BREAKING BOMBSHELL: MI Judge Grants Attorney Matt DePerno Permission To RELEASE Results Of Forensic Examination On 16 Dominion Voting Machines In Antrim Co. [VIDEO]
This morning, during an emergency hearing, MI 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer granted permission to Attorney Matthew Deperno to release the findings from their forensic examination of 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim County, MI where thousands of votes flipped from President Trump to Joe Biden on November 3, 2020.
Earlier this week, we reported about a lawsuit filed by Matthew DePerno of DePerno Law on behalf of Central Lake resident William Bailey. In addition to thousands of votes that were flipped from President Trump to Democrat candidate Joe Biden, Bailey was concerned about ballots that were re-run through the Dominion tabulator machine after a 262-262 tie on a vote a ballot initiative that would allow a marijuana establishment to be located within the Village of Central Lake.
While ballots were being inserted into the machine, 3 of them were destroyed and were not placed through the tabulator. At the conclusion of the recount by the tabulating machine and with three fewer votes, the result was 262-261, and the initiative passed. Of course, this result could only be possible after 3 of the ballots were destroyed.

Throughout his campaign, President Trump has warned traditional values and religious freedom would be under attack if a potential Biden administration ever stepped into the White House. The Biden campaign has not commented on the recommendations.

Former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, now the founder of the voting rights organization Fair Fight, said that Democrats are prepared to win the Senate runoff race in January, and that 1.2 million absentee ballots have already been requested.
"We know from the numbers that we’re in a good place; 1.2 million absentee ballots have been requested thus far," Abrams told CNN’s Jake Tapper on "State of the Union." "Just to put that into context, 1.3 million were requested for all of the general election."
Further, Abrams said, "85,000 of those applications are from voters who did not vote in the general election, and they are disproportionately between the ages of 18 and 29 and disproportionately people of color."
Abrams' claim speaks directly to Republican fears about the Georgia vote. President Donald Trump warned at a large rally in Valdosta, Georgia, earlier this month that Democrats are "going to try to rig this election too."
He urged Republicans must "go vote and vote early starting Dec. 14 – you have to do it – they cheated and they rigged this presidential election, but we will still win.
Georgia's House Majority Leader Jon Burns earlier this month submitted a letter signed by more than 100 current and newly elected House Republicansto Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and the State Election Board to review the state's absentee ballot verification process.
In the letter, Burns said that many Georgians, including his colleagues, have "serious concerns" about the state's elections and must have confidence in the progress for the Senate runoffs and future elections.
The House members want Raffensperger to implement a more "robust verification process" for reviewing signatures on absentee ballot applications and mail-in ballot envelopes that will include independent observers.
The runoff, set for Jan. 5, pits incumbent GOP Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, against Democrat challengers Jon Ossoff and Rev. Raphael Warnock, respectively.
Democrats are prepared to win the races, Abrams added, because "this is the first run-off where we have the level of investment and engagement that it takes to win."
Meanwhile, Abrams said she refuses to give Gov. Brian Kemp, who has come under fire from Trump for refusing to overturn the November presidential election results, any credit for standing up to the president.
"You shouldn't have to get credit for doing your job," said Abrams, who ran and lost against Kemp in 2018. "The reality is that (Secretary of State) Brad Raffensperger and Brian Kemp are doing the jobs they were elected to do, and they're following the laws of the land."
Abrams also claimed that Georgia's Republican senators have said that they intend to restrain and to repeal "so many of the pieces of voter suppression mitigation that we have been able to achieve."
"They want to make it harder to vote by absentee ballot," she said. "They want to make it harder for people to access the right to vote. And so I'm going to judge Brian Kemp and Brad Raffensperger by what they do in January. Do they stand up not only for the rule of law, but for the five million voters who made their voices heard in the general election?"

Huntington Bancshares Inc has agreed to buy TCF Financial Corp for $6 billion in stock, marking the latest tie-up among U.S. regional lenders seeking scale. The new combination, centered on Ohio and Michigan, will operate under the Huntington brand and have around $168 billion in assets, making it a top-15 U.S. bank by that measure. The deal gives Huntington entry into the Minneapolis and Denver metro areas, as well as a bigger Chicago presence. Steinour, who will be chairman, president and CEO of the combined holding company, said talks began in late-October and the deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021.

Judge orders release of report examining Antrim County vote tabulators

LANSING — A Michigan judge has ordered the release of a report on Antrim County voting equipment after state and county officials withdrew objections, saying the plaintiff's attorney had already publicly released his version of the findings in any case.
Assistant Attorney General Erik Grill said the report, which is expected to be released Monday morning, is "inaccurate, incomplete and misleading."
Judge Kevin Elsenheimer of the 13th Circuit Court had ordered "forensic imaging" of the Dominion Voting Systems voting tabulators and related software after Antrim County resident William Bailey filed a lawsuit that challenged the integrity of the election equipment, citing errors in how the county initially reported its unofficial results.
Elsenheimer, a former Republican lawmaker, did not base his order on unofficial results that showed Democrat Joe Biden got more votes than Republican President Donald Trump in the solidly GOP county — a mistake both county and state officials have attributed to an error the Republican clerk made when updating ballot information. Instead, the judge cited a closely decided village proposal to allow a marijuana dispensary.

On Dec. 6, a team from Allied Security Operations Group, a Dallas-area firm that has worked with lawyers for Trump and his allies on cases challenging election results in battleground states, inspected the voting equipment at county offices. Based on concerns related to election security and proprietary information, Elsenheimer had placed a protective order over the findings, "restricting use, distribution or manipulation of the forensic images and/or other information gleaned " without first getting his approval.
Elsenheimer said that report, signed by Russell Ramsland of ASOG, can now be released, once some references to software coding are redacted.
Ramsland, a cybersecurity analyst and former Republican congressional candidate who is identified in multiple media reports as an officer of ASOG, signed an inaccurate affidavit in at least one court case and gave flawed analyses of voter turnout in the Nov. 3 election. In one analysis, Ramsland confused voting districts in Minnesota with ones in Michigan.
Grill said Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has withdrawn her objection to release of the report because Bailey's attorney, Matthew DePerno, has already given media interviews in which he has said Benson lied and Antrim County's official election results are wrong. Any attempt to suppress the report now would only incorrectly be seen as an attempted coverup, he said.
He questioned why DePerno even filed a motion about lifting the protective order since he was willing to give interviews based on the "inaccurate, incomplete and misleading" report while the order was still in place.
Michigan's delegates to the Electoral College are scheduled to cast their ballots for Biden at 2 p.m. Monday.
Official results show Trump beat Biden in Antrim County by about 4,000 votes out of about 16,000 votes cast. Statewide, Biden beat Trump by more than 154,000 votes.
