Ivan Raiklin began talking to Kevin McCarthy and Mike Pence's Chief of Staff Mark Short about a legal strategy centered around the Electoral Count Act and the 12th Amendment with the basis being that the 2020 elections were fraudulent due to non-legislative changes under the guise of COVID-19 measures. Once his strategy become known Nancy Pelosi and her staff, including Terry McCullough, and her Sergeant-at-Arms Paul Irving, took action to counter his plan by intentionally reducing security measures at the Capitol. On January 3rd, in testimony made by Deputy Chief of Staff Anthony Ornato which was subsequently hidden by Liz Cheney and the January 6th Select Committee, President Trump authorized 10,000 National Guard troops for January 6th. Nancy Pelosi and DC Mayor Bowser declined the National Guard despite intelligence indicating three days prior warning of potential violence where "Congress itself" could be attacked by armed Trump supporters. Additional intelligence indicated that there would be 50,0000 Trump supports in DC that day, along with Antifa and other left-wing groups that had historically been involved in violent assaults on Trump supporters following public protests. Despite this Mayor Bowser only accepted 350 Guard Soldiers in very limited roles. President Trump also made sure a "Quick Response Team" was waiting on standby, but was ignored as plainclothed intelligence assets incited the crowd and goaded them into entering the Capital Building. While this was happening USCP Chief Steven Sund requested National Guard support from Nancy Pelosi's Sergeant-at-Arms Paul Irving. He called Irving at 12:58pm, 1:34pm, and 1:45pm, with a phonecall to former Sergeant-at-Arms Michael Stenger to make the same request at 1:05pm. Paul Irving testified that he did not remember receiving any request from Sund until after 2pm, after the "riot" had largely subsided. In a now famous video recorded serendipitously by her daughter Alexandra Pelosi, Nancy Pelosi feigned, "Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with?", despite knowing full well that it was her and Mayor Bowsers responsibility to accept President Trumps offer of the National Guard, something she admits to in the video. A fact Liz Cheney was ever cognizant of when she and the January 6th Select Committee illegally hid the exculpatory testimony of Deputy Chief of Staff Anthony Ornato in order to craft a narrative that President Trump had ordered his supporters to storm the capital. Preamble:
In recognition of the transformative power of artificial intelligence and advanced technology on human life, we establish these rights to ensure that technological advancements uphold human dignity, liberty, and the essence of human interaction.
Article I - Right to Privacy, Autonomy, and Freedom from Manipulation
No technology, including AI or surveillance systems, may infringe upon an individual's privacy, personal actions, or lifestyle choices without explicit consent. This includes protection against any form of subtle manipulation or influence on personal behavior by AI or automated systems.
Article II - Right to Mental Autonomy
No one shall be subjected to neural or brain-computer interfaces without full, informed, and revocable consent. Informed consent includes understanding the implications, risks, and functionalities of the interface. Revocable consent means the individual must have the ability to safely disconnect or deactivate the interface at any time without harm to their physical or mental health.
Article III - Right to Informed Consent
Before any interaction with AI systems, nanotechnology, or any other advanced technology that impacts personal life, individuals have the right to be fully informed. This includes clear labeling or disclosure when such technology modifies personal life or creates scenarios, environments, or content that could be mistaken for natural or human-made.
Article IV - Right to Human Oversight
There shall be human oversight in all critical decision-making processes involving AI, especially in areas affecting life, liberty, or significant personal or societal outcomes, ensuring that human values and ethics guide technology.
Article V - Right to Technology-Free Spaces
Individuals have the right to environments and moments free from technological intrusion, where human interaction and natural experiences can flourish without digital augmentation.
Article VI - Right to Authentic Human Intercession
Individuals shall have the right to request and receive human intercession in any process or decision-making that is dictated or influenced by AI systems. This right ensures access to human judgment, empathy, and oversight in critical situations where AI's decisions impact personal life, rights, or well-being, including but not limited to healthcare, education, legal proceedings, and social services.
Article VII - Right to Non-Discrimination for Technology Abstinence
No person shall be discriminated against, in any form or context, for choosing not to engage with or use digital technologies.
Enforcement and Review:
