One of the game's publishers are Japanese, that footage is just taken from the Japanese version of the game.
It was originally in English.

The site's video upload is a bit weird. The guy who programmed it wasn't the brightest.
You're probably using H.265 or a non-AAC audio codec.
Download FFmpeg and just put it through.

No shit, audio was ripped from a game that is still in development. There are some missing soundtracks that have yet to be put in game.

Absolute unmitigated dogshit. Tries to be faster than AC4A without any sense of speed, because you're frequently just lobbing swarms of missiles at enemies that you don't even see.
The whole game has no mass to it.
