I've been following this game I found on newgrounds long ago called Female Agent, but holy shit, the developer literally has done nothing but add dumb aesthetic changes while leaving the story unfinished at the part where it should get more interesting.

Lemme tell you, getting that patch is almost fucking impossible. So there was a translator on ULMF who's not native english who worked on this, thanks for that. He released the full patch but passworded it with a color coded system meaning you had to imput something like "I am a pirate, I am a bad person, I will purchase legit software, this is only for private use."
After that, you couldn't even use 7-zip so you had to get bloody winrar as that supports a stupid password that long. Half a day later with alot of 1 post accounts asking him why he was being stupid, he took down the translation and asked the mods to lock the thread. Luckily someone saved it but they had it on their damn discord server, so I want to thank a kind anon who got it for me.
As I said, the guy was not native so it's kinda rough but it's serviceable.

The Imperial Gatekeeper felt more like a conceptual game, since at least for me, it is a watered down Paper's Please, the plot can barely be called "A Story" the goals are quite bland, iirc the sub-plots are pre-scripted regardless of your previous choice, you can fuck or not fuck the chick that wanted to go through the outpost without the proper documents and in the next one she will act as if you let her go through without molesting/raping her, the outlaws are a 1-time thing so you can't force them to have your kids and react when they see you on future encounters or even react to the fact that you had sex with them, that also includes the common folks trying to get by and your work companions, it gives the impression of being a "game" due how fast the timer goes and don't get me started on the limited amount of outfits

This next part might be slightly off topic but I just wanna talk about it cause maybe someone knows of a game they can prove me wrong with.
I claim that AA2 is the only real porn game out there. It's got fairly developed and somewhat complex game mechanics that tie in directly and incorporate the porn itself into the game. Every ecchi act serves to progress the relationship between characters, eventually culminating in sex and unlike other porn games, even the porn scenes are gameplay since figuring out characters' favorite positions advances their sexual and even romantic relationship, unlocking more positions.
I've played Sengoku Rance, Eiyuu Senki and similar world conquering games and I've played Bunny Black and some other dungeon crawlers and just plenty of RPG maker games in general. Some of these games were really good, some not so much but regardless, they were all just games with porn scenes more than they were porn games. Then there're the "trainers", VNs, etc. which are so barren with gameplay I'm almost reluctant to call them games. Not that they can't be enjoyed for what they are like >>357150 twins scene was fantastic but when it comes to video games they're hardly that. Some management games like club bifrost >>358051 get pretty close but at the end of the day they're just management games with porn. Porn itself isn't tied into the gameplay, it's just the theme of the game. 2D side scrollers and beat 'em ups are also just normal games where the character gets fucked when they lose a fight. No real gameplay element to it other than the porn's there instead of an insert coin screen. Only other game I can think of that had porn integrated into the core of the game and seemed like it was on the right path was Breeding Season but we all know how that ended. Maybe sims with sex mods, if you can count that I suppose.
In a way fap hero feels more like a game than most of your average porn games although that wouldn't necessarily classify as a video game due to the analogue nature of its controls.
