It is your ISP, they are banning "legit" sites because of potatoes, i cant enter some casinos or adult content sites like redtube while i can perfectly enter pornhub so makes no sense since both are owned by the same company
If you download the TOR Browser and put that link it will load, you can use a VPN but the free ones are not good and the paid ones are spyware so choose your posion
