You should try it again. Lost of things have improved on the technical side. I remember only getting like 20 FPS or something but I tested a more modern version and it ran smooth as fuck. The best ones I have played
Ariadne (bar none the best RPG Maker H game to me and not only one of the best porn games I've ever played, but one of the best RPG's period I've played in the last 10 years. Well I played it without knowing nip, but that meant that I pretty much trial and error'd my way through certain parts of the gam
The fun part was in discovering new monster girls, training them, unlocking H scenes, upgrading stuff. The brothel portion (matching them with customers) is easy even without knowing nip and knowing skills. Some things are obvious when they happen. Like how you can get eggs from certain monster girls, milk from others, etc.
I also like the fact that you can decide for yourself if one of the girls are meant to be for (You) only, and not for working in the brothel at all
Just wait for the translation though if you want to play it properly. I'm playing it again when that comes out

This game has been around since 2014 I think. What I like about it is Oni's art, the ability to move around and the various scenes and personalities the girls have. Most games fall apart for me when they hyper-sexualize everything, fall into 80s porn logic or introduce absolutely bizarre fetishes only an internet-based tranny who hasn't interacted with a real woman in at least ten years will get. The concept of "less is more" hasn't quite settled with developers of these kinds of games. It's just the full gamut of hardcore stuff right into your face, from the first 5 seconds on. Dudes like Akabur with their games kinda sorta (!) seemed to understand this on some level by making you wait and work for the more hardcore porn content. They also contain some precious little non-porn related humor and dialog. Sadly his games are an absolute click-fest and a grind-y and slow, boring slog and they're not uh… exactly well written.
Free Cities also is notable here since it has actual game mechanics and at least tries to be a little bit more than a porn game. It also lets you avoid the incomprehensible fetishes and you can stay fairly vanilla if you like. The setting is also fairly unique. If you think too hard about it though it falls completely apart and has the same "the game universe is a porn movie where every little thing is about sex to an ridiculous degree" problem. Again, less would be more. With a game I want immersion. If I want to consume porn content only, I'd consume porn content. If a game would be actually good as a game and enjoyable&immersive - but you could also "go there" in the hardcore department if you wanted to (even with extreme things like rape) that would work amazingly because games are ultimately about escapism and playing things out. They're not about passively consuming, which is something that most porn game makers don't really seem to get. Sadly I think it won't happen as people who are interested in designing an actual game with actual content will not touch all that sex stuff with a ten foot pole because their game will probably be more successful without it.

Free Cities is the polar opposite. The porn is boring and often feels like a useless add-on to what is ultimately a god game. The game play is the real draw, and it always feels like you are accomplishing something. Also unlike Akabur, Free Cities has no coherent story. The universe is made of nonsense that seems to be cobbled together out of things that a fifteen-year old would think of as cool. It's the Bradley Fighting Vehicle of crowdsource games. It's a porn game without pictures or prose. It's a god game without any resources to manage or an economy to direct. It's a conquest game where the battles occur as random encounters. It's a slave trainer where none of the slaves have any character. Still, at least it has you actually doing stuff, and it is easy to get lost in the art of building you own utterly absurd little fantasy world.
If you want to try something new, Degrees of Lewdity does well in regard to immersion. It presents a world that operates according to its own hellish logic but leaves much of it unexplained and inscrutable to the poor waif that you play as. It is nothing approaching realism, but the fiction is consistent. The holes in the story make you wonder what could be lurking there rather than just making you reach for the bullshit button. If you are pedo scum it's well worth checking out.

House Party is that one game I really want to like but just can't bring myself to enjoy. I love the characters, the theme, and the 3d world. And yet I end up getting frustrated every time I touch it.
A lot has to do with the essence of what the game is trying to be, a puzzle game. The game is all about wandering around aimlessly and finding shit. Want into her pants? Just look around for that hidden object which is in the same place every game. This results in two issues. First, I apparently suck at finding objects, so I get frustrated in an endless hunt before I eventually break down and use a walkthrough. Then I just ruined the only real playability the game has, since each replay has the same specific order. Sure, you get different choices and routes, but you are at the end of the day learning where hidden objects are and then losing any real sense of gameplay.
How do you enjoy puzzle games? How can I play House Party for the next year without touching another game without going insane from the absolute predictability and linearity of it all? House Party possibly takes the cake as the greatest disappointment to me, great engine and writing, but the actual gameplay mechanics are so frustrating that I just can't win with touching it.

