I saw a short documentary recently. Not sure where I linked to it from. It was about a South African doctor that had produced a cure for AIDS. He was curing people and sent the cure to WHO and CDC to get it approved. It specifically mentioned Dr Fauci. The cure disappeared and he was threatened to shut it down. In this documentary, they interview a black woman who stole a vial of the cure for her daughter. It saved her life and she is AIDS free to this day. The doc probably left it where she could take it, but would never admit it.

This sound familiar to anyone? Wish I could find that video again.

Dr. Fauci, while declining to discuss specific cases, says competing for the parent agency's big BioShield contracts is all a matter of competence and meeting milestones. The issue for BioShield bidders, he says, is: "Do you meet the criteria?"

In reality, several companies have been funded by NIH only to find themselves on the losing end of big contracts.

Nonetheless, some companies worry that without NIH funding, they can't get on the inside track for BioShield. "If the NIH is giving grants, they become the gatekeeper. They define what gets developed, and exclude all these other innovative ideas," says Richard Hollis, chief executive of Hollis-Eden Pharmaceuticals Inc., a San Diego biotechnology concern developing a radiation-sickness antidote.

Hollis-Eden's experimental medicine addresses two medical problems stemming from radiation exposure. A rival product, Amgen Inc. 's Neupogen, addresses only one. Dr. Fauci's agency is funding studies of Neupogen for this use. When the Department of Health and Human Services recently put out draft bid requests and specified only one of the indications, it seemed to favor the Amgen product. Hollis-Eden's stock dropped 50% on the Nasdaq Stock Market over the next few days.

Hollis-Eden began urging members of Congress to complain to HHS Secretary Michael Leavitt. Rep. Tom Davis, Republican of Virginia, did so, writing that he is "very troubled" by the draft bid request. Stewart Simonson, an assistant HHS secretary, responded that the department was focusing on the most significant blood abnormality of radiation exposure. Dr. Fauci declined to comment on the Hollis-Eden protests.

General, Colonel Rebuked After Marine Corps Finds Serious Flaws in Fatal Crash Investigation

In a rare move, the Marine Corps has acknowledged a host of problems with an investigation into a horrific midair collision off the coast of Japan that killed six, resulting in new reprimands for two senior leaders who oversaw the squadrons involved.

A team of a dozen experts tasked with reviewing the findings of a probe into the fatal Dec. 6, 2018 nighttime refueling accident involving an F/A-18D Hornet and KC-130J Hercules found "many inaccuracies" they say led to "differing and false narratives," according to the report, which was obtained exclusively by Military.com.

Initial findings into the accident, which killed the Hornet pilot and five Marines in the C-130, said the aviator who caused the collision wasn't qualified to fly that night and that drug use contributed to the mishap.

The Marine Corps now says those findings were wrong.

The first investigation was not impartial in its focus, thorough in its scope or accurate in its findings, wrote Lt. Gen. Robert Hedelund, the Marine Corps' longest-serving aviator assigned to carry out the new review.

"Because of this, we lost trust with the American people, the families of those who perished, and the young men and women who fly our aircraft," Hedelund wrote.

Assistant Commandant Gen. Gary Thomas directed the review last year when several members of the squadron were relieved of command as a result of the accident. The review, officials said at the time, would look at possible disciplinary action against other leaders.

Two senior officers a two-star general and a colonel have now received formal reprimands amid the renewed examination of shortfalls leading up to the crash. And an aviation safety officer who was incorrectly blamed after the first investigation has now been cleared of any wrongdoing.

Hedelund, who was designated a naval aviator in 1985 and currently leads Marine Corps Forces Command, said the Marine Corps must act now to reclaim the public's trust.

"I firmly believe this report is a clarion call to improve our practices, and can serve as a seminal document to assist in guiding our force development efforts," he wrote.

The next major advantage of the pandemic for the Deep State was the case made to the public for mail-in voting, a highly insecure practice proven to be rampant with fraud, just as the public saw in one such example when a former Philadelphia judge pled guilty to stuffing ballot boxes after being paid by what he called a “Democrat political consultant”.

With a rapidly rising death toll needed to make the case to the public for even harsher control, normal influenza deaths for the year were recorded as Covid19, artificially inflating the numbers. But this was only the beginning. When this did not yield enough fatalities, the Deep State then initiated a murderous plan to defy federal guidelines and move infected patients into nursing homes where the highest risk age group could be found in large numbers.

Deep State governors of NY, NJ, CA, PA, and MI oversaw what can only be described as a genocide of our elderly loved ones even as the quickly constructed field hospitals and medically equipped Navy ships stood mostly empty. Protesters targeted the homes of two Vancouver city attorneys over the weekend in response to a criminal charge against a local business owner, who allegedly violated Gov. Jay Inslee’s stay-at-home order by reopening her pet grooming shop in May.

On Sunday, people first gathered in front of the home of city attorney Kevin McClure, who filed the case against Kelly C. Carroll, 61, of Battle Ground, on June 5.

Videos online indicate the group stayed at McClure’s home for six to seven hours. Afterward, they moved their protest to city attorney Jonathan Young’s house in Vancouver.

A Clark County sheriff’s sergeant was present for some of the rally in front of McClure’s home. Sgt. Brent Waddell said the deputy responded to facilitate a conversation between protesters and the city attorneys. Once Young spoke to the group, the deputy left, Waddell said.

People are allowed to gather in front of people’s homes, including public officials, as long as they’re peacefully protesting, Waddell said.

I would note that Judge Kelly didn't rule against the asylum first country policy because he thought the policy was wrong in some sense, but because of the technical issue of not allowing sufficient time for public comment before implementation.

