“Three career supervisors in the D.C. U.S. attorney’s office have disputed the sworn congressional testimony given by a former prosecutor on Robert S. Feinstein spotted without mask at Dulles Airport despite calls for 'mandatory' policy

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., was spotted without a mask at Dulles International Airport in Virginia on Friday despite having called in June for the Federal Aviation Administration to adopt "mandatory" mask mandates at airports, on airplanes and on public transportation due to coronavirus.

The photos, obtained by "Tucker Carlson Tonight," show Feinstein on Friday near a man wearing a face mask while walking through Signature Flight Support at Dulles International Airport. The terminal services passengers flying private.

A traveler who was waiting at Dulles Signature at the same time as Feinstein said he was told he had to wear a mask.

Records show Feinstein's husband's private jet, a Gulfstream, departed Dulles International Airport around 1 p.m. and arrived in San Francisco a few hours later.

Feinstein wrote to the FAA to urge them to "issue clear, nationwide, mandatory mask requirements for all aviation employees and travelers" in late June.

"I ask that you issue guidance as soon as possible so passengers can have a clear understanding of the requirements and so that we may reduce exposure for workers and travelers alike," she wrote at the time.

Tucker Carlson Tonight's inquiries to Feinstein's office were not returned at the time of publication.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-third-party-inspect-ears-electronic-devices

CLEVELAND – President Trump is asking for an additional ground rule ahead of Tuesday night’s first presidential debate between himself and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

Fox News has learned that the president’s re-election campaign wants the Biden campaign to allow a third party to inspect the ears of each debater for electronic devices or transmitters. The president has consented to this kind of inspection, but a source said the Biden campaign has declined the ear check.

NO HANDSHAKES BETWEEN BIDEN AND TRUMP AT DEBATE

The Trump campaign spokesman, Tim Murtaugh, also tweeted "can confirm" in reference to the reports.

Over the last several weeks, the former vice president's campaign has also requested two breaks one every 30 minutes to break up the 90-minute commercial-free program. But that request has been denied by their Trump counterparts, Fox News is told.

A Trump campaign source told Fox News that "our guy doesn't need breaks. He gives 90-minute speeches all the time."

And the source says that the negotiations are still on-going for Tuesday's night's debate – as well as the remaining two showdowns between Biden and Trump.

Fox News is reaching out to the Commission on Presidential debates – the bipartisan organization that for more than three decades has organized and produced the debates – for a response to the requests from the two campaigns.

The commission has traditionally pushed back against requests from the networks for commercial breaks.

The debate – the first of three between Biden and Trump – kicks off at 9 p.m. ET Tuesday and is being hosted by Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Clinic, in Cleveland, Ohio. The showdown’s being moderated by "Fox News Sunday" anchor Chris Wallace.

Portland unrest sends police sergeant to hospital; officers doused in chemicals, 24 arrested

A Portland police sergeant was sent to the hospital and at least 24 people were arrested after demonstrators gathered outside the police union building late Monday and into early Tuesday.

Demonstrations, which have often devolved into riots, have continued in the city for more than 120 days.

This time, five police officers were also sprayed with chemical irritants by demonstrators who first engaged in an unlawful assembly late Monday in the Kenton Neighborhood before marching toward the Portland Police Association headquarters. The sergeant sent to the hospital was punched in the face.

The Portland Police Bureau learned about an unpermitted march set to begin in Kenton Park around 8:45 p.m. Monday, and officers observed many people in the crowd carrying shields and wearing body armor and helmets. Because the “posture of the gathering suggested that it would become violent,” the bureau said officers moved in to the park and seized shields to “lower the likelihood that members of the gathering would use the shields to protect those intent on committing crimes such as throwing objects at police.”

A silver Subaru sedan, marked with a red cross, signaling it was being used as an amateur medic transport, was spotted driving dangerously in the area and officers conducted a vehicle stop. A loaded handgun was found inside, and the driver was cited for driving uninsured and without a seat belt and failing to signal a turn. The investigation into the firearm is ongoing.

Police arrested some in the crowd who interfered while they were “performing their lawful duties,” and officers then disengaged from the park, despite being pelted with water bottles, the bureau said in a press release. Officers warned the crowd via loudspeaker they were still welcome to demonstrate in the park but did not have a permit to march through the street.

Ignoring the warning, the bureau said demonstrators marched toward the offices of the Portland Police Association, which “have been the focus of numerous violent and destructive protests in recent months.”

In the past, police said “individuals operating within large scale demonstrations have burglarized the building, set arson fires, cut the power to the building, broke windows, and caused other destruction. Several of those incidents devolved into riots where officers were forced to deploy tear gas and other munitions to move the violent and destructive crowd away.”

