It's been two weeks guys. I'm still in it.
I think I'm doing much better than the last couple of times.
I should still be careful, based on some of the people in this thread, sometimes you feel like it's easy but somehow you end up fapping anyways.
I think I'm doing alright in school, but I'm still not finding ways to be more productive. Considering I'm not browsing /b/, I really have no excuse for not doing the hobbies I want to get into.
My life is still in disarray, but right now it's manageable. Soon I fear it won't be, but we'll see. I think it'll be fixed soon.
I think I'm doing a lot more this semester, such as sports and other things. I think it's good, even though some of my hobbies aren't on focus.
Also I think I'm paying more attention to how I look to others, which is weird.

I relapsed today. The cravings were too much.
The only positive thing is that in September I only fapped to porn 4 times and with fantasies 3 times, grand total of only 7 fapping sessions.
For most of you this is nothing, but in all my 28 years of life, since I start fapping both without and with porn, I never fapped so little. Even since I started trying this whole no porn thing I never managed such a good result.
I am really improving and in fact I never experienced this kind of cravings and I know I can find a way to manage them the same way I managed to remove my daily porn habit.
I also noticed that the fap desire is different from the porn desire. The desire to just fap comes when I feel some sort of pressure on the lower abdomen.
Instead the porn cravings were really weird, I felt confused and when I watched porn I was extremely excited. Really disgusting what this stuff can do to a man. Weird thing is that I can't remember my favorite porn, I just know they are there but I don't think about them.
I need to be patient, with myself when I fail and remember that results will arrive if I don't fap. I have many fears with my sexuality, due to both bad past experiences and probably pornography, and I really want to overcome them.
Anyway, time to start again.
