Someone in /a/ was struggling to fit a reference image onto their screen because the resolution was so small, so I thought it would be cool if you could put an image onto the screen somehow.
And then I decided to procrastinate on drawing by making this little program instead. Webm is more or less self explanatory.

Windows only because there's a lot of things I have to do manually with the operating system's functions and I can't bother to learn it all in Linux.
Let me know if you have problems/crashes. Or delete this thread if it's not appropriate here, I guess.
