittal is a manifestation of that “white privilege” the Left is so upset about these days. And his dismissal of Rittenhouse’s acting in self-defense as “supremacist vigilantism” is even worse: apparently, as far as Cuomo and his ilk are concerned, there is no right to self-defense when one is white and defending himself from violent Leftist rioters, as was Rittenhouse.

Rep. Judy Chu (D-California SSR)’s reaction to the verdict was similar to Cuomo’s, albeit more succinct. Chu tweeted simply: “Our gun laws are protecting the wrong people.” On the surface, this doesn’t seem that bad — not remotely in the same league with the frothing hysteria of the likes of New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and even the “angry and concerned” Joe Biden. However, Chu’s eight words look worse the longer one thinks about them.

Who, in the first place, are the “wrong people”? White people, of course, and especially white people who are defending themselves from rioting Leftist mobs. Cuomo and Chu are attempting to undercut and ultimately destroy the idea that any resistance, any resistance at all, to the violent Left is acceptable. When the likes of Anthony Huber, Joseph Rosenbaum, and Gaige Grosskreutz come to your city and start rioting, you must not interfere with them, even if they storm your home and threaten your family. You can’t do anything. The authoritarian Left is taking over, and it will brook no dissent and no resistance. Brian Kemp says some audited results from state's largest county are "inconsistent" and erroneous. One count of 950 votes for Biden actually appears to be just 92.

In a rare act for a state chief executive, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp has referred the audited November 2020 election results in the state's largest voting metropolis to the State Election Board after multiple reviews found significant problems with absentee ballot counting that included duplicate tallies, math errors and transposed data.

Kemp referred Fulton County's risk-limiting audit results this week to election regulators, saying he was not asking for any changes to the declaration that Joe Biden beat Donald Trump but was alarmed by the level of sloppy vote counting in the county that includes the city of Atlanta.

The errors could have skewed the audit totals reported to the state by several thousand votes, according to a 36-item summary Kemp included with his letter. Biden was declared the state's winner by about 12,000 votes.

Kemp's referral comes several months after a Just the News investigative report first raised questions about the audited election tallies Fulton County reported to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office after conducting a hand count known a risk-limiting audit.

Just the News reported the tally sheets Fulton County used for the audit/recount absentee ballots did not match totals from ballot images, in some cases appeared to include duplicate counts, and used batch numbers that did not correspond to existing ballot stacks.

A separate review conducted by Georgia lawyer Bob Cheeley, likewise, found irregularities this summer.

The referral to the State Elections Board is likely to add fuel to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's push to place Fulton County elections into state receivership, meaning state officials and not county workers would supervise the next few elections.

Kemp wrote he first learned of the problems when a Georgia citizen named Joseph Rossi compared the audit tally sheets to ballot images, and found similar problems as those enumerated in the Just the News article.

Rossi recently referred his concerns to Kemp's office, which did a similar analysis and confirmed there appeared to be serious errors in the final audited tallies Fulton County reported to the state.

Kemp's referral letter identified numerous instances in which batches of absentee ballots appeared to have been counted twice.

Massive election fraud has allegedly been found in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. A video posted by a whistleblower of alleged fraudulent activity associated with the destruction of 2020 election files surfaced on Twitter this week.

Related to the video is a 91-page lawsuit filed in Delaware County, PA, alleging proof of individuals conspiring to “destroy, delete, and hide Nov. 3, 2020, election data, materials, and equipment to prevent discovery of election fraud and election law violations.”

Former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, who changed election laws in contravention to the legislature before the 2020 election, and multiple local election officials are being sued in this stunning case. The lawsuit—filed on behalf of four plaintiffs—also argues that the Defendants “intentionally created chaos so they would be able to then carry out the acts of election fraud and the election law violations described herein undetected.”

The complaint alleges that the Defendants accomplished this by hiring “incompetent or under-qualified individuals” so they could later hide the fraud “under the pretense of incompetence” of the workers hired for election day. Additionally, when a May 21, 2021 Right to Know (RTK) request for information was made with regard to election data that should have been preserved, the “Defendants fraudulently and intentionally deleted, changed, adulterated, manipulated and/or obscured the information, data, and materials produced in response to the RTK request.”

These actions, allege the Plaintiffs, resulted in the hiding of fraud and election code violations, and the complaint states that the Defendants “knew that they could not reconcile the previously fraudulently reported Nov. 3, 2020 election results.” The lawsuit is clear in its contention that the Defendants knew there was “responsive information” on election day that would have brought the final reported results into question.

The Plaintiffs claim they have been disenfranchised because of the alleged fraudulent activity. They state their right to sue in quo warranto proceedings or seek mandamus relief if “quo warranto is not recognized as a proper action due to failure or refusal of prosecution” because of their individualized grievances. Quo warranto means one of the legal remedies could be to remove the election officials being charged from office. Boockvar resigned in early 2021.

