The Kitchen Sink Protocol

I spent several hours researching different herbs and things to take for a home remedy for the flu or colds. I’ve tested this out on myself weeks ago and was astonished at how quickly it worked. Within just 6 hours I felt 80% better. It’s important to use this remedy as soon as you start feeling a sickness coming on.

There are three parts of this protocol. One being a food portion, the other being a quick drink, and lastly the tea you sip on.

Chew it

1 single serving of pasta

¼ cup of olive oil

¼ cup of butter

1 tablespoon of dried oregano

1 tablespoon of dried italian herb seasonings

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

Directions: Cook pasta and set aside. Combine herbs, garlic, butter, olive oil in a small cooking pot and simmer for half an hour on low heat. Pour the mixture over top the cooked pasta. Eat.

Shoot it

½ cup of water

1 teaspoon of turmeric

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 zinc supplement

Directions: Pour ½ cup of water into a cup add the ingredients together, stir very well. Swallow the zinc supplement and chase it down with the mixture.

Brew it

1 Throat Coat tea bag

1 Echinacea tea bag

1 teaspoon of honey

Coffee cup full of hot water

Directions: Add honey to the hot water and steep both teabags for ten minutes. Make sure you dip the tea bags several times and squeeze out the bags to extract as much as possible. Sip on this over the course of a half hour to hour.

You can find these teas at Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens. They usually only cost about $4 for a box.

The herbs I used were dry and a few years old. You don’t need to buy premium stuff. I just used store brand. The reason you simmer the herbs in oil and butter is to extract all the good stuff from it and increase the medicinal benefits.

Stay healthy frens.
