Oath Keepers Refuse to Recognize Biden as President, ‘We’ll End Up Nullifying And Resisting’

The Oath Keepers, who are called a militia by the left, will refuse to recognize Biden as President.

The Oath Keepers, which describes itself as a “non-partisan association of current and formerly serving military, police, and first responders,” and requires its members to “pledge to fulfill the oath all military and police take to ‘defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic’”, has announced that it will refuse to recognize Joe Biden as President.

Stewart Rhodes, who founded the Oath Keepers, said, “I think about half this country won’t recognize Biden as legitimate. They won’t recognize this election.”

Last month, Rhodes declared that because of the massive and systemic vote fraud and ballot tampering prevalent in the 2020 General Election – and especially in the four contested battle ground states, the organization would not be recognizing Democrat presidential hopeful Joe Biden as president should the Electoral College fail to do its due diligence.

“What that means is that everything that comes out of his mouth will be considered not of any force or effect,” Rhodes continued. “Anything he signs into law we won’t recognize as legitimate. We’ll be very much like the Founding Fathers. We’ll end up nullifying and resisting.”

The idea of “resistance” is not unique to the Oath Keepers.

Throughout the Trump presidency declarations of “resistance” – punctuated with a #Resist – peppered the entirety of the political Left with even many Progressive and Democrat elected officials adopting the notion.

The radical Left even went to far as to advance the “not my president” idea as a political movement even as the media ran interference for their Alinskyite tactics by diminishing the President’s accomplishments and promoting his detractors’ criticisms.

The Oath Keepers did not walk away from their declaration unscathed. The Independent attempted to label the constitutionalists as “the largest militia group in the US” and “an armed right-wing organization.”

The caustically Progressive Anti-Defamation League, which veered from its organization’s charter of purpose long ago, describes the Oath Keepers as “heavily armed extremists with a conspiratorial and anti-government mindset looking for potential showdowns with the government.”

It appears that to the Progressive and Marxist-Left, an organization that – at its root – is dedicated to the protection of the US Constitution is “radical.”

FREEDOM: Mexico’s President Says COVID Lockdowns Are ‘Dictatorship’

AMLO describes supporters of lockdowns as having "authoritarian instincts"

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has described coronavirus lockdowns as “dictatorship” during a recent press conference with reporters.

He described such lockdown measures as “fashionable among authorities … who want to show they are heavy handed, dictatorship”, according a report by the Associated Press.

He went on to claim that the advocates of such measures have “authoritarian instincts” and do not respect the freedom of the Mexican people.

“A lot of them are letting their authoritarian instincts show,” he stated. “The fundamental thing is to guarantee liberty.”

López Obrador has strongly resisted efforts to introduce lockdowns and curfews in Mexico, despite the popularity of such measures in other Latin American countries. However, just as in the United States and Brazil, many state and local officials have defied the President and introduced various restrictions at lower levels of government.

For example, the third most populous state in Mexico, Jalisco, currently governed by the opposition left-liberal Citizens’ Movement, has introduced a mask mandate in all public areas. Other states have gone further still, introducing stay-at-home orders and shutting non-essential businesses. Even states governed by conservative politicians, such as Puebla, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas, have adopted strict lockdown restrictions.

During the press conference, López Obrador also spoke out against mask mandates, expressing his belief that wearing a mask should be voluntary.

“Everyone is free,” López Obrador added. “Whoever wants to wear a face mask and feel safer is welcome to do so.”

The Mexican federal government under López Obrador has taken a skeptical attitude towards both the mass use of face masks and mass testing of the population for COVID-19.

Although a hard-leftist, López Obrador has been a prominent skeptic of excessive government power over the course of this pandemic. He also declined to congratulate Joe Biden for over 5 weeks after the November election, citing his own struggles with electoral fraud in the 2006 Mexican presidential election. That election was widely speculated to have been rigged in favor of López Obrador’s opponent, center-right candidate Felipe Calderón. López Obrador has compared his treatment by the media during that period to the treatment of President Trump over the last month.

