The ones JFMSU uploaded are the digitals as they are fresh off DLsite (1290x1821). The ones I've uploaded here are the same ones, only I ran them through Waifu2x Caffe on recommended settings before uploading here.

That does look like it.
And yeah, this program works beautifully on Amakuchi's digital works (pretty much all digital art with clean lines); I've upgraded all the stuff from his Patreon with it with nearly no drawbacks at all, apart from substantially larger file sizes.
Here's an ss of the settings I've used for the stuff I've uploaded here. Make sure it's the UpRGB model for digitals; I haven't really mucked around with the UpPhoto model since the scans that JFMSU provides are really high quality and don't need enhancement.

When i downloaded the Amakuchi english versions from your Mediafire folder i thought the large resolutions were the original raw's.
It makes much more sense now.

No problem, really is a great program. Can experiment with the settings as you will, but those are the settings the developer has recommended (at least back in mid 2017 but I've no reason to expect that has changed).
I'm not the owner of that mediafire repository found at the top, that's someone else; I'm just a fan that sorts out Amakuchi translations and posts digital stuff occasionally.
I can clarify though that the official FAKKU english versions get released at 2288 x 3200 so no upscale and enhancement is necessary. It's just the DLsite ones with that weird resolution and graininess that need polish.

I see. So the FAKKU version is originally that high. It's practically double the size of the newer Japanese digital release.
I don't really understand Amakuchi's mind set as to why he would release the newer Japanese digital version like this.
It's unfortunate really because he went back and re-drew a substantial amount things from the earlier Foxy Rena books.

I don't quite understand it either. FAKKU's stuff is standardised and gets released at the lower x2600 version and the higher x3200 so no confusion there.
DLsite in my experience is a total mixed bag, can get anything from the actual files they use for printing, resized digitals and actual scans of the physical copy of a doujin.
Most of the redraws seem to be confined to 1-5, with volume 2 getting those two new pages that came with the FAKKU release. Seems to be mostly slight adjustments and transitioning the dicks to the newer detailed veiny style he started doing a couple years back.

UpResNet10 is currently the highest quality model available for waifu2x when it comes to 2d images. It's sharper than UpRGB, and retains more detail. Also, the denoise feature is mostly there to get rid of things like compression artifcats, ringing, and aliasing in an image. Amakuchi's Patreon content is clean enough that I don't really think it needs it. Unneeded denoising will just cause detail loss. Compare the monitor in the top left in these two images and >>10575 .

I think he's waiting on the next event to release 14.5, and possibly 15 since the cover teaser was months ago in May, and the Kemoket it was supposed to be released at was cancelled.
I'd expect something at Kemoket 9.5, which is on the 21st of November.
FAKKU is working on vol 10 atm, and this time they're claiming a volume per 2 month roadmap so see how that goes; means you should expect it in late September.
A physical omnibus would depend on demand and honestly I don't see it happening.