So if the DOJ and DHS raise the policy again, and allow public comment in a statutorial time frame, then I don't think he'd have a problem with it if the ACLU sues again.

I have solved the Seth Rich / DNC email leak case, and I can prove it.

No clickbait, no bullshit, just me presenting the result of countless hours of painstakingly researching, connecting dots, and critical thinking/deductive reasoning. Here is the summary of my findings.

Methodology : (For those who research)

I read and watched as much as I could about the case and compiled a list of "claims" that have been made about the case, regardless of how believable or credible I initially found them to be.

I then painstakingly analyzed every claim and piece of evidence I had found and verified them (or debunked them). I listed the verifications and corroboration (or contradictions) for each claim.

Once I had completed the list I compiled a new list of every verifiable, undeniable fact that resulted, and I sat down and honestly examined their implications. I tried to find a reality where all of them could fit together and still be true, one in which not one fact had to be ignored or invalidated to make things fit. I found that there is only one such reality.

The only reality in which all the facts presented here can exist together in harmony is one in which Seth Rich leaked the DNC emails and was murdered for it. It is the one in which our federal intelligence and law enforcement apparatuses knowingly covered this fact up by inventing a Russian Collusion narrative that they later used in an attempt to oust Trump from office. (And to continue the cover up and avoid exposure).

This video is an overview of my conclusions. It uses a video of S. HERSCH describing what he knows as a basis because I found it to be the most accurate and complete account of the truth I could find. In this video I settled for presenting 1 verification per claim. I was often able to find 6 or 7 verifications for some of these claims, but if I went over each in the detail they deserved the video would be half a day long. I could literally write a book presenting it all and logically examining what it all tells us, but no one would read it. I am just a guy who loves his country and wants to expose the crimes of those who do not.

For now, I want other researchers to have access to this information so they can better target their research and possibly build upon my work. This is where it all began. Knowing that the entire Russian Collusion narrative started as a blatant lie to cover up a political murder really makes every subsequent actions the deep state took make perfect sense and is the context everything needs to be examined under.

It has been impossible to get anyone to take me seriously so far, but I won't stop trying. Hopefully this sub will help.

Here is a brief text summary of what is in the video

Wikileaks tweeted a video claiming to be a recording taken of Seymour Hersh (old school investigative eporter who has broken a lot of stories exposing the IC).

1. He explains that he has a high level source with access to the most secret files in the FBI that told him what happened after he looked it up in the FBI file.

2. He said afte the murder the DC police tried to access Seths laptop but couldn't get in.

3. He said eventually an FBI cyber unit was able to get access to the laptop.

4. He said it had emails with wikileaks saying he had downloaded the emails and put them in a password protected drop box.

5. He said Seth had sent an email to an unknown (to hersh) receipient that said "I have already given this all to a few friends so even if something happens to me it won't help you."

6. His source said that he sent sample emails to wikileaks and wanted money for more.

7. He said Brennan knew, Rodgers knew, Clapper knew, they all knew at the top of the IC.

I tried to verify all of these claims and see if any of it could be proven accurate.

1 + 2. This is the lynchpin. Not many people have a source that could do this. Who knows if the source is reliable even if he exists? Also, someone making a fake video pretending to be Hersh wouldn't know if he had this access. So, I knew if I could prove he did have this source, and that the source was at the highest level, reliable, and (most critically) willing to leak classified info to Hersh (which I found very unlikely) it would go a long way in validating the information on the tape, and at least prove it was Hersh on the recording. Well I was able to find video of Hersh being interviewed later about an entirely different case on a Netflix show called wormwood. He admits to having a source that has access to the highest levels of classified files. He asked the source for help and the source comes back with information that solved the case, filled in details that had been unexplained before, and solved a long standing mystery where the IC was lying to cover up murder. This was a big, high profile case where the CIA murdered a guy to prevent him exposing them publically. His source found the truth in a day or two. This was proof Hersh has an extremely high level source who is willing to go digging for him and who is reliable as they come. This was huge, and it made me think this might be the real deal.

2 + 3. Verified (from several sources) that both department's did indeed analysis and posses the laptop at one point which would only happen in the scenario laid out on the tape or if national security was at risk (i.e. not in the botched robbery scenario).

4 + 5. Showed strong evidence that this is how it happened, and that the person who sent the password after Seth's murder was his brother Aaron. I point out that this fact explains a lot of the apparent contradictory evidence i.e why the family claims it is conspiracy and denies it, why wikileaks heavily implies Seth was the source but will not say it or prove it due to wanting to "protect sources." Well, it is because Aaron was also involved (as the guy who has the password as collateral and who finally sent it to WL after his bros murder) and they don't want to burn him.

I also show a lawsuit that claims Assange told a reporter that the sources were Seth and Aaron not Russia.

6 + 7. Show various reasons to believe they knew.

I also show the ex NSA analyst who claimed it was a local data transfer based on the forensics. I found a video of his colleagues at the NSA praising him as the best in the world at examining metadata and hyping him as incredibly qualified.

That's the surface level.

Pharmaceutical company Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Novartis), based in East Hanover, New Jersey, has agreed to pay over $642 million in separate settlements resolving claims that it violated the False Claims Act (FCA). The first settlement pertains to the company’s alleged illegal use of three foundations as conduits to pay the copayments of Medicare patients taking Novartis’s drugs Gilenya and Afinitor. The second settlement resolves claims arising from the company’s alleged payments of kickbacks to doctors.

