I found a recipe for the dough on Greg's kitchen (silly Australian youtube channel). It's pretty simple. 3 cups flour, 1 cup warm water, 2 tablespoons olive oil, about 7 grams of yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar and salt, just mix everything, then let it sit in a bowl for an hour and rise (cover with plastic foil)

was manager at a dominos for 2 years, made lots of pizza. we just didn't make the dough from scratch. See what all I remember that I can convey.
Had a table coated in cornmeal to help the dough not stick to the tablet, and come off the pan easier after baking. Seemed good for the crust too. Dough stretching technique was have your dome shaped lump on a large table with cornmeal, form an outter rim I think quarter inch thick, like a pencil or something, by pushing your finger tips into the dough, as you rotate it around clockwise to form the whole rim. Then, how to put this. Make like a curved karate chop hand into the right side rim you just formed, and do the same on the left side with your left hand. Your left hand is your ancho, and your right hand makes a slow swiping circular motion to stretch the dough. You mostly want to hold the left hand in place, but allow a little give so that you gradually rotate the dough all the way around with your dough stretching motion. continue until big enough, medium pizza for us was 12 inch diameter, but dunno how much dough you'll be using. You want an even thickness, probably just have to eye it, we used mesh screens to look at the bottom and see if we could see any light coming through, was too thin.
For pizza sauce, Get your large serving or stirring spoon or whatever you use, Get as much sauce as you want and dump it all in the middle. Then with the bottom of the spoon make a spiraling motion against the sauce, spreading it outward evenly all the way to the rim.
Then you drizzle cheese to coat, usually want as much as will stick to the sauce, but not excess that would fall off from no sauce contact. Maybe try to blow it all off, might not survive trying to tilt it far enough to fall off. Then toppings of choice, and can add extra cheese on top of toppings.

Ah, I see that is a lot of pizza knowledge ^.^ It's hard to understand the procedure though. Otherwise yeah Greg also used the bottom of a spoon to do it, I'll keep this in mind. I'm guessing mine will be grated cheese (edam or suchlike), then bacon and either ham or salami, onions and some camembert-like cheese on top.