Hunter Biden in 2017 sent 'best wishes' from 'entire Biden family' to China firm chairman, requested $10M wire

2017 letter asked chairman to 'properly fund and operate' Biden joint venture with Chinese energy company

Correspondence between Hunter Biden and CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming from 2017 shows President-elect Joe Biden's son extending "best wishes from the entire Biden family," and urging the chairman to "quickly" send a $10 million wire to "properly fund and operate" the Biden joint venture with the now-bankrupt Chinese energy company.

The $10 million transfer to the joint venture was never completed.

Fox News obtained an email Hunter Biden sent on June 18, 2017, to Zhao Runlong at CEFC, asking that they please "translate my letter to Chairman Ye, please extend my warmest best wishes and that I hope to see the Chairman soon."

"I hope my letter finds you well. I regret missing you on your last visit to the United States," Hunter Biden wrote in the attached letter, dated June 17, 2017. "Please accept the best wishes from the entire Biden family as well as my partners."

He added: "We are all hoping to see you here again soon, or in Shanghai."

Biden went on to update Ye, saying that they have "concluded the establishment of SinoHawk Holdings," the Biden joint venture with CEFC, and said he looked "forward" to introducing him to his business associate Tony Bobulinski, who he wrote would "act as the CEO."

"He is a very close friend of James Gilliar and the Biden family and joined our team to focus on the execution of things as a partner," Biden wrote. "He has invested capital all over the world for some of the world’s wealthiest families."

Biden went on to note that Bobulinski had "sent a request to Dong Gongwen [Gongwen Dong] and Director Zang for the funding of the $10 MM USD wire."

"I would appreciate if you will send that quickly so we can properly fund and operate Sinohawk," Biden wrote.

"I am sure you have been well briefed by our dear friend Director Zang on the political and economic connections we have established in countries where you are interested in expanding during the coming months and years," he continued. "I look forward to our next meeting."

Fox News also obtained the response from Ye as part of an email, dated Sept. 6, 2017, from Biden business associate James Gilliar to Bobulinski. That email forwarded Ye's letter responding to Biden. The letter is dated July 10, 2017.

Ye stated that he had arranged for Zang and Dong to "expedite the charter capital input to SinoHawk."

Bellingcat reacts badly to scrutiny, but possible ties to Western intelligence should be discussed when considering its work

Bellingcat founder Eliot Higgins once attacked journalists for using anonymous sources, citing a lack of “purity.” Now his outfit, which continues to almost perfectly align with UK geopolitical priorities, is reliant on them.

If past form is a guide, it’s likely Bellingcat staffers will attack this article on social media, labelling it “propaganda” and cherry picking one or two sentences, out of context, in a bid to discredit the whole. But the fact remains the journey of their outfit from a supposedly 'open source' investigation unit to something which increasingly resembles a fully-fledged intelligence agency, or a small, public division of a larger, clandestine organisation, deserves examination.

On Monday, the controversial ‘online investigations’ website published a bombshell exclusive, claiming that Alexey Navalny had been closely followed by a host of FSB operatives on his various travels before he was allegedly poisoned with Novichok in August.

The lengthy presentation also suggested that the Russian opposition figure had been closely followed by undercover officers for years prior, the earliest known occasion having been in 2017.

A similarly verbose accompanying article offers an explanation of how Bellingcat seized upon the seismic scoop, in its own words. The narrative amounts to quite some sleuthing indeed, although details of how Bellingcat came across particular information it used to establish the identities and movements of Navalny’s attackers is highly dubious, for more reasons than one.

The organization claims it secured this sensitive information via a number of black market sources, in particular by using “bots” on the Russian-built Telegram messaging app. For a small fee, these bots allegedly stumped up first the phone number and call records of an individual who'd travelled to the same places as Navalny at roughly the same times, then the identities of people they spoke to in the days prior to Navalny’s poisoning, and later one individual’s vehicle registration information, which indicated his car was linked to FSB headquarters in Moscow.

“While there are obvious and terrifying privacy implications from this data market… a few hundred euros [provides] you with months of phone call data for an FSB or GRU officer, allowing investigators to trace the intelligence services’ operations, identify the colleagues of research targets, and follow the physical tracks of spies across Russia and abroad,” Bellingcat stated.