•Assistant Attorney General Jody Hunt of the Department of Justice’s Civil Division. “We will continue to safeguard the Medicare program from kickbacks and their pernicious effects, including the undermining of important cost-control mechanisms instituted by Congress.”

•In the first settlement, Novartis has agreed to pay $51.25 million to resolve allegations that it illegally paid the copay obligations for patients taking its drugs. When a Medicare beneficiary obtains a prescription drug covered by Medicare, the beneficiary may be required to make a partial payment, which may take the form of a copayment, coinsurance, or a deductible (collectively “copays”). Congress included copay requirements in the Medicare program, in part, to serve as a check on health care costs, including the prices that pharmaceutical manufacturers can demand for their drugs.

•Novartis sells Gilenya, which is approved for treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS). The government alleged that, in October 2012, Novartis learned from the contractor managing Novartis’s free drug program for Gilenya that over 300 patients who were receiving free drugs would be eligible for Medicare in 2013. Novartis and the contractor transitioned those patients to Medicare Part D so that, in the future, Novartis would obtain revenue from Medicare when those patients filled prescriptions for Gilenya. Knowing those patients could not afford the copay for Gilenya, Novartis developed a plan with a foundation so that Novartis could cover the copays for those patients. Specifically, at the same time Novartis made a payment to the foundation, Novartis arranged for the foundation to open its MS fund at 6:00 pm on a Friday and for the contractor to have personnel working overtime to submit applications for those patients who had been receiving free Gilenya. Novartis knew that this coordination would result in a disproportionate share of its funding going to Gilenya patients for 2013.

•Novartis also sells Afinitor, which is a second-line treatment for advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and a treatment for progressive neuroendocrine tumors of pancreatic origin (PNET). The government alleged that Novartis learned that, for the 2010 donation year, it would be the only donor to an RCC copay assistance fund operated by a charitable foundation.

•The government further alleged that, in 2012, Novartis asked another foundation to open a copay assistance fund to pay copays for PNET patients, which Novartis knew would be used only to pay the copays of Afinitor patients.

•“According to the allegations in today’s settlement, Novartis coordinated with three co-pay foundations to funnel money through the foundations to patients taking Novartis’ own drugs,” said U.S. Attorney Andrew E. Lelling for the District of Massachusetts. “As a result, the Novartis’ conduct was not ‘charitable,’ but rather functioned as a kickback scheme that undermined the structure of the Medicare program and illegally subsidized the high costs of Novartis’s drugs at the expense of American taxpayers. At the same time, we recognize that Novartis’ current management has taken constructive steps to address the government’s concerns with the company’s prior relationships with co-pay foundations.”

•In the second matter, Novartis will pay $591,442,008 to resolve FCA claims that it paid kickbacks to doctors to induce them to prescribe the Novartis drugs Lotrel, Valturna, Starlix, Tekturna, Tekturna HCT, Tekamlo, Diovan, Diovan HCT, Exforge, and Exforge HCT. In addition, Novartis will forfeit $38.4 million under the Civil Asset Forfeiture Statute. Novartis also made extensive factual admissions in the settlement and agreed to strict limitations on any future speaker programs, including reductions to the amount it may spend on such programs.

Detroit Removes Thousands of Dead Registrants From Voter Rolls

The city of Detroit has removed thousands of deceased and duplicate registrants from its voter rolls after being hit with a lawsuit.

City officials cleaned up the voter rolls after the Public Interest Legal Foundation, a government watchdog, filed suit against them in December. Nearly 2,500 deceased individuals and 4,800 duplicate registrations were removed from the voter rolls. The officials have also moved to review another 16,465 registrants who lacked actual dates of registration.

"This is another win for election integrity," said J. Christian Adams, the watchdog's president and general counsel. "This case wasn't complicated. The City of Detroit could have started to fix these problems before litigation, but didn't. Other jurisdictions should take note—if you don't act on solid data that your voter rolls are corrupted with dead and duplicate registrations, you will be sued."

Debates over voter fraud have appeared as Democrats across the country push for mail-in voting during the coronavirus pandemic. President Donald Trump claimed that mail-in voting will lead to the "most corrupt Election in USA history." Congressional Democrats, meanwhile, are pressuring Senate Republicans to pass legislation to support such measures. Sen. Roy Blunt (R., Mo.), chair of the Senate Rules Committee, blocked a bill brought forth by Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D., Minn.) on the issue, saying he worried it would lead to a "federal takeover of elections."

The watchdog filed suit against two Detroit officials—City Clerk Janice Winfrey and Director of Elections George Azzouz—after studying Detroit's voter list maintenance efforts dating back to 2017. Outside liberal groups, such as the New York-based Brennan Center for Justice and League of Women Voters of Michigan, swooped into the city to intervene on behalf of the election officials but ultimately did not play much of a role. Adams's group dropped the lawsuit after the officials cleaned up the registrations.

The voter roll cleanup comes just four months before the November elections in a state that Trump carried by just over 10,000 votes in 2016. Michigan could again serve as a battleground state in the 2020 elections.

The voter registration irregularities were not the only time Detroit has faced election-related controversy in recent years. Last year, clerk Sherikia L. Hawkins was charged with several felony counts for altering absentee ballots during the 2018 elections. Past reports also showed voter machine irregularities in the city when 37 percent of its precincts in 2016 registered more votes than the number of voters who were tallied in polling stations.

I am going to post this again as it gained steam toward the end of the last bread. I think this is something all anons should be aware of, likely already are aware of, however, for new users they may wish to be aware if they are not yet caught up on how these things play out about 99.9999% of the time.