Prior to the submission of the Presidential race vote totals, President Trump was leading Joseph Biden by 7,515 votes, according to the complaint. The County was the last to submit its totals. The presidential vote total later tallied 88,070 between the two candidates, per the lawsuit.

Starting on p. 44 of the lawsuit, the specific allegations begin to emerge. Election data and materials were missing. Election law violations and/or incidents of election fraud and numerous precincts were referred to the District Attorney for investigation. Additionally, “both Attorney General Shapiro and Jack Stollsteimer failed to act and charge election officers despite referral for investigation.”:

And, as was allegedly the case in many localities during the 2020 General Election, the Delaware County Nov. 3, 2020 election “was certified without the necessary election data, materials, and equipment necessary to reconcile the election results.”

On Jun. 28, stunning findings were revealed in an RTK request. Return sheets were found missing and many were blank. 213 precincts were missing information at the time of certification. It was found on Nov. 24, 2020 or thereabouts, that “over half of the 244 precincts” were missing the necessary information to determine an accurate election.

Lawyer who tried to overturn Trump's 2020 loss appointed to a U.S. election board

In January, lawyer Cleta Mitchell joined a phone call with then-President Donald Trump as he pressured Georgia's top election official to "find" enough votes to overturn his defeat in the state, playing an important role in Trump's attempts to subvert the 2020 results.

Nearly a year later, the longtime conservative has been appointed to the advisory board of a federal agency with a mission to help states conduct secure elections.

Her surprise appointment to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission's (EAC) Board of Advisors shows how once-fringe "election integrity" activists are trying to gain footholds in U.S. institutions in the run up to next year's congressional elections. And it illustrates Trump's continued dominance over his party as Mitchell and other backers of his stolen-election falsehoods win support from powerful Republicans in Congress.

Mitchell, part of a small network of Republican lawyers who have for decades pushed the idea that U.S. elections are vulnerable to rampant fraud, left her partnership at law firm Foley & Lardner days after the Georgia phone call. She has since been focused on championing "election integrity" as chairwoman of the conservative Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF). She began work at the EAC advisory board on Nov. 3.

Research by election lawyers shows voter fraud in the United States is rare, despite what Trump and his allies have claimed about voting in 2016, 2018 and 2020.

The entire political show trial of Kyle Rittenhouse has been a disgrace and a sham. The Rittenhouse self-defense case never should have been brought to trial in the first place. It was a travesty of justice that charges were even filed. Many have forgotten that the crazed, partisan Democrat Kenosha District Attorneys office rushed to file charges just two days after the shooting, before any sort of detailed investigation could be completed. The prosecution shamefully lied and slandered Kyle Rittenhouse before the trial even started. They then did so again, endlessly, at trial.

It goes without saying that there is a mile-long list of elected officials, attorneys, and other assorted public figures who must pay a price for the tawdry and disgusting railroading of the heroic 17-year-old “Kenosha kid” who singlehandedly stopped devastating looting and riots in their track with a few shots from his trusty AR-15. And the first shameful partisan political liar on that list goes by the name of Thomas Binger.

Thomas Binger, the floopty-haircut-sporting, goateed, Star-Wars-pin-wearing bespectacled dork draped in candy-cane ties and technicolor shirts, must pay the ultimate career price and be immediately disbarred by the Wisconsin State Bar.

The precedent here is Mike Nifong, the shameful and disgraced North Carolina prosecutor who broke every principle of fairness and justice in putting on a sham trial in the case of the Duke LaCrosse players from 2006.

For those who do not recall, three Duke LaCrosse players were accused of raping a black stripper. DNA evidence did not match any of the three players, and the corrupt, venal, and politically ambitious prosecutor Nifong brought the case anyway.

Nifong’s sole motive for bringing the case was to raise his political profile and win re-election. He bragged that the case would bring him “millions of dollars’ in free advertising.”

Nifong was disbarred and even jailed for his perfidious conduct. He cried tears of shame as his sentence was read out, waived his right to appeal, and begged for forgiveness. By the end of it, Nifong was sued into bankruptcy, and the state refused to defend his actions on the grounds that they involved “fraud, corruption or malice.”

With any luck, Thomas Binger will soon share the same fate.

The persecution of Kyle Rittenhouse was an ideological act from the very beginning. It was a political assault meant to intimidate anybody brave or naive enough to use deadly force to protect the innocent and law-abiding from the rioting foot soldiers of America’s regime.

From the moment the Rittenhouse shooting happened, it was an obvious open-and-shut case of self-defense. The shooting took place in the final minutes of August 25, 2020. By the end of August 27, even The New York Times had reconstructed the entire event from beginning to end, with video footage of all relevant moments. The reconstruction showed that Rittenhouse was what he claimed: A good citizen, trying to protect businesses, provide medical assistance, and prevent mayhem. It showed that in all three shootings, Rittenhouse clearly defended himself himself from an ongoing attack.....
