The test yields 80 to 97 percent false positive results.

The fact is, there are no asymptomatic infections.

ASYMPTOMATIC INFECTIONS DO NOT EXIST.

Confronted with real science criticism of their paper which paper was published ONE DAY after its appearing and thus escaped peer review the authors dismiss criticism as “ongoing nonsense” and launch ad-hominem attacks at some of the authors on social media. They have provided no official response.

(CONS) 1) He's a carnival barker 2) He has shown allegiance to Dem Candidates in the past and 3) He was involved in cases involving Richard Jewel/ Jon Benet's parent/ Kobe/ Kyle Rittenhouse/The Covington KY kids…I mean every one of those cases could technically be CLOWN CASES- (FF or BLACKMAIL) and he could be one of their go to guys on the defendent side to ensure what needed to be done was done.

You can make a case either way if he's white hat or black hat but none of these people he is opposing have done anything for us and POTUS. If I was Kelly Loeffler and Perdue, Id be fucking irate if this happened to my state….but they're not. Even if Lin Wood is shady, he may be playing a role and singing for his own supper. And if we are all confused and not sure, then imagine what everyone else is, especially the enemy. They have no fucking clue right now who is good or bad, and that's the whole point here.

Credit Suisse’s Rohner Signals Bank May Mull Merger With UBS

Credit Suisse Group AG’s departing chairman, Urs Rohner, gave the strongest indication yet that the bank may consider a combination with its biggest rival, saying a merger with UBS Group AG isn’t “unreasonable” and would bring benefits.

UBS and Credit Suisse are smaller than rivals in the U.S. and less richly valued by investors, and a single institution would have more clout, Urs Rohner said in an interview with Swiss newspaper Schweiz am Wochenende. While declining to comment on “rumors” about a possible combination, he said bank chairmen have a duty to think about such scenarios.

His comments came weeks after Chief Executive Officer Thomas Gottstein said the bank will consider potential acquisitions. Two months ago, UBS Chairman Axel Weber rejected reports that Switzerland’s largest bank was planning to merge with its rival. European banks are trying to bulk up in their home markets before long-awaited cross-border consolidation takes hold. While domestic mergers are heating up in countries such as Spain and Italy, the lack of a common deposit plan and banking union makes deals between financial firms in different countries less attractive.

There are plenty of reasons why a merger of two large banks is complex, Rohner said, pointing to regulators as well as cultural issues and timing.

UBS’s Weber has been studying the feasibility of a mega-merger with Credit Suisse as part of a regular thought-exercise on future strategic options, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg in September. The world’s largest wealth manager has explored the question with consultants but it hasn’t raised the topic at the level of the executive board, the people said.

Weber tried to damp speculation about a tie-up with Credit Suisse when he said in October that his bank wasn’t “looking for a bride.”

Prospects for a tie-up may also depend on the priorities set by UBS’s new Chief Executive Officer Ralph Hamers, who took the helm last month. Hamers made his first mark on the bank’s executive board this week, boosting the responsibilities of two high-ranking executives, Sabine Keller-Busse and Iqbal Khan.

Minutemen

The Minutemen played a crucial role not only in the Revolutionary War, but in earlier conflicts.

Although the terms militia and minutemen are sometimes used interchangeably today, in the 18th century there was a decided difference between the two. Militia were men in arms formed to protect their towns from foreign invasion and ravages of war. Minutemen were a small hand-picked elite force which were required to be highly mobile and able to assemble quickly. Minutemen were selected from militia muster rolls by their commanding officers. Typically 25 years of age or younger, they were chosen for their enthusiasm, reliability, and physical strength. Usually about one quarter of the militia served as Minutemen, performing additional duties as such. The Minutemen were the first armed militia to arrive or await a battle.

Although today Minutemen are thought of as connected to the Revolutionary War in America, their existence was conceived in Massachusetts during the mid-seventeenth century. As early as 1645, men were selected from the militia ranks to be dressed with matchlocks or pikes and accoutrements within half an hour of being warned. In 1689 another type of Minuteman company came into existence. Called Snowshoemen, each was to "provide himself with a good pair of snowshoes, one pair of moggisons, and one hatchet" and to be ready to march on a moment's warning. Minutemen also played a role in the French and Indian War in the 1750's. A journal entry from Samuel Thompson, a Massachusetts militia officer, states, "…but when our men were gone, they sent eleven more at one minute's warning, with 3 days provision…" By the time of the Revolution, Minutemen had been a well-trained force for six generations in the Massachusetts Bay Colony. Every town had maintained its 'training band'. The adversity that this region faced — Native-American uprisings, war with France, and potential for local insurrections, social unrest, and rioting — provided ample reason to adhere to a sound militia organization. In his recent book, perhaps David Hackett Fischer puts it best, "The muster of the Minutemen in 1775 was the product of many years of institutional development…it was also the result of careful planning and collective effort." (p. 151). By the time of the Revolution, Massachusetts had been training, drilling, and improving their militia for well over a hundred years.