Late Monday, police warned the crowd approaching the police union that the sidewalk in front of the officers was closed and not to block vehicular traffic through North Lombard Street.

The crowd dispersed around 1:30 a.m. and police made 24 arrests, including several wearing heavy body armor with rifle plating and marked with "press" insignia, those carrying a "press" pass, and possessing weapons such as knives and OC spray.

One individual who evaded arrest threw a full-sized baseball at pursuing officers. Those arrested were booked into the Multnomah County Jail on various charges, including interfering with a peace officer, disorderly conduct, escape, menacing, and harassment.

Corrupt Judge Sullivan Redacts Yesterday’s Document Drop in Flynn Case – Now AG Barr Sending Big Hitter to Today’s Hearing

The documents dropped yesterday in the General Flynn case showing the General was set up and wrongfully targeted, prosecuted and indicted were redacted – by JUDGE SULLIVAN. AG Barr is now sending a top DOJ attorney to today’s hearing.

We reported yesterday that some more documents were dropped by the Justice Department in the General Flynn case. The documents were more proof of the General’s innocence and the efforts by Obama’s Deep State FBI to target and wrongfully arrest and indict the hero General.

Overnight there was some additional analysis regarding yesterday’s document drop.

First of all we find out that the documents were heavily redacted but not by the DOJ – the documents were redacted by Judge Sullivan:

The portion of the notes that are unredacted show that the FBI was no longer looking at collusion. However, in public the entire message was regarding Trump – Russia collusion. The FBI was lying to the American public and knew there was no Russian collusion:

Next we see that the FBI was trying to remove General Flynn’s security clearance. They were doing anything they could to prevent President Trump from transitioning into power peacefully. By taking away Flynn’s security clearance, for no reason, they could hinder the incoming President:

Finally, the DOJ announced that top DOJ attorney Deputy Assistant Attorney General Hashim Mooppan will appear at the hearing today. As Roscoe Davis reports – this is pulling out all the stops short of AG Barr appearing himself:

We’ll see what corrupt Judge Sullivan has up his sleeve today to further prolong the greatest travesty in US history. How much more does General Flynn and his family have to suffer at the hands of corrupt Deep State attorneys, FBI agents and corrupt judges?

Turkish F-16 warplane shoots down Armenian SU-25 fighter jet, Defense Ministry in Yerevan claims

A Turkish F-16 fighter has shot down an Armenian Air Force Su-25, Yerevan has announced. It comes three days after a military conflict between Armenia and neighboring Azerbaijan broke out over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region.

Officials in Yerevan said the incident took place in Armenian airspace and that the pilot of the Soviet-designed Su-25 was killed.

The attack comes hours after Ankara said that it would help Azerbaijan repel “Armenian aggression,” offering both diplomatic and military assistance. Armenia said earlier that it was prepared to use Russian-made Iskander ballistic missiles in the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region if Turkey - a member of the US-led NATO bloc - deploys its American-built F-16 fighter jets in support of the Azeri offensive.

A spokesman for Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan denied Yerevan’s claim to Bloomberg. Azerbaijan’s defense ministry has also denied that a Turkish F-16 jet has shot down an Armenian warplane.

Azeri senior defense officials on Monday dismissed as “disinformation” reports that Turkish F-16 fighters were supporting Azerbaijani troops.

Also on Monday, the leader of the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region, Arayik Harutyunyan, alleged that local forces had shot down what he said was a Turkish F-16. Vagif Dargyahly, a spokesman for Azerbaijan's defense ministry dismissed his claim, describing it as “lies and provocation,” and adding “you can’t destroy what doesn’t exist.”

The government of Armenia claimed that the Turkish F-16 took off from an airbase inside Azerbaijan.

Fighting between Armenia and Azerbaijan broke out on Sunday, after Azeri and ethnic Armenian soldiers exchanged fire. The region of Nagorno-Karabakh is internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan but is populated by ethnic Armenians. Baku considers the enclave to has been illegally occupied by Yerevan, since a 1988-1994 war.

Hero Dr. Scott Atlas ABSOLUTELY DESTROYS Dr. Fauci and Dr. Redfield after their Ridiculous Attacks

We need better medical elites.

Earlier on Monday CDC Director Dr. Redfield attacked Dr. Scott Atlas on a flight from Atlanta to Washington DC. Redfield was overheard by an employee of NBC News saying, “Everything he says is false.”

Then on Monday afternoon quack NIAID Director Dr. Anthony Fauci attacked Dr. Scott Atlas on CNN pushing inaccurate information.

Both doctors have a record of crazy, twisted and ridiculous statements.

When Dr. Atlas went on with Laura Ingraham he unloaded on the two elites using their own words against them.

This was sensational!