‘Some kind of intelligence unit’

Extraordinary stuff if true, but while the organization’s probe has been praised widely by mainstream Western media, not all are quite so convinced. In a radio interview, Oleg Kashin, a liberal Russian journalist, suggested the scoop was “Western intelligence services explaining to themselves, and us, who poisoned Navalny and how.”

Kashin has “no doubt” the individuals fingered by Bellingcat were indeed behind the apparent assassination attempt on Navalny – he said their “criminal faces” alone indicate they are “absolute killers” and their hands “are covered in blood.” However, he cast doubt on the methods Bellingcat claims to have employed, based on personal experience.

“These pirated databases exist, and there’s a huge market… Dozens of people within a handshake and a half of us, journalists and otherwise, check people up on police databases,” he said. “But there are certain people, you ask a policeman you know to check them up, and he comes back and says there’s a note there, ‘do not check’, so don’t touch them, take back your money. And special service members definitely have that note next to their names. It’s impossible to check them that way.”

Background

The Stargate Project was the umbrella code name of one of several sub-projects established by the U.S. Federal Government to investigate claims of psychic phenomena with potential military and domestic applications, particularly “remote viewing”: the purported ability to psychically “see” events, sites, or information from a great distance.

These projects were active from the 1970s through 1995 and were primarily handled by the DIA and CIA. “The president-elect was able to connect with people over this sense of unity,” campaign manager Jen O'Malley Dillon said in a Glamour Magazine interview that was published on Tuesday, noting that people had mocked him during the primaries for trying to work with Republicans.

Google resolves Gmail issue that lasted FOUR hours and affected thousands of users who received 'Account not found' error messages when sending emails to other accounts

Gmail users experienced issues with the service, just one day after a number of Google's services were hit with a major outage.

Downdetector, which monitors websites and online services, showed reports started around 3pm ET and were spread across the world.

Users were able to access their inboxes, but are receiving bounce back messages saying 'email account does not exist' when emailing another Gmail account.

Google quickly addressed the problems on its status dashboard and was able to resolve the problem at 6:51pm ET.

The problems follow Monday's massive outage that left hundreds of millions of people around the world in disarray when the Google-owned family apps of crashed for one hour.

How Many Times Are the “Facts” About COVID Going to Change?

I have never worked in the medical field. But, I have had many friends and family work in the medical field over the years. We could speak together, intelligently in the past. We could share information and ask one another questions.

It’s important for me to learn what I can do to better take care of myself and my children. While advice from individual practitioners varied somewhat, there was similar advice throughout the field, all around different parts of the country.

Everything is different now, and there is far too much uncertainty

This year everything changed. Mainstream media says one thing; the people I know in medicine have various things to say. Some agree with everything on the news, while others disagree. In fact, one day they agree, the next day they don’t. There has been doubt about the numbers from the very beginning.

Chaos reigns. It’s hard to make informed decisions because it’s hard to know what’s going on. Medicine has changed considerably over the last 20 years, likely contributing to the chaos and confusion.

The health care system has become more bureaucratized over the decades for a variety of reasons. The Affordable Care Act dramatically sped up the process. It significantly increased overhead expenses, which encouraged many private doctors to work for larger groups, such as hospitals, to absorb those costs more quickly.

Private ownership has been decreasing for years but markedly reduced during the years between 2012 and 2018. Physicians began moving away from offering their services privately to providing services at larger institutions. Hospitals and larger groups of physicians can more easily shoulder the burden of high overhead costs.

The voice of humankind no longer belongs to us

I have worked in a variety of settings. When I worked for a privately owned burger joint in high school, I dyed my hair orange and purple and had five earrings. The customers did not care. My boss’s opinion was all that concerned me. His only concern was whether it affected revenue. It didn’t. My boss was cool with my being a strange-looking teen.

After college, I worked for a large consulting firm. My hair was back to its natural color, and most of the piercings were gone. My more heavily tattooed coworkers had to dress very modestly. We represented a business with dozens of offices around the country and were expected to conduct ourselves in a certain way.

Rules on what is acceptable in places of employment vary. In larger organizations, these rules tend to be much stricter. In today’s environment, these rules do not only apply to appearance. Especially in larger institutions and corporations.

In medicine, the move away from independent practices toward larger institutions made it difficult for physicians to voice their stance if it differs from the institutions that now employ them, which leads to a lack of information.

