FoBS, or Forest of Blue Skin, is an HGame made by Zell999 where you control a shota in a world where you can beat and capture or get raped by monster girls. You can capture these monster girls by performing certain actions and attaining skills, and using them in interesting ways. Updates usually every couple of months, the builds of the game right now are free as it is still in development. The dev intends to sell the game once development on it reaches a certain point.
>How do I get it?
For the current version at the time of this posting, you can go to https://ux.getuploader.com/fobs2/download/13 for version 1.13a. You will need to paste the password in the password field under the URL, which is fobs113930. It is a good idea to check his blog listed below for newer updates. The passwords (if there are any) and other alternate download mirrors are usually listed on the same blog post. If there is a new version released, first thing you should do before posting about it is going to the blog and getting it yourself.

When I hit the slime once it will turn instantly into a girl, but when hitting her again as the guide says she just dies without letting me capture her.
Any advice?

Okay, that's what's up. She's relatively unique in that you can only capture her once. The first slime you kill is actually unkillable. It'll just keep getting knocked back into its blob, then you attack it til it's back to a girl, and attacking it again will repeat the process, knocking it back as a blob. As soon as you cap it, all other slimes will just get knocked off the screen after the second hit. Most other enemies will still do the [!] even if you already have them, except ones that you find like panels instead of puzzling them out (cockroach, etc)

Double-check you actually don't have it. Come to think of it, you can't get some of them without the slime wall. The yamabiko requires you to use the wall to block her shouts to get to her to take her power. The fact that the slimes are dying should mean you already have their ability

From what I'm reading it is a fairly limited engine so Zell using Pixel Game Maker MV makes sense given it's essentially its successor… Though the engine seems to be kind of uinstable, heh. But given its nature being javascript-based, I'd like to think it'd be a lot simpler to make mods of our own

Although the capture is in an area that looks like the temple, it's found from the underground garden just before you get to the cyclops witch. I feel stupid now for missing that. I thought that was just a spot where I'd picked up a tile before.
