I believe that extroversion is the natural state of the vast majority of men. it is only modernity with it's smart phones and social media that make people so insecure that they are mentally drained by social interaction. I myself and rather highly extroverted though - simply put I am energised by other people. I'll be the last dancer on the floor and the last guy to talk at any shindig because the crowd gives me the power to keep going.

I'll go further: we *are* superior - since the metrics that we tend to judge ourselves by as a race are the ones we succeed at.
BUT it's overall it's just irrelevant. we're different so of course we won't have a super high social cohesion as groups, of course we might have some inequalities. his just means we should call it there and separate. not as individuals either, just as groups cultural exchange is bad on a societal level imo, but on an individual level it can have significant value.
