I think he wants a clearer picture of his current image. If he had the onion skin on as well as the two layers it would be quite "busy"..

It's always nice to watch lazily animated stuff like this because it shows you how little actual animation you need to do sometimes. I'd heard somewhere that animation is 70% about the audio; I'll be damned if I know how they came up with that specific number but it does seem to ring true at times.

That was pretty aesthetic and comfy even if it was just a bunch of "motion tweens" with little by way of serious animation.

As far as family friendly goes pretty much every Walt Disney movie before they started those abominable sequels in the late 90s and early 2000s was a top of the line produciton, a lot of the Don Bluth films are super cheesy but enjoyable enough too. Ghibli films are a great and definitely "sister friendly" consideration excluding the brutally violent Princess Mononoke (great film, just wouldn't watch it with a younger relative)

Beauty and the Beast

Little Mermaid

Pinocchio

the Rescuers

Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind

Howl's Moving Castle

Spirited Away

Kiki's Delivery Service

Most of these new Mickey cartoons are pretty alright in my opinion too.

Thanks! Already watched some of ghibli movies together like Kiki, Ponyo, Spirited Away, Totoro, Howl's Moving Castle. Still savig up Mononoke (Ive seen it by myself few years ago) but Im sure shell manage.

Then there have been few western ones - Song of the Sea, Ernest et Célestine, The Triplets of Belleville. I find it super difficult to find stuff like those. (unless you go by the director, which gives you few more - The Illusionist, The Secret of Kells)

And then because all of the documentation is in Japanese you simply smash your dick on the keyboard until an animation comes out