Dr. Scott Atlas: I was called in because I can translate the medical science into public policy. To do everything he can to protect the vulnerable, to open schools and open society and to make sure hospitals are not overcrowded. Of course, this is the right policy – It happens to be policy in many of the world’s leading epidemiologists and infectious disease people… There are other experts that say things like, “No you shouldn’t wear masks,” to “Yes you should wear masks,” to, “Hey, a mask is better than a vaccine!” (Redfield) Or, some other expert might say, “No you shouldn’t wear masks,” and then change it to, “Yes, you should wear masks,” and then change it to, “Everyone should wear goggles.” (Crazy Fauci)

Appointing Dr. Scott Atlas to the White House COVID team was another BRILLIANT move by President Trump.

Doctors Fauci and Redfield would be well advised NOT to try to score political points with Dr. Scott Atlas.

Tesla's Nevada Gigafactory Has The County's Highest COVID-19 Case-Count Since June

One of the biggest stories of 2020 for Tesla was the company's constant ongoing battle with Alameda County, California, about its ability to re-open during the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk famously went to war with what seemed like the entire state of California when he sought to re-open Tesla's Fremont production facility, despite local regulations requiring otherwise. Musk threw a temper tantrum and threatened to move Tesla to California before the incident started to blow over.

Now, Tesla's Nevada Gigafactory is being called into question, with the Reno Gazette Journal reporting that the job site has the highest number of Washoe County coronavirus cases since June. The Gigafactory beat out many of the largest casinos in Reno and Sparks - and Saint Mary's Regional Hospital and the VA Hospital.

The Gigafactory reported 117 cases, more than 5 times the local hospital and 6 times what the local VA hospital reported. The number of Washoe County coronavirus cases since June, listed by workplace, were as follows:

Gigafactory: 117

Renown: 104

Walmart: 41

UNR: 32

UPS: 27

Atlantis: 26

Peppermill: 26

Grand Sierra Resort: 25

Washoe County School District: 25

Silver Legacy: 24

Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center: 22

Walkenhorst: 18

World Pack: 18

VA Hospital: 17

County spokesman Scott Oxarart said: "This data shows that COVID-19 is still prevalent in our community. People are frequenting places while infectious and are making it possible for future transmission. It’s important to remember that if you’re showing symptoms like fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or even symptoms such as sore throat, headaches, upset stomach, you should stay home and only go out to get a COVID-19 test or receive medical treatment."

Back in July we noted that over 15% of Tesla employees had been affected by Covid after the company's early re-opening.

The Man Who Kickstarted The Russia Investigation Is Running For Congress

Most Americans might not know Tom Malinowski's name yet. But come election season in 2018, he'll probably get plenty of attention as Malinowski runs for Congress. As someone who helped jumpstart Congress' interest in investigating Russian election interference, Malinowski can expect extra media attention — and it doesn't hurt that he's competing for one of several House seats Democrats think they can flip to take control of the lower chamber.

Malinowski announced he'd be running for New Jersey's 7th District seat in October. And as a former official in the administrations of both President Obama and President Clinton, Malinowski brings plenty of prior government experience to his resume.

In fact, it was during the final days of Malinowski's tenure at the Obama State Department when he delivered case numbers to a handful of U.S. senators, hoping they'd pick up the thread and investigate further. Those numbers corresponded with several intelligence reports on Russian interference in the recent U.S. election.

And while the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller to look into any possible illegal coordination between Russia and President Trump's campaign is an important step, Malinowski thinks it's far from sufficient, which is a factor in why he's running for Congress.

In an op-ed at Politico, Malinowski laid out three necessary steps to "safeguard our democracy." His first suggestion is pretty straightforward: "safeguard our elections." Malinowski points out a handful of glaring vulnerabilities in America's voting process. For instance, many vote on "outmoded, hack-able machines" that lack a backup paper record. If hacking were to occur, this deficit makes tracking the extent of interference impossible.

Malinowski also wants to do more to bar foreign powers from buying influence with American politicians. He points specifically to the threat of foreign money sneaking in through shell companies. Set up in a way that hides the identities of those funding them, shell company purchases can be a stealth mode of purchasing access and/or influence with elected officials. Malinowski cites one example — one-third of Trump condos in South Florida are reportedly owned by limited liability companies (LLCs). Malinowski wants to pass legislation to make that kind of interference illegal.

Malinowski cites a final threat to American democracy — online propaganda. He eschews any kind of governmental interference with the internet itself, but does support pressuring social media companies to do a better job informing users on the credibility of sources. Malinowski also wants rules imposed on political advertising online.

Malinowski's most recent job title was assistant secretary of state for democracy, human rights, and labor. According to Malinowski's campaign website, his work in the Obama administration included stopping the use of torture, defending the human rights of women and the LGBTQ population, challenging dictators, and protecting "our privacy on the internet," among other goals.

