Infinite was an overkill but it was still a decent experience overall.
2 was nowhere near on par with 1, it was reskinned 1, it felt like an overblown dlc with a subpar story.

2 was interesting, maybe saying on par with 1 was excessive, but it was still a high quality game with an interesting idea. The ham-fisted story following psychic girl was stupid.

Alright, I'll let you go nuts and bite, why was infinite so shit exactly?
2 was a high quality game, yeah, if you compare to it other games in general, but considering it brought nothing new to the gameplay and the story was pretty garbage as well, you can't compare it to 1 or even call it a proper sequel. I won't even get into how horribad the multi was that should never even have existed.

Infinite was call of duty in the clouds with an even shittier clusterfuck of a story than a call of duty game. All it was was a pretty setting, gotta admit this, but it was bad overall. Also I find it humorous that you say that about 2, when all of it applies to 3/infinite tenfold.