Unfortunately, one thing the Minutemen lacked was central leadership. This disadvantage would lead to their dissolution. In February of 1775 Concord was one of the first towns to comply with the order to create Minutemen companies out of the militia. Of approximately 400 militia from Concord's muster rolls, one hundred would also serve as Minutemen. When a battle took place Minutemen companies from several towns combined their units. An officer from the 43rd Regiment of Foot was sent to the North Bridge in Concord with a number of light infantry. Minutemen from Concord, Acton, Littleton, and other towns combined forces. After a few volleys were fired, the British light infantry retreated back to the Concord Common area. Lacking central command, with each company of Minutemen loyal to their own town, they did not pursue the redcoats. In the running battle that ensued fifteen miles back to Boston the Massachusetts militia would see their last action as Minutemen in history. The militia would go on to form an army, surrounding Boston and inflicting heavy casualties on the British army at Bunker and Breed's Hill.

Thus, although lacking central command, the Minutemen were still better organized and battle-tested than any other part-time military. They were a vital and necessary force, playing a crucial role in not only the Revolutionary War, but in earlier conflicts. Without these "ready in a minute" men, our history may have been written in a very different way.

UK to send aircraft carrier strike group to waters near Japan

The British navy will dispatch an aircraft carrier strike group to waters near Japan as soon as early next year, Japanese government sources said Saturday, in a rare development that comes amid the growing maritime assertiveness of China in the region.

The group, including the aircraft carrier Queen Elizabeth, is expected to conduct joint exercises with the U.S. military and Japan's Self-Defense Forces during its stay in areas including off the Nansei Islands chain in southwestern Japan, the sources said.

It is unusual that countries other than those in the region as well as the U.S. keep an aircraft carrier operational in the western Pacific. The move comes amid concerns over China's increasing assertiveness in the East and South China seas as well as about its handling of pro-democracy protesters in Hong Kong. It could trigger an outcry from Beijing.

During the dispatch, the British navy also plans to conduct maintenance on carrier-based F-35B stealth fighter jets at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd.'s aerospace systems works in Aichi Prefecture, central Japan, the sources said. Britain announced last year it will dispatch the carrier group to the Pacific and has since been in talks with Japan and other relevant countries, they said.

The carrier, commissioned in 2017, is "the largest and most powerful vessel ever constructed" for the British navy, weighing 65,000 tons and measuring 280 meters in length, according to the navy.

Something just occurred to me. Did a digg back in November on the company that certifies Dominion voting machines. From the post:

Re-reading the archive link on SLI - they are in 'partnership' with the Election Assistance Commission. Entirely possibly that SLI is in on the fix, especially since they 'certify' other voting systems and report those certifications to the EAC. As great-grandmother would have said, "The voting system companies lie and SLI swears to it." SLI's parent company is Gaming Laboratories International.

Senior Carlyle professionals, together with CalPERS and Mubadala, were the owners of our Parent Entities prior to the reorganization.

2004 - Injazat Data Systems is founded to provide market-leading IT solutions, including data center hosting and managed services; it goes on to become the only Tier IV data center in the region.

2006 - Cosmo Energy - 20.8% stake (Japan)

2007 - Advanced Micro Devices - 19.3 % stake (increased stake; US-based semiconductor company that designs and integrates technologies for intelligent devices)

2008 - Mubadala and GE establish a global partnership that includes R&D, clean energy, aviation, industry and corporate learning initiatives, as well as utilizes GE’s global learning network.

2008 - Nova Chemicals - Canada

2009 - GLOBALFOUNDRIES, a wholly owned Mubadala business, becomes fully functional

2010 - Strata Manufacturing delivers its first complete aerostructures

2012 - GLOBALFOUNDRIES begins semiconductor production at FAB 8 in the state of New York

2013 - GLOBALFOUNDRIES completes its acquisition of IBM Microelectronics, a transaction that includes IBM’s two wafer fabrication facilities, IP in the form of more than 16,000 patents, and world-class technologists. In the same year, GLOBALFOUNDRIES enters into a strategic partnership with Samsung to deliver the next generation of industry-leading semiconductor chips.

2014 - Mubadala establishes Cognit, a joint venture with IBM Watson, to provide IBM’s cognitive computing system, Watson, to organizations in the MENA region.

