That's a random event that fires if you befriend an Impregnator. Knowing whether a man is or not is very difficult, as it takes the highest knowledge rating for a character in the game. You generally have to piece it together from dialogue, etc. or create a custom character.

You need Cunning to successfully cheat.
Shooting a decent porn film requires the most recent version (bugs lol), you need to be the porn star not your friend, and having traits like Sultry or Passionate Lover help immensely. You need to cum on camera, basically.

look for a file labelled "weight_modifiers.properties" under official_content and open it using a simple text editor. Inside youll find the probability of both those events firing - crank the scores over 100 to increase the chance of them happening.
jerk friend requires a bunch of pre requisites - you need a happy relationship with a boyfriend who isn't a Jerk, doesn't Like To Share or have Doormat, and probably more besides.
The Tanya event seems to have an equal chance to fire as the other impregnation event, and has the same requirements.
