So we had a thread, when this board's started, about updating /m/tan's design. Months later, with the tread gone, and the dust settled, you guys want to tackle that again?
I've personally been going with this suggestion I had made, on the left, just switching the 8ch logo back to the M. I like this as it's still simple to draw, it's still similar to the original (indicating there wasn't really any rupture), it's just a custom paintjob. Doesn't feel resentful, as Punished /v/ does.
The others, which I did based on other drawfag's proposals, I feel get a bit too complex- a good board-tan is visually distinct yet simple, you know?
Anyways, /m/-tan thread. Post images you have you like, even if it's of the halfchan version. Do new art. Suggest design variations, whatever. Let's have some fun.

Here guys, some more OC. I've been spriting board-tans and all technically based on vivian, but if I ever went to make an 8ch game it'd probably be about /m/-tan and /m/anzer
anyways, I really like these guys and I'd like to make more oc of them, but I really don't want to force you guys on stuff, so let's discuss some more ideas, shall we? Please?
/m/-tan should go further into Kamen Rider territory, since /m/anzer now exists to balance him. I'd really like him to have a bike, therefore. What are the best /m/ bikes, in your opinion? So I can try to smash some together?
/m/anzer, being a Super Sentai instead, ought to have a mech. I was thinking to just tip Transformers over and give him a transforming car, but I'm open to suggestions. If he does have a car, what are the best /m/ cars? If not, what vehicle? If he has a mech, how is it? huge, small? I was thinking something you'd see in a Shirow manga, size-wise at least.
How do they fight? Other than martial arts, weapons-wise? Old lore had /m/-tan hold a toaster and using it as a Mega Man blaster, but that feels too clumsy and I prefer the idea of the toaster being their pet. I gave /m/anzer a "placeholder gun" for the pose, but he doesn't need to have a gun either. I'd like maybe one of them to attack with lasers from an Ultraman pose, dunno. Ideas?
And finally, I'd enjoy it if they had a terrorist organization villain to fight. Probably an incompetent bunch, but still. You know, their own Shocker-Black Ghost-Iron Cross Army. any ideas to go there?
I'll meanwhile see if I can recruit any /v/ drawfags to come and help too so I'm not the sole drawfag around. Maybe open a slow drawthread, even.

This is not what I have seen. It is true that some /v/irgins have problems with getting used to a weeb board though. There are also many outsiders and spergy /pol/ users hanging around on /v/ you don't want there or at least shouldn't welcome. That is the better reason to not outright invite people to this place on /v/. Mentioning that 8chan has a /m/ in a thread about Mechgame is the smarter option.

/m/anzer on the other hand would be the inverse.
He'd probably use a blaster but wouldn't be great in hand to hand as super sentai is more about group battles than solo. He'd likely favour a mech more than anything.
Both, would be improved with a single word, though.
