A federal court this week ordered a snap hearing on the Congressional IT scandal involving the Awan brothers and their Pakistani spy ring.

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch filed multiple FOIA lawsuits seeking documents related to the Imran Awan Democrat IT scandal and just last month the DOJ responded by saying they couldn’t produce any documents related to Awan due to “technical difficulties.”

A hearing was ordered following the Court’s demand to know why no records were produced in the Awan case after the DOJ filed documents under seal.

The hearing is scheduled for (tomorrow) January 15 at 10 AM ET.

Just when you thought you couldn't handle any more wonderful factoids about Elon Musk's total airhead of a brother/Board Member, Kimbal, we find out that he was fixed up with a previous girlfriend by sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein.

Even better is the fact that the woman was reportedly Epstein's ex-girlfriend, too.

Epstein was in "regular contact" with Kimbal Musk, who serves on the boards of Tesla and SpaceX, according to a stunning new report from Business Insider.

BI reports that although it was "unclear" how Epstein met Kimbal, Elon's brother began dating a woman in "Epstein's entourage" who lived in an apartment building that Epstein's brother owned. The building had also been used by Epstein himself to house people close to him, including Eastern European models.

In 2018 the Soros-backed St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner led a campaign to attack, smear and oust popular Missouri Republican Governor Eric Greitens.

And it worked. Gardner and her associate and former FBI agent, William Tisaby, were successful in forcing Governor Eric Greitens to resign from office.

Gardner took money from a Soros-backed PAC during the election.

Former Missouri Governer Eric Greitens was indicted in February 2018 on invasion of privacy charges for taking a photo of a naked mistress before he ran for governor.

The woman claimed it was very traumatizing.

The woman also admitted she went back to Eric’s house later that same day for more sex.

The photo never materialized. It’s doubtful there ever was a photo.

The charges were announced by St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner. This was politically motivated take down of the very popular Republican governor.

The Gateway Pundit later reported that Gardner and her chief investigator withheld information in their case against Greitens. Kim Gardner chose not to have the St. Louis Police Department investigate the allegations against the Governor and instead hired William Tisaby, CEO of Enterra, LLC and a former FBI agent.

He was "obviously a creep," Musk told Vanity Fair.

But the social connection between Epstein and Musk may be more complicated than that, Business Insider has learned. Jeffrey Epstein was in regular contact with Elon's brother Kimbal Musk, the tech millionaire turned restaurateur who serves on the boards of his older brother's companies Tesla and SpaceX, according to two people familiar with their relationship.

Fresh Qanon hit-piece from Australia - Conspiracy theorists integrate Australian bushfires into broader global conspiracy

Bushfires, bots and the spread of disinformation

There’s clearly a significant amount of disinformation and misleadingly framed discussion being spread on social media about the bushfires, particularly in relation to the role of arsonists in starting the fires.

However, the bulk of it doesn’t appear to be coming from bots, nor is it anything so straightforward as an attack. Instead, what appears to have happened is that Australia’s bushfire crisis—like other crises, including the burning of the Amazon rainforest in 2019—has been sucked into multiple overlapping fringe right-wing and conspiracy narratives which are generating and amplifying disinformation in support of their own political and ideological positions.

For example, fringe right-wing websites and media figures based in the United States are energetically driving a narrative that the bushfires are the result of arson (which has been resoundingly rejected by Australian authorities) based on an ideological opposition to the consensus view on climate change. Their articles are amplified by pre-existing networks of both real users and inauthentic accounts on social media platforms including Twitter and Facebook.

QAnon conspiracy theorists have integrated the bushfires into their broader conspiracy that US President Donald Trump is waging a secret battle against a powerful cabal of elite cannibalistic paedophiles. Believers in the ‘Agenda 21/Agenda 2030’ conspiracy theory see it as proof of ‘weaponised weather control’ aimed at consolidating a United Nations–led global takeover. Islamophobes are blaming Muslim arsonists—and getting thousands of likes.

And that’s not even touching the issue of misleading information that’s been spread by some Australian mainstream media.

A Cybersecurity Firm Responsible For A Report On Russia Hacking Burisma Has Ties To The 2016 DNC Hacks

The cybersecurity firm responsible for a report Monday suggesting Russia hacked into Burisma Holdings is representing half of the 2020 presidential candidates.