Malinowski is an immigrant from Poland, a background that he says provokes "extra pride in representing our country and fighting to protect our values around the world." After seeing dysfunctional political systems abroad, Malinowski is adamant that Americans not lose sight of the benefits and importance of bipartisanship. He cites specifically his friendship with Republican Sen. John McCain and their joined efforts to champion human rights.

Malinowski is entering a packed Democratic primary, with five other candidates vying to take on the current Republican holder of New Jersey's 7th seat, Rep. Leonard Lance. The Republican is seen as vulnerable, as his vote against GOP efforts to reform health care is seen as a potential turnoff to hardline conservative voters in the district.

Antifa doxer ‘AntiFash Gordon’ slapped with federal lawsuit for getting New York Daily News employee fired

A self-professed Antifa doxer, who publishes sensitive data about political opponents online, has been accused of using university resources to conduct targeted harassment campaigns against a former New York Daily News employee.

Christian Michael Exoo, aka “@AntiFashGordon,” is a 39-year-old assistant at St. Lawrence University (SLU) library who stands accused of nefarious activity in a federal lawsuit filed in New Jersey by Daniel D’Ambly.

“Technically, I don’t just stalk fascists. I also get them fired, de-homed, kicked out of school, etc,” Exoo bragged on Twitter.

D’Ambly was fired from his job as a platemaker for the New York Daily News after he was allegedly targeted by Exoo, who he claims had the “consent and approval” of SLU to recruit students to target people online.

St. Lawrence University, New York Daily News, Twitter and others are named as co-defendants in the suit.

“Exoo is a self-described anti-fascist, notorious doxer, and leader of Antifa, who by doxing others has acquired a great deal of notoriety and infamy,” D’Ambly’s civil complaint claims, adding that his activities are known to and endorsed by university faculty, which include his mother, father and brother.

British MP Urges Mandatory COVID Vaccinations For Anyone Wanting To Travel

A Conservative MP has called for mandatory coronavirus vaccination certificates distributed by the Army that will determine whether people will be allowed to travel internationally.

During a debate in the British Parliament last night, MP Tobias Ellwood urged the Prime Minister to have the British Armed Forces oversee that COVID-19 vaccination roll out process.

Noting that a coronavirus vaccine was potentially six months away, Ellwood said, “Mass vaccine roll out is an enormous responsibility and we need to get it right.”

Ellwood said he had written to Boris Johnson urging him to give the power to a Ministry of Defence task force to ship the vaccines across the country and set up regional distribution hubs as well as developing a “national database to track progress and issue the vaccination certificates.”

The MP said the vaccination certificates “will probably have to be internationally recognized in order to allow travel, international travel.”

Ellwood went on to make it clear that people who take the vaccine will see their lives return to normality while those who don’t will still be “subject to social distancing rules.”

The prospect of denying basic rights of mobility and travel to people who refuse to take a vaccine for personal, religious or medical reasons is shaping up to be a human rights minefield.

A poll conducted by King’s College London (KCL) and Ipsos Mori last month found that only 53% of Brits would be “certain” or “likely” to get vaccinated for COVID-19.

One in six said they would definitely not get a vaccine or that it would be very unlikely. When extrapolated out to the population, this equates to 11 million people who, if Ellwood’s advice is taken, will be denied travel and treated like second class citizens.

Biden campaign wants Facebook to crack down on voting ‘misinformation’ by Trump, after illegal pro-Dem ballot scheme uncovered

The Biden campaign has asked Facebook to clamp down on President Trump for spreading “falsehoods about mail voting.” Meanwhile, Trump wants an alleged voter fraud scheme in Minnesota investigated.

In a letter to Facebook published by US news website Axios on Tuesday, the Biden campaign accuses the Silicon Valley giant of “regression” on its own pledge to “protect our democracy.” The campaign claims that a number of posts by President Donald Trump and his son, Donald Jr, amount to “dangerous claptrap” and a “storm of misinformation.”

Trump Jr claims in one video that Democrats “plan to add millions of fraudulent ballots that can cancel your vote and overturn the election,” while President Trump encouraged voters casting their vote by mail to show up at their polling place to make sure their vote has been counted, and vote again if possible.

Though the letter comes just hours before the first presidential debate, and as election season enters its final breakneck stretch, it’s not the first warning that Team Biden has sent to Facebook. Back in June, the campaign organized a petition and wrote to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, asking him to remove “false, viral information” from “bad actors and conspiracy theorists.”

Trump has long accused Biden and the Democrats of plotting voter fraud, and, over the past two years, has made several calls for a voter ID system to be introduced in the US. Despite the president being accused of fear-mongering, recent developments indicate that, at least in certain areas, fraud is being committed.