Remember how the DS works folks. Whenever a big issue like this happens you can always expect a false flag shooting to occur within about 24-48 hours to allow them to use it to dominate the news cycle and drown out the major issue they wish to hide. In this case you can be damn sure to expect one since she is someone with a huge level of knowledge about some very serious issues. So I would expect a very quick and likely very sloppy false flag, and very soon. I have been studying and looking into patterns for years now and they are never wrong, always are the same, always have the same precursors and always are delivered similar. Expect this one to be in a liberal city due to the short notice, likely gun related to allow that to be used by their mouth pieces, and expect children to be involved so they can confuse the search engines when people look for issues regarding children. Assistant Attorney General Jody Hunt of the Department of Justice’s Civil Division recently announced his departure from the Department, effective July 3, 2020. (His Last Day is tomorrow)

Mr. Hunt also prioritized bringing justice to terrorists, war criminals, (SEX OFFENDERS) and other fraudsters who illegally obtained naturalization. As just one example, the Civil Division succeeded in securing the civil denaturalization of an individual convicted of terrorism offenses in Egypt who admitted recruiting for al Qaeda within the United States and running a communications hub in California for the Egyptian Islamic Jihad terrorist organization. Due to enormous successes in this area and growing referrals from law enforcement agencies, Mr. Hunt spearheaded the creation of a new section within the Civil Division’s Office of Immigration Litigation – the Denaturalization Section – dedicated to investigating and litigating revocation of naturalization.

The jobs numbers for June are in and they've blown way past expectations with 4.8 million positions created.

"Total nonfarm payroll employment rose by 4.8 million in June, and the unemployment rate declined to 11.1 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. These improvements in the labor market reflected the continued resumption of economic activity that had been curtailed in March and April due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and efforts to contain it. In June, employment in leisure and hospitality rose sharply. Notable job gains also occurred in retail trade, education and health services, other services, manufacturing, and professional and business services," the Labor Department released Thursday morning.

The numbers come while governors across the country reinstitute shutdown orders as Wuhan coronavirus cases increase. Many businesses are refusing to shut down again, citing arbitrary reasons given by the government.

When mobs tore down a statue of Ulysses S. Grant and defaced a monument to African American veterans of the Civil War, many people wondered whether the protesters had ever learned anything in high school or college.

Did any of these iconoclasts know the difference between Grant and Robert E. Lee? Could they recognize the name "Gettysburg"? Could they even identify the decade in which the Civil War was fought?

Universities are certainly teaching our youth to be confident, loud and self-righteous. But the media blitz during these last several weeks of protests, riots and looting also revealed a generation that is poorly educated and yet petulant and self-assured without justification.

Many of the young people on the televised front lines of the protests are in their 20s. But most appear juvenile, at least in comparison to their grandparents &ndash; survivors of the Great Depression and World War II.

How can so many so sheltered and prolonged adolescents claim to be all-knowing?

Ask questions like these, and the answers ultimately lead back to the university.

Millions of those who graduate from college or drop out do so in arrears. There is some $1.5 trillion in aggregate student debt in the U.S. Such burdens sometimes delay marriage. They discourage child-rearing. They make home ownership hard &ndash; along with all the other experiences we associate with the transition to adulthood.

The universities, some with multibillion-dollar endowments, will accept no moral responsibility. They are not overly worried that many of their indebted graduates discover their majors don't translate into well-paid jobs or guarantee employers that grads can write, speak or think cogently.

One unintended consequence of the chaotic response to the COVID-19 epidemic and the violence that followed the police killing of George Floyd is a growing re-examination of the circumstances that birthed the mass protests.

There would be far less college debt if higher education, rather than the federal government, guaranteed its own students' loans. If universities backed loans with their endowments and infrastructure, college presidents could be slashing costs. They would ensure that graduates were more likely to get good-paying jobs thanks to rigorous coursework and faculty accountability.

Taxpayers who are hectored about their supposed racism, homophobia and sexism don't enjoy such finger-wagging from loud, sheltered, 20-something moralists. Perhaps taxpayers will no longer have to subsidize the abuse if higher education is deemed to be a politicized institution and thus its endowment income ruled to be fully taxable.

If socialism has become a campus creed, maybe Ivy League schools can be hit with an annual "wealth tax" on their massive endowments in order to redistribute revenue to poorer colleges.

U.S. factory orders rebound in May

New orders for U.S.-made goods rebounded in May, suggesting a turnaround in manufacturing, though business spending will likely contract again in the second quarter amid cheaper crude oil as the COVID-19 pandemic depressed global growth.

The Commerce Department said on Thursday factory orders increased 8.0% after falling 13.5% in April. Economists polled by Reuters had forecast factory orders increasing 8.9% in May.

Factory orders dropped 10.3% year-on-year in May. Manufacturing, which accounts for 11% of U.S. economic activity, appears to be regaining its footing, but a resurgence in coronavirus cases amid the reopening of businesses threatens the budding recovery.

The Institute for Supply Management reported on Wednesday that its measure of national factory activity jumped to a 14-month high in June.

Unfilled orders at factories nudged up 0.1% in May after falling 1.5% in April. Inventories at factories rose 0.2%, while shipments of manufactured goods increased 3.1%.

Transportation equipment orders soared 82.0% in May after tumbling 48.9% in the prior month. Orders for motor vehicles and parts gained 28.3%. Machinery orders rose 0.5%. Orders for electrical equipment, appliances and components increased 1.0%.

The government also reported that orders for non-defense capital goods excluding aircraft, which are seen as a measure of business spending plans on equipment, rose 1.6% in May instead of increasing 2.3% as reported last month.