Area 1’s co-founder previously worked with CrowdStrike, a group responsible for allowing hackers access to Democratic National Committee (DNC) emails in 2016.

Another one of the group’s co-founders donated money to Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign months before the Federal Election Commission allowed Area 1 to represent the candidates.

The co-founder of a security firm behind reports suggesting Russia is targeting the company that employed Hunter Biden previously worked with a group at the center of Democratic National Committee email hacks in 2016, according to a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis.

Area 1 co-founder Brad Darche worked as a consultant with CrowdStrike, a group responsible for allowing Russians access to DNC emails ahead of the 2016 election, the group’s website shows. Nearly half of the 2020 presidential candidates are reportedly using the group’s services.

The group published a report Monday suggesting Russian hackers wormed their way inside Ukrainian energy company Burisma in November. Burisma employed Biden between 2014 and 2019. Former Vice President Joe Biden’s son’s work with Burisma has thrust the Democrat into the heart of an impeachment trial targeting President Donald Trump.

Area 1’s report noted that the hack happened while Trump was facing withering scrutiny over allegations that he withheld military aid from Ukraine to pressure the country’s president into opening an investigation into Hunter Biden.

Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts provided $1,300 to the firm in 2019 ostensibly for security purposes, according to a Federal Election Commission (FEC) filing in December. The FEC reportedly allowed the firm to provide services for the campaigns if it charges the campaigns the same price.

Area 1 CEO Oren Falkowitz, a former National Security Agency hacker, for his part, donated $1,300 to Warren’s campaign in July 2019, federal data show. He gave the same amount in September of that year to New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker, a Democrat who ended his presidential campaign Monday.

Schiff Releases New Impeachment ‘Evidence’ Related to Giuliani ‘Associate’ Lev Parnas, Including Undated Handwritten Notes

House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) transmitted new evidence at the 11th hour to the House Judiciary that will be included as official record given to the Senate for the impeachment trial.

The new evidence included information from Lev Parnas, Giuliani’s Ukrainian-American ‘associate’ who was recently indicted for campaign finance violations.

The material also includes a May 2019 letter from Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky where he requests a meeting to discuss the Bidens.

Big deal.

Schiff sent a letter to House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler informing him that the evidence is on two flash drives.

The Democrats will certainly use this new ‘evidence’ to argue they need to call in more witnesses during the Senate impeachment trial.

The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Committee on Oversight and Reform, and Committee on Foreign Affairs have provided additional evidence to the Committee on the Judiciary to be included as part of the official record that will be transmitted to the Senate along with the Articles of Impeachment.

The evidence provided includes phone records, texts, documents, and more. The documents come from Lev Parnas, a former associate of Rudy Giuliani, pursuant to a subpoena served on him on October 10, 2019.

The committee today said:

“Since the House voted to impeach President Trump, we have continued our investigation so the House Managers can present to the Senate the most complete factual record possible before the trial on the Articles of Impeachment. Despite the President’s unprecedented and sweeping obstruction of our impeachment inquiry, we have continued to collect additional evidence relevant to the President’s scheme to abuse his power by pressing Ukraine to interfere in the 2020 election for the President’s benefit.

“Today, additional new evidence will be provided to the House Judiciary Committee for its transmittal to the Senate along with the Articles of Impeachment.

“During the impeachment inquiry, we issued a subpoena to associates of Rudy Giuliani who were involved in the President’s scheme. One of those individuals is Lev Parnas, who responded to his subpoena by turning over a trove of documents that provide more information about the effort to coerce Ukraine into helping the President’s reelection campaign.

“These documents—and those recently released pursuant to Freedom of Information Act—demonstrate that there is more evidence relevant to the President’s scheme, but they have been concealed by the President himself. All of this new evidence confirms what we already know: the President and his associates pressured Ukrainian officials to announce investigations that would benefit the President politically. There cannot be a full and fair trial in the Senate without the documents that President Trump is refusing to provide to Congress.

“We will continue our investigative work and will make available to the Senate and the American people any additional evidence of the President’s misconduct as it is revealed.”

4 UF faculty leave as officials investigate foreign meddling

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Four faculty members have left the University of Florida as the school and federal government investigate foreign exploitation of American-funded medical research.

Two researchers from the College of Engineering and one from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences resigned, and a College of Medicine employee was terminated after the university received a letter from the National Institutes of Health regarding questionable foreign meddling in grant research and funding, the Tampa Bay Times reported Monday.
