Well the middle of the eclipse will happen when the moon is below the horizon, and it will rise coming out of the eclipse. So unfortunately the best time to see it is the earliest you can. It will rise over the horizon just before 10pm

tbf Saturn is pretty dim rn, and the brightness of the moon will blow it out. Mars is the brightest it will be for another 2 years right now, give it another hour and it should be high enough to see, it's very bright and very red.