The E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System, or Joint STARS, is an airborne battle management, command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platform. Its primary mission is to provide theater ground and air commanders with ground surveillance to support attack operations and targeting that contributes to the delay, disruption and destruction of enemy forces. The E-8C is a modified Boeing 707-300 series commercial airframe extensively remanufactured and modified with the radar, communications, operations and control subsystems required to perform its operational mission. The most prominent external feature is the 27-foot (8 meters) long, canoe-shaped radome under the forward fuselage that houses the 24-foot (7.3 meters) long, side-looking phased array antenna.

The radar and computer subsystems on the E-8C can gather and display detailed battlefield information on ground forces. The information is relayed in near-real time to the Army and Marine Corps common ground stations and to other ground command, control, communications, computers and intelligence, or C4I, nodes.

The antenna can be tilted to either side of the aircraft where it can develop a 120-degree field of view covering nearly 19,305 square miles (50,000 square kilometers) and is capable of detecting targets at more than 250 kilometers (more than 820,000 feet). The radar also has some limited capability to detect helicopters, rotating antennas and low, slow-moving fixed wing aircraft.

As a battle management and command and control asset, the E-8C can support the full spectrum of roles and missions from peacekeeping operations to major theater war.

Christian crowdfunding site raises $500K for Rittenhouse legal defense

A Christian crowdfunding website raised over $520,000 to help pay the legal fees of 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who is accused of shooting and killing two people during protests in Kenosha, Wis.

The funds were raised on GiveSendGo, a page created after Rittenhouse allegedly shot three people who were protesting over the police shooting of Jacob Blake, the New York Post reported.

Rittenhouse has been held without bail in Lake County's juvenile detention facility since his arrest in August. Prosecutors have charged him with shooting three men with an AR-15-style rifle and first-degree intentional homicide in the death of two protesters, among other charges.

"Now, Kyle is being unfairly charged with murder … by a DA who seems determined to capitalize on the political angle of the situation," the fundraising page reads. "The situation was clearly self-defense, and Kyle and his family will undoubtedly need money to pay for the legal fees."

The website – sponsored by an Atlanta-based group called "Friends of the Rittenhouse family" – surpassed its goal of raising $500,000 Monday, garnering nearly $523,000 in donations.

JPMorgan & four other major banks moving trillions in dirty money like the FIVE CRIME FAMILIES of NYC – Max Keiser

The hosts of the Keiser Report, Max and Stacy, look into the recent revelation by the US government that five global banks have processed trillions of dollars in suspicious transactions.

According to the US Department of Treasury’s Financial Crime Enforcement Network (FinCen), those institutions are Bank of New York Mellon, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, and Standard Chartered.

“For 11 years, I’ve been saying that JPMorgan and Jamie Dimon have been funding terrorism. Now, FinCen says exactly the same!” Max points out.

In Max’s opinion, those five banks are like the five crime families of New York during the 1970s. When one of those families was arrested and busted, the remaining four consolidated and became more powerful. “And that continued until there was one super-crime family that was too big to prosecute,” says Max, adding that the only way to curb such activity is to apply anti-racketeering law.

Sheriff & DA Arrested for Destroying Video of Cops Killing Man on ‘LIVE PD’ Over Bright Headlights

Austin, TX — Javier Ambler, a 40-year-old postal worker, was on his way home from a friendly poker game when he allegedly made the mistake of failing to turn off his brights when passing another vehicle. This is something everyone who is reading this article has likely done at some point in their life. However, because Ambler drove past a Williamson County sheriff’s deputy, an hour later, he’d be dead.

Ambler was killed last year and investigators with the Williamson County sheriff’s department investigated themselves and determined that the deputies did not violate the agency’s pursuit or use-of-force policies. This was in spite of the fact that Ambler’s death was ruled a homicide.

Now, we may have some insight into why all the officers were cleared. A Williamson County grand jury has indicted Sheriff Robert Chody for felony evidence tampering in Ambler’s death. According to court documents, Chody is accused of destroying video recordings and audio recordings in the investigation into Ambler’s death “with the intent to impair their availability as evidence in the investigation, “KVUE reports.

Chody was booked into the Williamson County jail on Monday and released shortly after on a $10,000 bail. Adding to the conspiratorial nature of the case is the fact that Jason Nassour, the attorney for Williamson County, was also booked on the same charge for allegedly tampering with the same evidence.

As TFTP reported earlier this year, Live PD reportedly destroyed all footage of Ambler’s death at the hands of police. The indictments stem from an independent investigation launched by media with the KVUE Defenders and the Austin American-Statesman jointly after they both confirmed in June that the footage was destroyed.