“Guard your heart” is advice I’ve heard a lot over the years, but better advice for today would be “Guard your mind.”

Big six veterans groups ask Trump to fire VA Secretary Wilkie immediately

The nation’s leading veterans groups on Wednesday formally requested that President Donald Trump fire Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert Wilkie immediately from his Cabinet post, saying that the VA administrator “no longer has the trust or confidence of America’s veterans.”

The letter — signed by leaders from the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, Paralyzed Veterans of America, AMVETS and Vietnam Veterans of America — is the latest damning assessment of Wilkie’s ability shepherd the department following the release of an inspector general report last week criticizing his handling of a sexual assault allegation late last year.

“The findings make clear that the secretary himself established a defensive posture and made decisions to personally disparage the veteran and circumvent the subsequent IG investigation,” the letter states.

“This is a tremendous breach of trust among veterans, and Secretary Wilkie must be held accountable. His actions not only threaten to deter veterans from seeking care at VA, but also undermine the efforts of VA staff who have been working to bring an end to sexual harassment throughout the department.”

White House officials in recent days have declined comment on the report and declined to answer if the president still has faith in Wilkie.

Since the report’s release, 21 lawmakers have also called for Wilkie’s removal, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.; House Veterans’ Affairs Committee Chairman Mark Takano, D-Calif.; and Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee members Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., and Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii.

No Republicans have publicly called for Wilkie’s firing.

A majority of registered U.S. voters are worried that government officials in the U.S. will retain their newly claimed expansive powers following the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a new Just the News Daily Poll with Scott Rasmussen.

Sixty-two percent of the respondents said they were somewhat or very worried about American governments holding onto their pandemic powers after the health crisis finally subsides. Just 32% were unconcerned with that prospect.

U.S. governments at all levels have claimed for themselves considerable powers related to the COVID-19 pandemic over 2020, including the power to shut down what they deem "non-essential" businesses, the power to mandate face coverings in most public settings, and even far-reaching regulations on religious life and worship.

The survey was taken by 1,200 registered voters and conducted by Rasmussen from Dec. 10-12.

Texas, other states to bring antitrust lawsuit against Google

Nine state attorneys general on Wednesday filed a lawsuit against Google, accusing the search giant of illegally stifling competition in the advertising technology market.

The lawsuit is led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R), who was joined by Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, South Dakota, North Dakota, Utah and Idaho.

“This Goliath of a company is using its power to manipulate the market, destroy competition and harm you, the consumer," Paxton said in a video posted on Twitter. "Google effectively eliminated its competition and crowned itself the head of online advertising."

The more than 100-page-long lawsuit alleges that Google used its market power to unlawfully box-out competitors in the ad tech space.

It highlights Google’s acquisition of DoubleClick in 2008 as the point where the company started using its position to gain leverage against publishers and ad exchanges.

“Within a few short years of executing this unlawful tactic, Google successfully monopolized the publisher ad server market and grew its ad exchange to number one, despite having entered those two markets much later than the competition,” the suit reads.

The complaint also says that Google uses its market power to extract a tax from ad spending that ultimately hurts American consumers through higher prices and lower quality.

A spokesperson for Google pushed back on the suit’s claims, pointing out that digital ad prices and ad tech fees have fallen in the time that the company was allegedly monopolizing the market.

“Attorney General Paxton’s ad tech claims are meritless, yet he’s gone ahead in spite of all the facts," they told The Hill. "We’ve invested in state-of-the-art ad tech services that help businesses and benefit consumers…. We will strongly defend ourselves from his baseless claims in court.”

The states are asking the court for “structural, behavioral, and monetary relief” to stop Google from abusing monopoly power.

The lawsuit adds to a heap of investigations into America’s biggest tech companies.

Google, in particular, was sued by the Department of Justice earlier this year over its search policies.

A separate group of attorneys general are also expected to file a case soon focused on Google’s power in the online search market.

Yesterday, the MI Senate Oversight Committee questioned Dominion CEO John Poulos about the Dominion Voting machines used in Michigan in the November election. During his testimony, Mr. Poulos was asked specifically about Antrim County voting machines where it was discovered that thousands of votes flipped from President Trump to Joe Biden in the solidly red county. The media and Mr. Poulos blamed the incredible exchange of votes on “human error.”

