It matters because the former military in this thread has not had a legal leg to stand on because the DoD has been unwilling to call the forced vaccinations an unlawful order. They have a duty to not follow unlawful orders so this meaningfully changes the dynamic of their fight.

I'm happy I found this clip. These are the people who got promotions. These are the type of people SecDef is asking the principaled, legally, and morally correct returning service members to serve under. It's not hard to see why they're less than enthusiastic.