Jeff Edwards of the Edwards Law Group, who is representing the Ambler family, released the following statement Monday evening in regards to the charges:

“Today, we learned that a reason for the slow pace of justice in this case is that Sheriff Chody allegedly acted to destroy video evidence of Mr. Ambler’s death. It seems the sheriff was more interested in being part of a reality television program and providing entertaining video content than protecting the lives of the Black citizens he was sworn to protect. If true, such shameful behavior by a law enforcement leader is striking evidence that there needs to be a sweeping, systemic overhaul of our system of policing.”

Rep. Tom Malinowski to host virtual forum on QAnon, misinformation

Following reports that a popular conspiracy theory website created by a Berkeley Heights man was shut down, Rep. Tom Malinowski announced he will hold a public forum discussing the topic of misinformation online.

Malinowski (D-Hunterdon) will host the virtual forum on Friday to discuss the conspiracy movement QAnon and the spread of misinformation on digital platforms.

The Democrat congressman will be joined by Oren Segal, vice president of the Center on Extremism at the AntiDefamation League.

Earlier this month, Malinowski and Rep. Denver Riggleman, a Republican lawmaker from Virginia, introduced a bipartisan resolution condemning QAnon, a movement promoting a collection of unfounded conspiracy theories that have spread widely on the internet since 2017.

These conspiracy theories are undermining public trust in America’s democratic institutions, and are beginning to actively influence U.S. elections, according to Malinowski.

The FBI has assessed with high confidence that “fringe political conspiracy theories,” including QAnon, “very likely motivate some domestic extremists, wholly or in part, to engage in criminal or violent activity,” and that these conspiracy theories “very likely encourage the targeting of specific people, places and organizations, thereby increasing the likelihood of violence against these targets," Malinowski said in a statement.

Malinowski said the influence of these groups has been felt recently in Central Jersey with QAnon supporters marching in Westfield two weeks ago and the QAnon site that drew 10 million visitors in July being traced to Jason J. Gelinas of Berkeley Heights, according to a report by Bloomberg News.

“Conspiracy movements and political extremists that just a few years ago organized largely online are spilling over into the real world and putting our communities at risk,” Malinowski said. “It’s time to pull back the curtain and expose the white supremacists, anti-Semites, and extremists from the left and right leveraging misinformation to undermine our democracy, and spread fear in our communities.”

President Trump’s Economy in 2019 Had the Largest Increase in Median Household Income Ever – More Than Obama’s Increase in 8 Years

As the economy gets back to its winning ways after the forced shutdown due to the China coronavirus, it’s time to revisit the incredible economy Trump built before March of this year.

We reported over the past four years how President Trump’s economy is the greatest economy ever. The stock markets have never been higher and are already back reaching all-time highs after the self-imposed lockdowns due to the China coronavirus. Unemployment during the Trump years reached 50 year lows with unemployment recorded at 3.6% rate in April 2019.

The US became the world’s largest producer of oil and eliminated its dependency on foreign oil. As a result the US is no longer dependent on Middle Eastern countries for oil, the country is more prosperous and gas prices at the pump are low.

But the one item that was reported recently and overlooked is the increase in working Americans’ income. According to FOX News:

US Navy ships, subs, and planes are training to meet a new kind of challenge from Russia in the Atlantic

With increasingly sophisticated Russian submarines prowling the Atlantic, the US Navy is working harder to keep track of what's happening off the US coast.

The Navy's focus on anti-submarine warfare waned during the Middle East wars, but attention is shifting, underscored by Exercise Black Widow 2020 in the North Atlantic between September 12 and 18.

The deterioration of Russia's navy in the decade after the Cold War "allowed a lot of folks to think that the homeland is a sanctuary from Russian forces," Vice Adm. Daryl L. Caudle, commander of Naval Submarine Forces, told reporters on September 16.

"But it's pretty well known now that our homeland is no longer a sanctuary, so we have to be prepared here to conduct high-end combat operations in local waters," Caudle added

Modern anti-submarine warfare requires coordination between different platforms in different domains — from satellites to submarines — and Black Widow reflected that, Caudle and other officers said at a briefing.

"We've got to maintain our positional advantage over the adversary, particularly in the Atlantic," said Vice Adm. Andrew Lewis, commander of the Navy's 2nd Fleet. "We've got incredible warfighters in the submarine community that have stayed focused on it … the rest of us are getting back into that from an all-domain perspective."

Kuwait's Ruler Emir Sheikh Sabah Dies At 91

Emir Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, the 91-year-old ruler of Kuwait, died Tuesday in a US hospital, according to media reports

Born in 1929, the Sheikh is widely regarded as the architect of modern Kuwaiti foreign policy, and his death comes amid a major transition in the Middle East, as the UAE takes steps to normalize relations with Israel.

He served as foreign minister for nearly 40 years between 1963 and 2003, when he became prime minister of Kuwait, before becoming Emir in 2006 following the death of Sheikh Jaber al-Sabah. The longtime ruler's death is not unexpected: the country announced he had suffered an unspecfied medical "set back" in August 2019. In July, he sought treatment in a US hospital after undergoing surgery.