2015 - Cepsa commissions its second phenol facility, to be located in China; with a capacity of 250,000 tons per annum, the new facility makes Cepsa the world’s second largest producer of phenol, a chemical used in the production of engineering plastics that are in turn used in windshields, optical media, household appliances and electronics, among other everyday items.

2015 - XOJET, a private aviation charter company within IPIC’s portfolio, names Etihad Airways as its first commercial airline partner.

2016 - It is announced that Mubadala will hold a US $2.2 billion stake in BP on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Government.

2016 - Nova Chemicals formed a US $1.5 billion joint venture with Total and Borealis to build a 1 million metric ton per annum, ethane steam cracker in Port Arthur, Texas.

2017 - Nova Chemicals announced the acquisition of the largest petrochemicals facilities in the United States, the Geismar, Louisiana olefins plant for AED 7.7 billion (US $2.1 billion), marking a major entry into the US market.

2017 - GLOBALFOUNDRIES ramped up its most technologically advanced facility at Malta, upstate New York, delivering 14nm technology to some of the largest fabless players in the industry at best-in-class product yields.

2017 - GLOBALFOUNDRIES expanded its global manufacturing footprint by further investing in the US, Germany, Singapore and expanding to Chengdu, China.

2018 - Turbine Services & Solutions – the leading MRO service provider – will collaborate with Honeywell on a regional first. The two companies have joined forces to introduce Honeywell's Maintenance and Inspection (M&I) voice system into TS&S' operations in Abu Dhabi.

2018 - Mubadala sold its 60 percent stake in EMI Music Publishing to Sony for US $4.75 billion. EMI Music Publishing owns or administers over two million songs. The sale represents a milestone for our private equity business and provided liquidity for reinvestment.

2018 - Investcorp invested in four rental apartment communities and a student-housing complex for US $286 million. It also invested in four industrial portfolios comprising of 2.7 million sq. ft. and over 40 buildings in a deal worth US $206 million. Mubadala is the largest shareholder with a 20 percent stake in Investcorp, a Bahrain-based alternative investment company.

2018 - Mubadala Investment Company together with its partners in China committed US $1 billion towards 10 opportunities as part of the US $10bn joint investment plan between Abu Dhabi and Beijing in line with the emirate's plans to diversify the economy away from hydrocarbons sector.

2018 - Mubadala, through its assets companies, is playing an active role in eliminating pollution caused by plastics and supporting various environmental causes, with Borealis playing a pivotal role. For over a decade, the Borealis Social Fund has contributed to various United Nations (UN) sustainable development goals (SDG) to support and action various social and environmental causes, such as Project STOP.

2018 - Mubadala invested in Outset Medical, a Silicon Valley-based medtech company delivering first-of-its-kind technology into the growing US $15 billion global dialysis market.

2019 - Mubadala invests US $130 million in Equinox Gold. The proceeds will be dedicated to refinance a portion of its existing corporate and project debt, for general and working capital purposes and toward construction of Phase 1 of its Castle Mountain gold mine in California.

2019 - Abu Dhabi Global Market, becomes home to a newly established US $1 billion fund, Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners. The Fund seeks to realize commercial returns by partnering with top tier and up-and-coming investment firms and industry-leading businesses and professionals who will benefit from building a meaningful and sustainable presence in Abu Dhabi.

2019 - Yahsat and Hughes Network Systems, LLC (HUGHES), a subsidiary of EchoStar Corporation entered into a joint venture to provide commercial Ka-band satellite broadband services in Brazil.

2019 - (in May) Mubadala invests alongside GHO Capital in Sterling Pharma Solutions. Sterling is a UK-based contract development & manufacturing organization whose customers include large pharma and biotech players. The investment supports Sterling’s drive into international markets.

2019 - Sanad Aerotech announced the company’s biggest deal to triple the number of Rolls Royce Trent 700 engines serviced annually and increase its workforce by 42%. The USD 6.5 billion (AED 23 billion) deal over nine years will see Sanad Aerotech provide complete overhaul services for Trent 700 to operators globally.

2019 - Mubadala purchased USD $50 million of NextDecade’s Corporation common stock in a private placement, further strengthening NextDecade’s capital position as the company continues to develop its Rio Grande LNG project, the largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) export solution linking Permian Basin associated gas to the global LNG market.

2020 - Mubadala Investment Company sold a 39% stake in Borealis, one of Europe’s leading petrochemical companies, to OMV. The USD $4.68 billion transaction is the biggest acquisition in OMV’s history and the largest single transaction ever for Mubadala.

2020 - Mubadala committed US $100 million to BlackRock’s Global Energy & Power Infrastructure Fund III. BlackRock is one of the world's largest asset managers, with an accomplished track record of investing across the energy infrastructure value chain.
