Pregcess is a shitty game.

It could have been good if the game dev hadn't gotten lazy/bored at the end, but after all the fucking lead up and all the slow burn corruption content the pregnancy stuff is all stuffed into one cut scene where you don't even get to see the first time she's impregnated.

Once you're in the postgame, you can go around to all the characters and get pregnant in a single "on rails" cut scene and there's no content for when she actually is pregnant or if there is it's very limited, I don't remember.

Holy shit that game pissed me off. I'm tempted to mod it to actually be good eventually, but I dunno if it's worth the effort.

There's a bunch of content in the pre post-game cutscene which might be a clue.

The game starts you out with several different magical protections. Two or three of them can be "traded in" for powers that protect you in various dungeon areas. This also unlocks further lewd content.

The end of the game seems kinda rushed, though. When you hit the end boss, you still have two protections left. The PC trades in both of them in a single cutscene in order to save the world or whatever. Then after that there's this whole thing where her eggs themselves are magically protected as well and the men of the village repeatedly fuck her to erode the power. The weird part is that this isn't just dialog - there's a new UI element that appears during that scene that shows an egg with a magical barrier around it and a number that decreases as the cut scene has more and more men fuck her. That makes no sense in a cut scene, but would have been a really good gameplay element. At that point you get a choice of who "is the one who ends up knocking you up" - there's some text, and then you're in the post game. You don't even get to see her first time getting pregnant.

The whole "magically protected egg" thing doesn't make a lot of sense in context of how the game plays out. It really does look like a gameplay thing that the dev never got to use because he either ran out of time, got bored, or whatever. The "last boss" is a two part battle with a bunch of dialog between the two parts, and here's what I think was originally planned:

I think originally the idea would be that the "last boss" would trigger a new dungeon where you'd have to trade in one/both of your remaining powers to survive. I think further events in each event chain you can advance in town were also planned that would dovetail into the "risky sex" element that would have been unlocked by trading in your last protections, and you'd have to do some grinding in order to wear down the egg itself before you could actually get pregnant.

And then I think the very end would have played out pretty much the same, except with the pregnancy occurring in the actual game, instead of postgame.

In other words I think the postgame was where the dev hurriedly shoved the half completed content that he couldn't work into the main game.

It really would be feasible to rework the ending to not suck. The art is there, the assets are there, it's just event logic/dialog that are missing and possibly a final dungeon. I haven't work with RPG maker, though I've contributed to several other games, so I'm tempted to see how hard it would be.

What botters me the most is that the game itself has one of the best corruption i've ever seem in a H game. It's detailed, it's varied, it's dramatic… helll, i would even call it REALISTIC given that the heroine doesn't start taking dick in her pussy the moment she gives her first blowjob.

Problem is, the game is REALLY lacking on the preggo content outside of this. It would have been MUCH better if the pregnancy path happened outside of the post-game and you had actual birth scenes and a more detailed baby system like Violated Heroine.

Hope that the next game by the circle fixes this shit. Otherwise, it's a very good idea with well-made art but applied in a sloopy, crappy way.

It's not just the corruption that's realistic, it's everything about it.

The PC doesn't just automatically succumb to the power of dick, and when she fights off the guys harassing her initially, they back off. They don't do the whole "Oh, you think you're pure etc but you're just another slut and we'll conquer you with the power of dick".

I hate that shit.

Instead, they act like real human beings - shitty, horny, sneaky ones, but human beings. Actual people. And they're forced by her magic to treat her with some dignity (not a lot, but some), and then something magical happens:

Character development.

Seriously, you don't see that shit in corruption games (or any lewd games, for that matter). You do in this one.

Despite their main goal really just being to rape her initially, the male characters actually start treating her with genuine affection, and even get protective of her, to the point where they're no longer trying to force her to have sex, they want to seduce her until she does it willingly.

There's even that scene where the one guy rescues her from the village elder dude who's about to rape her, not once but twice despite the fact that if he'd let it happen he could have fucked her himself afterwards. My heart nearly fell out through my asshole in the lead-up to that scene, because the game was doing it so well and then I was afraid they'd just do the same stupid shit every other game does, with more lead up … holy shit, they faked me out good.

Meanwhile, she starts actually warming up to these guys. Sure, they're crude and horny and pushy, but they actually like her, and she finds that she likes the attention. She likes being wanted and having men praise her. That's what ultimately causes her fall - not some bullshit "power of dick" bullshit, but the fact that she starts having actual affection toward them and deliberately lowers her guard. As the relationship - and I use that word pointedly - progresses between her and the men of the village, she slowly allows them to do more and more with her until she gives them everything.

The virginity loss scene is actually really sweet. Sweet, loving corruption is basically unheard of. I've never seen it before, and I've spent years researching these games simply out of curiosity (in addition to playing the good ones).

They actually make sure she really wants to go through with it and make sure she enjoys it. It was the most flaming red-hot sex scene I have ever seen in any medium in my entire life by an astronomically huge margin.

I think the fact that it's kinda heart warming (in an immoral, slutty, degenerate way) made it hotter. It's not a girl being raped, it's a girl deliberately giving up her purity and that's real corruption. And because the characters are developed and the plot progresses sanely, it came across as natural, instead of pretentious and contrived.

I'm probably the pickiest person on this entire board - not about fetish material, but about game quality. I hate most games, and tolerate a tiny few, and nothing pleases me. And I have nothing but praise for the first 90% of this game. If it weren't for the ending, I might never touch another game again.

You can make an avatar in it, chat with people(And thus also roleplay), but you can also just use the (mostly sex) animations and not talk

If you don't want to do this stuff with other people, there are some old pieces of 'furniture' that are NPCs which play through a small scene in which they impregnate your avatar, complete with text+animations to tell you what they do. Some of them give you a small 'baby' item you can put on to carry it with you. Most are quite old by now and don't look great

A somewhat recent update added 'animesh', which is proper NPCs. As far as I know they do not at present have pregnancy support, but since everything on SL except the starting avatars are made by players, everyone that feels like they should can make it happen

There are scripted customisable HUDs that keep track of a woman's cycle that can be used to enhance the experience

There are several groups dedicated to finding partners and various themes

There is support for growing pregnant bellies, though at this point nobody has put together one that grows on its own for modern avatars that I know of

The problems are plentiful. If you don't pay money for it, you will have difficulty getting anything good- From a good looking avatar(The defaults are generally agreed to look awful) to the HUDs, almost everything costs money, and then most things need some experience in how to make it look good (Or a friend that does it for you)

Other flaws are that barely anything is explained, the marketplace is full of scams, and it can be difficult to find most things in world until you get used to everything. There is very little help unless you can find someone to teach you or otherwise guide you through the rougher steps

Lilith's Throne has been pretty good at scratching that preg itch considering you can later even find your children and impregnate them as well. Not to mention the impregnation gamble minigame in the sewers gets me going quite a bit

I have no idea if it could even be possible, LT is so eager to throw characters away that I can't tell if it is deliberate to avoid slowdown or save bloat or just laziness to not have to write up dialog for running into an NPC again. For example the preg roulette doesn't save the NPC who is the other parent of your child and companion's babies are purged if you aren't the other parent either.
