I definitely want mine to be mahogany. Downside is that it's heavy but it apparently gives a good sound. Most cheap Ibanez guitars have Basswood. There are high-end Basswood ones too I guess. Maybe they just use higher quality, or down to preference. Basswood might be light but I've heard the sound isn't as good and it's soft so it easily scuffs. There is this cheap Ibanez Iceman PS40 model, it's made of Poplar but damn is it affordable and it sounds like a beast if you change the pickups, so it's not down to the wood with that model.

The color drove it home since I wasn't sure when to pull the trigger, but I was hunting for exactly this model/series in general due to having mahogany bodies while being thin as fuck which counteracts the one drawback of mahogany being heavy. It's what I was looking for in this price range.
I think it has the same pickups as that cheap Iceman PS40 while not being made of Poplar in China. That tremolo system although heavily praised is a drawback for me because it's a bitch to set up and I like to often go from E to D, C# or C tuning which you can't do with this guitar. If I want to do that I'm better off getting that Iceman as a second guitar to be used only in C, while this one in E, drop D.
No C#/C tuning means.No Linkin Park/System of a Down songs.Although I guess I should move on from that, I mean not really planning on playing Linkin Park but damn System of a Down songs are fun to play. Daron, the composer and guitarist, not being familiar with music theory basically just player whatever he found fun to play, so even if you don't like the music the songs are a blast.

It's complicated. I can't explain it in detail since I've never had/used one but it's a system of springs in locked balance. You fuck with the balance of one string and it goes all over the place. It's kinda intimidating if you ask me. I tried to avoid having to deal with one. It's hard to set up, change strings, maintain, and all that hassle just to be able to do dives/trem bends and other stuff I don't care about.
Fixed bridge guitars you just turn the knobs and magic happens, it just works. Although I hear the best option is to have different guitars in different tuning since constantly changing it without a proper setup fucks with the neck.

I always wanna type and share stuff but then I don't know where to start and finish so I just don't. I was gonna mention the guy said he sent it today with a free soft case, new strings and he knocked off a few bucks from the price to help me on the shipping cost (which is already pretty small). I didn't ask him to do any of that, but it was nice of him. Maybe he is just a nice dude, or maybe there is something with the guitar. Then again I did the same when I sold mine. Then again a lot was wrong with mine.
I'll go with a friend tomorrow to pick it up, but it's before work and we might not have enough time. My friend is big on guitars he got me into it in the 10th grade. He has an amp but I don't want to ask him to lug it with us to test it there since we won't have time anyway. He has an acoustic and a Telecaster (I always told him Miku plays a lot on Telecasters, he liked Kagerou Daze and the lyrics of Happiness and Peace of Mind Committee but loathes everything weeb and Japanese. Posture is very important I assume. As someone who is self taught I still don't know if I am gripping the neck correctly at times. I feel strain which I'm sure shouldn't be there.
As far as looks go, everything is pretty much preserved like new. Body, neck etc with some exceptions I'll mention. The finish looks beautiful in a way that you can't see on a picture or video. It's glossy, sparkly like glitter and a nice Miku like color tone. The neck's wood grain is gorgeous. The fretboard is so creamy to the touch, very pleasant. The back of the neck is smooth like a cute girls' freshly shaven legs. (I almost want to fuck it. Reminds me how thirsty I am) But anyway, what I'm saying is that it's so nice my hands more on it on their own. I feel like I ain't doing anything, it's playing itself. It allows me to do stuff with ease that I couldn't do with my old guitar.
And now for some cons. The silver/chrome parts definitely don't look like new, they have darkened and smudged which I believe is just an age thing. It was made in January 2007 so for a 10-11 year old instruments it shows its age there and has dust in all its creases. There are tiny rust spots on the tremolo's fine tuners. It's not really a concern since it doesn't have anything to do with the sound. What has though is that I think I hear some buzzing on 1st string's 15th fret and 5th string 2nd and 3rd fret, as well as 6th string a bit. I think I need to use the tremolo's fine tuners to adjust the height. The neck is straight with low string action which is good, the fingerboard is pretty much perfect so this buzzing shouldn't be from the guitar's construction. Still it's something I have to test with an amp. I'm not yet convinced it should be a concern. Other than that the tone and sound is nice.

Cons- Run time was a little long, Shaky cam in some of the fight scenes, Some of the cg could of been better, The metal vibranium could basically do anything.
Pros- The acting was good, the villain was good, Lot's of good characters.
