Yeah smh it feels pretty shallow compared to the rest. It's a shame too because the few good tracks on it are fantastic, Real Friends and Ultralight Beam in particular are easily among the best stuff he's ever done imo

Busy bee eh? good luck especially on the BIG stuff. I know the feel about having to deal with a lot of that stuff. Personally I don't get anxious but a feeling of dread can sometimes seep in.

probably not the best teacher for this but basically meditation is just the shifting of focus away from your busy mind to something else. It can be done in many ways but the most common is done by controlled breathing. the idea is that you sit down in a quiet room and for like 10-20 minutes you sit and try and empty your mind by focusing on breathing slowly. when a negative thought pops in, instead of saying "shut up I dont want to think about you", you just acknowledge it w/o adding any momentum to it and return your focus to breathing.

It can get pretty deep vis a vis pic related, whereby the bloke talks about using meditating to realise how much of your personality, fears, and ambitions ect and artificial.