Many Kuwaitis were informed of his death when local television cut to Quaranic verses on Tuesday, a move that typically signifies the death of a senior member of Kuwait's ruling family.

In the past, 83-year-old Crown Prince Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Sabah, an elder statesman and the deceased emir’s half-brother, has been appointed acting ruler when the Sheikh was indisposed, as per the country’s constitutional law. Sheikh Nawaf has held high office for decades, including top positions. As ruler, his brother pushed a policy of diplomacy to solve regional problems, while also leading the 2017 boycott of Qatar by members of the GCC.

Tom Malinowski Bio

Dept of State

Former Asst Sec Human Rights/Democracy/Labor, Dept of State

The White House has set its eye on "good guy lobbyist" Tom Malinowski of the nonprofit group Human Rights Watch to be the next Assistant Secretary of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor at the State Department. If Malinowski is confirmed by the Senate, it will be his third time swinging through the revolving door between the public and private sectors. He began his career in public service as an assistant to Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-NY) in 1988, and then was a researcher at the Ford Foundation from 1992-1993. In 1994, Malinowski joined the State Department as a speechwriter, remaining there for four years until he left for a job in the Clinton White House.

He continued to build his career as a foreign policy expert and speechwriting whiz once at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., where he helped lead the foreign policy speechwriting team for the National Security Council and was a special assistant to President Clinton. In 2001, Malinowski began his 12-year stint at Human Rights Watch, where he's currently the Washington director, one of the organization's top advocacy liaisons to the federal government. According to OpenSecrets.org data, the organization spent at least $1.25 million lobbying on civil liberties, foreign relations, and homeland security during his tenure. Malinowski's last personal lobbying disclosure filing dates from 2006. In 2012, Malinowski contributed $250 to the campaign of Democratic candidate Clyde Williams, a contender to oust Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY) who was forced to resign from his position as the House Ways and Means Committee chairman in 2010 and was later convicted of 11 violations of House ethics rules. (Rangel was re-elected to his seat last November.) Malinowski holds a Master of Philosophy degree from Oxford University and a bachelor's degree from the University of California-Berkeley.

Suga and Putin affirm goal of peace treaty based on 1956 declaration

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga reaffirmed his intent to reach a postwar peace treaty between Tokyo and Moscow based on a 1956 declaration as he held his first conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.

A peace deal has been blocked by the Northern Territories issue, a group of Japanese islands off Hokkaido which were occupied by Russia at the end of World War II and are still administered by Moscow. "I want to advance Japan-Russia relations as a whole, which includes concluding a peace treaty," Suga told Putin over the 20-minute telephone call. "I intend to close the books on the Northern Territories issue rather than postpone it to the next generation." Suga's predecessor as prime minister, Shinzo Abe, reached an agreement with Putin in 2018 to speed negotiations toward a World War II peace treaty based on a 1956 joint declaration by Japan and the Soviet Union. The declaration stipulates that the Russian side will hand over two of the four islands to Japan after the conclusion of a peace treaty.

Suga and Putin on Tuesday reaffirmed the 2018 agreement. Putin said he "highly values" his relationship with Abe, according to the Japanese side. The Russian leader also said he is prepared to work constructively with Suga on bilateral and international issues. Putin touched on the "visa-free exchange" in which former Japanese residents of the islands would visit the territories while Russian residents of the islands would visit Japan. The program has been halted due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Russian leader said he was prepared to reopen the visa-free exchange when the pandemic is brought under control. Suga and Putin agreed to seek a face-to-face meeting at an early date. "I will be able to have a frank exchange of views with Mr. Putin going forward. That was the response I felt," Suga told reporters after the phone meeting. For over 70 years, Tokyo and Moscow have failed to demarcate a border because of the Northern Territories issue. The 1956 joint declaration states that Habomai and Shikotan islands would be handed over to Japan after a peace accord is signed.

As Abe's former chief cabinet secretary, Suga will follow his predecessor's line toward Russia."Our aim of resolving the Northern Territories issue, then signing a peace treaty, remains unchanged," said Katsunobu Kato, Suga's chief cabinet secretary. Suga retained the diplomatic team that Abe assembled to deal with Russia. Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi will continue to handle the negotiations, along with top career diplomats Takeo Akiba and Takeo Mori.

Shigeru Kitamura, the Japanese national security adviser, also has been retained. Kitamura visited Russia in January to meet with Putin and Nikolai Patrushev, the country's Security Council secretary. Abe's resignation leaves a large gap to fill, given his strong personal connection with Putin. The two held 27 meetings over the years. Suga, who has yet to meet with Putin in person, faces the task of forming his own ties with the Russian leader. Meanwhile, Suga has shaken up the staff at the prime minister's office, whose policymaking had been been heavily influenced by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Suga replaced Abe advisers Takaya Imai and Eiichi Hasegawa, both of whom hailed from METI and were involved in Russia negotiations and economic cooperation.