100 Percent Fed Up – MI Senator Pete Lucido (R) asked Mr. Poulos, “How do I know, as a voter, Mr. Poulos, that I didn’t have any irregularity of the software being manipulated? Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno, who was granted permission by Michigan 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer to allow his client and his highly skilled IT experts to perform a forensic audit on 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim County, MI, says the Dominion CEO is not telling the truth about the security of the machines in Antrim County.

DePerno contacted 100 Percent Fed Up to explain that Dominion CEO John Poulos made this statement about the boxes being secured without evidence of his claim. The constitutional attorney who represented William Bailey in his case against Antrim County explained that on November 27, 2020, he and Mr. Bailey along with five IT experts who were part of his team, were “given permission by four precincts to perform an inspection of their tabulators and tabulator print off roles.” Mr. DePerno explains that at least 2 of the 4 Dominion machines they inspected had broken seals on the sides of the machine. One of the broken seals was discovered on the Dominion Voting machine in Mancelona Twp. and the second broken seal was found in Central Lake, MI., additionally, the Dominion Voting machine in Central Lake had no side security lock on the side.

DePerno warned that ballots can be added or removed at will once the tabulator is separated from the box below and that we have no way of knowing what happened to these machines or to the ballots inside, once the tape was removed.

National File can exclusively reveal that Rep. Mo Brooks has written a letter and is currently gaining signatures in the House of Representatives to urge House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell launch immediate Congressional hearings into election integrity.

In the letter, addressed to McConnell, Pelosi, and other Congressional leaders, Brooks and a yet unknown number of House Republicans are set to demand immediate Congressional hearings into the reports of widespread election fraud Americans have heard since November 3.

National File understands that Representative Paul Gosar (R-AZ) will be one of the first to sign on. Gosar has been a repeated surrogate for election integrity since the November election, and has appeared at Stop the Steal rallies in Arizona.

At present, National File understands Reps. Paul Gosar, Lance Gooden, Bob Gibbs, David Rouzer, Brian Babin, Ted Budd, Ralph Norman, Andy Biggs, Jody Hice, Jeff Duncan, Greg Steube, Randy Weber, Mike Kelly, Mike Rogers, and Louie Gohmert, have all indicated they will sign the letter.

The letter follows a similar demand from 26 Republican Representatives-elect. This letter, only addressed to Pelosi, was signed by many members of the new wave of America First Republicans who widely attained their seats by tapping into the issues and accomplishments important to supporters of President Donald Trump.

“Americans should be able to have faith that our elections are free and fair,” said Representative-elect Jerry Carl (R-AL) in a tweet.

This latest move appears to be part of Brooks’ ongoing effort to challenge Joe Biden’s victory in the Electoral College. National File can confirm that both members of the U.S. House and Senate are considering joining Brooks to contest the results in key states and potentially trigger a contingent election.

In the Senate, Republican Sens. Rand Paul, Ron Johnson, Ted Cruz, and Sen-elect Tommy Tubberville have all indicated an interest in joining Brooks’ movement.

Money From Facebook’s Zuckerberg Used to Undermine Election, Violate Law: Report

Hundreds of millions of dollars from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg was used to violate election laws, according to a new report.

The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a national constitutional litigation organization, released the 39-page report, alleging that Zuckerberg’s $500 million given to election officials was used to treat voters unequally and improperly influence the election for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

The bulk of the funds went to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), a nonprofit started by former managers and staff at the New Organizing Institute, a progressive nonprofit.

According to the report, the nonprofit earlier this year “began sending agents into states to recruit certain Democrat strongholds to prepare grants requesting monies from” it.

For example, the center gave $100,000 to Cory Mason, the mayor of Racine, Wisconsin, to recruit four other cities to develop a plan and request a larger grant from it. Those five cities submitted such a plan in June and received $6.3 million to implement it.

That kind of privatization of elections “undermines the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), which requires state election plans to be submitted to federal officials and approved and requires respect for equal protection by making all resources available equally to all voters,” the report states.