Shipments of core capital goods, which are used to calculate business equipment spending in the GDP report, increased 1.5% in May, instead of rising 1.8% as previously reported. Economists expect business spending to contract in the second quarter, the fifth straight quarterly decline.

The Atlanta Federal Reserve is forecasting gross domestic product plunging at a record 36.8% annualized rate in the April-June quarter. The economy contracted at a 5.0% rate in the first quarter, the sharpest decline since the 2007-09 recession.

Despite prosecutions and public stories identifying vote fraud activists targeting seniors, many in our media and political class continue to deny that our elderly population can be singled out for vote manipulation and suppression.

•Vote fraudsters recognize the unique challenges of some seniors, and exploit these to achieve their own deceitful political ends. The fraud is real, institutionalized —and must be stopped.

•It is more efficient to target seniors in one facility than committing door to door vote fraud. With approximately 2.5 million seniors in assisted living or nursing facilities and even more in independent living, our trusting Greatest Generation is high risk for being targeted by dishonest political activists.

•The elderly usually make the difficult decision to enter senior living due to the normal processes of aging. Loss of vision, mobility and the onset of dementia make it challenging to safely live at home and difficult for many seniors to complete ballots without assistance. In addition to needing help, their voting behavior is noteworthy in assessing why they might be targeted.

Seniors vote Republican by a large margin. A 2016 Pew Research study found 53 percent identify as Republican, and in 2016, voters over 65 voted for Trump by nine points over Clinton

•So, who would have an interest in suppressing or manipulating senior votes?

•The answer is, of course, Democrats and their associated activist and organizational allies who want to defeat Republicans at the polls. One group in particular already has a unique foothold in senior residence communities and is one of the Democratic party’s strongest supporters.

•The Service Employees International Union was founded in 1921 to organize building services employees, but in recent years has focused on healthcare workers whose numbers are growing as Baby Boomers age.

•The union boasts 1.1 million healthcare-associated members with nearly 50K nursing home members in six states and the District of Columbia alone. It devotes much of its resources to unionizing employees in senior facilities and home health care.

•The SEIU is also a powerful Democratic political machine. In the 2018 midterms, 99 percent of its Congressional donations went to Democrats. All of its outside group funding is identified as Democratic/liberal.

•In the 2016 presidential cycle, 99 percent of its $11.8 million in donations went to Democratic candidates or liberal groups.

•In its efforts to unionize caregivers in Minnesota a few years ago, SEIU was accused of forging ballots, and made no secret of using its members as vote collection activists. In senior residences, it has a potential group of built-in activists.

•One 2018 case of nursing home vote theft videotaped in Texas showed the ballot harvester bragging she collected 100 coerced votes for a Democratic candidate. A Texas vote integrity activist recently collected solid evidence of nursing home vote fraud resulting in an official investigation. There are many stories of institutional elderly vote theft made public by observant family members.

Golden Gate Bridge makes ‘screeching’ sound some say caused physiological distress: report

Officials in San Francisco are working to figure out a way to quiet a low hum coming from the famed Golden Gate Bridge that has become annoying to some residents.

SFGate.com reported Wednesday that the noise was first reported on June 5. The culprit is reportedly the northwest winds hitting the bridge's sidewalk railings that have recently been installed in a retrofitting.

The Marin Independent Journal reported earlier this week that some residents at a meeting on Friday said the noise that was produced sounded like torture and caused them physiological distress.

Ewa Bauer-Furbush, the chief engineer for the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District, said at the meeting that engineers were unaware that the sound would be produced, according to the Journal. Consultants have been asked to help solve the issue.

The report also considers whether the international drug smuggler Barry Seal was involved with the CIA. Seal is the locus for many of the elaborate conspiracy theories surrounding Mena, including that arms were shipped south by U.S. authorities to the Contras opposed to the Nicaraguan Sandinista regime and cocaine came back on the return trips. There’s no doubt Seal was a drug runner mixed up with arms smuggling. In 1986, Colombian hitmen killed him in Baton Rouge. Months later, a C-123 aircraft he had owned was shot down over Nicaragua with a load of arms destined for the Contras.

The CIA denied a Seal connection, saying he “was never employed by the CIA in any capacity.” They pin Seal’s government connections on the DEA, a charge supported by a lot of evidence.

As for the Seal’s Mena-related activities? The next 28 pages of the CIA report are blank—redacted on national security grounds.

Despite extensive redactions, aficionados of mysterious Mena learn a few things from the CIA report. We learn that Bill Clinton likely knew a lot more than he has admitted. That plenty of Arkansas officials were aware something was going on at Mena. That the CIA participated with the Department of Defense in a secret exercise in the Arkansas woods. And that the CIA contracted for extensive aircraft maintenance work at Mena airfield.

We also learn there is a lot the government still does not want us to know. So we’ve asked the CIA to conduct an official declassification review of the Mena Report. We want the full, unredacted report. “Mena is an enduring issue,” says Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The Mena Report should be declassified and released. The public deserves answers to what really went on at Mena.”

