I'm sorry to hear that. I'm ok, enjoying a nice quiet Saturday morning. I'm watching more Switch videos to see if it's good or not. It seems decent for what it is. I may pick one up eventually, once they address some of the hardware concerns like the blasted positioning of the charging cable and the screen scratching easily.
It'd be a really good emulation machine if they manage to put custom firmware on it.

I watched Death by Hanging soon which was interesting, but it kinda focused too much on rape and sex which I'm not interested in what was I expecting from Nagisa Oshima?. I also saw Branded to Kill which I enjoyed, but it focused too much on sex and nudity for my liking. I would say the story is more engaging, but I liked the themes of Tokyo Drifter more.

It took about 4 or 5 hours to print it out.
A 1kg PLA spool cost about 8000 isk. (The isk is about equal to the yen) I think the print itself is pretty light so its probably less than 1000 isk.
I had free access to a 3d printer.

Yeah I was surprised that the black and white spools were a bit more expensive than the colored ones. I bought 2 colored ones, one seagreenish and one purple. There were already black and white spools with the printer we were free to use. They also bought orange, light blue and gray spools later on. I got items in all those colors. One weekend we had it on display and I printed some smallish lego bricks that could attach to molded ones from kits.

I'm still reorganizing stuff so I haven't made much progress on the computer with either my game or the music stuff. I tend to be picky with music and sometimes get worn out from listening to it for too long. That goes double for music experiments which are largely random noises.
I'm convinced I can get something nifty working, even if its just a prototype. I'm also pretty sure it will get easier as time goes on, especially considering all these small electronics that are emerging and the darpa videos with walking robots.

Yeah I like many different types of music. A friend shared this embed vid link on the kind irc on rizon, I really like this mix and it even has good vocaloid parts in it.
On /hover/ its mostly future garage, experimental, drum & bass and neuro glitch types of music.
I like yellow magic orchestra and perfume, daft punk, pagan's mind and Au5 but mostly I just listen to random good music from lots of different genres more than specific bands or artists.
The power supply is a big deal, it can be difficult to fit a good one in a small space. If you look at nature, like how does a bee fly? Can we hold a candle to nature or use it's designs? I like to think so. There are lots of ways besides rotors. Like lighter than air gasses.
Well I still save a lot from lots of different sites online and now I'm doing a bit of a sorted backup so its taking a bit of time but I just work at the backup sorting about an hour or so per day.

I don't have either actually. I want to get a Switch eventually but I'm convinced that there will be a mid-generation hardware revision. In our culture there was a belief that you need to impart or immure a soul from a living being in a structure for it to stand and last. Yeah there are a lot of things that could be fixed with the site but I think the overhead admins like codemonkey have their hands full.
I also think admins and board owners of more acrive boards sometimes see stuff that can be very demotivating or difficult to deal with.