“The provision of Zuckerberg-CTCL funds allowed these Democrat strongholds to spend roughly $47 per voter, compared to $4 to $7 per voter in traditionally Republican areas of the state. Moreover, this recruiting of targeted jurisdictions for specific government action and funding runs contrary to legislative election plans and invites government to play favorites in the election process.”

Mason’s spokesperson didn’t respond to a request for comment, nor did a Facebook spokesperson nor CTCL’s media office.

“This effectively is a shadow government running our elections,” Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project, said at a press conference in Virginia.

“Government has the core responsibility of managing elections. We don’t put out elections for bid. We don’t have elections brought to you by Coca Cola. It is government’s job to manage elections, and it must do so without a thumb on the scale,” he added.

The project said the main foundations funding the efforts include The Democracy Fund, New Venture Fund, Skoll Foundation, and Knight Foundation

Other nonprofits deemed key to distributing the money besides CTCL were named as the Center for Electronic Innovation Research, the Center for Civic Design, the National Vote at Home Institute, the Center for Secure and Modern Elections, and Rock the Vote….

Considering the relatively higher probability of unknown long term adverse risks associated with these Spike 1 protein directed COVID vaccines, many of us have worried about the optics of Trump being so enthusiastic about getting them out if the Oligarch's cure turns out to be worse than their manufactured disease.

Then, it occurred to me today that the most important thing about these COVID vaccines being released under EUA is that our choice to take them is completely voluntarily, which was NOT the long term goal of Gates et al.

This means that those who believe in the all mighty Corporate State as their savior from cradle to grave are free to accept this shot as their holy sacrament and those of us who still Trust and Think for ourselves are free to refuse it.

Such an approach is brilliant, IMO. This could prove to be the most rapid and efficient “re-education” program ever deployed to teach Americans the discernment and responsibility that comes with individual liberty. For example, if the vaccine turns out to be highly toxic to the most faithful to the unbridled hubris of Moderna et al., then the prospects of mandatory vaccines in the future drops to near zero.

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Group, a Chinese pharmaceutical group, announced Wednesday it had inked a deal with German company BioNTech to purchase 100 million doses of the Chinese coronavirus vaccine it had developed with American company Pfizer — the first vaccine approved for use in the United States.

Shanghai Fosun co-owns Sinopharm Group alongside the government of China, a company developing its own coronavirus vaccine candidate. At press time, the Sinopharm vaccine candidate is believed to be about 86 percent effective, a significantly lower rate of functionality than the Pfizer option. Pfizer and BioNTech have reported their vaccine tested to be 95 percent effective in stopping Chinese coronavirus infections.

Mass importing of a vaccine developed by an American company suggests that the Chinese state is not confident that its options — in addition to Sinopharm, the Chinese company Sinovac, whose vaccine candidate is currently being tested in Brazil — will be of sufficient quality or produced quickly enough to inoculate the entire country.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an emergency use authorization for the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine last week, allowing its administration in America. Canada and the United Kingdom have also approved the vaccine. It is the first vaccine for coronavirus approved for use in the United States.

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Group announced Wednesday that it had cut a deal directly with BioNTech to purchase 100 million doses of its coronavirus vaccine — enough for 50 million people, as the vaccine requires two doses — which would begin arriving in China in 2021. The vaccines would be made in Germany, not America, given the direct deal with BioNTech.

“We are pleased to reach the supply agreement with BioNTech, which is an important step in Fosun Pharma and BioNTech’s efforts to achieve vaccine accessibility and affordability in China,” Wu Yifang, the CEO of the Chinese company, reportedly said of the deal, according to the South China Morning Post.

The deal, Shanghai Fosun explained, was intended to ensure that all Chinese citizens receive a vaccine — suggesting Beijing does not believe it can source a functional vaccine entirely domestically. Shanghai Fosun agreed to pay $152 million for the first 50 million doses and would pay for the second half after receiving authorization to use it from the ruling Communist Party. The Chinese company insisted on describing the purchase as being of “at least” 100 million doses, leaving the door open to purchase more of the American vaccine if necessary.

A Sinopharm subsidiary had announced on Sunday that it expected to manufacture 1 billion doses of its vaccine candidate, which it expected to be publicly available by the end of December, through 2021. Sinopharm, a Shanghai Fosun-affiliated company, has administered its experimental coronavirus vaccine to 1 million people within China as of November, the company announced that month.