March 2, 2017: The deadline for renewal of the FISA warrant was approaching. Comey couldn’t get the renewal unless Justice could get the President to sign an executive order to grant it! The first FISA application had been on October 21st, 2016, and the first of four renewals on January 12, 2017 before Trump's inauguration. These were issued during Obama's administration. When Yates, the Deputy Attorney General, had been fired on January 30th, 2017, she was replaced on January 31st (see link) by the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA), Boente, and there had been at that time no Attorney General. Boente was acting DAG until Sessions's confirmation on February 8th, 2017. Boente would remain until Rosenstein's confirmation on April 25th, 2017. So on this date of March 2nd, Dana Boente was in a small group meeting working on getting Sessions to recuse himself from anything to do with the 2016 election, which of course would include the FBI counterintelligence investigation Crossfire Hurricane. Sessions recused himself, but it may have been not for the reason the plotters thought. He recused himself because he would be part of the IG's investigation of the FISA abuses, of which he would be a witness. Trump already had a plan in motion, and Sessions was to assign Horowitz on the investigation, as well as other investigators in other far ranging matters. 'At this meeting on March 2 were Sessions’schief of staff Jody Hunt;Criminal Chief in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, Jim Crowell; Deputy Assistant Attorney General (DAAG) in the Department of Justice National Security Division Tash Gauhar (FISA lawyer); and Associate Deputy Attorney General Scott Schools. Tash Gauhar had been the lawyer for FBI Clinton case; and Scott Schools had participated in the draft of Clinton's exoneration letter. With Sessions recused, Comey now reported to Acting Deputy AG Dana Boente. However, because he was only the Acting DAG, this presented a problem in applying for the FISA renewal, the deadline of which was approaching. A confirmed Deputy AG had to sign it. Rosenstein would not be confirmed until April 25th, past the deadline of the 12th.

May 8, 2017: White House counsel Don McGahn met with Sessions and Rosenstein. Present also wereJody Hunt, Sessions’ chief of staffand White House Counsel’s Office attorney Uttam Dhillon. McGahn informed them of Trump's decision to fire Comey, asking their view of this. Sessions and Rosenstein did not object to this. According toHunt,Sessions remarked he had already recommended Comey be fired and Rosenstein questioned Comey’s handling of the Clinton email investigation.In fact, Sessions and Rosenstein had discussed this ever since Sessions was nominated for AG. This satisfied McGahn and Dhillon that it was not considered obstruction of justice.

From its inception in 2005 through 2009, the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) had already raised $46 billion for 1,200 philanthropic projects that were said to have impacted an estimated 200 million people in 150 countries. [4]

Actually the Clinton Foundation has morphed since its inception and gone through several name changes, and created a great number of related entities. Its original purpose was to fund and endow the Clinton Presidential Library. Its tax returns indicate a gradual change in purpose that never received IRS approval. The "charity" has been acting outside the scope of its legal charter for years. [14]

Jeffrey Epstein

"Attorneys for convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein touted his close friendship with Bill Clinton and even claimed the billionaire helped start Clinton's controversial family foundation in a 2007 letter aimed at boosting his image during plea negotiations." [2] In the letter from Epstein’s lawyers (Alan Dershowitz and Gerald Lefcourt) to the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Southern District of Florida, Epstein claimed to be part of the original group that conceived the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). CGI was renamed the "Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation" in 2013. The letter aimed to boost Epstein’s image and may have contributed to his successful plea bargain on the charge of using underage girls in a sex ring. The letter says Epstein hosted Bill Clinton on a 1-month trip to Africa regarding the AIDS crisis. [1] Whether Epstein was an actual founder of the foundation or exaggerated his role in a phony effort to appear altruistic is not clear. He is not cited in official paperwork filed by the Clinton Global Initiative as a founder or director. Bill Clinton publicly credited longtime assistant Doug Band as conceiving of the idea. [2]

The Panama Papers revealed some major Clinton financial partners using Panamian law firm Mossack Fonseca to move assets around the world surreptitiously. Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra donated over $25M. The Chagoury family of Nigeria committed $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative. [3]

Offshore entities were involved in the uranium deal that resulted in Russian ownership of 20% of American uranium production. Frank Giustra used Mossack Fonseca to create UrAsia Energy, which acquired lucrative uranium concessions in Kazakhstan with the help of Bill Clinton in 2005. UrAsia Energy eventually became Uranium One, which acquired uranium assets in the U.S. and then was sold to the Russian State Nuclear Agency (ROSATOM) in 2010. The deal required approval from Hillary Clinton’s State Department. Nine Uranium One shareholders sent a combined $145M to the Clinton Foundation, including a single contribution of over $2M by CEO Ian Telfer. Why did the Clinton Foundation neglect to report some of those contributions? They were first uncovered using Canadian tax records by the authors of Clinton Cash. [3]

Sergei Kurzin, a Russian mining investor involved in Uranium One, says he donated $1M to Clinton Foundation. He also used Mossack Fonseca; his name appears on several oil companies set up by the firm.

Mossack Fonseca helped Ronald Chagoury set up a firm called Echo Art Ltd. domiciled in the British Virgin Islands. Gilbert Chagoury’s plans for the future include tying up the best of African industry to the resource needs of China, India and Latin America. This family moved to Nigeria but the came from Lebanon. [15] Among other business interests, they deal in transportation. Chagoury Group is a Nigerian multinational business conglomerate headquartered in Lagos. Founded in 1971 by Gilbert R. Chagoury and Ronald Chagoury, their businesses include construction and property development, flour mills, water bottling and purification, glass manufacturing, insurance, hotels, furniture manufacturing, telecommunications, transportation, IT, catering and international financing. [16]

Two years earlier in 2014, a whistleblower released the names of super-rich individuals with Swiss accounts at HSBC. The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists then documented transfers of $81M from these accounts to The Clinton Foundation. They revealed that Swiss accounts were held by numerous Clinton donors. Jeffrey Epstein had various accounts totaling $3.5M; in 2006 Epstein gave $25,000 to The Clinton Foundation. [2]

Note that Epstein was a money-manager. He managed other people's money. (It's not clear why people gave him money to manage.) Did Epstein arrange the use of secret Swiss accounts for his clients?

