Gilets Jaunes (Yellow Vest) movement member Christophe Chalençon announced that the anti-establishment movement has “paramilitaries” ready to overthrow the French government.

melatonin is the sleep rhythm hormone, you can take it in supplements to make you tired. it definitely works, as for safe it's very common so probably okay but I'm not 100% sure it's harmless, idk how they get it, is it artificially synthesized or what? haven't researched it really