“In terms of emergency use, the vaccines were applied to nearly a million people and there has not been a single case of a serious adverse event. People have had only mild symptoms,” company chairman Liu Jingzhen announced told a Chinese media outlet. “Until now, all our progress, from research to clinical trials to production and emergency use, we have been leading the world.”

Police Discover Ghost Boat Carrying 1,430 Pounds Of Cocaine

A boat with a record 1,430 pounds of cocaine washed up on a remote atoll in the Marshall Islands after potentially spending years drifting in the Pacific Ocean, numerous sources reported.

Marshall Islands Police believe the cocaine haul is the largest ever found, and likely drifted across the Pacific from Central or South America to the Ailuk atoll, CBS News reported. The boat was an 18-foot fiberglass vessel, and the cocaine was hidden in a compartment beneath the deck.

The drugs were stored in packages weighing roughly two pounds, and were marked with the letters “KW.” U.S. Drug authorities were given two of the packages to analyze, while the rest of the cocaine was incinerated.

Although the latest cocaine discovery at the Marshall Islands was the largest, drugs have been found washed up in bundles in the last two decades.

The island faces a cocaine problem that police believe is related to the professionally wrapped cocaine that occasionally arrives on the its shores. In May 2016, nearly 40 pounds of cocaine was discovered at the nuclear weapons test site atoll. Two years earlier, an El Salvadoran fisherman washed up in the southern Marshall Islands after drifting for over a year from the Mexican coast.

Law enforcement theorized that the drugs arriving at the shores were likely part of an operation that was botched.

Nearly 85% of cocaine seized in 2018 was from the Americas, with 55% from South America, according to the Independent.

Latest iOS update shows all the ways Facebook tracks you. There are a lot.

Knowing Facebook tracks everything you do is one thing, but actually seeing it? Oof.

Apple officially launched iOS 14.3 Monday, and with it came an update to the App Store that promises to forever change the way you look at your downloads. Now, when you pull up an app, Apple offers a detailed list of "how developers may handle your data[.]" And when it comes to Facebook's family of apps, oh, man, do they ever handle it.

Facebook, of course, owns both Instagram and WhatsApp (as well as Oculus and scores of other name-brand services). But let's look at just the main Facebook app first. Here, for your viewing pleasure, is user data which Facebook confirmed to Apple its "privacy practices may include handling[.]"

Fair warning: It's a lot. From the (hopefully) obvious like your phone number and contacts, to the more eyebrow raising like your "precise location," "sensitive info," "audio data," and "emails or text messages," Facebook has its fingers in a lot of your pies.

Facebook, apparently, didn't take too kindly to having its pants pulled fully down by Apple. According to Bloomberg, Facebook ran a full-page advertisement in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and the Washington Post lambasting Apple for having the gall to highlight what Facebook does with user data.

Of course, Facebook didn't exactly frame it that way. Instead, the company couched its opposition as a bold stance in favor of "small businesses everywhere."

Facebook has a long history of being less than fully forthcoming, so we'll let you judge the ad's veracity yourself.

If you want to view what specific apps do with your data, after updating to iOS 13.4 just head to the App Store and search for the app in question (say, Instagram). Then scroll down to the section that says "App Privacy" and click "See Details."

“No Guns” Signs Posted Around Virginia Capitol Area In Richmond ~ Deception

Richmond once again abuses its power – this time to mislead citizens on their rights.

We knew that the more tyrannical localities would abuse their power to prohibit guns in certain areas, and they did. Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax County, Charlottesville, and the City of Richmond used every bit of power they had to ban guns everywhere they could and with no exception for even CHP holders.

But Richmond wants to push the tyranny envelope even further by having “No Guns” signs posted permanently on the streets around the Capitol area.

The intent of the signs is to purposely mislead gun owners so they don’t lawfully carry in that area.

The signs have a huge gun with a red slash over it and large letters that say, “NOTICE: FIREARMS PROHIBITED BEYOND THIS POINT”

Meanwhile, in the fine print at the bottom of the sign it says, “Many events using this place or another place open to the public immediately adjacent to this place are either permitted events or would otherwise require a permit. During these events, the possession, carrying, or transportation of firearms, ammunition, or components or combination thereof is prohibited.”