British retail magnate Richard Caring gave the Clinton Foundation $1M from his HSBC Swiss account in 2005. He donated shortly after Bill Clinton attended his charity ball dressed as a Russian general. [add material from 7]

Frank Giustra's HSBC account held up to $10M in 2006-2007. His first contributions to the Clinton Foundation were in 2005. [3]

American entrepreneur Eli Broad, a $1M+ contributor to the Clinton Foundation, held accounts at HSBC.

Denise Rich, ex-wife of financier and one-time international fugitive Marc Rich, who was pardoned by President Bill Clinton on his last day in office, has contributed up to $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. [3]

Other major CF donors included Michael Schumacher (a racing driver seriously injured in 2013 skiing accident) and French financier Arpad Busson.

Swiss bank accounts are not necessarily illegal. However, firms such as Fonseca offer services to minimize tax burdens and keep assets hidden.

Abstract: This dissertation investigates two emerging global mega-trends which are aptly described as a lack of faith in monetary policy and increasing symptoms of internet architecture failure. Both of these trends produce symptoms which stem from unbridled and unchecked centralization on multiple fronts: political, social, technological, and even philosophical, among countless others. Under the general banner of decentralization as an emerging countertrend, the innovation of Bitcoin and its underlying technological solution to the philosophical and practical problem of distributed consensus through a creative use of cryptography have ignited thought-leaders in their research to develop technologies which have massive disruptive implications for the world. These technologies will parallel or even replace core assumptive architectures currently underpinning the developed world while also providing legitimate reform propositions for the two problems described. The rise of the digital economy has been driven by the monetization of personal information. These technologies reverse the personal data-mining, advertising, and surveillance capitalism model of the digital economy through decentralization so that the users once again have greater privacy, security, and control over their money and data while simultaneously allowing for a thriving digital economy through tokenization and incorruptible monetary policy. After having conferred with relevant literature to fill in the background plot and confirm assumptions, a scenario planning technique was applied to the potential emergence of a decentralized autonomous internet, e.g. SAFE Network, to produce four fictional future scenarios for how such a technology will impact the ecosystem of the current internet and strategies for companies in the database and cloud markets to prepare for such changes. Last week, a video surfaced from news site National File showing Carol Baker, a doctor who was appointed as Chair of the National CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices in 2009 during the Obama administration, lashing out at white Americans and suggesting that immigrants want to get “vaccinated the most.”

Baker made these statements while participating in a National Meningitis Association expert panel discussion in New York City on May 9, 2016.

Dozens evacuated after massive explosions at local supermarket in western France

Residents in Plancoet, in northwestern France, were rudely awoken in the middle of the night by a series of ferocious explosions at a nearby supermarket, which blew out windows and forced evacuations.

Roughly 40 firefighters from the town and nearby villages were deployed to tackle the blaze near the Hyper U store in Plancoet, which broke out at around 2:38am local time. Eyewitness footage from the scene shows the incredible power of the explosions. It comes amid fears that an arsonist might be wreaking havoc in the area.

Exploded gas bottles were found over 50 meters away from the fire, and there is also a liquefied petroleum gas tank nearby which firefighters were extremely concerned might explode during the initial phase of their operation.

Hampering their efforts further was the risk of additional gas cylinders exploding and becoming improvised missiles, forcing firefighters to keep their distance and rely on water cannon to tame the blaze.

Some 55 people were evacuated, while a further five were ordered to shelter in place in their homes, but thankfully there were no injuries or fatalities reported.

Thursday morning’s fire is the largest of 15 blazes to occur in the town in the last three months. Mayor Patrick Barrault declined to comment on the possibility that a serial arsonist was to blame for the recent spate of fires, citing an ongoing investigation.

An introductory guide to the world's first fully autonomous data and communications network

A brief introduction

Technological progress is a perpetual process of automation and abstraction. Difficult and complex tasks are made simple by software and machines until they are completely taken for granted. Technology moves on, taking down new blockers in the path to progress as it goes. A good example of this is cloud computing, where once complex server administration tasks have been replaced, from the point of view of the consumer, by point-and-click.

The SAFE (Secure Access For Everyone) Network takes this further, automating the entire network of interconnected machines, making it autonomous, secure, anonymous and capable of storing, protecting and delivering data without any human involvement at all.

The SAFE Network is the vision of MaidSafe, a Scottish software company working in the field of decentralized computer networking. It is an autonomous peer-to-peer network created by linking together users' computers and smartphones that's designed to solve many of the current technical, managerial and societal problems with centralized networks: a lack of privacy and data security, censorship and the massive consolidation of control by a few powerful actors.

(In case this sounds familiar, members of MaidSafe acted as advisers for HBO’s Silicon Valley TV series in which a startup tries to reinvent the Internet!)

The Network is ‘trustless’, with no central point of control and no single point of failure. With connectivity and security taken care of, the Network is simple from the point of view of developers, with no need to worry about low-level storage, networking, backups and computing resources. For people using the Network to store and share data and messages the burden of ensuring the security of precious information would be drastically reduced.

Anyone with a connected device can join the network anonymously (subject to a resource test) as a provider, and anyone can use the network to store data or peruse public information on it. The Network is thus a platform on which new digital worlds can be constructed.

