I actually was because it looked spoilery fuck they got such a good voiceactor for Dio. When I looked up stuff he's been in I remembered a handfull of things (OP, Eva, SAO, Ouran, HxH, FMA, Sidonia, Geass etc) but then there were a couple that were a complete surprise that I never would have guessed: Excalibur from Soul Eater and the bat from Rosario + Vampire which both had really cartoony voices that were totally different from his usual one.

Watching it may be a pain in the ass since it has the same problems Naruto does with filler and pacing. Reading it is fun though. Tite Kubo is a lot like Araki in that they both place a very high priority on the art over the story. However unlike Araki he isn't as talented a storyteller and the product suffers a bit for it. It was at its peak with the Soul Society and Arrancar arcs. It however ended very shittily because his relationship with Shonen Jump broke down.
I would suggest forgetting what I posted. Bleach is just so ubiquitous I thought nothing of it.

However Joseph not getting his dues is in line with Araki's values. Every part seems to end with stressing, verbally or non verbally, how the JoJo's struggle will go largely unnoticed to the world at large. That being said it may have been nice if Holly or Advol mentioned it in passing. Worldbuilding is another thing that Araki does at his convenience. He put a lot of thought and care into Morioh Town, the fictional setting of Part 4, because he really wanted to do it. However as we've seen he'll contrive anything to engineer the scenario he wants to draw. It's really hard to stay mad at him though since he makes those scenarios very damn entertaining.
Like, rather than freezing time and killing off the crusaders instantly DIO instead freezes time, puts Nukesaku in the coffin, quickly slices him into several pieces, then goes back into hiding.
Rather than killing Polnareff, DIO freezes time, runs down the stairs real quick, picks him up and sets him down a step lower, rushes back into place and unfreezes time. It's the dumbest thing ever, but I love every second of it.
And yeah Jotaro's exploits aren't really brought up in Part 4.

What is the point of the Nukesaku character other then explicitly showing that vampires are utter fodder compared to stands. In these panels >>2650 Nukesaku gets knocked around like a normal human being even though vampires have super strength. Even if Akari wanted to showcase that star platinum has more strength then vampires there should of been some sort of resistance to the ORA ORA ORA. Straizo was able to regen from a bunch of grenade explosions and you're telling me this guy gets one shot by some punches?!?!?
Secondly is the reveal of Vanilla Ice being a vampire. This guy is one of the most powerful stand users up to this point killing Avdol and Iggy and was close to killing Polnareff as well but then the second it's revealed he is a vampire he instantly becomes fodder tier and forgets how to use his stand or fight? Like wtf why was he a killing machine one second and then fodder tier the next getting rekt by a half dead Polnareff.
If Dio didn't have his time stopping stand I would be pretty worried for him considering the huge debuff being a vampire is. How does Jotaro stop time when he was using his time stop during Dio's time stop to survive the roadroller? He gets out from beneath the roller at 9 seconds which means Dio had 2 seconds and Jojo had 3 seconds of time stop left. So how does Jojo stop time when time was already being stopped by Dio. I could believe it if Jojo had a one second opening over Dio and kills him then but it seems longer then that since Jotaro talks to him and puts his hand on his shoulder.

Well I suppose it was complete at the time Araki drew it. I imagine he brought Joseph back at the end of this part when he finalized his idea for part 4. It's also funny since the chart says they all only had one woman their entire lives, but by this time Josuke is already 4 years old.
The main reason I heard for Joseph's indiscretion is Araki really wanted to have a high school student as the main character; I'll add the he probably wanted it sooner than 50 years in the future.
Though even with Josuke that tree is still incomplete.
Hopefully you shouldn't have to worry about posting. El Nino means I'm getting rainstorms that should be happening next month early. It came down hard today and knocked out power in my neighborhood for about 4 hours. I can't garantee it won't happen again with more storms on the horizon, but I'll try to give more warning if it happens next time.

I was mostly pointing out SG as an example as something modern that did a lot with time travel and pulled it off well because they dove into it, not necessarily as something that detracts from what Jojo does because it came significantly later.
But a lot of time travels tropes were established in the golden age of scifi if not the victorian era. I guess it depends on the media but I don't think something has to come up with a totally original idea to do timetravel well.
Regardless it wasn't really the point of the series and it was a neat ability in the context of the other stands.

Stein's; Gate did a lot of things right.
I only asked because some complaints about JoJo's don't pan out since it either did it first or did it before it became a tired trope usually, but I'm not so well versed in media to know when that applies.
For certain though, as a faggot of the series, my first impression of The World was a bit underwhelming. I had mentally built it up so high that stopping time seemed so… elementary? Like literally something an elementary school student would think up. I think this is because Araki didn't know what he wanted The World to do until around the chapter Shooting DIO!? Before then it was theorized to be all the stands the Joestars could use or every stand at the same time. Because of this the writing of the final chapters turned into a hot mess. However this is a hot mess I want to pour all over myself so I guess I'm just a sick fuck.
