Well for one thing I heard getting fined is cheaper than affording the "affordable" healthcare they provide. Not sure how true that is.
Another thing is my last job's HR was saying how because of the bill they were having to pay more for employee healthcare premiums than before. My dad said he was affected as well when he had to pay $1000 for a surgery he needed when before the employer health plan took care of it all.
