I don't really know what it did to those bottles. Act 3's powers are never really explored unfortunately. I've only ever seen it use 3 Freeze. Arguably it can do anything by rhyming, or by rhyming with 3, but we'll never know for certain. Even with his vampire strength I would think Act 3 could stop him in place, even if Dio stopped time at that point he would still be stuck in place while time was stopped and end up losing the fight.
However if Dio activates time stop before Act 3 freezes him (which he should because time stop seems instantaneous unlike Echoes abilties) then Dio easily wins.

If any of you guys want trips tell me what you want in it and I'll see if I can find one that works. I'm having some technical problems because the thing I downloaded likes to throw japanese characters into it that don't seem to work on 8chan (or the software is trying to translate things wrong).
I've been trying to get "makaalbarn" in it for a few days but haven't gotten it yet. I can pretty much do 6 characters in a matter of minutes if it's not case-sensitive. I don't really plan on using it all the time but I was hoping to figure out how to crack them for mischief and that was hard so I just generated one for myself.

The first "pilot" was just a Kikestarter project by Trigger. Followed up by a second one called Little Witch Academa: The Enchanted Parade. Which is also worth watching.
As a series it is more slice of life oriented than Trigger's previous works like Kill La Kill or Space Patrol Luluco, but still has the same zany spirit. It does have some semblance of a plot in the backround, but generally it's just about watching cute girls do cute shit like mass executions or going through a ghost's digestive tract.
I haven't seen all of it yet since when I watched it with a friend it was on (((Netflix))) who decided to only upload half the series. I've torrented it since, but haven't gotten around to watching it.

I was beyond pleased not only to hear Nonon's VA, Mayumi Shintani, again as MIdori in Space Patrol Luluco, but to also find out she also did Haruhara Haruko in FLCL.

He could of just pretended that Hayato mentioned the name and that he had no idea who Kira was and then when Josuke and Oyasku would ask the kid what he knows(and they would since they aren't all that smart) they would instantly blow up and the loop restarts. I don't know how the first loop worked, but in your proposal he could have easily deactivated, then reapplied BtD during the night.

It's over it seems. I was hoping for a cool interaction where Jotaro stops time while Kira is reversing it, and then the time stream is so out of wack that Josuke has to heal it with his stand but then he gets sent back in time. Yeah I don't know if you remember but some of the promo stuff that was mixed in with the manga had FMA/SE stuff because they were both in monthly at the same time. So there's some "official" Maka/Edward stuff. I think that is fan though.
FMA/SE produces some of the more bearable crossover art all things considered.

I love the sound/visual effect of time stopping in Jojo, I've seen it a couple times after seeing some jojo memes and its a shame that the manga doesn't portray it as well as the anime does. Also the way Jotaro says "STAR PLATINUM! THE WORLD!" is amazing.

That's how I felt about this part. He made so many different threads and never knitted them into anything. I think he really was directionless after Part 3 wasn't the end.
Part of why I like part 5 so much this early is because it actually feels like it's going somewhere, which I expect out of JoJo's.
It really makes me worry for JoJolion since last I heard it's almost 100 chapters in and still doesn't have a main villain.