This guide outlines how the SAFE Network is constructed to achieve these aims. While it is somewhat technical in places, it's intended very much as an overview, and even those with very little technical knowledge should be able to gain a good working understanding of the SAFE Network. Convicted sex offender sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for attempting to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity

TAMPA – A Tampa man was sentenced Wednesday to 10 years in federal prison, followed by a lifetime of supervised release, for attempting to entice a child to engage in sexual activity and has agreed to pay restitution to the victims depicted in child pornography he possessed. This case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

“This predator tried to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity,” said HSI Tampa Assistant Special Agent in Charge Michael B. Cochran. “Thanks to the investigative work of HSI special agents and our law enforcement partners at the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, this criminal will now be behind bars.”

According to court documents, Richard Stephen Terry, 56, of Tampa, used the Internet to entice adult women to allow him to engage in sexual activities with their minor children. Agents identified Terry in multiple online chat rooms designed for individuals who are interested in the sexual exploitation of children, and he used the chat rooms to meet and discuss their interests and tactics. Terry communicated online and via text message with multiple undercover law enforcement agents located in various parts of the country between 2015 and 2017.

Between November 2016 and April 2017, Terry communicated with a woman he believed to be a single mother of a 10-year-old girl. In reality, he was talking to an undercover officer from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. In his conversations, Terry proposed meeting with the child and discussed, in graphic detail, the sex acts he wished to engage in with the child when they met. In order to add more credibility and persuade the undercover officer, Terry made up a story that he had been in an incestuous relationship with his two stepdaughters when they were minors and was looking to engage in a “fam life” sexual relationship with the single mom and her daughter. Terry stated that he ultimately did not travel to meet with the undercover officer because he was “scared it’s a set up.”

In June 2017, law enforcement agents executed a search warrant at Terry’s home and found him in possession of more than 400 images and videos of child sex abuse material depicting young children being subjected to sadistic abuse and bondage. To date, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has identified 54 victims depicted in the child sex abuse material.

“Our top priority is protecting our children from those who would harm them,” said Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd. “The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida and Homeland Security share this priority. Mr. Terry is not going to hurt any children while in prison. We are proud to have been a part of this investigation.”

The case was prosecuted by U.S. Attorney Middle District Florida Assistant United States Attorney Lisa M. Thelwell. Terry pleaded guilty February 27, 2020.

This investigation was conducted under HSI’s Operation Predator, an international initiative to protect children from sexual predators. Since the launch of Operation Predator in 2003, HSI has arrested more than 25,000 individuals for crimes against children, including the production and distribution of online child exploitation material, traveling overseas for sex with minors, and sex trafficking of children. In fiscal year 2019, more than 3,500 child predators were arrested by HSI special agents under this initiative and more than 1,000 victims identified or rescued.

Germany SITREP: Former German Chancellor Says U.S.-EU Alliance Could Now End

A German equivalent to UK’s Financial Times and America’s Wall Street Journal is the Dusseldorf Handelsblatt or “Commerce Sheet,” which headlined on June 30th, “Former Chancellor Schröder: USA Ending Transatlantic Partnership”.

They reported:

Former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder has condemned possible new US sanctions against the Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline as “deliberate termination of the transatlantic partnership.” A draft law currently under discussion in the US Congress is “a widespread, unjustified attack on the European economy and an unacceptable interference with EU sovereignty and the energy security of Western Europe,” Schröder writes in his statement for a public hearing of the Economic Committee scheduled for Wednesday in the Bundestag.

Schröder sees the relations with the USA as “heavily burdened” by “escalating tariffs and going it alone” policy by the Americans. Schröder writes: “Economic fines against a NATO ally during the current economic recession are nothing other than a deliberate termination of the transatlantic partnership.”

This is as if Jimmy Carter or Barack Obama were to say that EU policymakers had a trade policy toward the U.S. that is so hostile and uncooperative that in order to comply with it, the U.S. would have to subordinate itself to the EU and lose some of its own sovereignty, and as if he were to tell the U.S. Congress that for them to okay the EU’s demands in this matter would be “nothing other than a termination of the transatlantic partnership.”

Congress has not yet passed this legislation (new economic sanctions legislation that is co-sponsored in the U.S. Senate by Republican Ted Cruz and Democrat Jeanne Shaheen) but it (“S.1441 – Protecting Europe’s Energy Security Act of 2019”) enjoys strong bipartisan support and has been considered almost certain to be passed in both houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President Donald Trump. It is not a partisan issue in the United States.

Neither is it partisan in Germany. Both of Germany’s main political Parties (Schröder being SPD) support strongly the Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline, which will be considerably more economical for supplying natural gas to the EU than would be the U.S. Government’s demand that American shipped fracked liquified natural gas be used, instead of Russian pipelined natural gas, in Europe. Though this U.S. legislative initiative is called “Protecting Europe’s Energy Security,” its overwhelming support in the U.S. Congress is instead actually for protecting U.S. fracking corporations. The bill’s title is only for ‘patriotic’ propaganda purposes (which is the typical way that legislation is named in the United States — as a sales-device, so as to sound acceptable not only to the billionaires who fund the Parties but also to the voters on election day).

Both of America’s political Parties are significantly funded by America’s domestic producers of fracked gas. One of the few proud achievements of U.S. President Obama that has been proudly continued by President Trump has been their boosting U.S. energy production, largely fracked gas, so as to reduce America’s foreign-trade deficit. However, if this control over the U.S. Government by frackers continues, then there now exists a strong possibility, or even a likelihood, that the transatlantic alliance will end, as a result.

A top-secret communications system used by criminals to trade drugs and guns has been "successfully penetrated", says the National Crime Agency.

The NCA worked with forces across Europe on the UK's "biggest and most significant" law enforcement operation.
