These are dates that look gud as opposed to all others that don't look so gud.

Anons can decide. I do see some times occurring toward 4am might not be what we should expect for vehicle traffic, but put them in because they are otherwise gud matches for the other criteria. But just keep it in mind.

The 16th has clear skies, so-so alt, but longest of tide deltas in this month.

The 17th has both really high tide and 2nd lowest moon, gud tide delta, clear skies

The 18th is discarded.

The 19th has lowest moon in this month, a decent tide, great tide delta

The 20th had 3rd lowest moon, best tide delta (1hr,18m), clear skies.

17th(huge tide) and 19th(lowest moon) stand out.

Confirmed, there may be fudge room on either side of the time range established by pictorial evidence of the winter form of the scaffolding at spier just behind Big Ben. Given recent reasoning of Anon that described the connections between EMB pics, advisable that we treat dating one of those pics as directly informing the dating of the others. That would mean moon info and tide info weigh quite significantly for the set of EMB pics.

With that in mind, 7/8 of APR 2014 could be treated as the most recent booked, based on the posted date of evidence that showed the winter form of the scaffold had been dismantled. Quite possible that it was in stages of removal over several days prior to it no longer being a visible presence in pictorial evidence. That could have been immediately before 7/8 APR 2014 or as far back as 20 MAR 2014 when the winter form was clearly in place in images dated by the person who posted it online.

This defines the fudge room to be found in the interval between 20 MAR AND 8 APR 2014.

As it happens, this is roughly in accord with the bollard evidence in pics that include the Corinthia Hotel. That bookend has its own fudge room which could extend farther into and possibly beyhond APR 2014 bookend just outlined for the scaffolding evidence. So that would not help extend outward the EMB bookend.

As for the other bookend, the earleiest or furthest into the past that the EMB pics would have been taken, well, there is some evidence of a scaffold over the spier in question - before and during the summer of 2013. Dropped an example from AUG 2013 in which the spier was enclosed in 3 levels of scaffolding, incluidng two upper parts that encased the top of the spier itself. If that pic is correctly dated in the stock photo database, then, it is possible that the lower 3rd of the scaffolding was in place at the time the EMB pics were taken but before the other two levels were erected. That lower portion holds enough of a resemblance to a Q match that this scenario can be reasonably taken into account and used to find fudge room in Spring of 2013. That would be subject to direct pictorial evidence that supports the scenario directly, ie. dated images.

This is a well photographed site so Anons who have some free time to dig could focus on SPRING 2013 and come up with the goods.

The scaffold is dressed from lower level to the top of the third, AND spier is encased. That is NOT a Q match.

PREV pic upbread >>180493 showed uncovered scaffold in Spring 2013.

Another prev pic upgread >>180473 showed it covered in MAY 2013. That was a match for the summer form captured in JUL 2013 >>180488 and in AUG 2013 >>180475 for two clear examples.

Now, this image shows the summer form, fully covered from lower tier through to above the spier, during a trip in APR 2013.

If there was a partially dressed version of this scaffold, it would have been captured in vid or pic during a brief interval in which the scaffold of the top two-thirds had been removed as well so as to have presented a match with the Q pics of spier heads above all scaffolding. Not likely, imo. If this vid was captured just prior to the scaffold being dressed, then, there was no Q match during Spring 2013 - unless the upper scaffold was removed for some reason, for that shor ttime.

As things now stand, we have images that do NOT match Q in JAN 2013, MAR 2013, APR 2013, MAY 2013, JUL 2013, AUG 2013, and through to the winter form that does match Q. That form first appeared in late SEP/ early OCT 2013 and remained at least until 20 MAR 2014 and possibly into first week of APR 2014. We have uninterrupted Q matches through that period of time.

This conclusion,such as it is, can be tested. Need a dated image of a Q match before the winter form was in place. Just the lower tier covered, spier uncovered above, and no scaffold around the spier above the lower tier.

I am dissapointed not to have found what would make for better fit with the lunar and tidal info. Perhaps we might take another look at the basic paramaters for figuring how that info fits the Q pics. For example, is elevation of vantage point on bridge being estimate of sea level and, then, embankment level at that location? Could comparison with the Critical Mass images be made by triangulating the moon from at least two vantage points from street level within the CM vid? Could those fixes be compared with bridge-height vantage extrapolated onto one or both of the vantage points extracted from CM vid? Asking because IDK the answers and because continue to wish to encourage tidal and lunar anons in the pursuit of evidence that will be key to date the EMB pics.

Okay, so the fact that they had installed a complete scaffolding, top-to-bottom, is enough indication to me that they intended to hoard/shroud the whole tower. Gud enough for me. Your bad news for my dates in MAR/APR 2013 is good news for anons.