Had time to go through the first week, while my dad wasn't hovering over my shoulder. I was hesitant starting this before because I was kind of wondering about it but going through the first week, I really like this. Suffice to say, you play as a teacher who's married with 3 daughters. The first few days establish your class and everyone's personalities. Some are more open than others but each person is unique in their own way, even if teach only meets them once that day. Why I recommend this is each day has a few thousand CGs of the various characters moving and such, usually about 2 dozen scenes a day, sex included. You can choose to stay completely loyal to your wife who's pretty sympathetic or you can have as many as 20 girls into you by the end of the first week. Things progress slow obviously but for once I don't actually mind, because the logistics of trying to satisfy a harem of your class and their immediate family, your family and anyone else who takes interest in you, that's what keeps me wanting to go through. The guy puts out a new day or two every two months or so, project has been going since 2018. I assume at some stage he'll move onto a map and event focused system rather than a daily one like it is now, because lemme tell you. It's taken 2 years to make 2 weeks. If he speed it up to a day a month, it would still take him 15 years to do the one ingame year he has planned, like I said, I think he's gonna give the player more freedom soon but till then, I like what's available.
Two things, it's set in Japan if that wasn't obvious and is a bit weebish. Second, there isn't NTR as far as I'm aware, there are other male teachers but they're more interested in Boruto marathons than seducing their class and many of the girls in the game are looking for a father figure.

The MC is an ugly cunt, it's degenerate enough to have a vanilla/hardcore switch I played vanilla so I can't comment as to what cuckoldry is in hardcore, I think the dev is French or whatever and there's some pretty heavy engrish here but it adds to it's charm once you get used to it. Have you tried Black souls, it is an RPGM game, but it's not some low effort trash. It's based around the Grimm fairy tales, which if you've read, you should have an idea how the game will end(Multiple endings though). It's all wholesome(kinda), no ntr, no cuckoldry and there is even an (avoidable)trap if you're into that. The sequel while not out in English yet, does have a fan translation with a decent amount of work done on it.
Check out just about any game made by fullflap, while the porn is mostly just some animations that play during gameplay they are still a solid play, although only one game is in english, the story is usually minimal so it's easy to figure things out. Try out Demon Sperm, it's a kinda 2D dark souls game.
Alicesoft games, I'm sure you've read about them or at least have heard about them. Hate them or love them, they at least made a decent enough game with porn in it. The Rance series are a good point to start, although fair warning, bad things will happen to characters, sometimes characters you like. Start out with Rance VI if you want to give it a whirl, keep in mind prior game experience is great but not needed for enjoyment.
Kamidori Alchemy meister, think fire emblem but with sex(And very little intrique going on) The story is medicore but the gameplay is pretty solid, and there is a lot of POSTGAME content. The only negative is there is no true harem route, you pick one of the main girls route and you fuck them and everyone else in your party that isn't a main character. The lewds don't start until you've put in some serious time though, probably somewhere 5-10 hours in depending on how fast you rush through the story, but they flood in when they do come.
If you're feeling up for some reading check out some eragames they're have vary degrees of translation so you'll need a machine translator handy but I've invested far too much time in them to admit. Most of them focus on Touhou characters, but they do have some a couple other franchises in there too. Check out EraTohoK for a strategy game, EraTW for a Touhou dating sim, and Eramegaten, if you want a rpg with trainer elements to it.

This next part might be slightly off topic but I just wanna talk about it cause maybe someone knows of a game they can prove me wrong with.
I claim that AA2 is the only real porn game out there. It's got fairly developed and somewhat complex game mechanics that tie in directly and incorporate the porn itself into the game. Every ecchi act serves to progress the relationship between characters, eventually culminating in sex and unlike other porn games, even the porn scenes are gameplay since figuring out characters' favorite positions advances their sexual and even romantic relationship, unlocking more positions.
I've played Sengoku Rance, Eiyuu Senki and similar world conquering games and I've played Bunny Black and some other dungeon crawlers and just plenty of RPG maker games in general. Some of these games were really good, some not so much but regardless, they were all just games with porn scenes more than they were porn games. Then there're the "trainers", VNs, etc. which are so barren with gameplay I'm almost reluctant to call them games. Not that they can't be enjoyed for what they are like >>357150 twins scene was fantastic but when it comes to video games they're hardly that. Some management games like club bifrost >>358051 get pretty close but at the end of the day they're just management games with porn. Porn itself isn't tied into the gameplay, it's just the theme of the game. 2D side scrollers and beat 'em ups are also just normal games where the character gets fucked when they lose a fight. No real gameplay element to it other than the porn's there instead of an insert coin screen. Only other game I can think of that had porn integrated into the core of the game and seemed like it was on the right path was Breeding Season but we all know how that ended. Maybe sims with sex mods, if you can count that I suppose.
In a way fap hero feels more like a game than most of your average porn games although that wouldn't necessarily classify as a video game due to the analogue nature of its controls.