Suga faces no immediate prospects of a breakthrough on the Northern Territories issue. Russia's annexation of Ukraine's Crimea region in 2014 worsened relations with Washington, and Moscow has aired concerns that the U.S. may build military bases in the Northern Territories if the islands are transferred to Japan. "Friction between the U.S. and Russia is a major factor in why there has been no progress on the territorial issue since the Japan-Russia summit in November 2018," said Nobuo Shimotomai, professor emeritus of Russian politics at Hosei University. Russia this year enacted constitutional amendments that include a ban on giving away any part of the country's territory, a development that could hamper bilateral talks over the islands.

Prior to the phone call with Putin, Suga met with Muneo Suzuki, a Hokkaido lawmaker in the upper house of Japan's parliament who has connections to Russia. The two discussed the situation with Russia as well as diplomacy with the country.

US carrier-launched airstrike targets ISIS in Iraq for first time in 2 years

A pair of U.S. Navy F/A-18F Super Hornets embarked on the USS Nimitz (CVN-68) carried out the first carrier-launched airstrike in more than two years against the Islamic State terror group.

The Wednesday mission was the first carrier-launched airstrike in over two years. Cmdr. Rebecca Rebarich, a spokeswoman for the Bahrain-based U.S. 5th Fleet, confirmed the airstrike as a carrier-launched operation in an emailed statement to American Military News. Rebarich said, “The last such strike was by USS Theodore Roosevelt in March 2018.”

While there have been no carrier-launched airstrikes in around 30 months, aircraft embarked aboard amphibious landing ships in the region have conducted some strikes during that 30-month period.

An airstrike coordinated by U.S. Coalition Forces and launched that same day targeted the ISIS locations in Wadi Al-Shai, a rural area in the Kirkuk province, destroying a cave structure and three more shelters being used as hideouts by the ISIS terror group in the Kirkuk province of northern Iraq on Wednesday.

Operation Inherent Resolve spokesman Col. Wayne Marotto described the strike mission in a Thursday tweet, saying, “W/ @modmiliq approval @Coalition conducted a strike on Daesh hideouts in Wadi Al-Shai, Iraq Sep 23, destroying one cave and three shelters. Daesh operatives will continue to try and take advantage of safe havens; but there is no safe place for terrorists to hide. #defeatdaesh.”

Dem Rep. Tom Malinowski: We need illegal immigrants to 'mow our beautiful lawns'

Rep. Tom Malinowski, D-N.J., defended the presence of both legal and illegal immigrants on Tuesday, asking his constituents: "Who do you think is mowing our beautiful lawns?"

"There are a lot of jobs in our community, that like it or not, for better or for worse, Americans are not willing to take,” Malinowski said in a video obtained by the Washington Examiner.

Malinowski, the freshman Democrat who is now running for reelection in New Jersey's seventh district, began citing statics showing the major role migrants play in the workforce.

“Who do you think is taking care of our seniors? Fifty percent of the elderly care workers in the state of New Jersey are immigrants, most of them legal, most of them documented. And there's certainly some who are not," the congressman told the crowd. "Who do you think is mowing our beautiful lawns in Somerset County? We don’t usually ask, but a lot of those workers are undocumented.”

After one attendee mentioned that he works at a children's coding training program called "Code Ninjas," Malinowski joked that they were a "bunch of elitists" who aren't "going to mow lawns."

Malinowski represents a swing district previously held by the GOP. He is also one of more than 120 House Democrats who support impeachment proceedings against President Trump.

Biden rejects request to inspect his ears prior to debate, Trump campaign says

The Trump campaign said Democrat Joseph R. Biden refused their request to have a third party inspect his ears for electronic devices prior to Tuesday night’s first presidential debate.

The Biden campaign, in turn, said Team Trump requested that the debate moderator not mention the number of Americans who have died from COVID-19.

The jockeying came hours before both candidates squared off for the first of their three debates.

“Joe Biden’s handlers several days ago agreed to a pre-debate inspection for electronic earpieces but today abruptly reversed themselves and declined,” said Trump campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh.

He also said Mr. Biden’s handlers asked for “multiple breaks during the debate, which Mr. Trump doesn’t need.”

>archangel Michael

today is Michaelmas.

September 29 is basically Christmas for the archangel Michael.

In Christian angelology, the Archangel Michael is the greatest of all the angels and is honored for defeating Lucifer in the war in heaven.

Happy Michaelmas, anons

I wonder if Q will link a tweet to archangel Michael on twitter today?
