I was on a /leftypol/ stirner thread and I saw a random anon that said stirner was the first ever troll in the form of philosophy. This can be proven by Karl Marx writing an entire chapter of the german ideology on St. Max as they call him. I looked into it, and there are some other philosophers who have done this. Socrates is a possible "troll" to philosophy, as many thought his ideas were irrational and for a lack of better words insane. Also, could these philosophers be "trolling" by making up random ideas and not follow them? After reading The Ego and His Own, I was wondering if stirner actually followed some of the ideas in the book.

I've written some myself, and tried to merge Machiavelli with Stirner with a weird anti-atheist bent

Ayn Rand. As retarded as Objectivism is, it's at least one of the few positive contributions to philosophy in the 20th century. To her credit, she wasn't one of those female "philosophers" that only discussed political philosophy, particularly feminism. But yeah, women typically can't transcend gender and talk about anything out the terms of 'muh vagina'. The same also goes for black philosophers, and any minority that talks about race or sexuality too.

I've only ever seen objectivism shit on, can you explain a bit more why you consider it a positive contribution to philosophy?

I was using the term positive in the sense that Rand creates an ethical system from the ground up, which is different from saying that it is a "good" contribution.