Today I ran entire remaining months from SEPT2013 to APR2014. As far as trying to get a lunar altitude goes, the jury is in.

It is still there. Unveiled in 1932. Observe the break in the festooned lighting. The Memorial is "in the way" and they had to terminate the lighting on either side of it.

Thank you for taking the time to research and look at the dig. We are currently looking at that white square shape to the left of Big Ben. Our best match(es), and prevailing theory is that it was installed some time in September 2013 and remained until at least the Spring 2014.

Currently trying to narrow the time when (2) things occurred with the Moon's position in Traffic Cam ROT1. The Moon must be at a bearing of 151.5 degrees from Hungerford Bridge, and it must be fairly low. A vid shot by the activist cyclist group captured it on Aug. 28, 2015 fairly mimicked the low position of the Moon in Q's pic. A night sky simulation of that date on Mooncalc.org site showed the Moon at roughly 6.5 degrees altitude. But that was from street level and 500 feet down Victoria Emb. Rd. It is thought that from way up on the Bridge, a Moon at a little higher altitude may seem to have a similar placement in relation to London Eye. Would think that our Q Moon can't be more than 7 or 8 degrees higher than the CM vid on 28AUG2015. Am uncomfortable with anything higher.

Ran all dates from SEPT2013 to MAR2014.

The altitudes from SEPT2013 through FEB2014 would seem to be excluded by their much higher altitudes. From a lunar match perspective, and green leaves seen in the trees of the Q Embankment pics, this is pointing us toward a week in MARCH or APRIL 2014.

Keep digging, Anon. Would love to see someone come up with someone's vacation pics from that time period either at the TATTS restaurant or lobby/bar pics in the CORINTHIA HOTEL in March/April 2014. That's just on my wish list.

Not telling you where to dig though.

I actually don't choose the times; the Moon dies. I stick to that bearing we got from Hungerford to London Eye. All I do is change the date on the night sky search(using that bearing of 151.5).

Perhaps a gud mental picture to thinksbout is to picture yourself as a kind of Medieval archer defending the castle from bad guys. From your castle tower you can only see a very narrow view out of your archer's slot window. Using that immoveable viewpoint, we just change the date to search. The Lunar mapping program gives the times and altitude that the Moon was at when it passed that (151.5 degrees) bearing.

The advert of that scene was recorded at night some time before the fatal accident, based on the bollards analysis. Compare the way the building is lit in the advert and the NIGHT PICS that Q dropped on the board.

May feel counter-intuitive, at first, but if you were staying in that part of the hotel, whether as a sleeping guest or a particpant in a meeting of the like-minded, would it not be expected that any flood lighting normally setup to promote the profile of the hotel would be muted or dimmed or shut-off?

Who would splurge on such an expensive accomodation? Not FBI agents, methinks. Sponsor? Extravagance taken for granted by whom?

In this commercial, look for the elevator floor dial. Screencap it and examine closely. Won't signal you with my own bias. Look and think and research and let's see if we come to common thots on the matter of the CH at night in Q pics.

Anon, I think you are on to something there, and it has to do with the lateness of the hour. You are right about the practice of turning off the lights after a certain hour. This anon stayed at a hotel with balcony facing the "front" or highlighted part of the hotel. I was kind of annoyed during early part of evening as I like to sit in anonymous obscurity on a darkened balcony taking in the view. Well late in the evening the lights on the balconies were turned off. I had thot of this but it never came up before. May be an indicator of very late hour/wee hours in our CH pic.

There is a building, attatched, on Whitehall, which is all residential units, 'apartments'. There are about 10 balcony units on that part of the operation - in the rear, as it were, from the perspective of the facade of the hotel we see in Q pics.

Someone with loads of moolah and someone who either enjoys new money and buys status with such splurging ... or someone of old money who takes it for granted even when hosting 'guests' of the lower ranks of the 'nobility'. Or 'lovebirdz'?

This vid shows a closeup of a screencap from a recording made at the cusp of the New Year, during a couple of weeks in dead winter, late DEC and early JAN.

This was one of two stalls at the bike hire docking station by the Corinthia Hotel. One stall was removed, this one depicted here, and another which remained as seen in Q's CH pics.

In CH1, for example, there is only the remaining stall; the scars or marks left behind from the removed kerbside stall can be seen as square 'scars' aligned on the sidewalk.

So the Q pics were taken AFTER this stall was removed - some time after early JAN 2014. But before the fatal accident in early MAR 2014. This would narrow the time range, for the CH pics, to an 8-week interval.

But this bike stall evidence is in conflict with the evidence from summer of 2013 which showed no stall along the kerbside. Before making definitive statement on this, will need to double check the period between 4-AUG-2013 AND early-JAN 2014 for presence of this stall.

Let's put that detail, very significant as it may be, on backburner for now and return to the EMB pics.