Those of you who are Virginia Citizens Defense League members know that sign is meaningless unless there is an actual event in progress, without even reading the fine print. You also know that the police policy is to give verbal warning before taking any action. But, non-members probably won’t know that. They will see that big gun with the red slash over it and the firearms-prohibited notice and believe they can’t carry on that part of the street, ever.

Pretty slimy, but I would expect no less from Mayor Stoney. Just a strong reminder of why we need to repeal the law that permits local gun-control.

Do those signs affect Virginia Citizens Defense League Lobby Day?

Virginia Citizens Defense League is not having an event in Richmond on Lobby Day, so our presence doesn’t trigger the prohibition. We are merely driving through. No doubt some people will decide to park and walk around. That’s not an event, either. Could there be some event going on during Lobby Day? Sure, that’s possible. The only way to know is to call the Richmond Police Department’s non-emergency telephone number that morning and ask them if there is a permitted event where you will be walking: 804-646-5100.

In fact, anytime you will be visiting Richmond, you should call 804-646-5100 and verify there are no events scheduled anywhere those signs are posted.

China's Communist Party accused of influencing Australia's Chinese-language media

Australia's media has faced "persistent efforts" by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to influence and censor content, according to a new report from an Australian think tank.

It found a number of Chinese-language media organisations in Australia had direct links to Chinese state media

The report urges the Federal Government to better protect news media from foreign influence

In an analysis of 24 privately-owned Australian media organisations that produced news media in Chinese, the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) found four had evidence of CCP ownership or financial support — including the Australia Pacific Media Group which has been previously criticised for being a propaganda arm for the CCP through its publication Pacific Time.

Other outlets — including the ABC — were found to be influenced by Party campaigns to restrict information that does not align with Beijing, through decisions about content posted on the social media platform WeChat.

"CCP-aligned media in Australia have been involved in a range of concerning activity, including suspected political interference," it said.

"CCP influence affects all media. It targets individual outlets while also manipulating market incentives through advertising, coercion and WeChat."

Nevertheless, ASPI said the ABC and SBS were among the most reliable sources of Chinese-language news media in Australia.

"A handful of outlets, such as the ABC and SBS, generally offer high-quality coverage of a range of issues", it said, recommending that the Federal Government provide greater funding to the public broadcasters' Chinese-language news services.

Changing demographics among Australia's Chinese diaspora in recent decades has seen significant shifts in the Chinese language media.

The intelligence communities classified assessment on foreign threats to the 2020 U.S. elections was set to be released by Dec. 18. It is unclear how long the report will be delayed.

The 2020 Intelligence Community Assessment focused on foreign election influence will be delayed, Fox News has learned, amid a dispute between senior intelligence analysts over whether China sought to influence the election.

"This afternoon the DNI was notified by career intelligence officials that the Intelligence Community will not meet the December 18 deadline, set by Executive Order and Congress, to submit the IC’s classified assessment on foreign threats to the 2020 U.S. elections," Amanda Schoch, Assistant DNI for Strategic Communications said in a statement to Fox News.

"The IC has received relevant reporting since the election and a number of agencies have not finished coordinating on the product," Schoch continued. "The DNI is committed to providing this report to our customers expeditiously."

The report was expected to be released by Friday, but sources familiar told Fox News that there is a dispute within the intelligence community over what should be included in this 2020 ICA.

Sources told Fox News that a number of senior intelligence analysts are "adamant" that China sought to influence the 2020 presidential election, while a number of others are downplaying China’s activities surrounding the election.

Some analysts claim that China’s efforts were "minimal" or only plans that ultimately were not acted upon, while others are arguing there is "ample raw intelligence" about China’s intentions and actions.

Bloomberg first reported the dispute.

When asked where Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe stands, a senior intelligence official told Fox News that "all that Ratcliffe wants is for the intelligence to be reflected accurately and honestly with regard to China and everything else."

An intelligence official with experience in analytic disputes told Fox News that "proper analytic tradecraft would stipulate that when there are competing views like this, that both views should be captured in the report."
